Les Fleurs Fleur De Figuer Molinard for women

I am a sucker for fig so of course I love this. This could have easily been a Prada perfume called "Infusion de Figue". Where Infusion d'Iris has green notes, powdery iris and galbanum, this one has fig leaf, a very powdery wood note and, of course, galbanum. The result is a very clean, fresh, delicate fragrance.

I wonder if this is in anyway similar to the discontinued Aqua Allegoria Figue-Iris by Guerlain. I've alway been curious about that one.

A scent both cool and creamy that transmits a clean smell, I found quite versatile and excellent fixation and dry down is very confortável this and I know of Ambre in my opnion are the best

Milky fig all the way, and so soft... smells like soft baby skin... or the finest cream you can imagine. Want this one!!
edit/ smells even better, more close to the skin, but quite longlasting, tender, cozy, perfect for warm weather

The very first notes are milk sap of a young fig tree shoot and a very pronounced almond note - a gourmand cobination: bitter and bright, both notes support each other. Then in a short while almong disappears, leaving sweetness in its place. At this point I like Fleur de Figuer much less for there is not enough fig left - the fig sap smell of the opening is only a faint shadow of what it was in the beginning.
The sweet note is amber, a component I usually adore, but here it's just too sweet and not resiny at all. Looking at the pyramid, I was surprised to see that out of all 4 notes there's no almond I smell distincly in the opening, but there's an orange that wasn't in existence for me at any stage of this scent.
The drydown is less sweet and very comforting, the fig leaf reappears, less bitter than fig sap in the beginning, but very distinct. The cedar is mild and warm and non-obtrusive.
Pleasant scent all in all, but not a master creation, somehow the notes don't blend well together, but remain separate and distinct, I wish there would be uniformity in Fleur de Figuer. But when I want a punch of freshness into my face, like in March when you are wary of winter and want spring to come at last, I reach for this Molinard to hurry spring up.

Well, I have persevered with this fragrance for over 12 months to see how it changes over the seasons.. summer it didnt really change much with the warmer weather, still no hint of orange, just fig and galbanum. It seemed better balanced in the cooler weather but it started giving me headaches. I layered it with the Amber and that made it an interesting combination but unfortunately I have to say on its own it didnt work for me.

I love this one. It reminds me of my parent's country home back in Europe. Very pleasant. On me it feels nice at first, but after a while it stops being nice, and it ends up smelling like an old chemist's shop, the kind that used to sell all kinds of drugs and cleaning stuff in bulk a century ago. Still I like to spray it on my hands now and then to enjoy a trip to the past.

This a wonderful fragrance with fig leaf and galbanum as the most prominent notes.Very refreshing.
As all Molinards, it has an amazing sillage and longevity and it's a very clear and transparent scent, not thick. I noticed that a lot of Molinards from this series smell like the drydown of many expensive and rich perfumes, so they would be great for layering and add some depth to other fragrances, especially the onces than are in need of sillage or longevity boost.

Just received the perfume last week and started using it today. I wanted something fresh and long lasting for spring/ summer. I had been using the 'Ambre' for winter and was very happy with the spicy, amber scent and it was long lasting ( up to 4-5 hours) which is great for an eau de toilette.

So far a get a woody crispness - cant say I pick up any orange but it is still cool here and as it warms up it may play a differently with my body chemistry.Not sure if I like/ dislike at this stage - will keep you posted, but it is long lasting too and doesnt go sweet.

I found this to be a very strong fig scent. People told me that it's an extraordinary smell and it was quite interesting to have it, but after a while I figured that fig is probably not my kind of note.

Oh it's so figgy at first, but the notes appeared somewhat in reverse order on my skin. The opening was sharp and green with galbanum being dominant. Wonderful for resin-lovers like myself! The heart notes felt a bit unisex, when the orange and cedar co-mingled. The dry-down was a sweet, slightly powdery, woody cedar, with the occasional waft of galbanum re-emerging. It felt clean, vaguely soapy at times, in a very unisex way.

I like it so much, I am trying to decide whether it is a "love". But it doesn't feel like a women's floral at all to me.

.........Keeping it simple;o) Fresh at first, then soft and warm, the fig is yummy!......I only received this the other day and the first day I wore it I got wonderful compliments on how lovely I smelt....good enough for me :o)

The scent follows "needs" of summer days. How?
Well, it starts very fresh (fig) and light - and that's what we need for morning and afternoon heat. Than, you notice that becomes more warmer but it never overpowers fig domination. What you feel later is smell of sunset... I thought it is vanilla but I guess I felt resins. The warm touch of resins it is just like sunset - the entire palate of orange color.
In the end - everything (almost in the same time) fades... as night is approaching... Time to sleep...

A perfect fragrance for summer and even into fall. It has a fresh, crisp, greeny scent that truly lasts all day long with only a few sprays. Adding a hint of sexiness is the warmth of galbanum. I highly recommend this for daytime wear and especially nice for those who prefer not wearing those fruity florals that are in over-abundance these days.
