Nondescript. Nothing wrong with being Nondescript but it's a nondescript in your face kinda thing, especially when the price they charge for this is unjustifiably high (given the quality). More on the fruity side (not transparent enought to be told apart), certain doses of decadent Lancôme's vanilla and of course inoffensive. Projection on the mild side, longevity not on the wild side but okay.

Trèsor was my very first perfume. I was enamored with the peachy apricot opening enfolded in crisp roses. I remember going to the mall to repurchase Trèsor, however I was in a hurry and walked out with this instead. It’s so different from the original in the top notes. It’s fruitier and crisper with the pear and pink berries. I have only owned one bottle of Trèsor in Love and it’s the one ounce bottle I bought in 2010 when it was first released. It’s down to its last dregs. I don’t reach for this one out of purpose. When I do wear it I’m usually rearranging perfume bottles and stumble across it. I’m not sure how the modern formula holds up, but this one is strong! Longevity is brilliant! It can get shampoo-ey if oversprayed. My skin amplifies peppery notes, so I don’t wear men’s fragrances very often. The rose is just soft enough in this version to peak through the crispy juicy pear in the top notes. It remains a pear and rose oriented fragrance for its duration on my skin. A beautiful version of Trèsor, but if you’re an OG Trèsor fan nothing will ever take the “Hug Me” versions place. I might have to smell the current formulation when I run out. It’ll most likely be a spur of the moment purchase like it was for me in the beginning. No purpose, but present anyway.

zitaflower

Smells like nostalgic grandma. Yum

Luilind

Juicy, fruity bergamotte roses. It’s fresh and clean. Very feminine. Sweet and a little powdery in dry down. A little screechy when smelled up close, but nice in the air around me.

I agree with resemblance to Tresor, it’s like a lighter more juicy version of Tresor.

Great for daytime and office.
Not my favourite, but it’s well made.

jadepo21

For all the fruit in the top notes, it is still a powdery floral. It’s fine. Light, delicate, and girly. But fairly simple and linear. I do like the dry down a bit more, when the vanilla and musk open up. Overall, it’s an easy perfume but nothing astounding.

HappyGoLuckyStar

This is exactly what Tresor EDT (not Tresor EDP) has been between between years 1995 and 2000. A lighter, a bit sweeter version of original Tresor.
It is nice that they kept this version, while naming it differently and changing the bottle 😉

VanillaPeaches

A pleasant sweet fragrance, very feminine. I have to admit I haven't paid it much attention. My MIL bought me this. I have just sprayed it on, it’s pleasant but still a bit ‘nothing special’, I think I'll be wearing it a lot this spring just to use it up. I don't agree with other reviews that it smells cheap however I can see how it might be considered a generic scent.

harperpeshhe

Tresor In Love a is light, slightly sweet and dewy fruity floral. I would say it’s a young, happy and innocent scent due to the peach, nectarine, pear and violet. Light musk rounds out the composition keeping it airy, pink and fairy like. Although I like it I never reached for it as it reminded me of the smell of barbie doll heads from my youth.

LanaDelSlay

The peach is too artificial, it smells so cheap, disappointed

Thatone

Tender, soft, very feminine. Starts with a bright sweet peach and pear, then becomes more powdery rose and reminds the original Tresor DNA, but lighter. Longevity for all day, always getting compliments as very pleasant romantic perfume. Perfect daytime fragrance especially for spring. Sadly it looks like it's been discontinued, if you're looking for low price but good quality dupe look for the Emper Charm in pink gradient bottle

clairescentience

This review is for the mini: I cannot accept this as Midnight Rose's sister! While I expected a lighter, less intense and introspective version through this. This was way too one note and common. Very anticlimactic and such a far cry from her sister.

AngelBritney

This is the day version of Midnight Rose: Feminine, fresh and less intense but still noticeable.
Good for daytime, especially in spring and summer. It's not too heavy but you still notice the scent. I like the idea that you use this at daytime and Midnight Rose at nighttime.

noelle.ne

my experience when trying this perfume: after the rain in summer days, the sun is shining. I will immerse myself in a garden of flowers which is washed by the drops of rain. Then I could feel the combination of fresh and cool atmosphere and various flowers' scents

likesleet

strong fruity, sweet smell like strawberry shortcake

Sanrio

An interesting fragrance. Half the time I sniff my wrist, I get something akin to Rosa Pop. The other half the time I get like a creamy almond note a la Poison Girl (especially in the dry down.) Perhaps the most interesting thing of all is that the whisper of Sophia Grojsman's DNA in this reminds me more of the OG Paris than Tresor. It must be the prominent rose + violet in this.

Either way, I like it. It's cute. It's a little powdery, peachy, rosy, but overall a very modern and sweet take on Tresor.

Riri33

Pretty boring but soft and feminine. It’s not memorable but it can be comforting as a scent. Girlie but not super young.

StarryNight1980

Fruity, sweet, fresh, powdery, enticing. Its very feminine and alluring but I don't see it as an an animalistic, intoxicating evening sensual perfume. For an evening sensual perfume I prefer The only one - Intense. Tresor In Love It has a sweet, fresh, flowery innocence. My favourite perfume for all year round.

AshBud

In Love is much more sexy than Midnight Rose in my opinion (which I find too sugary sweet). This is fresh floral with beautiful lingering fruits. I get a hint of vanilla in the drydown, but dont see it in the notes. I could see myself wearing this year round.

scentghost

This 2010 fragrance is absolutely sublime! It’s the perfect balance between light and strong. Nuanced top notes of nectarine, pear, pink pepper and bergamot form a heavenly blend that captures your attention but doesn’t sting your nostrils. The pear is the real stand-out and overall it reminds me of sweet herbal tea. Peach makes up some of the middle notes as well, but combined with rose, violet and jasmine is becomes less fruity and more floral. I can’t detect much of the musk in the base notes but the cedar is the best finish. The whole fragrance experience is unexpectedly beautiful and I can’t recommend it enough. Additionally, the bottle is charming! The little cloth rose is a nice touch.

Zombie Apocalypse

Very lovely perfume

Zombie Apocalypse

This was my favourite signature scent for years. Its a sweet unassuming powdery peachy/taif rose. Just a hint of pink pepper to make it interesting. Its really good for early spring/autumn but because its sweet its not so good in summer heat.

As I said I wore this for years and then one day it made me feel really sick to my stomach. Its like the perfume smelled off. The bottle was less than 1 year old (from dept. store) but it still made me sick. Maybe they had the perfume much longer than should have I don't know. Now I am afraid to re purchase so i have just moved on. Shame

ViouAmara

Peppery rose, and fruity soap (in the way of J’adore’s fruity aquatic cleanness)
It doesn’t make my heart beat quicker.

Lollypopp

I adore this perfume. On my skin it is a gorgeous fruity floral, sweet, innocent, romantic....HEAVENLY. I don't love a lot of perfumes like this one, I can't stop sniffing myself, especially if it's been a minute since I wore it. I have a pretty decent sized collection so I tend to rotate them. But every time I come back to this girl I practically swoon with fresh appreciation for her beauty. I don't get any of the powdery notes that others smell, I get peach, nectarine, pear, rose and musk. Maybe it is just how my body reacts to this stunner. If you don't like rose you may still love this one as the taif rose blends with the fruity notes and doesn't stand out, so it doesn't smell like your granny's closet. Also my skin "eats" perfumes, I need a scent with actual lasting POWER and this pretty girl has it. I have some Montale and Mancera fragrances that are supposed to be BEAST mode perfumes and this girl outshines all of them. It's the cherry on top of this fragrance that really makes her a fave. She lasts for hours on my skin and has good silage for most of that time as well. I get compliments on this one all the time, usually from men and my boyfriend LOVES it on me. I love the original Tresor and you can smell the original fragrance DNA here. It is rare for me to love a flanker more than the OG but this one is an exception. This beauty will always be in my collection, I adore her ❤️

Tinabill

TiL is the smell of springtime, innocent, first romance.
It opens up with a very crisp, green and fresh pear, almost unripe. The pear note is a bit sharp and synthetic if smelled up close, but this could be the effect of the pink pepper. The rose in the beginning is a shy, romantic, red rosebud but comes the heart, the rose opens up and becomes more nectary and full, rounded by the peach/ nectarine 🍑 note. It’s very pretty, powdery and elegant at this stage. The peachy rose is reminiscent of the OG Tresor but I like TiL more. (It’s a chemistry thing. Perfumes with a strong peach PLUS a bitter herbal note - LOTV in Tresor - almost always upset my stomach for some reason). But TiL is inoffensive and more versatile, though not ground breaking or edgy, just a lovely romantic peach rose 🌹.

Januarie

Just an overall lovely powdery-floral perfume, perfect for anyone who loves soft femininity, delicate things and quiet romance. It's very powdery with delicate fruit sweetness but the real stars in this are the violet and rose, it reminds me of Insolence (current formulation). It's not a dupe, but as someone who loves insolence I would recommend Tresor In Love as a lighter summer option. The fruitiness in this is almost mango like, though it's tame and not the juicy type of fruity. It's also very underrated but has a nice lasting power as a Tresor flanker would. Just lovely

Yessamin

A gentle floral scent with a powdery softness and fresh shades of nectarine, pear and peach.

V3ronica

I have this one, i put in my skin.m not clothes. The first 15 minutes i was not liking it, i did not feel a connection, it had the smell of pepper (makes me cough), and peach, dry rose, old burned rose parfum...
After a while it changed a bit, i feel the smell of that little pink roses with many petals, musk, still a bit of pepper and...peach. Its a mix of creamy and aldehyde, its not bad, neither pleasant...i feel that not match with me. I'll use it when in bored with the other fragrances...

Maria19

A lovely powdery scent. I can smell the original Tresor, which makes this scent timeless. I love it! Lancome is a powerhouse what comes to perfumes.

chygoodyear

This scent is Spring in a bottle. This is a light, fresh floral with a bit of sweetness from the peach and nectarine. It opens with the pink pepper but it's not too sharp. It's very pleasant. This makes me feel elegant, romantic and feminine.

Selkiee

I feel like this is very underrated.
It's a lovely fresh, floral, peachy scent. Perfect for every day use, especially in warm weather. It has a bit of elegance to it. Like you could wear it daily, but it also feels ''romantic'', like an innocent first date in the summertime.
Simple and likeable, but also unique in a way, different vibe then all the other tresors.
It goes on sales pretty often now, so if you like peachy scents it's worth a try.

Alae M

I hate it , I never hated a perfume (after j'adore) the I hate it.
I coughed so bad every time I smell it.
Not a fan at all

olganbo

It's cute , very fresh , I totally got the peach ! Perfect for spring/hot day . I personally think that's it's nothing special , you can find parfume like that almost everywhere , it's not intense , not my king but it's still a good one .

DarlingLovely

It's a cute, sweet scent. Not much else to it.

violeteme

This is actually very lovely, fresher version of Tresor. I still get that powderiness, it’s fruity-sweet-powdery, just as Fragrantica page states. Beautiful and very feminine. I don’t find it syrupy or cloying at all as some fruity perfumes can be. +

lenakles

This was everywhere around 2010. great because it brings back so many memories. I like the scent, can’t lie. Chic modern woman.

Taylormullins

I smell like a claire's store, and that's coming from someone who adores Viva la juicy gold couture. I had to take a shower- it's so pungent and saccharine, with no balance. I think centering it around green apple or something else fresh instead of deep florals could have made it gorgeous, but it's unwearable to me personally due to the syrupy, nectary scent. But hey, if you're into that, this is the perfume for you. I don't dislike the smell itself, but it's so STRONG that it penetrates my sinuses. It is eternal and monstrous in longevity and sillage, for better or worse.

shiningyuzu

Peachy, Floral and feminine! The bottle is super cute too! The pink pepper is really light but adds as a nice little edge to keep it from being too boring. Not sugary or syrupy sweet, just light fruity and floral sweetness. Very light and airy, but the peach / nectarine reads a bit synthetic on me, so it's not a love for me.

If you didn't like Tresor Midnight Rose, you might have better luck with this one! It is very 'perfume-y', so if you're looking for crisp and clean floral with peach, like I was, this is not it.

School & Work Friendly!

Would recommend a blind buy if you like feminine perfume-y scents! Would be good as a gift to someone! Avoid if you prefer clean airy floral scents!

Bright and strong scent, somehow i dislike it, Cos it smells too perfume-y. I can imagine smelling it at a cosmetic counter or department store. Weird to wear it.

VMonster

This is a total departure from my normal scent profile. I found this perfume because I was on the hunt for a perfume for my mother in law, whose only perfume (I know of) is RL Romance. I wanted to get her something special, beautiful, feminine, lovely, and classy, but nothing that would be too bold/brash, nor did I want to get her a vintage or classic (even Miracle seemed too "old"). I love the house of Lancome; I think their fragrances are incredibly feminine and elegant (LVEB is in my top 5 for life). So here we are with Tresor in Love. It's clean, sweet, and effortless. The nectarine is prominent here, along with the juicy pear. The rose here is modest, as is the jasmine. There's nothing sexy or aggressive about this. I detect the cedar faintly in the background. This is one of the only scents that I like that doesn't have caramel, or vanilla in. I ended up getting a bottle for myself because I just wanted to spend some time with this fragrance. I do prefer gourmand scents but this is a lovely change of pace, and I think will be most pleasant in the warmer months.

Szafirowy czar

Not a fan, too sweet to my taste

SailorV

Very cute. Trésor In Love has a hint of the DNA of Trésor, but it's the pastel colored, more modern and fresh version, just like the bottle suggests. It opens with peaches, violets and a hint of greenery, spring-like and romantic. The peach is not big and syrupy like in the original, but more like a light white peach.
Not many mentioned it, so maybe it's a matter of skin chemistry, but on my skin the drydown smells like a peach-scented Barbie doll. Even though there is no vanilla listed, I smell the typical 80s/90s plastic toy kind of vanilla. Maybe this comes from the white musk or the pear, I don't know, but these notes can lean a little plasticy. I don't mind it, it makes me feel nostalgic, but if you hate noticeable synthetic notes, this isn't a safe blind-buy.
To me this is a pretty scent of innocence and childhood memories. I expected a refreshing peachy floral, which is not quite what I got, but it's nice nevertheless.

Toocute39

I first smelled this perfume when me & Mother was in Macys last week. I can’t remember which one my Mom tried on but I went to one of my favorites which is the Tresor line, I sprayed the In love and it was love at first sniff .This perfume is light pretty and a bit sexy. I found out I’m not the girl who likes the look at me are the smell me before i get there kind of perfumes & I also learned not to listen to those so called YouTube perfume gurus because you don’t share the same taste as them, they are getting paid to tell you to buy that 300 dollar bottle of perfume that they know dam well ain’t worth!

Rose du soir

This is a much fresher, non powdery and modernized take on the original Trésor. It feels like a late Spring day just after the rain, when rainwater is still dripping from tree leaves, the grass is still wet, and you're biting into a fresh and juicy peach. This seems to be nothing very special at first, but this scent really grew on me. I've been wearing it very often lately, there's something soothing and uplifting about it. A pretty safe blind buy for those who love springtime scents and fresh peach.

Zombie Apocalypse

I love this perfume! Of all the perfumes I have had, this is the only one i feel that can be worn in all 4 seasons without being heavy or too faint. However it will be lighter in winter due to being prmarily a fruity floral vibe. Its the perfect peach floral fragrance. As others mention it is a softer scent, which I prefer. So yes if you are looking for a soft romantic powdery peachy floral perfume this might be your vibe.

Swishy

This is quite lovely. Very soft and private. Doesn’t last too long though which seems to be the case with all my Lancôme fragrances (except Poeme). I like to wear it on a summer day or evening with a warm breeze to waft the scent around me.

AngelBritney

This is the daytime version of Tresor Midnight Rose. Definitely fresher, and lasts not as long as its darker sister. It's ok for the price.

386Vintage

Lovely

Margarita Birda

The opening is very different than the dry down. It starts off with a sharp peppery green note but thankfully the nectarine and peach start appearing a couple of minutes later. This phase reminds me of Idole, which I don't like. 10 minutes go by and you have a feminine soapy-sweet clean perfume with flowery background, very feminine and soft. Office friendly and suitable for warmer months. Longevity and sillage are quite moderate but thats how non-offensive perfumes perform most of the times.

Hum_C

A very pretty floral fragrance suitable for any age and can be worn any time of the year. The taif rose is dominant from the initial spray until the fragrance disappears. Unfortunately, the perfume disappears very quickly from the skin and has very poor projection. I would recommend spraying it on the clothing, so that it lasts a bit longer.

nordic.girl

The name is so fitting: Trésor in Love gives off such cheerful, feminine and romantic vibes, like someone in love. I love how light and inoffensive it is, it makes it easy to wear in any circumstance, in the daytime and spring/summer months especially, plus it's definitely office-safe. The downside is longevity and sillage. After 4 hours it's almost gone. You can still smell it later on, so it becomes a really pleasant skin scent, but nothing more than that, so it won't project at all after the first hour or two. Even in the first hours it stays close to the skin, though, and proof is also that I never got any compliments for this fragrance. This is a fragrance I would feel safe applying a little more generously than usual, 6 sprays are totally safe. Overall it's a love for me, full bottle worthy! 😍 I also own Trésor Midnight Rose, it's a little stronger and projects a bit better than this one, but it's less safe than Trésor in love, so if you had to blind-buy one of the two, Trésor in Love would be the safest choice. Trésor Midnight Rose has that edge that this one lacks. Ultimately I do like both, but this Trésor in Love is a little more lovable, merry-go-lucky, romantic and discreetly feminine. ❤️

violetx28

A younger, fresher floral version of the original tresor. Sadly the lasting power is not there, my skin eats the scent and it’s basically gone in about 30 minutes.

BilgeD

It has a very remarkable rose smell. I smelled it years ago and recently bought it. It is a little heavy when you first spray it but with time it becomes very tempting.

Delia32

Oh, my...this was my signature for a good few years. Absolutely love it! One of the most delicate, feminine, gentle fragrances ever. It is slightly sweet, opening with pink pepper, yet also fresh, fruity, with an elegant, powdery dry down. It sadly didn;t ;ast more than 3-4 h on my skin though, which was really the only downside to it and the main reason why I moved forward to the bolder, more intense Tresor Midnight Rose (just slightly better longevity on my skin, as well). It is a perfect all-day and summer-y fragrance.

natalia6032

The dry down in this is lovely- a gentle sweetness with the original Trésor in the background, very toned down but recognisable. I bought it because I tried it in the shop wearing a mask, and couldn't properly smell it until I got home, at least an hour later. I loved it then, but when I bought a bottle I literally thought it was a fake. This is because the opening is so different to the dry down, completely dominated by pink pepper on my skin, sharp and generic. I still like it but I wish I didn't have to wait so long for the middle notes to emerge. Oh and I'm sure it wasn't a fake! I got it on the high street, and went back to try the tester, this time removing my mask. Same stuff as in the bottle I bought.

Jmalone84

This is so pretty, romantic and feminine. I love this genre and era in the perfume industry which I’m sure some may find a little insipid. But for me growing up this is what you’d receive around Christmas as a luxury. While this perfume is still a little on the expensive side, I feel that it’s good value because this is the kind of fragrance that has very good sillage and longevity and is something you shouldn’t overapply or wear casually.

It’s fresh, but just a smidge peppery, with fruit, and lovely rose and violet and sweetness. All the prettiest notes are present and this can be worn around summer and spring, maybe even fall as it has just enough sweetness to not be overly summery.

This makes me feel pretty and special. Hope it doesn’t get discontinued any time soon.

Danadoo

This is a pretty fragrance...once I get past the weird "pencil shavings" note! I think it's the pepper because I smell it in Miracle as well. Once my nose stops smelling that, this becomes a sparkling, effervescent fragrance that reminds me of champagne for some reason. I like it better than the original Tresor but I don't love it enough to buy a regular sized bottle as I only have a mini size bottle that came with a bunch of Lancome fragrances. It's nice, but I don't feel like it's very unique and there are tons of other perfumes I'd rather wear.

Ferrerorocher

This fragrance has a really pretty bottle. Unfortunately, it's a bit too sour when sprayed on clothes. I like fruity sweet fragrances and it's not sweet enough for me.

sanda87

I don't know why, it smells like freshly ironed clothes to me, lol. It's a like, not a love from me

bel.gravia

The opening is light, flowery not annoying but only for a few seconds. After 10 seconds or so I start sensing this weird sour grass note, I guess it appears because the flowers in the heart note don't go well with peach, and sadly that note of disharmony is always present. Besides that, the scent is sufficiently sweet, and quite innocent, full of berries and roses.

Eka Yuni Rilianti

It's a fresh feminin type of scent. Soft floral fruity. Very cheerful vibes. Suitable for day and night.

KittyDeBeauvoir

It's definitely nice, but it's hard to smell.
I think this is a very soft scent - I wish it was stronger!!!

Can anyone tell me if "Tresor in Love Midnight Rose" is stronger and a little similar? I suspect it has a deeper scent - which would be absolutely fine.
I'm not a huge fan of the original "Tresor" - a bit too mature for me right now.

Kitty rating: 6/10.

dahlia aux pêches

This one NEEDS dry down time, I think. When I first spray it out of the bottle, it smells like a hair salon. It's not awful, but I don't like it.
However, once it's dry and it has time to settle, it smells fruity and sweet and angelic, but not cloyingly so. It's got an innocent feel to it, exactly like a young girl falling in love for the first time. It's light, it's springtime, it's love, it's hope.

violetstorm

this is a very easy to wear version of tresor.....i would say its the shy sister to the original lol if u love the original than u will like this :) to me its just a lighter version of the original..........still the same great dna but much softer & super easy to wear...........great for any situation - in fact i wore it to the gym the other day for a zumba class & totally was fine - nobody fainted from the smell of heavy perfume lol - plus i asked my friend in class if it was too much (i was worried - i hadnt worn this scent to the gym before ) & she said no it was very light :)

so if ur looking for a nice light romantic girly scent try this out !!!!!

Mona Lygre

I have been sniffing Tresor in Love several times now, and

I think it smells absolutely wonderful!!!!

This is now on my want list, but, there is a big but, because everybody smells of this nice perfume, but, I don't want to smell the same as everybody else, but, I can see why it's so popular,

it smells as I said; wonderful, it's an easy 10/10!!!

NessS

This was lovely - fruity floral but nicely done, clean and fresh. Unfortunately this had really poor longevity on me - was completely gone within 1-2 hours. This was really surprising given how La Nuit Tresor lasts even after scrubbing off!

Nimie

This was my first Lancome fragrance. It's a cute, clean, romantic fruity-floral. The jasmine isn't loud on me in this one, it's generally a really fresh scent. It feels like a pure first love kind of scent, a time capsule in a bottle. I'd wear this on my wedding day, to be perfectly honest. It's pretty, classy, and feminine- kind of like the bottle it comes in.

SoraM

I confess to buying Tresor in Love for the bottle. I love tall elegant glass bottles, they are so chic to me, and the little black rosette is a lovely touch that doesn’t get in the way. That said, I really like this scent. The marketing is on point—I would say this is a fruity-floral perfume for a young woman who is refined and romantic. On me I smell more nectarine/peach than I do pear. The longevity is decent (5-6 hrs?) but the sillage is small—it’s an appropriate edp for the office and you can’t really overdo it. Ultimately, I don’t consider it a memorable scent but the price and aesthetics make it a worthy buy in my book.

chinook

Tresor in Love is a fresh fruity fragrance. Its opening reminds me of a hair salon for some reason. It’s fruity and slightly green. I can’t really tell what specific fruit. What i like about this perfume is that it doesn’t get sweeter as it warms up. It turns into a fresh floral that is common in many perfumes targeted towards 20 somethings women. Overall impression is classy, simple, and easy going. Great for the office or a lunch date. Projection is about arm length.

mari.mari

adorable delicious elegant ,very delicate feminine scent .unfortunatelyy ,very not long lasting .

In Trésor line, Trésor In Love is the youngest sister of them all. It still has rosy/peachy vibe of the original Trésor but more juicy and lighter.

I really like how nectarine blending so well with taif rose. It's very pretty like a young girl who actually falling 'In Love'.

Even though how much I love the scent but I have to admit that I'm disappointed with its longevity and sillage. It lasts like 3 hours on me then I cannot smell anything even on my clothes. :/

Over all, the scent is lovely and perfect for the name 'In Love' but I hope it's a lot more intense.

elmccullar

I definitely smell the Tresor DNA, but this one is lighter, “pinker” and more floral. Peachy rose flowers. The bottle is so classic and pretty! Unfortunately, I found it too boring and not a "love" for me.

marimachavariani

It's amazing scent for spring and autumn, very fruity and soft. Not overwhelming, not irritating, very pleasant and lovely.

longevity: 7/10
strength: 7/10
unic smell: 8/10
positive vibes: 8/10
price: 8/10 (on sale I bought 75mls for about 75$, not bad price for Georgia, the country)

overall, I'm very glad buing it.

novarenata

I love this scent! So fresh and youthful, with a hint of oriental and rosy notes as well. I first smelled it on a brow artist who was waxing my brows for me. I asked her what it was and she told me it was this one, with the pretty bottle. I made a point to get it right after and I've never failed to get compliments each time I wear it :).

sibaraa

You can't not fall in love with this one at first sniff! The way the peach and nectarine are blended with the taif rose created a magical spell on me. The name suits it very well. Extremely feminine without trying too hard to stand out.

moni_moni

I bend this scent, it is perfect, sweet but not banal long, I stick to my skin, I have a bottle of wine, I have tried a lot of different perfumes but these are definitely the best, the most beautiful, my favorite. Always how fragrant I feel great, often others compliment my smell and it's very nice.

This perfume bagged me a boyfriend!!!! 2 years later and I’m still with the same boyfriend to this day!
LOL!!

Seriously, it smells lovely, unique, fresh, sweet, feminine, classy, and flirty all at the same time! I was kinda skeptic when I first had this. I asked for a different perfume from my parents, I asked the original Tresor (musky and sandalwood, and sexy!). They thought this one fits me best, for a young single girl in university. I doubt it at first, because sometimes, a reinvention is not as good as the original.

Boy was I wrong! I received sooooo many compliments with this perfume! Sooo many people asked what I’m wearing! They always say I smell so good all day! Thank to 2 spritz of this perfume; yes only 2 spritz!!!

Once, I was throwing a surprise birthday for a friend. I was the one holding her eyes from behind, and my other friends made her guess who’s behind her. She giggled and said “of course it’s Gi*a!”. Then everyone asked how she knows, “it’s her perfume. You can tell from the perfume. That lovely smell that only she has and her signature smell”
LOL! All thanks to this perfume!!!!

The scent is strong that someone from 6 feet apart can smell it, yet it’s soft enough to not be overwhelming.

It’s simply lovely ❤️ Definitely one of the best perfumes I’ve ever had!

evatroje

What a lovely, lovely perfume. To me, Tresor in Love smells like a luxurious bouquet of exotic flours. It must be the Turkish Rose and the Jasmine. I can also smell peach or nectarine, which, surprisingly, is neither synthetic nor overly sweet. A light, soft, and tender fragrance!

Perfume Beginners

This is a beautiful rose scent and I am in love with it. Wherever I spray it, on hands or in air, I always inhale deeply to surrender to its beauty. I know its strange but I can actually smell a Love in White vibe in it when I smell it in the air. Anyone knows what's going on?

Almost forgot to mention its simple yer classy and elegant bottle. Besides this can not be over applied otherwise it will be too sweet because of the bunch of fruity notes. You will be drenched by ocean of roses and fruity sweetness at that time. Or this is what you want?

I am editing my review as its smell changes by time. After its fruit array fades, it becomes more of like a shampoo clean and soothing smell as others mentioned before. It smells so nice. I sprayed both on my skin and my pajamas and the scent becomes shampoo-like on my pajamas but still a bit fruity floral with the shampoo base on my skin, Probably it would smell like clean shampoo scents as those on my pajamas later.

I am always looking for a clean shampoo scent but never find a satisfied one. This completes my whole collection though I am expecting a rose scent bofore I bought it. Nonetheless, the rose scent comes out sometimes even at the dry down. But it is one different from the beginning.

rihabi

Adorbz ^_^ It's awesome, youthful and lighter version of the Tresor edp. This is totally safe, flower-peachy fragrance, and yet you still feel it's not that innocent and basic. There's a pleasant pyramid to discover. Good for both day and night time use.

szaboesz

Very versatile, flowery-peachy parfume that changes from minute to minute. It was love at first smell, sadly it does not long last on me. It is a soft, delicate, rosy-peachy scent on the sweeter side, I feel clean when I wear it.

cullen62001

This fragrance is completely misunderstood. I see so many reviews saying it's a perfect spring fragrance just because of its rose note. However, the rose is so beautifully subtle. Can this be worn in the spring? Sure. But it is much better suited for all of fall and early spring when there is still a chill in the air. I tend to hate floral fragrances which is why I do not understand people saying it is great for spring. The floral note is the lightest note I get and when I do, it's a seductive, creamy rose... not a fresh spring flower. The strongest and most evident note is the peach and nectarine. The next strongest smell is a wonderful woody cedar. It is so seductive and sweet, yet incredibly warm. The initial rose scent blends amazingly with the scent of peach, but even the rose settles down after a while.

Some people say this fragrance tends to be a typical one that any young girl who is girly would wear, but I completely disagree once again. Although I do picture it on young girls, I can also see this on an older more professional woman since it does smell similar to the original Tresor. The original Tresor is the farthest thing from simple, boring and typical. Tresor is a complicated fragrance in a good way, and Tresor In Love has MANY of those characteristics. If you like Tresor, there is no doubt that you will also like In Love.

For years I admired Tresor, but I have to admit that I think I like In Love even more. It is a bit lighter than the regular, yet keeping its unique seductive smell and keeping it a bit lighter and airy. Tresor In Love will not suffocate you either. When it comes to seasonal wear, I do believe that In Love is more flexible than Tresor, but it is still nicer in the chillier months as I have stated earlier. It has become one of my favorite fragrances. I would recommend 100% to anyone.

Bloomahyde

When I first sprayed this I thought, "Oh, another pretty fruity floral. Oh, well. Don't need anymore of those." Then it dried down and the woods came out to play. Nice. Will have to try this in the warmer months to see what it can do.

dglightblue

Second or third review, hot humid summer

I love this, used to have as a like p, but I can see it’s just so versatile

It has the sparkles clearness that Versace pour femme has.

It’s floral, fruity, liquid, water, fresh, all equally none overpower the other, it’s like a sparkly clear aquatic fruity floral... if that makes sense. But not standard aquatic, not a Britney fruity, not an escada sweet fruity, not a floral -hard floral.

Some could say this is blah, but I see it as versatile

jenna.kal

I’m smelling again and it’s soft and sweet and pretty and inoffensive! My sister smell d it blowing in the wind and said it’s pretty and sweet and smells like the beach and my mom said omg smells delicious I think was the word lol so yeah it’s soft and lacks that overwhelming powder note that’s in a lot of today’s scents which is nice for a change lol , if u love fruity and sweet try this out! I do detect a little rose n a spice, it’s like fruity whip cream with a spice sprinkled on top!

mayamdm98

It was sweet and pretty, a little floral, but it didn't have very much depth so I didn't buy it. It was nice, but nothing I would pay 60 dollars for.

jenna.kal

Wow it finally hit me, this smells a bit similar to Viva la juicy rose ! Do you all agree?:) it’s soft warm a bit rose and peachy so yeah def similar to me

jenna.kal

Wow I’m real behind cuz this came out in 2010 and it only took me 8 years to sample it lol . I’m in LOVE WITH THE OPENING AND WISH IT COULD STAY THAT WAY FOREVER LOL, so fruity and PINK AND JUICY AND WATERY I loved it but now idk lol it smells like I’ve smelled this before in some other bottle and some other brand:) my sister who’s allergic to perfume tried to come a little close for a whiff and only could pick up detergent? Lol and I have read all the reviews some mentioning soap lol my sister and I pick midnight rose more than this definitely!its more distinct unique and memorable

Jane Doll

I really like this fragrance upon initial spray. It smells so clean and almost shower fresh without actually smelling like soap. It is light and airy. You could easily wear this everyday anywhere. It is not overpowering at all. However, the longevity of the scent is not there. It maybe lasted on my wrist a couple hours at the most. The dry down is something I'm also not a fan of. It smells of peach and musk (I like these but prefer them in harmony with the other notes). If all the top notes stayed together longer, I may have considered purchasing this.

dglightblue

I have reviewed this before and get different relsults with each season.

I don't fully agree with the accords, it's not what I experience.

This time in the height of summer:
Delicate, floral fresh but soft rather than heavy crisp, gentle bitterness, some greenness/ a little wet?
I feel like it would be easy to wear without worrying about stinking everyone out, it's not heavy, it lasts well I thought.

I might be tempted to layer this if I have the effort, something like the body shop British rose... this might bring out the rose florals that the accords say are there.

This fragrance I would need to spray all over myself on its own rather than when I'm testing other scents.

CassandraAlexandra

I can understand where Lancome was going with this - produce their own version of peachy fruity fresh scent that would appeal to a really wide audience.
Well, I can't see why anyone would strongly object to this perfume. Simply because it is trying so hard to be mass-appealing that it's got zero personality.
Peach and nectarine are two notes that I can't stand on myself and Tresor In Love got them both, so I can't wear it (I received it as a gift).
If you enjoy peaches, you might really like this. Longevity is about 4-5h on skin, a little longer on fabrics.

raiza1990

This is innocent and clean like a little baby. It is not very original, it has been done many times before ( for cheaper prices). I am not saying it is bad. It is well executed, but boring. A bit immature too. I think there are better ones in this genre out there.

bibibling

This and In Love La Coquette are exactly the same. Somehow Fragrantica confused "Turkish Rose" and put a picture of "Taif Rose" in the list of notes but my nose is 100% sure these are the same.

Anyway, ripe, juicy, nectarine and peach combo with dewy, velvety rose back-up. Pink peppers are non-existant. Remainder of the notes are meh. (Though the pear is very present in minutes 1-5 and then slowly backs away and lets the peach, rose, and nectarine steal the show.)

Sweeter than D&G The One, Softer and lighter than the original Tresor, almost like an EDT (if you ignore the mountain of other notes Tresor has.) Doesn't shriek and isn't cloying.

Posting this in both pages, so sorry for the repetition. If you're a fan of the Chloe's, Miss Dior's (especially the 2016+ stuff) or Coco Mademoiselle and you're craving some juicy girly peach/nectarine, this is definitely a safe blind buy for you. If you're looking for something more chill and vanilla-ish, go with D&G The One, another safe blind buy.

melia antiqua

Tresor in Love was gifted to me. Having smelled the original Tresor I was quite sure I would find this one too intense and overwhelming as well, but I was wrong. Tresor in Love is a very light inoffensive perfume.

The opening is all about fruits, mostly pear and nectarine. Really close to what my home smells like at the end of summer, after having a fruit salad. Fresh and uplifting. Mmmm love this opening!

Then the rose softly knocks the door. Rose is one of the scents I truly dislike. I don't get bothered by this one, I don't love it either. Mixed with violet I get a soft warm floral note. It barely lasts about 2-3 hours on my skin. Really short longevity! It fades pretty quick, leaving an undefined light warm scent close to my skin.

I choose to wear it when I want to be slightly scented, just for myself. It's a ''for me, by me'' fragrance. Or when I'm about to go for a walk on autumn sunset. Best combo with a below-the-knee vintage skirt. It's an autumn perfume for me, somewhat kind, somewhat nostalgic, strongly romantic.

Overall, that's not a perfume I would choose to buy by my own. But I ended up using it more than I thought because of its subtle, romantic character.

Celan Domino

One of the most beautiful scents out there. Exquisite, delicate, feminine. It is hard for the to pick up a particular note, only can describe it as floraI; guess everything combines so well that makes it a unique fragrance. The only negative: it doesn't last so much, evaporates too quickly and needs to be reapplied which is too bad because for 75 ml I consider it expensive to keep buying bottles so often and that's why I look for other options.

dglightblue

I have tried this fragrance at different stores and I get a bit different each time.

The first time, I liked it, the accords seem right, like a fresh fruit not a juicy sweet kind, some sort of watery guava?? An odd fruit that I'm not familiar with.

Next try
The rest was fresh, not like miracle; that's green fresh. This has some glittery fresh quality. An easiness. I couldn't tell you the notes I'm afraid.

I like it and I don't

I would agree it's an easy perfume though

Stardew77

This perfume opens up a little soapy but it dries down to a very beautiful scent. It feels very romantic smelling and I think of wearing a skirt when I smell it.

floral, soft, pretty, romantic, slightly sweet and classy is how I would describe this scent

Rux2589

I first got acquainted with Tresor in Love in the autumn, the same year when it was launched. I always thought of it as innocently sweet and inviting, but couldn't afford to buy it at the time.

Years later, I would always remember to sniff it in cold seasons, and it didn't do much for me. If there is one thing I dislike about it, that would be the pear! To some, it might be sparkling and fresh, to me it just makes the juice smell cheaper!

Today I went in a store and tried it again. It is so much more appropriate for summer! I actually sense a better resemblance to Tresor now than I ever did. It could be good as a vacation perfume, to wear somewhere near the sea side. Who knows, maybe I will buy it in the end. :)

theredpony.1

I had wanted this for a long time. When I sprayed it for the first time, I thought it was beautiful! Soft, a little rosy and a little woody. I thought it probably wouldn't last long but surprisingly, it lasted 8+ hours and morphed into an even more rosy and powdery scent. Just gorgeous! Love it from start to finish. I'll be using this frequently.

leylajudy

My male friens always compliment this perfume when i wear it, it's not really the kind of frangrance's that i like but it has a quiet good scent

iamoir

The original Tresor diluted up to an 80%, cleaner, lighter and brighter. It is peachy and effervescent sometimes, softly floral, don't expect much from taif rose, but still it's a lovely blend. In the first stages white musk is very prominent, I would like it to settle just as that, but we can't have everything, can we? At some point we have the same peach as in The One D&G

After an hour or so, it will have turned into an ozonic, powdery rose-peachy scent, which actually is very nice, stays close to the skin, has a five hour longevity and is appropriate for sensitive noses. It reminds me of Volare Oriflame. It is just a lovely perfume. Well behaved, inoffensive. Can't imagine anyone not liking it!

Peachysugarbuns

I purchased a Lancome mini set years ago (mostly to see how Poeme and Tresor were faring in modern times) and Tresor In Love came with the set.

I tried the fragrance and couldn't seem to "remember" the scent after it faded; it felt so non-descript. I did realize that if I couldn't find anything better to wear and something gently sweet, softly floral and "easy" sounded fitting of my mood I could reach for Tresor In Love and it would suffice.

Today my mini TIL spilled into the bowels of my purse after I carelessly tossed it in there a week ago and forgot about it. When I caught wind of the scent wafting from my purse I couldn't place it until I rummaged around and saw the empty bottle. I honestly thought it was a random "Exceptional...Because You Are" sample from fragrancenet that exploded. Due to its generic nature I can't see myself purchasing Tresor In Love again, so here we are as I huff my purse and fingers.

Basically this fragrance is "Tresor Lite" with the sort of modern "watery" vibe that people-pleasing fragrance flankers tend to possess. The iconic peach note is there, but it is so muted by pear and water that it doesn't immediately call upon Tresor unless you're already thinking about Tresor. Pear is a constant in Tresor In Love (a note that smells "young" and cheap to me) along with other juicy fruitstuff, and a petite violet which adds a little coolness to the composition. I detect no pink pepper, woods or musk, but a zing of lime zest is present in the opening. All of these sweet notes seem like they've been soaked in water.

All in all, Tresor In Love is forgettable to me, as pleasant as it is. I'll enjoy my purse scent while it lasts.

wallywinthrop

This was a very very successful blind buy. I have always loved Tresor but it doesn't work too well with my chemistry, or the drydown doesn't suit my personality. A lovely scent but more of a scent I'd prefer on someone else than on myself. This one is a gorgeous, fresher version of Sophia Grojsman's classic. There is a velvety peach and apricot softness, underlying the centifolia rose freshness and jasmine sweetness. The original is lusher, like a golden sunset enjoyed from beneath Paris's Arc de Triomphe in a warm autumn evening - I would say that Tresor in Love is more akin to a spring morning in the Jardin des Tuileries, early morning mist drifting off to reveal pink, peach, and red flowers in the fresh, humid warmth. It manages to be both contemporary and chic, in its floral simplicity it is still fresh enough to appeal to noses used to mainstream releases. A really lovely perfume.

pinkpinion

The moment I smelled it I had already forgotten about it. Very generic. Also lasted very briefly and sillage was soft for an edp. Lancome makes great perfumes but this one really isn't for me.

Madrona

There are great Trésor flankers, there are good Trésor flankers, there are (arguably) bad Trésor flankers, and there are very generic Trésor flankers. This, in my book, is the latter. Pretty nondescript fruity floral 101.

bronni666

tresor in love is a very pretty feminine floral scent. it's light and airy and unfortunately a little too light and airy and disappears from my skin within half hour tops.

Soofiya

Lancome tresor in love has one of those pretty scents that is very difficult to dislike it. Unfortunately it's also very difficult to love for me
It has nothing in common with lancome tresor midnight rose with a similar shaped bottle.also not really similar to original tresor
It's a romantic perfume.light, delicate, feminine in a pink, girly way but it's not only good for young girls.it's youthful and girly but at the same time wearable for all age groups because it shares lancome's feminine elegance that we can see in most lancome fragrances but unfortunately it doesn't have most lancome's Longevity and projection
On my skin,it opens with a fresh, also sweet fruity accord and a light dash of pink pepper which prevents fruits from appearing as overly juicy.peachy fruit notes blend with soft and a tad powdery florals which look more like a peony on my skin than taif rose.dry down is a delicate floralfruity(rosey peony, nectarine, peach)and a hint of clean musk.it manages to stay delicate, bright and airy all through it's life..there are definitely detectable fruit notes in this fragrance but I know a lot of people who usually avoid fruity fumes but love this.maybe because fruits aren't jammy sweet,or tropical.their not overripe nor green.they stay soft more like a natural fruity flavour not fruits itself with their flesh and juice
I see it as a very safe perfume.good for daily wear, office and romantic dates.it goes well with both casual style and more dressy outfits and can be a safe and pleasant gift
It has a springy vibe but all in all is wearable in mild to hot weather
I have a 2.5 Oz bottle of this beautiful fragrance and I'm going to use it gradually but I can't love it.no doubt in it smelling nice, maybe it's too safe for me or is simply not my style but I highly recommend it for the ladies who want a light, elegant fruityfloral with very delicate powdery undertone and sweetness
Longevity is moderate on my skin, about 5,6 hours and sillage is soft to moderate
❤❤❤

bronni666

tresor in love is a very pretty scent, not overly sweet but light and airy. not much in common with tresor which is thick rich and syrupy. pretty bottle too. only thing is its silage and longevity. applied half hour ago and i can only smell it with nose to wrist. very pretty wrist but none the less, will not be purchasing FB because of this reason. i like to know i'm wearing a lovely perfume.

jessamine

This is my second review. It no longer gives me a headache, thank goodness. The rose and pear are prominent for me. The fragrance is somewhat linear, but nice. It lasts for 4-5 hours. I like my fragrances to have more oriental notes, but this has enough original Tresor in it to keep me happy. I think this is a great every day fragrance, it s fresh and modern. Tresor will always be my favorite, forever. It's the first real perfume I ever wore. Tresor in Love is perfect for daily use when I don't want to smell like it's 1995 and be filled with nostalgia.

Princess

Tresor in love is such a pretty scent. The name and the bottle suits its name perfect. Its delicate, feminine and very romantic! I can smell the peach and the rose

jessamine

I love how it smells, but it gives me a headache. I'm really sad about it because I just got it yesterday. I 'm a big Tresor fan, but I wanted a lighter version of it since I'm a teacher and I live in a warm climate. This fits the bill. I can smell Tresor, only lighter and fresher. Maybe if I give it a few more tries it will stop being headache inducing?

Perfumeaddict777

I received a sample of this in a swap. I think it's very feminine and delicate. It smells exactly like the pinkisk/peach caress body wash, exactly. It's clean and fruity with a light dusting of rose. Sillage was moderate to light and longevity around 5 hours.

PNBP

a lighter and lovely version of lancome tresor which is my mom's signature scent for years. i reallyyyyy love floral based perfumes, i tend to fall for fresh floral perfumes than musky or vanilla ones, this one is so lovely rosy

stacehun0

My mother is a long, long, long time wearer of Tresor and a few years back I bought her Tresor in Love in Canada not knowing whether she would like it or not bc she is very particular and she LOVES it! She no longer likes Tresor but the Tresor in Love is her favorite!

slavka.filipova

I bought this today, very pleasant and classy, womanly and lovely fragrance. I tried it last year along with the tresor midnight rose ,witch i adore, on my both wrists and i loved it but compared with midnight rose it was weaker and softer and i didn't pay much attention to it but i loved it too, i got midnight rose then, but i wanted tresor in love too and i got it today finally. It's none offensive one, great for everyday and every season to wear. Longevity is great and projects very well on me. Recommend this. Love it. Even i know i will use it for very long time i need a backup!!!

mylancome

After 6 years Tresor In Love launched, I only blind buy it at a local perfume store. I never intend to get this cause I tried the sample at Lancome counter, the perfume smells like shampoo.

Most perfumes I owned were quite strong, that may not suitable for office use or during hot season. After such a long time, I decided to get one, in the name of Tresor (my first perfume in life is the mini bottle classic Tresor, given by my beautician cousin).

I spray the perfume on my pajamas. At the beginning, it has the plastic smells, but later, it does smell like a lighter, fresher version of the classic Tresor. The aroma gives me the feeling of romantic love, like the milder version classic Tresor.

Then I realize, Tresor In Love is not as popular as it used to be, since the launch of La Vie Est Belle, afraid that one day, Tresor In Love may disappear. Then again, a memory flash back, yes, I smell something like Tresor In Love from other perfume, it was Amouage Dia.

Dia and Tresor In Love does share the same vibe and style, not very sweet, romantic, suitable for daily wear, and the most important component, that smell peach mixed with peony. Of course Dia is more intense, despite the quality material used and the price.

snoopyQ

This is very pleasant inoffensive.
To me it does not really smell of roses whatsoever. It is a very clean scent that behaves linear. Fresh.
Very mediocre staying power and sillage.
Nice for everyday use.
I liked it while it lasted, I owned a miniature of this.

dyaver

One of my favorites! I love the peachy opening with a hint of pink pepper that adds it character. After the adorable fruity bouquet fades away, the smell becomes dominated by peony, although I can still detect some peachy notes in the distance. Tresor in Love is a definitely lighter, more wearable version of it's cousin Tresor. The only reason I'm not buying it is the sillage - it's very soft, stays very close to the skin. Longevity is not bad, but doesn't appear to represent Lancome standards.

fleurerare94

I've got a bottle of In Love by Lancome Tresor to exchange or sell. It's a great fragrance. The bottle size is a 30ml, however it's about 85% full I'd say. Send me a private message for additional details if interested. Kind Regards!

dglightblue

Lovely to try, but not for me to buy...

No lasting power on me. Love these types of scents but they just don't last on me. Nice one though

Athens

This is definitely the perfume of love and happiness! It's really vivid, joyful and playful, ideal for young women or teenage girls. On my skin I could sense mostly the strong fruity notes of nectarine and peach and I can say that it's moderately lasting. Personally I am a huge fan of the Midnight Rose Tresor and all the perfumes that contain berries, so this is not really my scent. However I believe that is one of the best perfumes Lancome has ever created.

Mof Mof

This is sweet in a subtle manner.suitable for daytime and night. Silage is wonderful, longevity is also wonderful. Lancome can do no wrong.

Hectaedrical

ladyarizel

Too powdery. Cloying. Not too sweet but oddly nauseous. A lot of people might like it though. I thought it's a more "demure" scent but it's too fruity for me. Mature fruity, which, I don't like most of the time.

NadiaJozi

I've always wanted to buy Midnight Rose but when I saw Tresor In Love in a store I fell in love with its eye-catching elegant bottle so I chose it blindly just because of its beauty and cute liquid color, I didn’t even try it in the store since I was sure that I would love this fragrance.

This perfume smells like sweet n sour yummy summer’s fruits which is merged with fresh spring flowers. So it’s very suitable for both spring and summer, it feels so refreshing and lovely!

The only problem with this perfume is the staying power, it’s such a pity that such a pleasant fragrance doesn’t last long on the skin, anyhow even though it may not be a noticeable perfume to others, I love it and I’m gonna wear it gladly and enjoy it only for my own sake.

Maryamsoh

The dry down is really awful. ..I felt nauseous smelling my wrist after two hours . At the beginning it was great n floral n inoffensive , but after a while it became to a monster :( Too much powdery which I can't stand. .. So disappointed .

mahlaa

It is very fresh,fruity,clean...
It lasts about 4 hours and the sillage is moderate...

TexBex

There's nothing wrong with Lancome Tresor In Love, she's just not for me. I'm most decidedly moving away from fresh scents, citrusy ones in particular. The bergamot is, to my nose, one of the most dominating notes. Classy, clean, feminine; mature but light, and rather sour. As someone wrote, the bottle does match the scent, but the liquid should be clear or light green, not pink in my opinion.

Mariam alqubaise

It's an easy choice for a gift no doubt

Very feminine and floral. .

Neckromancer

Upon first spray, this actually smells very green to me, which is interesting because I don't see any green notes listed. This is also very citrusy. For some reason, I didn't expect that. This doesn't smell like rose though, which is great, because I don't really like a mature rose. Later, this turns sweeter and more powdery, like powdered sugar. I like it. It's young and sweet and flirty.

Hope114

This is a nice fragrance - mostly for the daytime and nothing memorable. If you want something special go for Midnight Rose which is very sexy, this is the innocent version.

hduensin

This fragrance really opens up 10-15 minutes after you initially spray it! At initial spray, it almost seems like a heavy floral scent (rose?) but if you give it a little time, it turns much sweeter and pulls a lot of the fruit scents. To me, it leaves a wonderful light sugary scent after it dries. The only downside is that it does not last long enough! I can usually smell it only 2-3 hours after it is initially sprayed- wish it had more staying power. I really love what this fragrance opens up into though- very unique and light

fawahana

This is my signature scent for sure!! I usually get headaches from fragrances as some of them are over powering. But the first time I try Tresor In Love at Sephora, spray on my wrist and get back to work with this scent, I realize that this is the first scent that didn't give me headache. It's silky and lovely. I feel so fresh whenever i wear this perfume. The perfumes that I get the most complimented on by men!

AnnaT

This perfume simply doesn't last on me. I get the top note pear peach and bergamot (a bit of pepper in cooler weather) for a few minutes then a bit of rose water then the perfume simply disappears.

Very frustrating.

JaxTheMinx

HEADS UP: Lancome had discontinued Tresor in Love!!!! I managed to secure a 75ml EDP for a friend last week, only to realise I'd have to fork out double to stock up on my own supply :( I have just secured a 30ml EDP and also a 30ml Midnight Rose which has become equally hard to find in South Africa. I do believe Midnight Rose is still being produced, but suddenly even that seems hard to source here at the moment.

victoria.mei1992

I never knew how musk smells, now I know. These perfume are very warm, I would say it's a warm body scent, or even sweat scent, but not ugly one, like little sweaty woolen sweater. I get a hint of pink pepper also, and little bit violet or peach. But overall, scent is like warm body scent. Not bad, but not for my taste. Bottle is very nice though.

MartaL

Tresor in Love is powdery with a cold touch. I like to smell my perfumes on me from time to time, and this one seemed to disappear too quickly. I am surprised that the top notes are in fact quite fruity because I sniff no fruit at all.

[email protected]

I love this perfume very youthful, I usually hate white floral and rose scents but the rose in this oNE is very classy and doesn't make my head hurt it's a perfect combination of fruit and rose and doesn't smell cheap one of my favorites!

Yayatan

Not bad! I have this and Tresor Midnight Rose in miniature forms and I like this only a little lesser than Midnight Rose. I don't get much of the top and middle notes thank to my body chemistry but the drydown is Lovely. It doesn't smells fruity to me. Boozy is how I would describe it (does anyone feels the same?). I find this more wearable than Tresor Midnight Rose, which I find to be more of a night perfume, and I would buy this in a full bottle along with Tresor Midnight Rose if I have the money for both. But since I have to choose between these two, I'll be getting Midnight Rose instead as I LOVE it. I'll get this too if I could afford it in the future, but a miniature bottle is enough for me for the time being.

kmdrcla

This perfume has all the components of something I would love, but somehow doesn't quite add up for me. Something pulls it back. When it initially hits my skin it gives the impression of a watermelon Jolly Rancher candy, and just as synthetic. It's like what the color fluorescent pink might smell like. It calms down a little bit as it warms up, becoming somewhat creamier and less citric, but I wish it developed into something a little deeper, and with not so much baby powder lingering in the background. That is the drawback of this scent for me. It would be a lovely, fun, delectable spring or summer scent if it weren't so powdery, which just goes rank and diaper-ish smelling (excuse the gross analogy) on my skin. However powdery just works on some people, so I can't trash the fragrance altogether. All in all it's okay. Just wasn't what I expected, unfortunately!

jalhumid92

Soft, feminine, subtle and classy.

Fragrance Lover 30

This perfume is so silky.....all smooth edges and gentle curves....I picked up because I enjoyed the noticeable but definitely layered rose note. I was picking up some kind of pencil shaving smell, and couldn't figure out what it was, and then saw it has some Virginia Cedar base notes and I'm sure that is in fact the very subtle woodiness I am smelling. I haven't owned this one very long, but so far my experience has been that it does seem to fade quicker than what I like, and the sillage is pretty quiet. (I agree with earlier reviews that it just doesn't seem to stick around for long...) I kind of wish it would be more noticeable for a longer period of time, but those types of fragrances seem to be few and far between. All in all, a pleasant French perfume. My first Lancôme perfume in fact!

Oh yes, and the bottle. So elegant! A tall glass bottle with a crystal type lid, and a pretty black bowtie rose around the neck. Kind of sums up the fragrance I think. I love it when the bottle "matches" what the scent smells like. :)

jeannesmc

Tresor in love is a lovely perfume, so soft & floral with the beautiful rose note in it. I can also detect the peach note which is very pretty. I adore Lancome perfumes!

victoriagrace

I love the rose scent in this perfume. Soft and I never had a headache when I'm using it.

Sindhur

I adore this perfume. One the best perfumes I have ever tried. It's a wonderful floral perfume which doesn't choke you. It gifted to me by a friend and I fell in love with it. Very summery kinda perfume and you smell the roses( very subtle) and it gives you such a wonderful feeling, like falling in love ( maybe that's why it is called Tresor in Love). The opening of the perfume is crisp and the dry down is AMAZING. And the best part of the perfume is the bottle. It is the cutest perfume bottle in the world with a ribbon around its neck. And it lasts for like 5-6 hours on me. I can't say enough of this perfume. You really gotta try it to know how amazing this perfume is. I ll continue purchasing this perfume and trust me, you ll love it.

icysdn

this reminded me of my teenager days. so in my opinion, it doesn't smell mature enough even for the age of 20's. light and nice, though. oh and, very short lasting. I would definitely go for midnight rose version.

Satinne

I did not like it. The smell is sour. Its not fresh or fruity, its just sour, I cant even understand what that smell is... That's my opinion.

Celexa

Love the smell - cute and elegant, BUT it doesn't stay on me :( Gone after just half an hour...

Julia1506

I love the original "Tresor" and I absolutely adore the modern, younger version of this classical perfume – "Tresor in love". It is beautiful romantic floral fragrance, very elegant, but cheerful. I'd say, it like a young woman promising to grow up and turn to be a real lady. The bouquet is based on rose mixed with jasmine and violet. It has some sweet notes also, but in a very good proportion. For my opinion, this scent is absolutely timeless and ageless, it will never become old-fashion. It is suitable for different occasions and could be worn by a wide range of ages. I'm sharing this fragrance with my daughter, who fall in love with it and asked this particular perfume for her New Year present.

alyunie

I really like this fragrance. LOVE the opening of juicy peach and pear. Love the cooling powdery floral. In the heat I would get a little spiciness from the pink pepper. Too bad it sits really close to skin, unless you're inches away from the spray site otherwise you will never smell it. And too bad for me, this is one fragrance my body just absorbs within the hour leaving me with nothing but a distant memory of bliss.

boheme_maras

Ive got a tester of this yesterday at the Mall and while i was sniffing this i was sure that's reminds me something ..until i came home and automatically i smell my avon amour.. the scent is so similar...

yzmo91

A very safe fragrance. Suitable for any occasion. Polite enough for office, romantic enough dinner night, hanging out or even if you're just snuggling up at home. Not offensive at all. Super soft and powdery. I have to agree with someone in some previous comments that it's a rose perfume for anyone who dislikes rose notes. Nothing extravagant but just nice :)

nurul.ain

I would like to give my second review of tresor in love..Basically,I really love its initial spray.I smell fresh, dominant n juicy pear, which is mouth-watering as I love to eat pear fruit..peach is there too but not that much though..

Then comes the floral side of it as tresor in love dries down..they are turkish rose n jasmine flower..a bit powdery n i do smell sort of sweet scent in it but that is definitely not a gourmand-like sweetness..it comes from the flower itself..

The drydown is just nice with selected ingredients.I am happy that it has cedarwood n musk as stated in the description above..these two are my favourite base of notes..I am amazed by the bottle as it looks simple yet elegant.furthermore, the black-coloured flower neckband attached is just lovable.makes it more beautiful to see.tresor in love is modern, full of suprise n lovely fragrance.

AlexandraTroush

This is the perfume I chose to wear on my wedding day, and since then each time I spray a little bit on myself it takes me back to those wonderfull memories. It is really elegant and feminine.

leschoux

Trésor in Love is the modern sister of the original Trésor. More romantic than its predecessor, Trésor in Love boasts a lot more fruits and flowers. It has a rather harsh opening, but it mellows down beautifully after around fifteen minutes or so.

I adore the original Trésor. It may usually suit older women, but I find the richness excellent for evening wear. This one, however, suits day wear as well. It's sweeter. It's much more flirty. It's playful. It lives up to its name: if Trésor is a married lady, Trésor in Love is like a lovestruck newly-proposed fiancée. Mature but still clouded up by romance all the same--which isn't bad at all, because it's both rich and light enough at the same time.

Overall, I still prefer the original Trésor somehow, but it's a close call. I figure Trésor in Love may be more popular choice with the general public. It's sweet but not generic, and even though it doesn't boast a lot of different olfactory offerings from opening to the last whiff, it's no one-trick pony. Enjoyable, agreeable and still sophisticated. Beautiful twin of a very likeable perfume.

angeldoll

Tresor IN LOVE. Yesterday I tried it. From the beginning is very sharp, soapy. But gradually softens. Strong rose, peach and violets dominate the composition. On my skin scent lasted about 3-4 hours. It's a nice everyday scent, delicate & elegant. But for me personally is too powdery. Sometimes I feel like powdered baby. Baby with luxurious powder :) But The bottle is exclusive. Charming and romantic.

Whiteclimax

Intoxicant!!
The rose scent is very very strong! That's all you can smell: cheap essence of rose. And this covers all scents. Too much for me!

harini_20

Jus fell in love with this frag!!! Lovely bottle too!!!!! Feminine:)))

Luthien999

Timeless, modern classic to me.Youthful, playful, romantic. Wonderful fruity- rosy composition. By the way, the bottle looks elegant.

Sherihan

Smells like skin care and makeup, an advantage as I love those smells.

shannon.nonsc

My first perfume ever. Someone told me this is for ageing people apply. However, they are totally wrong ! I love the fragrance ! I feel it defines me (or can say define what I want...LoL) Confident, feminine, Youth, joyful ~~Ladies ! For those who likes floral and nay for sweet things...can go for this. I'm more and more in love with it !

ladenu

Tresor In Love is very soft and youthful scent.Definitely not dramatic but It is the nicely blended notes that attracts you. I got this in miniature version and I wear this daytime mostly.

ScarlettX

It's very pleasant sweet rose scent. Rose note blends so nicely with peach and sweet pear. It's not very strong and not overwhelming. I think sillage might be even too soft.
The scent is happy and playful but still innocent.
I think it's youthful sweet scent. Worth a try.

secret girl

so good perfume but so so bad longitivity ,not deserve the money to buy or splitz every 10 min

foxy_princess

Ahh this smells like absolute rose heaven. Perfect combination of the rose and fruit scent. I sprayed this, got an instant cloud of juicy fruits, almost a bubblegum like scent. Then the fragrance settled and the powdery rose and violet came through along with the pear becoming more prominent. Absolutely gorgeous, please buy you will not regret especially if you like rose scents!

Maine_girl

I loved this perfume in this store, and couldn't wait try out my sample at home. I put it on this morning and was so disappointed! It is sharp and sweet smelling, as well as powdery, which I dislike. Pretty much all that I smell is powdery peaches on my skin. The sweetness of it actually gave me a headache. Oh, well. I almost bought it that day in the store - glad I tried it out first!

Velvet_Touch

I got many compliments with this classic perfume. It is one of my favourite, after let's say 5 years. I used to buy it from the mall, but last year I heard about an online cosmetic shop, strawberrynet and I decided to give it a try. It is the same, still not disappointed me.Since then, I purchase my favourite fragrances online. I feel always special and charming when wearing this treasure...

Rux2589

At first, it is sharp and exuberant. As time passes, the intensity fades and what remains is a feeling of sweetness and comfort. So I can see why they called it "in love".

Before qualifying this as not-so-good, remember that it's supposed to be for young women and relatively warm seasons (Spring/Autumn) - so I don't think it should be compared to the classic Tresor.

larita91

Guys, maybe it's my chemistry, but I don't smell any rose in it. All I see here is candied peaches and caramel. So my nose forgot how to smell....but I love it, I love the no-rose smell, sillage and longetivity bothare great.

sunshinegurl17

First initial impression was sweet jasmine, so I was very very happy. The fragrance notes here say more fruity than floral...I beg to differ. I smell maybe a hint of fruit but mostly sweet jasmine with a soft rose. Very very feminine and pretty. I love this perfume!!! Not at all heavy or old lady-ish like original Tresor.

Juliana6

This is an aristocratic, quite sweet fruity powder scent. Soft, slightly twinkling, fluffy cloud all over me. Elegant, slightly reserved, but very feminine. It's not a very strong fragrance, but it really lasts.
The drydown reminds me the scent of a baby oil my mom used when I was a child to soften my skin and her skin too after the bath. After that her palms smelled like this. Sweet, warm and still light, a scent of the happy childhood days, careless, dreamy and filled with never ending sunshine. Makes me smile and remember.
I think every woman can wear this. We always have our treasures and we are always in love.

Beef1

I really can't tell do I like this or not. There is something annoying in this parfume. But I love the peach scent. I think this one is for women over 35 who want elegant but still fruity and unique scent.

genny17

In my views, Ropion cannot make bad scents, and Trésor in Love is pleasant, elegant soft floral, it isn't a knock you dead fragrance, but it smells nice, pretty, feminine, a bit in the vein of Miracle, maybe softer..my mom loves it. There is something understated about it, it is very French, in its stylish vibe....not my favorite, but an easy to wear pretty scent...

BringUsAShrubbery

My mom owns the original Tresor, and this one is nothing like it. When I sprayed it, all I smelled was this annoying funky fruit. The longevity is terrible, I sprayed the same wrist three times, and 2 hours later I can't even smell it when I put my nose on my wrist. The poor longevity is what I expected from the Victoria's Secret perfume that I tried at the same time, but I can still smell that one 5 hours later.

This was a disappointment, as I have tried several from Lancome, and I really liked them.

joan100

This is a much more young version of the original Tresor (they hardly smell alike even) but in a good way! The bottle and juice colour is lovely and it contains one of my favourite ingredients which is nectarine which should be used more often in perfumes. The smell is so delicious you would almost want to drink it!

michelle.p.stpierre

Beautiful, but extremely subtle scent. If you're looking for similarities in sillage with Trésor, you'll be very disappointed.

This is a very subtle peach and rose skin scent. It's sweet, but not sickeningly sweet. There is a very slight powderiness from the violet and it settles in with cedar and musk with waifs of rose and peach in the drydown. Soft, romantic, demure, and classy like the woman who wears this... but don't take her for a fool for she is sophisticated and wise. She will never over-power you or hold on too tightly, but holds on loosely and won't let go, giving you plenty of space in which to breathe.

Like truly loving!

rickyrebarco

While I liked the original Tresor and love Tresor Lumineuse, this version of Tresor was a clear do not buy for me. On my skin, the scent never developed beyond a prominent synthetic bergamot with an even more synthetic peach with someing vaguely rosy smelling in the background. The juice was too sweet and rather offensive to my nose. I had hoped to like it but this was not to be. I do not smell the violet note at all, which is sad. The jasmine and musk come across as a synthetic skank development, which makes the whole scent even worse. I definitely do not recommend this one.

Lycie

Although I'm not a fan of fruity sweet fragrances, I do like this very much. I smell a soft apricot at first, then it goes into a lovely floral. Very light and not sickly sweet. I think this is good anytime, even in warmer weather.

Tanyaoxo

Oh my goodness, what a delight!! To my nose it's a cloud of powdery violet and roses. It's so feminine and girly, sweet and comforting, fresh but cosy at the same time. I just love it. Already made it into my favourites, I hope they never discontinue it! <3

Arlene-Beatrix

Tresor in Love made me fall in love with it! This fragrance is a masterpiece. All notes - top, heart and base - are perfect! They develop without any single false note. Lovely, gorgeous, charming! You can just close your eyes and imagine that you are in the World of Dreams. In Perfume Heaven. In Paradise Garden. Wow, it is so rare to find such a beautiful fragrance! Usually I need to test a lot before I find fragrance like Tresor in Love. Scent that catches you soul, and becomes a part of you. Highly recommend to try it on skin! If it works with your skin chemistry, you are sold:)

Update: I've tested it again, and wearing it in a lot warmer weather, I've got different results. Scent is still very pleasant, but it is also very peachy & nectarine sweet.

Musky4

The first time I tested Tresor In Love I knew I'd smelled this scent before somewhere… I was racking my brain to place it and then it dawned on me that Tresor In Love smells exactly like an Yves Rocher perfume/body spray I used to own. I think it was a peach scent and I've no idea whether Yves Rocher still make it or not. Anyhow, Tresor In Love is a soft, young, pretty, fresh and romantic fragrance that would be most suitable for daytime use, especially in the Springtime. However, for me it's just a little bland, as I prefer fragrances with more of an edgy or sensual feel. I think this would be a safe buy as a gift though as it's very inoffensive.

SucceeD87

Nice, sweet, elegant. I smell a lot of sweet pear in it.

Lavender Child

This one didn't work for me, I couldn't detect any peach on my skin, and the jasmine was overpowering... Altogether, it was too soft and bland on me, and I washed it off after a few hours.

Ansamo

yes it is good but it's better for women older than 25 or those girls who want to grow up early ;)
I wear it on special occasions . not for every single day use .

Tailor-Made

I'm so in love lately...And this is the perfect perfume for me right now! So sweet and fresh and it makes my day! If you are in love this is the right one for you! So pink and bubbly like a a pink champagne! I'm so happy when i'm wearing it!!! :)

tenshilove

This fragance is amazing ,you imaging a romantic date ,it's'a very delicate fragance, very femenine floral, fruity and sweet ;Romance all over the place and it is longlasting and has a good sillage

Turtledove

Starts out as a really pretty, creamy, soft green peach-rose combination, a little shampoo-like, but in a nice way. Unfortunately it dries down to a scratchy, overly-fresh generic cedar-musk base that I really dislike. The drydown is just like acqua di gioia, daisy, or basically any other fresh/aquatic floral you'd find at a mall counter. It started out so pretty too!

pink_fox

Reminds me of Guerlain Champs Elizee. Nothing special about it, several supermarket perfumes smell similar, like C-Thru...

Antares811

Lovely! Sweet, delicate and very feminine.

widyarasyid

Romantic, youthful, pretty, thats what it is, for some one who looking forward to go on a first date, that would be a nice warm pretty ambience this perfume create, be in love then :)

Nefelisparkles

A very very juicy and slightly powdery rose scent!
Youthful and bright!
Elegant and contemporary!
The rose gives a somewhat more citric opening while the scent changes into a more fruity/ powdery scent as the time passes!
Give it a try, it might be your new everyday favourite!

asphyxia

It smells very pretty and youthful to me. I would not classify this as a very "special" or distinguishable kind of scent but that doesn't mean I don't enjoy it.

I smell the peach and nectarine the most on initial spraying. Shortly after, it becomes multi-dimensional: I smell taif rose and peach on a slightly musky base. It is so yummy, just like a fresh, ripe and sweet peach. This is a sweet fragrance but it never becomes cloyingly sweet. It's not the sexy kinda fragrance; this is more like the stuff you wear to picnics or innocent first dates. It's very friendly and doesn't command all the attention in the room.

Tresor in Love doesn't last that long (maybe 5-6 hours) as the main note is taif rose which is not particularly long lasting. But I love it nonetheless.

r4elle

Tresor in Love! Would I ever thnk I will love ths scent after 2 years of purchasing it?! I bought my bottle autumn-winter season and then remember having it on all Christmas and New Year. It smelled of roses and and cream, like body lotion or somethng but at the same tme it was very clean in a refreshing way. Unfortunately I forgot about Tresor in a week's time.
I have now moved in to a different country and it is dry and summer. This soft-dusty-rosy-musky scent now reminds how sultry and gentle it is. It now smells totally different. An interesting thing that perfumes smell different in dfferent parts of the earth! I love this now! This is what I would like to smell on a summery breezy evening and night!
During a hot and dry weather now it stays on me for about 4-5 hours (whereas before n a humd and much colder area it would last a whole day). The peppery-powdery note does not evaporate too quickly, although it is a top note. The opening is thick with juicy peaches and rose a bit of mix with citrus. Once it has settled down, you can get a hint of flowers- jasmine and violet. Though this does not last too long on me, all I can smell after 2 hours, is just the rosy-musky-powdery light sweetness. I love this to bits!

lucyshep

This smells like Barbie hair smell! Seriously, felt many times girls with that "Barbie hair" smell and found out later on in a shop that it was this perfume.
Good if you feel nostalgic about your childhood Barbies or if you wanna smell like plastic Barbie hair.

Wishbeboy

This no longer on my skin...just only 1-2 hrs, then i can't smell scent

francess.raymundo

you can really smell the peach base of this scent

Apocalyptos

My oh my. As a homme I havn't explored that many female fragrances...or females at that. But this is the juice that will make me hold my paws up and capitulate! It's alluring, comforting, colorful and just damn sexy. The next date gift is all set. This love potion is just waiting to get unleashed!

2746cstreet

Tresor in Love on me is mainly a dewy rose with nectarine and pear. Taif rose is very soft and slightly powdery, it's kind of like a rose for people who don't generally like rose.

Save M

Tresor In Love is a pretty fragrance, juicy and flowery with a well balanced accord of notes.
It suits perfectly girls and modern women who want to smell in a fruit-flowery way and good without being "too much". The name TRESOR IN love expresses a young happiness to me. It is a classic fragrance, confortable and simple in a positive way. I wear it in daytime..SO CHIC!!! the bottle's lovely too.

update: it's become one of my favorite for everyday use. It's heart-warming and conforting during the winter. it makes my day!!!! the peaches in there are so likely!!!

ArtzGirl

I spritzed my arm with this as I was walking through Ulta last night. On my skin, this is mixing very much like J'ADORE... and turning into a strong shampoo smell, which smells very cheap and "drug store" - almost like I have over dosed on Shampoo.

This is NOT my thing. It gives me a slight headache.

----------

However, I tried Tresor Midnight Rose and really liked that fragrance on my skin. What a DIFFERENCE!!! Seriously, this is why it is important to try a number of different fragrances on, because you will never know exactly which scent works best for you - without exploring a number of different scents. You can check out my review on Tresor Midnight Rose. I really like that one!
