Sublime Nature Tonka Bean by Oriflame is a Amber Floral fragrance for women and men. Sublime Nature Tonka Bean was launched in 2017. The nose behind this fragrance is Nathalie Lorson.

"Let’s keep the tropical theme going and look across the Pacific Ocean. In Brazil, we find the Amazonian treasure Tonka Bean. Harvested after the monsoon rains, it unveils its gourmand facets as it dries in the sun. We celebrate its beauty in Sublime Nature Tonka Bean Parfum." - a note from the brand.

Very elegant, warm and cozy everyday fragrance! Ideal for autumn / winter. Sweet and classy. When I wear it, I think of a hot vanilla tea with honey! Yam! It lasts A LOT!!! I've been wearing this all day and I can still smell it on my clothes. It smells expensive! Another great attempt of Oriflame to create long lasting fragrances. With Oriflame Amber Elixir make a great team as a winter / autumn duo.

Tonka bean was banned (or at least I thought so) so maybe it's synthetic. It's nice and pleasant, heartwarming but not cloying. I like this one for studying or working because it keeps a unique note / tone and really helps focus, I believe at least psychologically.

If you smell it on blind, you will think that is some expencive perfume. This is mastrpeace from Oriflame. Clear and clean tonka, it stay likr aura around you. Very sophisticated

On first 2 wearings :

This really reminds me of CH Good Girl without the powdery-dryness and with more nuttiness from the tonka. It is for sure sweet and floral (it has some kind of tuberose vibe, but not too strong). I, as a man, can see myself pulling it off if I wanna come across a little out of line, but this is a pleasing attention grabber none the less.

Performance seems very good, both projection and longevity, but I am going to give it more wearings when it cools down outside (PS: you have to spray it a few times as the atomizer's kinda crappy).

Will get back after wearing it more.

EDIT:

Got to wear this on a not so hot summer night.

In the first 2h it projects very well. The opening can be a bit too much - very sugary sweet vanilla with a synthetic fruitiness and quite strong.

After that, you are left with a white floral - tonka - vanilla combo and the projection dies down close to the body. That lasts for about 3-4h...

In its last phase you are left with a simple tonka smell, very pleasant, skin-scent.

I would say overall this leans to the feminine side, but I don't mind wearing this at all. I feel very good wearing this.

EDIT:

This one gave me that thought of "I think I smelled this before"

AND YES! It has a very similar vibe to D&G The One Desire

RoSefi

And I should add that I really don't recommend it for men...

RoSefi

It feels up every room you enter, a warm lovely scent that's only good in cold weather. In the hot weather, it becomes so heavy and may lead to headaches

nguyenvuhungvuong

for both men and women just wear it and people will say about how you smell. very warm, sweet but not too much and very tonka bean

drawingmaniac35

@octobertragedy actually it does say for women and men so your guess was definitely accurate!

octobertragedy

Salty tonka bean, wipped in intense vanilla and sweet grape syrup...That is what I get...A very strong, intense, mature and powerfull fragrance. Not a safe blind buy.
Not your every day cup of tea. I don't love it, but I agree it smells expensive and it is very well done...
Perfect for winter and autumn, the cold air compliments this fragrance making it cozy (probably due to vanilla) and watery (due to salty tonka).
This is not listed as a unisex fragrance, but I believe it would work waaay better on a man. Yes, as a second thought, it smells sensually masculine, if that makes sense...

A very long lasting and qualitative fragrance compared with the usual Oriflame releases. Strong, intense, suitable for winter, aquatic and sweet. I love sweet scents but this one has something that makes me feel sick. Maybe it.s my skin chemistry that turns it this way. Seemed like a good purchase at the time, resulting in only wearing it two times.

I love vanilla and tonka bean so I was very excited about this but I sense something very plasticky in it. Makes me think of a pacifier covered in baby drool. Though I understand why it's popular, I ended up selling it.

I wore this scent the entire autumn season and I have to say it has become one of my favourites. It is so warm and cozy. The only thing that's bad about it is the quality of the bottle. The gold parts started peeling heavily.
Update:
As my taste has changed a little bit I do find this too stuffy for me. However, I feel this is just the type of scent my boyfriend would love for the winter so I might give it to him.

This is my first time dipping my toes in the Oriflame pool. And so glad I did. Found a good deal on a 50 ml so I dived in and made a blind buy.

Tonka Bean is sweetened with vanilla. It opens too sweet for me but morphs quickly into a quiet gourmand in the drydown.

This is very warm and comforting, and I think it would appeal to a large audience due to it also being a great deal; I found my 50 ml for $30. Combined with very good longevity (on my skin that’s no small feat), this is one blind buy that’s not a sinker.

Edit: well, today I find this perfume completely boring. I never reach for it, so in the trading bin it goes. Send me a message if you want to trade for it.

I like the perfumes that are built around a single note, sophisticated yet simple as they usually are. This one did not disappoint - basically it is the warm and dry, woody tonka bean embraced by the soft and sweet vanilla. I smell maybe some coffee too. It is a cosy, warm scent, perfect for foggy november mornings.
It is advertised as unisex, and I can imagine it very well on man too. Kind of reminds me of Rochas Man, a scent my loved one used to wear and it suited him well. He does not like Tonka Bean.

sarage

Warm, balsamic, soft and sweet in a sophisticated way.
Comforting, cozy.
I would not wear this in summertime, great for the cold season.
Elegant bottle.

Zoita

From the sample, it appears to be balsamic, woody, intense. We'll see.

iamoir

A linear yet not simplistic perfume
Subdued nuances of fresh cut hay with a tempered burnt accord.
Medicinal, believe it or not...
Powdery, layer-friendly, a drydown with a masculine facet
On the sweet side for sure, with the opening having a sweet sugared fruit development; I thought it was pear, I see blackcurrant here, could be both, mind that it's sugared.
The balance between foody and perfumey is so thin here, although the more I sniff it the more I'm convinced that it's perfumey.
It's modern, it follows current trends. Young females might like Tonka Bean more than Tuberose, from the same line. Even though I encourage testing both.
Not your girly girl perfume
Sprayed myself at 14:30 and now it's 19:00; some soft traces are left of the perfume, I barely catch a whiff of it.

Edit: Oriflame catalogue adds some more notes in the April catalogue: a gourmand side of vanilla, almond, cinammon and caramel

VeroMikaela

Un parfum placut, cremos , cu ingrediente de calitate. Potrivit pentru zi , pentru birou.
Nota mea 8/10

Mirella86

This smells on me like Aquolina - Pink Sugar. The opening is a bit different, but in a few minutes they seem the same to me. I like it anyway, but this is in no way an unique scent.
