Taj Sunset Escada for women

I love this scent but the longevity is really bad, it barely lasts 2 hours for me. I also can't smell any of the coconut in the base notes, I just get sugary wood. Still a gorgeous summer scent!!

I'm addicted to mango as well as peaches, and am slowly getting my hands on every one in the market. This one is really good in a sea of disappointments. A vacation in a bottle, great for spring/summer, or when you are feeling "fruity." I get lots of mango, peach (even though it's not a note), raspberry here and there, with a creamy coconut base appearing for cameos. It's sweet, but not overly so, balanced by the tartness of some citruses and the mellow basenotes of water lily (turning her ever so slightly aquatic), sandalwood and musk, softening her and making the dry down really beautiful. She layers beautifully with Creed virgin island water if you want to transform her into a mango margarita, or Narcisco pure musk, if you want to highlight her softer more woody side but sugar it up a bit.

Does she last? No. On me, 2-4 hours, which isn't great, but it's pretty standard for her price point and competitors. I got a tester (probably the newer version, but who knows) for $24.99 at a perfume discounter (joma), so I'm not mad at respraying a few times a day.

I'm also going to check out dua's version and will update the review when it arrives. Dua's was $33 (not on sale, they have sales a lot), but still a cheapie, and if others are right that the dupe has amazing longevity, that will fix her only downside and move her to one of my top mango spots (currently occupied by Aphrodite).
I've been really impressed with some of their other dupes recently (including their version of wulong cha, Ganymede, and lost cherry), so we shall see. . .

This is fruity sexy exotic tropical wonderland. It’s youthful but not childish. It’s relatively sweet but the tangy, almost-sour fruit and aquatic florals balance it all out. The coconut is subtle so it doesn’t overpower or cheapen it. Some might find the fruits too strong, sharp, and sour but I love it and I feel like you kind of need that to cut through summer heat. It reminds me a lot of BBW’s Pretty as a Peach (~90% similar). Dua has a great dupe called Crown Twilight that has way better performance.

Ugh, this is a pure floral love of mine but the lasting kills me and luckily I found a better dupe of this which literally lasts an eternity on my skin.

It is known as the 'Crown Twilight' by Dua Brand. Absolute magic I would say, do try it out guys if you haven't already!!

It's a floral fruity goddess! A perfect spring fragrance for me. But one thing that has stopped me from buying it again is the lasting of the fragrance. It only lasts on my skin for half an hour which is extremely weird. Just came here to rant a little on it longevity and look for better dupe of this fragrance as it has become one of my favorite but just one thing. just one.

The older version is much better. The new lasts a minute tops. The older is still your typical summer escada, but thats way better than the new. The scent is very similar, super juicy sweet and fruity. Its not complicated, not grown up but its pleasant and i love it.

Sunset 🌅 at the tropics.
This is a beautiful, sweet, warm, summer fragrance that would suit more the evenings and nights than the sweltering hot 🥵 mornings IMHO.
The mango 🥭 is sweet and smooth, despite a tad synthetic, but most mango perfume notes tend to be, and this is much better than most. The sweetness is balanced by the zestiness from the oranges 🍊.
I don’t get much of the heart notes but I can sense a clean white musk, a hint of coconut 🥥 and some smooth woods in the base.
The color of the bottle and the “sunset” 🌆 in the name are spot on. However the nod to India 🇮🇳 (Taj and paisley pattern) I couldn’t relate. Mangoes and coconut are all over the tropics. Actually this could read Brazil 🇧🇷 or Carribean more. And sandalwood is too ubiquitous in perfume to register as India. Some spice would have been welcome and wouldn’t be overbearing in a small dose especially that the composition is already warm and targeted for after sunset.
Anyway it’s lovely but would have loved the staying power to be more at that price point.

One of my favorite perfumes. It was love at first sniff. Very fruity and delicious smelling, but creamy at the same time, so it doesn't smell synthetic. I just wish it lasted more on my skin.

i literally want to drink it it smells so good!! very juicy, sugary, as summery as it gets. of course there's not much to it other than the mango but in this case less is more

I love Escada - it's one of my favorite perfume lines. Some of their fragrances have no equal or comparison, however "simple" they may be. But Taj Sunset is not one of those - it's a pass for me.

It smells nice (you get the sweet mango and fruity notes), but there's a bit of "tanginess"/sharpness to the mango note that makes the mango smell like it's becoming too ripe.

Some BBW mists that give a similar vibe to Taj Sunset, but are much more vibrant, fruity, and deliciously tropical:

- Tiki Bay Island Margarita
- Golden Mango Lagoon
- Fiji Guavatini

Yummy mango. Smells very nice and fruity and sweet without being the boring kind of fruity and sweet. But as Escadas tend to go, doesn't last long and isn't particularly strong.

Great summer scent. Just keep the bottle on you to reapply.

That's my signature scent and has been for years. The opening is quite sweet and fruity, and then it settles as light, pleasant musky fruity floral with a hint of the coconut. I get mostly the raspberry and a tiny bit of the water lily. I've received numerous compliments, so it's safe to say this one is a crowd-pleaser. Very inoffensive, comforting and easy to wear fruity-floral scent.
Very light and pleasant, to me it's not suitable only for the warmer seasons, despite the notes. Maybe because it develops quite musky and ever so slightly powdery on me.
Longevity is very good - pretty much all day. Projection is moderate.

Mango, some citrusy notes, coconut and a hint of watery notes, this is what I get. Bright and sweet!

I would pair this with a coconut body lotion or something with sandalwood to be a bit more sophisticated.

If you want to smell like a candy shop, layer this on Lush Snow 🧚🏻♀️ fairy or on a mango body butter. The sillage and longevity is better than in many other Escada summer scents. I have the original 2011/2012 edition and it has not lost it’s potency. This is what I would grab with me on a vacation in Brazil or the Caribbean.

i found a dupe for this,its called "Exotic coctail"XD by Fabio Verso. i found it in a store called "dollarstore" here in sweden. very similar actually but not really as good as Taj sunset but soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much cheaper.

This is definitely a very sweet fragrance. For a moment it reminded me of the same sweetness of Midnight Fantasy by Britney Spears. More of a youthful perfume. Doesn't have very good lasting power however. Can smell it on myself for about 5 minutes but it does linger in the air for a bit.

Attractive mango scent. I really like this scent. It smells like mango and is not too sweet. If you don't like mango, maybe it's not for you! A nice every day scent.

It smells like a cheap aquatic fruity bodyspray. I am disappoinred that I can not smell any coconut or musk, but only the synthetic fruit. On the other hand this does last longer than another Escada fragrance FlorDelSol one, which only lasted for 30 minutes. This one I have smelled for hours now but I smell no basenotes.

Mango, mango, mango..yes, sometimes it's all you need in a hot summer day.

@SailorCupcake they have it back in stores. I think the summer scent this year is the cherry one but maybe they just relaunched it cause it was so popular. Either way in europe both are being sold at the moment

I saw that in a few posts on instagram that Taj Sunset is back with a new design on the bottle.... perhaps Taj Sunset is the summer 2023 frag?

I truly do get mango and coconut in this scent. It smells like summer. It can uplift your mood it smells sweet. Summer vibes, beach vibes it smells tropical very sweet.

This one has the exact same drydown as Midnight Fantasy by Britney Spears!

I'm not fan of Escadas (this is my first Escada and I'm 40), but this has really something!
I've smelled and tested many of these but I didn't like them.
Dry down is really good.
This lasts very long on my skin, 10 hours atleast, and I don't even overspray.

Sweet mango, fizzy blood Orange, sweet and sour rasperry, milky coconut, soft musc and sandalwood, uuuuh, so gooooood ❤

I'm not a fan of this one. It smells just like a Victoria's Secret body spray, and I find the notes mushy, synthetic, and mostly chemical. I don't get any real, juicy fruit, I don't smell coconut, and after sitting on my skin awhile, I'm just getting very unpleasant floral musk. I also feel a bit cheap, and like I got in a time machine to visit 2005. So since this GIANT bottle is taking up a lot of room on my shelf, I've got to sell this, lol.

A delicious, fruity, summery scent. Since I don't notice the base notes much, it comes across slightly too immature for me on its own (like something I would have loved to wear as a teenager). However, I adore it when I layer it with Tinharé. It would probably layer nicely with other darker scents as well.

I adore this fragrance! A perfect blend of tropical fruits and sweetness. Smells exactly like a mango drink and I’ve got multiple compliments for it as well! I don’t get any flowers from it at all. The most prominent note is mango, but upon the initial spray I also get a slight citrus smell from the blood orange. It also stays on me for about 5 hours or more so the longevity is okay! Might want to reapply it during the day though.

When I was 10, I received a sample of this from Sephora when i was buying my blue sparkly eyeliner and lipgloss. I was OBSESSED. It was the best thing I ever smelled, and I cherished that little sample vial. Over the next decade, I'd think about that sample every so often and try to remember what it was, until I finally looked through Fragrantica for mango fragrances released around that time. I found it. And what convenient timing, as they'd recently rereleased it too.

It smells exactly as good as I remembered! A juicy, sweet tropical Tiki bar mango drink! Unashamedly bright and girly. Whenever I smell this, I'm immediately on a beach with the sun on my skin and a fruity drink in my hand. I fucking love this fragrance. If you don't like this, I will fight you. Or politely ask you to send me your bottles, I'll gladly take 'em off your hands.

They re-released this fragrance again! It is in stores already in a new packaging, but the scent itself is very similar. I might need go back and retest it side by side. One of my favorite recent summer Escadas!

I think its the ALFONSO mango and the blood orange that makes me hate this perfume. I LOVE ALL THE ESCADAS but this turned me off. It smells like a hair product thats fresh. but I think if they used regular mango and not blood orange than I would've loved.

I ordered 3 Escada summer fragrances. Sorbetto Rosso, Miami Blossom and this one. I wasn't sure I did a good thing, because for a light Eau de toilette those wasn't the cheapest. But immediately after they arrived, I knew I would not regret. This one is a hot summer evening in the bottle. I get a little sunscreen, a lot of fruit and this one is strongest of 3. I really love it. And the bottles look gorgeous all together. I'm very happy with this purchase. But I feel like those fragrances are more just for my nose, I don't think people around me will smell it much, unless I really overspray.

I know I stated in the past that Escada summer perfumes were not worth it. Of course, they're not the statement niche perfumes out here, even though I find that they have their own niche. Not everyone makes tropical scents the way they do. Taj Sunset is an ode to mango, orange, peach; and it is a really nice functional perfume to remind you of your summer holidays ( especially in COVID times). The sillage is great at first, the lasting power is ok, the bottle is really nice. And mango is not so abused in fragrances as a note, the way that pear is. As a man ( even father of 2 kids), I wear it for my WFH days. I know it's one of the hardest to find ESCADAs, but I have ESCADA alternatives: Rockin' Rio 2011- fresher, more citrus- but still really present- Miami Blossom- maybe more passionfruit, citrus & florals- but still the same vibe.
P.S: For cheaper and maybe more readily available ESCADA alternatives, seek HEI POA, but keep in wind they focus on coconut-tiare-frangipani-ylang ylang with some fruity notes.

I remember absolutely loving this as an 18-year-old, knew it was discontinued, so I was quite surprised that Fragrancex was still selling it - naturally I had to have it.
Might be the nostalgia factor, but I still love it, a very sweet syrupy mango and nectarine scent. Lasting power is not great, about 2-3 hours.
I will be happy to wear it this summer again after several years, probably lazing around in the garden after a work week, enjoying a nice glass of Aperol Spritz.

Delicious, syrupy, fruity, addictive! If you like sweet tropical perfumes, this is for you. Smells a lot like a fruitier version of Sunset Heat, which I have fond memories of. Lasted about 4 hours on me.

edit: it's 2 years later and I still love it in the summer. It's syrupy, sweet, juicy mango. It doesn't last long, but it boosts my mood and makes me think of a rum bar in the best way.

I used to like this. But after wearing this too much i start dislike it. Its a sweet, juicy and heavy perfume...

I love this. I think I marked it as "dislike" mistakenly in the past. I remember sniffing this at Ulta in 2011 and being put off by the price. It really is beautiful, syrupy fruit with a touch of floral (the tiniest bit) and a subtle pinch of slightly powdery sandalwood. The non-fruit notes make it smell like the most heavenly orange-y fruit shampoo (especially the mango, blood orange, and apple) based on a cocktail rather than a cocktail. It is almost edible and so pretty. It's up there with Born in Paradise and Sorbetto Rosso 😍 This sounds weird, but the scent really matches the "vibe" of my Desert Essence Red Grape Shampoo and Conditioner (heavenly!) with its vibrant, deep fruitiness. I do not detect a "grape" note in Taj Sunset though. This packs a punch and I think can be used year round.
EDIT: I am so sad! I only used this a couple times over the past few months and think it turned on me. Someone else described a "dusty celery scent" in Island Kiss and I wonder if that happened to me. For what it's worth, Ghadeer by Swiss Arabian looks similar.

It smells just like gummy bears, go to a grocery store buy and smell that, is exactly the same. I usually love Scada’s fragrances but this one is made for a 12 to 16 kid.

A sweet candied mango. I felt compelled as an Indian to have a mango scent lol and Hermes Un Jardin sur le Nil was not cutting it at all (there's no mango to be found in that one!). My complaint is that there is not enough "freshness" to this scent, it is a heavy sweet mango and I could see it getting cloying in on a humid summer day. But on a breezy day I think it really enjoyable. I enjoy mixing this with a citrusy smell to help uplift it.

This passes the boyfriend test as well, though he offers no raves, he has no complaints either.

The musk notes in this never predominate but they do add the heaviness to this scent.

I wanted to like this but it just smells too juvenile to me. Like a sickeningly sweet body mist that a 13 year old would wear instead of a perfume.

Nauseating!! This smells way too sweet and theres a fruit in here that I apparently do NOT mesh with because its so strong and cloying on my skin. I bought this because I heard it was the better version of beyonce’s heat rush but I would wear heat rush over this any day! At least that scent has a nice balance of fruit and floral and doesnt have the overpowering sweetness like this one. Honestly, I would not feel comfortable wearing this scent in the summer because it just smells like super sweet juice. I’m just not a fan :(

The only problem is it only lasts 30 mins max on my skin.

I am a huge fan of Cherry in the Air so I admittedly blind bought a 1 oz bottle of Taj Sunset after reading the reviews and WOW. I like Taj Sunset even more than Cherry in the Air! I'm loving that sweet mangoey goodness, and much to my surprise this one has pretty decent staying power. I'm considering purchasing a full sized bottle because it's just so darn good!

I was looking for an uplifting happy scent with blood orange note, something cheaper than Orange Sanguine by Atelier Cologne ....then, the name TAJ SUNSET caught my eyes. The name reminds me of the exotic, nostalgic sunset with fishing boats at the Arabian sea by the Taj Mahal palace hotel near the Gateway to India in Mumbai. Thanks to the second reviewer from the bottom pointing out that ESCADA is now owned by an Indian lady ....now that I’m sure TAJ SUNSET is somewhat related to my favorite country India.

To be honest, TAJ SUNSET projection is quite strong for me ....it’s almost like an edp version of The Body Shop MANGO which is a little more natural smell btw. I try to be careful not to over spray.

TAJ SUNSET always cheers me up whenever I feel lost or uncertain of my life. The tropical creamy mango and bright happy blood orange notes quickly change my mood letting me remember the hardships that I have overcome. I’m so happy I will always have TAJ SUNSET within reach.

I just recently purchased this perfume. I tried it out for 2 days. I tried it one day just wearing it on my skin. On the second day I only wore it on my clothes. Here is what I discoverd.

I just don’t like it.

Someone recommend Escada to me because I truly love fruity scents. This perfume does have a fruity notes for sure. It’s not overwhelming or sickening sweet either.

But here is where it fails for me:

It smells nutty on my skin and clothes - like pecans. I don’t know if anyone else has experience this. I do get the fruit and sweetness too. It’s 50/50. I don’t like the nuttiness at all.

Longetivity - 2 out of 10. Maybe lasted 30 minutes to 1 hour and it’s not like this is a $6 body spray.

Projection - 1 out of 10. I have a nose like a bloodhound and I had to stick my nose directly to my skin and clothes just to smell it.

I don’t care how beautiful a perfume smells, there is no reason to pay $30 or more for a perfume that underperforms like Escada. If I pay $6 for a body spray, I’m not expecting a lot. Hopefully I can get and hour or so of projection. But when I pay $30+ for a perfume it better have good performance. $40 should give me at least 3 to 4 good hours before having to touch up. Those $100 perfumes should for days.

My Pretty in Peach body spray from Bath & Body smells better and last longer than Taj Sunset and it’s a small fraction of the cost. No joke.

My 12 year old daughter says she liked it, so I gave it to her.

If you spray it with moderation, it is a soft,sweet, sunny and fruity scent. It smells a bit like bubble gum, but it is nice. Very good for summer. But if oversprayed, it has the potential to be cloying and sickening. So, spray it wisely!
I recommend Taj Sunset for people who are looking for a happy, feminine vacation scent and for people who like the smell of summer cocktails.

I love it so fruity and i love to wear it. Such a tropical scent its a young adult scent that gets lots of compliments.

This is the other one I got at Superdrug earlier to get a better discount, and wouldn't normally have got. Don't normally like fragrances that are reminiscent of a soft drink. Still, this one's nice enough, and it's just musky enough to be considerable a perfume rather than merely a soft-drink-smelling-like stuff. I'll no doubt get use out of this ... if I can overcome the reflex that I have got some sticky sugary substance on myself that wants washing off!

Mango bomb! Sillage and longetivity are poor. Escada's perfumes feel kind of cheap and artificial, generic. I was so drown to this company because the name "Escada" itself sounds so aquatic, fresh and fruity to me.. I love the name but not the perfumes.

A very yummy scent - My husband dies for this BUT... does not last at all. You can barely smell it after a couple of hours. What a shame.

The scent... a basket of ripe indian mangoes,oranges and peaches that have sitting out in the sun on a hot summer day, just imagine that scent in a perfume- spot on.

Now if only someone else can master this scent into something that actually lasts a good few hours a least.

At first it was fresh and fruity then disappointed me as it dried down and got more and more boring. Smells like dried raspberry yoghurt.

This perfume smells like super sweet grapes. It smells almost exactly like Sour Worms Vape juice.

This is summer in a bottle to me. Juicy & sweet like peaches. Literally makes my mouth water. This will take you poolside sipping your favorite summer cocktail, to your ultimate tropical vacation fantasy, feeling the ocean breeze in your hair, a hibiscus flower behind your ear... just relaxing in the warmth of the sun, watching turquoise ocean waves come in to kiss the shore. Ahhh I love this so much! Beautiful, sweet, sunny, tropical juiciness. The bottle is so pretty too. This is a definite must have for me.

Wearing this today when it has done nothing but rain outside! Well, in Glasgow anyways! The mango notes perks me up and makes me dream of holidays on a beach!

Lots of love for this. I wear it to work, or for nights out at the craft pub with my Jew-Man-JI as we drink odd tasting, dark colored beer. He thinks I smell Dee-Lish in this.

Found this after years and it's really good fragrance: a lot of mango. I found a hint of coconut also but not strong scent of coconut, mango is stronger. Good summer fragrance remind me of sunny beach days.

Thoroughly sweet and fruity, very summery with juicy, zesty fruits like blood orange and passion fruit, but also mango. This was a true favourite of mine during the summer in my teens. This is identical to Heat Rush and I urge you to get that one, as it's available and a lower price. For a warmer less zesty scent, go for original Heat.

everyday sweet fragrance for those who love fruity notes

A very sweet elegant fragrance. Def night time wear. In hot weather after the dry down it can smell a bit sticky like a toffy apple.

This one is very sweet, but for some reason I don't find it as interesting as I do Agua del Sol. I like it, and I'd buy it, but it seems like more of a generic sweet perfume, it doesn't have much personality.

Warm and sweet mango-orange-peach scent, it's good for late summer evenings or for September, when the temperature is still warm, but not tropical hot. I think it fits autumn more than summer.

Most of all it's Escada! Lovely, sunny, tropical Escada. In the first place it reminds me of Body Shop Mango, then Heat Rush but what was first? I'm not sure, but Taj Sunset I guess... In time, the perfume smells more and more like Escada summer scents, which makes it much better and juicier than it is in the opening. The notes that I love most about it are mango and nectarine. Raspberry is very faint which is a shame, but all in all it's a beautiful, late summer scent that I'm going to enjoy in the last hot days.

The bottle is absolutely gorgeous, and actually does look like a sunset.

This fragrance is young, fresh, sweet, and awe-inspiring. It instantly carries me away to a vacation on a beautiful island- the perfect fragrance escape. .

If you're into fruity and sweet perfumes, I can't see how this would disappoint, except for the fact that it doesn't last as long as an eau de parfum. Who would want their island escape to dissipate anyway?

I don't see the point in analyzing the composion when it's so similar to Turqouice Summer and Beyoncé's Heat Rush. Not a copy of Heat Rush, I think most people can tell them apart but if you've got a big bottle of one, you don't need a big bottle of the other.

Would be better if it were more fruity and less sweet & artificial.

I adore Ibiza Hippie and thought what the hell maybe it will have a similar vibe; and it does. This is a fruity summer time tropical fragrance, a vacation perfume. This is great for parties in the summer at the beach. The opening is a distinct mango and nectarine. The blood orange scent matches up with the rest of the fruit notes of apple and raspberry. To me this smells like red fruit. The red juiciness of blood oranges or grapefruit, pulpy, sweet, and exotic. The name Taj Sunset evokes a sun setting in the horizon by the ocean as you look across the waters from the shore. But you're not alone. You're partying with all your friends and it's the last day of summer before you have to head back to the regular routine you escaped from for this Caribbean or Hawaiian getaway. A very easy to wear fragrance of fruit for summer time. I must emphasize it is fruity so if you enjoy the fruits in this frag: blood orange, mango, raspberry, nectarine and even the coconut. The coconut - a watery milky scent is also really matching up with the 2 flowers in this scent: aquatic flowers of lotus and water lily. This is purely tropical. I can see myself wearing it on a cruise, while sailing or at a yacht party. This is a great perfume. Everyone loves it on me and will love it on you. Enjoy the summer!

Taj Sunset is a tropical aquatic fruit fragrance. I bought this on Fragrance X for only 55 bucks. Very affordable but not cheap smelling at all. It's an intoxicating fruity scent that evokes a tropical island, the beach, sun tan lotion and Tahiti. I don't mean to say it smells exactly like sun tan lotion. But it does give you a beach seashore type of imagery. It opens with a blood orange citrus smell and then proceeds to a very distinct apricot scent. Then it smells like a red apple. It also smells like mango. For a while it turned into some familiar domestic products I have at home (lol): a laundry detergent by Gain with the scent of Apple and Mango called Apple Mango Tango, and a Garnier Fructis Shampoo called Moroccan Argan Oil And Apricot. It smells warm, delicious, exotic and like very sweet mango and apple combination. It smells even better on clothes just like perfumed laundry detergent that has made your blouses, tops and T shirts smell really good. The mango lasts a long time. It does smell like a sunset, a fiery sunset as it sinks in the horizon over the ocean. The aquatic florals help in giving this scent that ocean and island vibe. They are lotus and water lily but they are not nearly as strong as the fruit scents. The coconut is the weakest player. The dry down is sandalwood but it's soft and also contains soft musk. Very beautiful very sweet fruity scent for summer time at the beach or for a vacation if you're going to Hawaii, Tahiti or the Caribbean.

So today I bought this beauty and couldn't wait to compare it to the 'Moon sparkle' I'm also using right now. I'm aware of the fact that all Escada fragrances are similar to one another, because all of them are sweet or fruity. The difference between Taj sunset and Moon sparkle is that Taj sunset is a tropical mango/nectarine bomb and it's a totally DO for the warm seasons. I love it anyway. While Moon sparkle is revolving around a small bunch of citruses IMO. I sprayed those two on my wrists and i smell them for few seconds, then i change the wrist :D The dry down though...it's almost the same for both of them. I think i love them equally.

My husband got this for me several years ago. It smells like mango syrup. I'm not convinced that's a good thing. I'm currently experimenting with layering it with a woody sample I have from sephora and have no idea what it's called. If you have any pointers for layering this to tone it down, please share.

By far one of my favorite smells! I don't think it lasts that well on me but it's still one of my favorites. It has such a unique outburst of scent. It draws you right in from the start

I never knew this had coconut in it, definitely doesn't make an appearance on me but I do think this is a delicious summer scent. To me it is all ripe fruit and tropical beaches. I always thought it smelt of peaches, I guess I am detecting the nectarine-as I said, very ripe fruit, juicy and succulent. The image it gives me is of a sunset coloured cocktail (Tequila Sunrise for example) in a tall glass with one of those little cocktail umbrellas with a beautiful beach and sunset in the background. Staying power is not very good in the summer.

Mango, mango, mango! It smells tropical with very much mango, almost ALL mango. I love it. It feels like summer and my boyfriend love it. Compared to the Turqoise Summer it is alot smoother since it is lacking the pinapple scent. I will be using this all summer!

Just purchased a collectors edition four piece Escada fragrance set! In it is cherry in the air, born in paradise, turquoise summer and this! While I LOVE this scent, and find it so fun....it' smells near identical to some of those J-LO "glow" scents! I can't remember which one it is, but I believe it's the one that came out most recent in the end of 2014! So, as fun as this is, I will gladly buy the JLO instead for 20 dollars for the 100mls, and i honestly prefer to buy the pricier higher end fragrances because the quality is typically much better...but when we're talking 85 dollars for a 50mls vs 100mls for 20 dollars you really can't justify it!! If your into those fun, summery girly fruity flip flop wearing on the beach easy to wear perfumes than this truly won't be for you!

This Escada fragrance is very tropical but not coconutty. A real mix of mango and tropical juice.

I got an appetite for the scent of mango after having received a lipbalm with mango as a gift, and boy, did I find a good mango scent in Taj Sunset!
If fruit scents are not synthetic smelling, but true to nature, I can enjoy them.
It's all about mood, occasion and so forth, what scent to wear, and having a fruity scent like this does add to varity.
Now, I don't know what DK would say, but this is my idea of what the words "Be delicious" mean!

My favorite EDP is Valentina Assoluto, which has Smeggia peach from Sicily in it. So when I sampled Taj Sunset, I was drawn to its fruity sweetness. It is not a complicated scent, nor does it develop into anything other than what it starts out as. I wouldn't really classify it as a perfume, but more of a single fruity note that I had to have more of. I love its deliciousness.

An overly fruity perfume with short longevity. I enjoyed the very first notes directly after spraying the tester. It was a delicious scent, reminiscent of a fruity mango beverage. Five minutes later, however, the fragrance took on more of a fruit cocktail scent and the overly syrupy mango and nectarine became headache inducing. A little over an hour and a half later, I returned home from running errands and realized I could no longer smell the fragrance. My mom, who has a very sensitive nose, commented that she couldn't tell I had even tested the perfume! I wish the coconut and floral notes came through on this fragrance. That might make it lighter and more suitable for the stifling summer heat here in the South.

accept it or not,Escada is the best house for fruity perfume fans.after trying bunch of expensive perfumes in the shop (tom ford,creed and...) I ended up liking sunset taj more than them all.
I know that escada fruity perfumes are alike,but yet they smell different.I had sunset heat some years ago and this one is definitely different.taj sunset is sweeter and peachier.I love peach(or let's say nectarine) here and it's well mixed with blood orange (another yummy fruity note). Fortunately I don't get any watery floral.there are some white flowers,but they are very week and all covered by strong nectarine that reminds me of D&G l'imperatice.
I try to wear more mature perfumes these days,but I can't deny that I really enjoy wearing escada taj sunset.

Smells like a mango-orange-nectarine coctail. These really are the most pronounced notes in there, although unmistakenly there's that soft woody, musky base in the dry down. Can be a good choice for summer holidays as it is very capable of setting the mood, however, I suspect it would feel cloying to me to wear it in the hot summer heat. I'm looking forward to lift my mood and general gloominess with this sweet, juicy fruit beverage in the cold, cloudy winter though.

Longevity is average, but that's calculated in the package you get when you spend on an Escada summer scent (although for a summer scent, it's not disappointing at all, more persistent than some that costs double, or worse, triple). I don't even expect it to be long lasting. I mean, the best part of this perfume is the opening and heart notes, so actually it's a pleasure to reapply it.

I've just received a sample of this perfume.I'm really in love with Taj sunset.It's really similar to sunset hit but I guess it's a bit lighter.Anyway,It has some problems too.It is super soft and also not that much long-lasting.I'm 15 and guess I won't use it after being 22!In my opinion,It suits teens the best.PEACE:D

Oh, it is great! So, so juicy! So sweet and soft!
Firstly I strongly feel mango, nectarine and blood orange. This smells like a exotic cocktail.
Then they quickly start be a more softer and then start to comes everything else.
Then comes my favourite smell- smell of sun burned skin (I think that this feeling gives coconut and sandalwood) mixed with soft mango.

Really sweet, juicy, summery fragrance. It's light and subtle.I like to layer it with Victoria's Secrets Lemon Escape. I probably won't purchase again because its a little too tropical for my taste.

This is a tropical, mango-ey, beach-side-fruity-cocktail drink perfume through and through. This is my personal favorite of the Escada summer fragrances at the moment (I have owned/tried Moon Sparkle, Rockin' Rio, Sexy Graffitti and Born in Paradise), because it's sweet, but not headache-inducing (I am not a gourmand person), and the mango note is the strongest note by far. If you like mango, you'll love this. I would say that it is closest to Rockin' Rio.

There isn't much development in the scent, meaning I don't really smell any of the more floral/woody/musky scents, even hours into wearing the perfume. The lasting power is decent, but not incredible; I can spray this around 5PM and still smell it only myself when I sniff my wrists at 10PM as long as I'm not doing too much and running around all night.

Overall, I think it's a really nice, girly, summer fragrance, and I would recommend it to a friend.

There is a new version of Sunset Heat that just came out, and it smells indeed different!

I don't understand....I loved this when I tried it at Ulta, but not when I tested it at Sephora. I got myself a sample at Sephora and it just smells.....weird. It's got this bizarre medicinal cherry cherry scent that I find a few of my perfumes seem to have...and I'm not fond of that scent. I also find it in Live Luxe, and there was one I got from a little shop in Spain where you poured your own, that I liked initially but developed this cherry cough syrup smell. The strangest thing is that Taj Sunset and Live Luxe don't even share any notes, so there's no pinpointing what this smell is. IDK...maybe the bottle at Sephora is going bad or something? This is just weird...and I want to like it so much because I love mango and coconut smells.

I was quite surprised, but I actually like this one. It's very tropical fruity, sweet and juicy.
Smells like tropical juice. And I even like the raspberry in it. Very girly, at the age of 15 I would have loved it even more.
It's funny but I have that kind of feeling that this happy cheerful scent doesn't suit to me now. My looks and this scent just doesn't mix together.
It's best for sunny summer days and the most suitable for teenage girls.

Sort of like splashing on peach-mango-orange Kool-Aid. Very fruity, flimsy, cloying sweet, and a youthful fragrance; picture bright young things doing naughty things on Ibiza. Interesting heart, sandalwood and aqua, lotus, musk, but zero coconut - on me. My skin devours perfume, so this one is short-lasting. I layered it with Deseo - variants on the beach theme - and doing so mitigated the syrup sweet while brought the musk that I wanted to the fore - if the effect was a bit too close to the skin and short of duration. Also wished for more salt and booze along with desired coconut lipids and musky depths. Yes, overpriced for the shallow and underwhelming prettiness of it. It reminds me of the summery hedonism I was engaging in during the 1980s but without the unapologetic big statement arrogance.

Really nice exotic cocktail, perfect for holidays in tropical countries. Usually I don't like mango smell, but here it is well blended with other fruits and flowers.

This perfume is good summer sent, and it smells good. its a sent that is sweet, tropical and sunny for me, its soft and citrusy.. A good sent. But! I think that there a too many sents out there who smells the same and that makes this nothing special for me. I will compare it to beyonce heat rush, police to be woman, escada rockin`rio and h&m have fun...So for me this is nothing special, but it smells good.

Being obsessed with mangoes and anything Taj Mahal, I knew I had to pick this scent up as soon as I saw it on the shelves. I definitely don't regret it! This is a juicy, sparkling mango scent with subtle nuances of orange, raspberry and sandalwood (as far as I can detect). I can imagine this working brilliantly in summer and spring, however, one could also use the delicious warmth of this perfume in winter. Good job with this one, Escada!

I think they brought this back because today I saw Taj Sunset sold as new with the 2014 Escada summer scent. I'm so glad to see this one back because it's such a yummy fragrance.

For me Taj Sunset is the summer sun in a bottle. Taj Sunset makes me happy when ever I smell it. It truly is like spraying some gorgeous burning orange sunset on your skin, but I don't really imagine this specific sunset setting in Taj Mahal. I have always pictured a tropical island with white hot sand, and palm trees on the beach of crystal clear waters. I can smell a lot of tropical fruits in this but I think they're so well blended that I personally can't name any. The sillage is just right for a summer fragrance, not too strong, not too weak.

As it happens, I own Heat Rush and Rockin Rio, both of which have been identified as similar scents to this one :D

However, today I sampled this particular elusive baby for the first time (not for lack of want, but for lack of having seen it on offer anywhere). It was classified as NEW in my local dept.store, which is a little baffling if it's been around since 2011..?? Well, maybe not here then.

Ok, so I love this! I'm not real enthusiastic about mango but blood orange is what I adore, and this has it. This one compares to Rockin Rio, but is not quite as sharp or strong. A little sweeter and softer than RR. A very pleasant tropical drink scent.

The longevity on the skin is indeed a problem, but I find if I spray a bit on my clothes as well, I can smell the top notes all day, which are my favorite anyway. Taj Sunset smells very juicy, young, safe, and naive, the drytown is quite sweet. It's light and doesn't come across as being chemical but unfortunately it's not very long lasting.

Oh wow. The most gorgeous summer scent for that tropical island getaway (if you're lucky enough to have one). A lush bouquet and basket of fresh juicy tropical fruits and complimentary flowers. The mango and nectarine in this is almost edible, it makes you thirsty! The coconut adds to the exotic feel. Now I just need to find the matching bright coloured bikini, sunny turquoise waters and cascading waterfall to complement the perfume!

I have it in body lotion, which is probably the only wearable option for this perfume for me. It smells like mango-pineapple-sugary candies or just as a tropical sweet fruit bowl, which is probably why for me it bears a piece of happyness and childlike carefreeness in it. Yet I feel it's all just too much - way too much to wear it as a perfume. Plus there is still this strong synthetic hint I get out of many Escada perfumes that for me provoke headache and nauseas too often.

I love this fruity scent. I think it's a nice summer perfume for a young lady. It lasts longer on me than I would have thought, but only if I spray it on warm places, like my neck. On my wrist the smell is gone after a few hours, but on neck it lasts about 6 hours.

I really like the citrus scents and all but after a while the smell of coconut, to me, just feels too intoxicating. I felt nauseous after using this due to the coconut aroma but overall I think it's a great perfume so for me it's more like a love-hate thing towards Taj Sunset.

Mmmmm! I smell amazing! Like a delicious fruity cocktail! This is my summer perfume, I am in love!!

I ordered a sample of this online, expecting to fall in love with it, but I was sorely disappointed! To me it smells completely of citrusy fruits mixed with a can of fruit cocktail. It's not a bad smell, but I just don't pick up any other notes in this perfume. I don't smell any coconut at all, and it disappears a minute after I spray it on my skin! I'm just glad I didn't get a big bottle of this! I may order a sample of Escada Rockin' Rio, hopefully that will be more of the scent I'm looking for.

Thanks to a wonderful friend I was able to sample this- I was looking forwards to the fruity notes and was prompt satiated. Taj Sunset reminds me of a room spray that my mother and I enjoyed from Pier 1 named Ginger Peach. Since I had loved that so much, this similarity instantly brought back some happy memories.
The initial notes were a huge burst of yummy peach and mango and then it lightly softened with the milky coconut. I think the slight sandalwood is what makes this fruity fragrance a warmer and tropical feel. Highly enjoyable for the fruity person!

I really loved this one when it came out. Why oh whyy did I not buy it?! On me it smelled like fresh mangoes and strawberries (even though it didn't contain any strawberries). It smelled so great, and I would definitely buy it if it was relaunched (please do Escada, please do!), because it's just the best summer fragrance they have ever done (plus the latest one).

Taj Sunset is one of my favourites.
It is so summer sweet that I can actually see the sun after putting this one on! And I live in a very grey country so this is like therapy to me:)!
I can smell a very realistic mango, nectarine, raspberry, coco and star apple very well blended into a summer dream.

But I'm sad that it is very hard to find I bought this one last summer via internet.

Taj Sunset is a tropical cocktail of fresh and lush fruits with a touch of syrupy sweetnes. The fruits are certainly exotic and that’s why Taj Sunset reminds me of the beach, the blue ocean and holidays under southern skies.
I detect most mango and nectarine with only a little coconut. I find Taj Sunset somehow deeper than most fruity summer fragrances and therefor it can easily be worn as an evening scent also. Some people connect fruity scents with a younger audience but there is no need to do so with Taj Sunset.
Longevity is excellent and sillage good.

I like using this fragrance in the middel of the winter, when I long for summer. The depth and the syrup makes it suitable for the colder months as well.

I’m pretty sure that some people would not want these kind of fruity scents as their perfume but I feel almost certain that only a very few people would really dislike the scent of Taj Sunset in general.

Yummy, yummy and yummy, the fruitiest perfume I have ever smelt. I can see the similarity between Rock in Rio and Taj Sunset, but this is by far the best. Mangoes and blood orange soaked in sweet syrup and now I wish to lie on a tropical beach sipping a pina colada.

its a very sweet mango vanilla. very simple and girly. you must love these notes in order to like this one.

This is probably the perfect summer scent. Fruity, tropical, sweet. The only sad thing about this is that you can really only wear it in summer. If I wore it now while it's cold, nasty and wet outside, I'd be dreaming away and would probably get hit by a car. Still, I have nothing but love for this fragrance, and I'll patiently await the next summer, so I can spray this little darling.

This is not really the type of fragrance i usually wear but sometimes we want to be someone we are not actually, so this is for the sweeter and girlier side of my fragrantican personality. It´s all about huicy mango, peach and raspberries. Back in the days i didn´t smell any coconut but now i do surprisingly smell a very strong coconut note. YUMMY! I literally want to bite myself. Not much to discuss about the notes and it´s developing, since most summer Escadas are quite one-sided and simple fruity scents BUT in this case this is not a bad thing, a great composition this time, my dear Escada! You should actually keep this one in production in permanent selection if you ever decide to give up on your annual summer releases.
I can´t smell any lotus or water lilies, but i am not sad about it however. :)
The perfect scent of carefree days on vacation! Next time i´m bringing this one with me.

I was so happy to discover this today again in tax free shop (and we´re talking november 2012), but this time as "travel exclusive" only celebrating this one as the best-selling Escada summer fragrance in travel retail for the last 3 years!!
It has so quickly dissapeared from the stroes and i really missed this one, of all modern Escadas since the 2002 this one my favorite, unlike her preceeders. Look for this one in tax frees, maybe you will find it again if you like it. Will stock this one and gift to all friends who loved it!. HAPPY!!!! The scent hasn´t changed, so no worries! It is still the same well balanced mango-fruity scent with great lasting power and sillage.

Lovely, sweet and fruity. A wave of strawberry right off the bat, dies down to a delicious summery fruit cocktail. Neither orange nor coconut play a significant role, tho. Will be keeping this one.

Its a fantastic smell. Very strong on the first smell, but gets lighter with time. Very summerish in my opinion, juicy and sunny.

This is very fruity and sweet, with very prevalent mango taking centre stage. I think this is a bit more syrupy, and not quite as tart as some of the other Escada summer editions.

I absolutely love this fragrance. I'm very sad that it was only limited, I think it's still available on eBay and Amazon though. Not having a very sophisticated nose, I wouldn't be able to tell you the specific fruit notes in it. What I can tell you, however, is that this is deliciously fruity and sweet, without being cloying or childish. It smells like a gorgeous combination of delicious cocktails and fruit-bearing trees. It definitely has a slightly 'beachy' feel to it aswell, and a coconutty base which adds a creamy but neutral feel to it. It's like being slapped in the face with 100 different types of fruit (in the best way possible). Longevity was ok, I used to spray it in my hair and on my clothes to get better sillage. My boyfriend always said he could smell it on my neck, and my pillow always smelt of it in the morning. So at first it has pretty good projection, that dies down after an hour or two, but it stays close to your skin for a long time after application. I miss this scent :'(

Taj Sunset is like a fruit cocktail! It reminds me of being on holiday at a tropical beach or sitting by the pool sipping a cocktail drink!
The most prominent note I smell is Mango! Very, very juicy! I thought I could also smell peach ? But then I realised peach isn’t listed in the notes. It later mellows out into a warm woody vanilla drydown.
The only downfall is that it doesn’t last very long on my skin. But I love this scent that much that I happily reapply throughout the day.
It is great for everyday use in the summer and holidays at the beach!
I also like the very colourful bottle! It adds colour to my collection!

Drinks by the beach, anyone? Taj Sunset, like almost all Escada fragrances is definitely a feel good fragrance. Very tropical and truly refreshing, it is a melange of Mango, orange and berries in coconut water, topped with cream. Scrumptious, sensual and quite addictive fragrance for the fun-loving woman.

I love this one! I wish I bought the big bottle instead of the small travel spray. This is a very pretty fruity scent. I kinda smell the Orange and peach with a nice sandalwood kinda taming that sweet lollipop smell. I like this best for during the day in summer but it can be worn year round day or night. It's like a lusher satsuma Orange scent. Makes my mouth water it smells so delicious. Since this is escada its pretty much a beach universal sweet scent. I can see it on young girls (at beach clubs or parties- thus is fun could even be worn to an amusement park or the zoo or something. It's lighthearted and sociable. I get compliments on it. People say they smell jasmine on me but I don't think it has any jasmine. I do smell mango and peach. A bit of Apple but a different exotic Apple scent. This is really feminine and nice. I can't really see someone extremely old wearing this but I can deginately see mature women in their thirties, forties, and fifties spritzing this on to go to lunch or something. I don't think us mature ladies would wear this ay night-its more of a day perfume. Any outdoor activity would be great with this. This handles heat wonderfully. I think it lasts ok. But it smells sooooo good.

i won this new on an online ebay auction a 50ml bottle for 19.30 and couldnt be more happy it smells lovely i woulnt say peacy but like orange and mango i have to say this is one of my favs although it only lasts about 4 hours wich isnt that long.

I was so happy when I found this perfume. It's very fruity but it has this soft creaminess to it as well. I have never had so many compliments from strangers when I had this perfume on at work (retail). If you love sweet juicy/fruity perfumes I don't think you can go wrong with this one. BUT... I have bleached hair and this perfume stains it :( when I spray this perfume on my neck even if I hold my hair up while I spray and then let the perfume settle before letting my hair down, my hair still turns a dark yellow which doesn't wash out!! I actually had to bleach the stain out. I'm so gutted because I completely fell in love with this one :(

Taj sunset is sweet, sweet, SWEET! Almost hysterical, and it's not afraid to impose itself on others by making older people gag and wrinkle their nose at the younger generation. It's not awful, but I sure as bleep would not like to run around smelling like a tropical punch. If I wore this during the summer, I would feel sticky and childish, wondering if a lollipop had melted on my flesh along with a coconut suntan oil.

I would probably have loved this five years ago, but now? No...

I also got the sample a few months ago and it really does remind of somthing I use to have when I was younger but I cannot remember what it was.

This is a strong, musky tropical fruit scent. Mango, nectarine, blood orange, raspberry... yum! Makes me feel like I'm drinking a tropical drink on vacation in the tropics! LOVE IT!!

I just got the sample today too, and I absolutely love it! I reminds me of a fake perfume that came with barbies years ago, and I want it soo bad.

I got a sample of this through the post today. It smells really nice, fruity and very summery. I had a perfume years ago that i bought in a drug store that smelt exactly like this! It only cost me around £6 too. I have no idea what it was called, but it wasn't a brand i'd heard of, and me being a perfume snob at the time eventually gave it away.

Wish i had kept it now though, not so fussed on brand names anymore, if i like it i'll wear it.

Taj Sunset smells like a pinneaple-mangoish lollipop to me. It is uncomplicated, breezy and tropically straightforward.

I know there is no pinneaple in this one but on my skin it starts out with this juicy note, followed by mango and blood orange. The water lily is there and prevents a fruity tanginess overload from happening on my skin. I also get a cherried jolly rancher like quality during drydown, but maybe it is just my crazy nose...I get no raspberry, nectarine, sandalwood, musk or any of the other scent notes listed.

I'm glad I read your reviews exposing all the animal cruelty, and I will purchase a FB for sure, but I'm getting a cruelty free replica instead.

Longevity is very good considering this is a 100% fruity juice, and the throw is amazing, it really gets out there...

The juiciest mango ever! It's not a parfume. Just pure juice to pour on you :) So refreshing and uplifting! It makes me feel like an exotic fruit in human disguise or like a beach bikini girl shaking her bon-bon around :))))) It turns my winter busy day at the office into a careless summer night out.
Warning: It can smell a bit sour in dusty closed spaces with no fresh air. And you should keep your self sweat free while wearing it. Any acidity added to this fragrance can mean disaster.

I love Escada perfumes especially this one. It has an exotic feel to it and is very fruity smelling and sweet. It always reminds me of warm summer days in exotic countries and i can smell the nectarine and mango. The packaging is also very pretty. This scent just makes me want to go out to the beach :)

After Pacific Paradise was released and soon out of stock, in my country at least :( I kept wondering when an Escada´s summer version would ever thrill me as much as it did!!
Year after year I kept waiting and the ones that came up right away were, well..... Bleh!!!boring.....
Even though Moon Sparkle was such a Hit, well I´m more into tropical fruit scents than berry ones.
When Taj Sunset appeared on the shelves, I was no exited at all, but still I decided to give it a Try and take a sniff... OMG!!! this is just what I was expecting for...tropical blast in a bottle, so fruity juicy yummie you get the mangoes straight but in a mango sherbert way wich i love, peach is noticeable as well as blood orange with it´s delicious tangy effect to it.
the thing I love the most is that beachy coconuty trail it carries... a bit like suntan oil but much more subtle.
anyway I give it and 8.5 out of 10 only because of a little lack of staying power.
So If you like fruity- tropical ,full of fun and easy to wear frags, Well GO FOR IT!!! Regrets-proof.

I love fruity scents but unfortunately all Escada summer scents are far to sweet, and make me feel quite nauseous

All i think about is..Sweet and a tad too much!
Not a perfume id advice a girl to wear for a dinner...trust me this aint "im for dessert Honey" Sweet ...this is obnoxiously sweet...i liked the initially zinnng it gave me...rang me out of my trip...but it sets on ur chest and says..."i just had a bath with all things nice"...

Taj Sunset smells like sweet, juicy and sticky bubblegum. In essence, it's a blend of peach and mango, plus sweet chemical-smelling coconut, but it's surprisingly irresistible scent. Very fun fragrance to wear, but also very overpriced for what it is.

a couple weeks back, i was in a duty free shop and was given a sample strip of taj sunset i decided then and there that i love this scent. so summery, young and bright. the mango notes really did it for me. for some reason i didnt buy it. too bad because i ended up wishing i did. 2 days ago, i passed by a store that sells it, though its pricier this time i grabbed a bottle and headed for the register.

This stuff is heaven contained in a bottle!

Escada Taj Sunset is adorned with the Taj (or crown in Hindi Language), and that crown is Mango ! Fruity-Lover like me adore this scent. It's warm, sweet & sour.

strong sweet fruity BOMB. I dont like it at all but all those escada lovers will be thrilled to have this bottle on their shelve. Something that has been there already, nothing new or special. But who like candy sweet fruity smells with looong lasting power should not hesitate and buy it. For me NO WAY:)

i love this perfume so much. i don't usually go for fruity perfumes as they reacted bad with my body chemistry. but this one is an exception. got lots of compliments from this one.

I love it. I love the seasonal escada fragrances, a big fan of fruity scents. After a couple days, the sample had a hint of banana to me, which isn't my favorite but I still liked it in the cocktail. I will definitely buy it.

I find this pleasant but all I can smell is mango and more mango from the beginning to the end. It's quite sweet and delicious but nothing extraordinary or complicated. Nice plain fruit salad with sugar. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy this but can get the same effect by using The body shop mango body butter (plus: moisturized skin!)

At first I smelled strawberry, peach and mango. But as the day wears on, my skin really draws out the raspberry, which I like. I'm impressed by the tart fruit WITHOUT vanilla - so often they come hand in hand!
I like this little carefree, uplifting perfume.

Edit: A few hours later when I sniff my wrist where I applied it, I can't smell much, but as I walk around I can smell a raspberry scent all around me. It reminds me of Sun-Ripened Raspberry from B&BW which I wore some in high school.

Love Love Love this perfume! A perfect summer scent of orange, mango, & coconut. I just wished it lasted longer than 15 minutes!!!! No kidding, I smell nothing minutes after spraying it on my skin & clothes. Too bad b/c it really does smell yummy for the few minutes it lasts :(

'Taj Sunset' and 'Tropical Punch' of 2001 (papaya and hibiscus flower) are the best summer fragrances Escada ever made!

I've loved all the previous escada summer perfumes, but this one just smell like tanning oil to me...Big disappointment. I really like davidoff's cool water but where that is fresh this is heady and cloying. Too sickly for me....

Last summer I had Marine Groove and loved it! This summer I got Taj Sunset and loved it even more! Smells like a juicy cocktail and if I smell it and close my eyes I can Imagine myself on the beach with my sunscreen lotion in my hand!Very very very fruity,only for summer and vacations in my oppinion...

I really like this one. It's fresh, in the same line as Davidoff Cool Water, only sexier. Light and exotic, it makes you feel like you're on a sunny tropical beach...Damn, I wish they made this permanent. Great for the summer. It smells like holiday

i read the comments bout dis perfume in frgrntica b4 dis...mostly da comments all bout the short lasting of da perfume....bt then i still decided to buy dis last week as it claimed limited edition in 2011 and i tot dat maybe dis perfume not suitable wif others....so i bought dis perfume online w/out smell it 1st....at 1st when i got dis perfume...i do like da smell of mangoo...it soo sweet n fruity...but i'm not really excited..as da smell very similar to "escada"...n da most part i dislike bout dis perfume is juz bcoz of the smell won't last longer juz like others.....wohooo..so dissappointed..i sprayed on my wrist n it only last for 1-2hrs....so sadd..next time i will believe wut others comment b4 buy other perfume....

when i 1st sniff it,its really give me an cheer expression cause the scent is so bright and as usual its a tropical..i love love the top notes and the dry down(all escada`s drydown are not distinguish like other fruity scents)..but the lasting power is seriously not impressive..it fade away about 50min on my skin..but its a beautiful scent from escada..i love it

It smells like Bubble gum, Great longevity but still I am doubting about getting it , it smells kind of cheap. Just my opinion
