a) The look - even though there are now a few more of these around than when I got mine last year, it still attracts a lot of attention, to the point where people will stop me in the street/supermarket, etc and comment on the buggy. Women will usually comment on the baby too, men just look at the buggy and ignore the baby!
b) You really can go anywhere with this - fields and grass, gravel, cobblestones, up and down curbs, no problem at all.
c) Good customer service - once a screw on one side broke and I contacted Dorel customer services and they sent out two new screws free of charge within a couple of days.
d) Three different rear-facing seat positions, from practically flat to almost sitting, mean that you can keep the baby rear facing until he/she is quite old.
e) You can get a muff/cosi-toes to fit, which looks like an integral part of the buggy and really keeps them very warm indeed.
f) The rain cover is good - it fits right over the buggy, but has a square opening in front of the baby so that in the rear-facing position you can still see them/talk to the them easily.
The disadvantages are:
a) it is obviously much heavier than the very light stoller-type buggy. I do take it apart and put in the boot of the car a couple of times a week and am now quite used to it, but initially I did find it heavy.
b) i don't know if it's just our model, but I find it quite difficult sometimes to put down, it seems quite 'sticky'. When we first got it when I was pregnant I found it extremely difficult and thought at one point that we would have to return it and get something else because I just couldn't get the knack of it. It has got easier over time and obviously I have recovered my strength after the birth, but it's still not the easiest thing to do.
c) The two rear tyres are the inflatable type, which means that you need to ensure that they are kept pumped up. Personally I carry the pump with me in the bag underneath
d) There is an attached shopping bag, called the Buzz Bag, but not other method of carrying things. It's easily solved though by getting some of those bag clips from Boots that you can use to hang carrier bags from the handlebars. I have seen advertised a net to go between the wheels underneatht oo, although I don't personally have one.
e) There is no separate sun parasol, so you have to rely on keeping the hood up. Maybe one is available I've just never seen it and it certainly didn't come as part of the standard kit.
