یک عطر ارزشمند که فراتر از قیمتش می‌ارزه.
A very affordable and precious perfume. Several years ago, my sister used to wear this perfume. At first I didn't like it and after some time I noticed that this is really nice.

Dead Memories

I came across this Rasasi a while back (like 3 or 4 years ago) and it was very cheap , literally 10 bucks for 45 mls and this one is marketed towards women but ill tell you men can pull this off as well and here's Y ! upon spraying it starts off with lots of aldehydes and galbanum its synthetic and harsh then it settles down to a bit flowery citrusy mids although top notes are still present here (its a green soapy scent) the change is so subtle you may not notice it! and it doesnt last long , it quickly runs to the dry down which is woodsy mossy a bit musky (white musk) with some salty notes (maybe hexyl salicylate!?) the whole theme of the fragrance is SOAPY DRY POWDERY also i detect something a bit bitter underlying there , it does have a bit of fresh qualities but its NOT a fresh frag. and looking at its notes i thought this must be aldehydic flowery sweet and soft perfume for women but its not, i dont know how they marketed this only pour femme , this should be Unisex i think it is more suitable for autumn and spring , night time , doesn't project nor does it last on my skin more than 3 hours so much for an edp huh! , and dont get me started on the bottle & its cap ;) no its not a worthy one to spend cash on it specially for the price its selling for (28$ on ebay for 75ml) buy something else or up your game for a bit more $ ;)

I usually love a floral aldehyde overload, so Rasasi’s ‘Catherine’ should have been right up my street.

Unfortunately, it smells like someone has taken the secret recipe to Chanel No.5 but messed it up, resulting in it smelling like Johnson & Johnson’s baby oil with something majorly bitter throughout. The bitterness reminds me of the chemical they paint on nails to stop you from biting them. It’s a bitter baby oil.

The bottle is a squished version of Gres’ ‘Cabotine’. The entire fragrance is a weird little goblin. Inexpensive but still not worth a blind-buy. Goblin juice.

After readng the reviews and the notes listed I blind bought it. After completed my order I realized that Rasasi has a wide range of perfumes in very different prices from the very inexpensive ones (like Catherine) to the rather expensive ones. And I was worrying about the cheapness of Catherine, and tought that prices don't differ by accident.
Well, I was right - partly. Catherine came in a cheap box and a very cheap-looking bottle with an even cheaper-looking plastic cap. I had hopes that here was the point being so cheap: the company did not spent too much on design. The first spray of this fragrance took me off a little bit, it was very synthetic. After a minute a pretty, flower boquet started to bloom and the drydown became powdery and rather dry. Someone mentioned that the composition is very well balanced: sweetness and dryness, floral and woodsy accords are so nicely blended that the ultimate impression is something soft and subltle, non-offensive, but appealing. It is definetely a green aldehydic floral with powdery undertones, and it's versatile in my opinion. It's not sexy, not a French-type chic fragrance, but has nothing to connect with Arabian perfumes, either. Sillage is moderate but longevity is excellent, I couldn't even scrub it off.

Got my bottle today here in the US. I purchased it from eBay - manufactured in Dubai and sent from a seller in Russia. Heavy on the aldehydes, but that's a feature I love. I get all the notes described plys a little citrus. Truly delightful to me.

Catherine is quite strong on the aldehyde, I mean really really big on aldehydes so may be one to try if you're big on that note. It's just not my thing

Planet_X

Extremely underrated, unknown to many, meanwhile it is a clone of Bill Blass Nude, same sophisticated erotic orris root blended with iris and galbanum, sharing qualities/elegance with Prada Iris series as well, long lasting, office and family-friendly, don't pay attention that it is "Rasasi" - nothing Arabic in this soapy-feminine-floral, great in rainy weather, recommend!

I have it in the body spray aerosol can for testing ..Well, I smell aldehydes all the way with a slight change to woodsy , green notes and dried florals ..Certainly , this has a vintage zest ...I am old fashioned when it comes to my taste but sadly can't think of anything unique about this perfume ...It's not bad , but certainly nothing to rave about ...

Plrowden

It is amazing to me how aldehydes (which I love) can be so incredibly lush! Yes, they are vibrant and almost jubilant in this gorgeous floral concoction!

The iris, Galbanum, green notes, along with the jasmine create a cacophony of floral delight! What could have been powdery and sweet is beautifully tempered by the oak moss and woody notes.

I can't fathom why anyone would think that Catherine is old fashioned! She is bright, voluptuous, savvy, and oh so very wearable. She wants you to come closer to smell her intriguing beauty. I did and I have fallen in love!

sillage is soft
Longevity is just gorgeously long!

I'm in perfume heaven.
This poor poor underrated beauty. I was waiting for autumn to be able to pull it off. I know many may may perceive it as an outdated perfume, it has everything that screams granny to people: aldehydes, galbanum, the ultimate old lady floral trio: rose, jasmine and lilly of the valley, powdery iris and not to forget the all time classic chypre base. And yet this lady is not at all in your face kind of loud, it's more on the genle side. This cheap baby smells so luxurious to me, as many other expensive ones can't.
On my skin it first opens green and citrucy but there is always gentle soapyness present, then it changes and vibrates on me I can even wonder what i'm wearing as the flowers start to emerge one by one, lasts more than 8 hours on my skin till the beautiful gentle drydown. True perfume quality. Still wonder why is it sooooo cheap, because usually you can tell a cheap perfume from it's bad drydown.
