Премахване на временният 2 годишен статус в САЩ

Ние, освен споменатите документи, пратихме и 2 писма, не бяха нотариално заверени: едно от свекъра и едно от шефа на мъжа ми, че бракът ни не е фиктивен  и т.п.
Нямах проблеми с пристигането на 2рата зелена карта.
Може би фактът, че сте извън САЩ е допринесъл за забавянето на твоята карта.

Като чета направо лошо ми става. Добре,че аз си бях с ДВ зелена карта. И аз чувам, че сме нарочени и не разбирам защо...на фона на мексиканци, филипинци, китайци и какви ли още не. Ама те целите семейства си докарват по някакъв начин и се оправят. Имам приятелки българки с вашия проблем и виждам какво ходене по мъките е. Много се ядосвам и ми иде

Ние с мъжа ми дадохме такова писмо на моя приятелка. Аз дори отидох с нея на среща с една служителка. Гледаше ме като че съм престъпник дошъл да защитава престъпник. Ей направо...дадох и да разбере, че няма да и позволя да говори с мен така и тя бързичко кротна.

Момичета, онзи ден си плучих новата Зелена карта Голяма разправия беше, но се радвам, че всичко завърши добре. Мисля, че помогна фактът, че съм с мъжът си в Европа. В крайна сметка, ако се бях омъжила фиктивно щях да си седя сама в САЩ, нямаше да го последвам тук.

И все пак, имайте предвид моята история и обърнете сериозно внимание на целия процес. Подгответе от рано колкото се може повече доказателства ! Не чакайте последният срок. (писмата трябва да са най-малко от 2 души и да са нотариално заверени). Още от пристигането си в САЩ се постарайте всички сметки за ток, вода, телефони, интернет, всички заеми (за закупуването на къща, кола или каквото и да е) и банкови сметки, договори за наем да са на името и на двамата. Също така събирайте снимки, особено от пътувания в чужбина (меден месец, ваканции) или семейни тържества (като празници, рожденни дни на членове на неговото семейство) и въобще всичко, което мислите, че би могло да ви помогне. И следете внимателно сроковете. Ако не получите второ писмо дълго време, обадете се и питайте. Не че дават инфо по телефона, но знае ли човек, може и да ви помогнат. Освен това в официалният им сайт може да си регистрирате account, на който да получавате известия за развитието на случая ви.

Аз покрай моите разправии четох сума ти форуми и имаше ужасни случаи - например мъж праща доказателства за подновяване на ЗК и не получава никаква вест дълго време. Накрая получава писмо, че ще бъе депортиран, понеже не е представил изискваните допълнителни доказателства. А той просто не е получил 2-то писмо, не се е и обадил да провери какво става със случая и срокът за допълнителните доказателства просто си е изтекъл

Бъдете много внимателни и късмет.


А ето тук пускам и списък на изискваните доказателства. Получих този документ през февруари 2008-ма:


Submit adittional copies of the documents indicating that the marriage upon which you were granted conditional status was entered in "good faith" and was not for the purpose of circumventing immigartion laws. These documents should demonstrate the circumstances of the relationship from the date of the marriage to the present date and any circumstances surrounding the end of the relationsip, if it has ended. Examples include, but are not limited to:

Documentation of children resulting from the relationship, such as:
birth certificates of children born to you and your spouse;
adoption decrees of children adopted by you and/or this spouse;
documantation showing legal guardianship of stepchildren;
school records listing the stepparent as a contact or guardian;
medical records listing the stepparent as a contact or guardian;

Documentation showing joint ownership and/or occupancy of your communal residence, such as:
mortgage contracts-these should indicate the date the mortgage was procured and show both spouses as responsible parties;
deeds - these should list both spouses as joint owners of the property;
leases - these should list both spouses and any children as joint occupants

Financial records showing joint ownership of assets and joint responsibility for liabilities such as:
joint savings and checking account statements - these should list both spouses as joint owners of the accounts, they should also show financuial transactions that establish the account is active and has been utilized over the period of the marriage;
joint installments or other loans - showing both spouses names and the dates the loans were procured and/or paid off, they should also indicate that the loan is currently in good standing;
joint tax returns - these must be issued by the federal or state authority through whom you filed, they should be official transcrips or be stampted by the issuing authority;
joint health insurance policies - showing coverage foreach spouse and/or child(ren);
life insurance policies that show the other spouse as the beneficiery - these should contain proof that the insurance policy is up to date;
joint utility bills-showing that both spouses reside at the same address, they should indicate the date of each bill and cover the period of marriage if possible;
home-owner's or renter's insurance-showing both spouses names and residence;
automobile insurance policies - showing coverage for both spouses;
titles to joinly owned property-such as automobiles, vacation homes, time shares and recreational vehicles;
lease agreements for joinly leased property - showing both spouses names and dates of lease agreement
automobile registrations - showing both spouses names and addresses

Аffidavits written by third parties who have personal knowledge of the bona fides of the marital relationship.
other documents you consider relevant to establish that your marriage was not entered into in order to evade the U.S. immigration laws.
affidavits sworn to or affirmed by at least two people who have known both of you since your conditional residence was granted and have personal knowledge of your marriage and relationship.

If you are married to a U.S. citizen who is a member of the U.S. Armed Forces and your citizen spouse is or will be deployed abroad by the Armed Forces for one year, you may be eligible for expedited naturalization under section 319(b) of the INA.
