Not the brightest or purest fig but a lovely light fresh clean wet start with the citrus and fig leaf prominent, becoming a little smokey, peppery and musky as the sweeter pulp scent comes forwards once it relaxes. The smoky elements from what must be the patchouli tip it masculine, they're a little scratchy when you think about it too much but balances the sweet just right.

Feels like a perfect spring daytime scent to me, and part of the ideal post-wash home alone comfort group. Sad it's been discontinued, snatched one on that auction site and hope it lasts.

Noble Fig is phenomenal for fig lovers. What you get out of this fragrance is fantastic for the price. The fragrance opens up with a leafy vibrant fig that is ever so refreshing. As the fragrance engages the middle stages, you get more fruity aspects of the fruit; a slight powdery pulp is detectable. The base is even keel as the fragrance stays fresh and is perfect for warmer climates. Performance is good for the first 6 hours, then becomes less detectable but stays closer to the skin. Overall, a Love for me.

Green fig leaf
I love aromatic green and fig ccords and this one would be a perfect option for me, but it's not !?! It's too syntetic for my taste and the green accord here is not refined. Maybe because I compare it with the amazing fig fragrance of philosykos by Diptyque. It's failed for me.

Opens with juicy pink pepper and chewy green fig leaf. Becomes more aromatic as it dries down, levels between fresh and powdery.
Perfect for hot weather, not a major projector but wraps you in your own cocoon.
Not sure why this was discontinued, a real shame as it would make a lovely collection staple.

Mmmh. Fig. In general I'm not a great fan of the fig leaf note as it always smells a bit dirty and milky to my nose; this one does not smell dirty but retains some density and the orange on top makes it more liquid and steamy - the opening reminded me of the smell of freshly pressed clothes when they are still fuming from the steam. In a way, it reminds me the opening of Hermes H24 (minus the fig note). I don't smell any spiciness or pepper in general and I'm very sensible to it usually...

You'll be able to smell the fig bubble around you as you move - the sillage is pretty noticeable although the scent itself is very subtle, and after five minutes there is a distinct powderiness accompanying the fig, which I can attribute to iris. A heavy dose of amber completes the painting for me, as I don't get patchouli at all.

Overall, for me this is a soft, airy, simple fragrance that smells of clean clothes. It projects well for 30 minutes but doesn't last long (4 hours on my skin), and is generally pleasant and unoffensive despite not being a fan of the fig note. Neutral ok just because fig is not really my thing, but I recommend to fig lovers as one of the least obnoxious fig-centered scents out there. Spring/summer usage, this would be a very good beach fragrance. My bottle is from batch 0704Y505 November 2015.

On first spray, the figgy orange is bright and prominent. Very fresh and pleasant. This fades away very quickly, within minutes, to mostly a tea-like pepper and iris. It smells more musky and masculine-leaning unisex at this stage, but it’s already projecting so little that I have to put my nose right up to my skin to smell it. If I really search for it I can almost smell a hint of sage and the remnants of the orange but I might be imagining it. For me this is more like a body splash or aromatherapy “pick me up” spray for when you just want a quick whiff of something to clear your mind or ground you. The peppery iris tea musk sticks around as a skin scent but I don’t love it.

Philippe De Montauvant

Today, I received two compliments from complete strangers. Nuff said. People love this on me every time I wear it, and I love it even more.

youeatcheese

The smell is very good - fresh and elegant. But, very weak in terms of longevity and projection.

SmellGood11

I've already reviewed this fragrance before (I like it) but I've noticed something that should be made aware to future buyers. This fragrance does not last long inside of its bottle. After about 2 years it will start to smell MUCH different than a fresh bottle. It can smell downright weird actually. Especially the opening. At this point, if this fragrance is discontinued, you won't ever be able to experience this fragrance the way it was supposed to smell since it will have aged and developed those off smells. I've had 2 bottles of this fragrance. I've used it a lot.

This is absolutely De-li-ci-ous!!
Very natural, sweet figs.
This fragrance reminds me a sweet Brazilian staple called "Figo em caldas" (figs in syrup).
The green figs are harvested and simmered in simple syrup (water and sugar) for few hours with some cloves. Then, when ready, those are put in glass jars for preserve.
You can have those as dessert, or late afternoon snack by themselves, or you can savor this delicacy layered with farmers cheese, coffee or roasted matte tea.
Mmmmm... So delicious!
This fragrance is so natural, as figs in syrup can be!
A true gem of perfumary. The best among Ferrari offers.
AAA - Accurate, Affordable and Astonishing.

Messidor

Ferrari stupidly discontinued this line (Fig, bergamot, lavender, neroli), and kept those whatever intact.
The opening is spicy with pink pepper, and green with fig leaf. Then it turns into powdery green when iris replaces pink pepper. Proper sillage and longevity. The drydown sits close to skin but remains gentle and perceptible. Good for spring and fall, and probably for warmer weather too.
Hope to obtain another bottle cuz I squandered the last bottle away.

EDIT: Redoing the review.

Scent: 9/10
Silage: 6/10
Longevity: 6/10
Value: 8/10
Overall: 8/10

Feels like this is a combination of:
* Dior Homme (2020) - Iris
* Creed Silver Mountain Water - Mandarin and Fig
* Chanel Allure Homme - Patchouli (?)

If those three were in a cologne/perfume, it would be pretty close to Noble Fig. It's softer and strikes a balance between the iris, fig and musky notes. Really easy to wear and punches above it's weight class for what you get.

This is a good value and is a safe bet for a casual/office scent if you were looking for something new.

I like shorter duration scents, which allows me to change it up periodically, but if you want something that is going to last 12+ hours, this probably isn't for you.

Afrikano

Coming back to review this because I tried Figuier Eden by Giorgio Armani at my Neiman Marcus and it instantly reminded me of Noble Fig. I say for the price it’s about 90% similar to Armani’s version which is a great buy. It’s a nice sweet, fresh uplifting fog and when you catch it in the air it’s a really bright smell. Great buy for the price

Dzarsos

This is what I wanted Philosykos to be - bright green, joyful, slightly floral, and lightly "tangy", somehow.

It's also a bit like if you took the "green" aspects of Philosykos and layered them atop Bvlgari Pour Homme Extrême (the clear, sleek, reportedly discontinued, Cavalier creation - not the blocky, grey, Morillas one).

It's a great spring/summer frag, and it's remarkably cheap at discounters, so grab one while you have the chance - Ferrari hasn't made a new scent in a long while, and that makes me nervous for the future.

8/10 - wonderful smell, slight longevity issues, absolutely worth the price.

CavemanDungeon

I've had this bad boy for quite a while now, and so finally decided to part with a few words for anyone looking to add this to their collection.

The first spray you'll take of this perfume you'll either instantly love it, or you'll go "meh, I expected more." It's a very sweet, fresh fig that slowly develops into this green, floral-like concoction where you can slowly begin to pick up the iris in this, along with sage. It may seem pretty Linear (and it kinda is) but the scent does evolve ever so slightly, also depends on the weather. Sometimes it's sweeter, other times it smells like you just walked out of a botanic garden that had a few too many sweet flowers in it.

Overall, it's an amazing fragrance, either on its own or as a layering component. Sadly it does suffer slightly from the longevity, you'll get around 3-5 hours from it depending on how much you spray (however, on clothes it can last for days) and whether it's cool or hot outside. Overall, though, this bad boy is worth having, especially for the killer price it comes at. Not to mention just how well the cap and bottle is made. It's a pleasure to look at as it sits on the shelf.

So if you're looking to add a Fig perfume to your collection, and can get your hands on this. Then go for it. It's worth every single bit. Although if you can, I wouldn't blind-buy it unless you really know what fig in perfumes smells like.

A solid 8,5/10.

youeatcheese

Very nice smell. But, performance/projection is pathetic, unfortunately.

Nadambriss

Smiply amazing ..only if lt lasts longer ..

juristhegreat

Wearing this 2 days in a row and I could say this is a hidden gem fragrance. Its scent profile and quality beyond the range price. A unisex and versatile fragrance to wear day and night and all year long. Succulent juicy yummy fig, almost give you tropical vibes. Fresh from mandarin orange, powdery comforting from iris, and wrapped in easy musk. This is even better than Molinard Figue, more fresher, and cheaper. Weaker in performance and longevity, but you can always respray since it's so affordable.

fishyfr4nk13

to me this smells a lot like Poppy & Barley JML. lovely scent

andrewpc84

Juicy and fresh. Smells more expensive than it really is.

Safe blind buy.

Great value.

Sweet but definitely not fruity, just a touch.

Really pleasant fragrance, perfect for spring and summer. Only downside, it barely projects and has low longevity.

If you find it on sale, grab it!

donshan123

Noble Fig is an affordable designer, niche-quality fragrance with a soft, fruity, inoffensive aroma. It is my casual and workplace scent that has good quality, and it does not smell as synthetic as many designer brands.

Fig fragrances tend to be fruity and sweet. Noble Fig is NOT a sweet fig fragrance, which is great for men like me who hate the cloyingness of gourmand, sweet fig fragrances. It is a green fig leaf fragrance. You get the nuances of ripened fig trees and leaves without the sugary sweetness. If you like that approach to a fig fragrance, then you will enjoy Noble Fig.

Noble Fig is a soft, aromatic fragrance that starts SLIGHTLY masculine. It leans more toward the unisex smell as it progresses. Also, it is NOT a "Bro" or "alpha" or the "rugged, gym rat fragrance" like Creed's Green Irish Tweed or Paco Rabanne's Invictus. Remember, it is a unisex fragrance recommended for all genders and sexes. Just be mindful before you buy it, but don't take my word for it.

For any fragrance, read reviews before buying it, but take them with a grain of salt. Everyone has their own opinion regarding smells. Some people love a specific fragrance. Some people hate it. My advice is for you to get a sample of ANY fragrance before you ever buy it. That way, you can assess it yourself and have your own thoughts rather than strictly going off someone else's thoughts and opinions. So, do not let my opinion influence you.

Edit 6/4/2023: I just heard that Ferrari has discontinued this fragrance. HOW FOOLISH OF THEM to discontinue such a gem.

guyan

Niche worthy. Enough said.

strutdontrun

I love love love this fragrance! I have a rather sensitive nose & this fragrance does not bother me at all. I don't know what fig smells like but if it's this fragrance, then I love fig. I really enjoy green fragrances and something about this just cheers me up when I smell it. I just bought a small bottle to round out a FragranceNet order of mine and I wish I had bought a full bottle of this instead of the full bottle I bought. Love that I'm finding it for only around $25 a bottle on the internet, definitely worth the price to me. Unisex and average longevity on me.

DodgersLH714

Though I don't see hate on this particular frag from Ferrari, I have seen others with nothing but negative reviews. That said, I need to find out for myself how well the house of Ferrari stands.
I have a couple of fig scents and (again) based on positive feedback I chose Noble Fig as my Ferrari introduction. Boy, this scent is very VERY nice. I will now move on to getting BN and RB, PL just doesn't sound like a good prospect. This fig is very nice I can only compare to Salvatore Ferragamo Pour Homme.

billblm93

Smells good indeed
not so synthetic really reminds me of green fig leaves not the pulp
more on the female side
well blended good composition
dries down to a musky flowery base
good for close encounter with the sidepiece

Senor.Blanco

This one surprised me because the standard Ferrari frags are trash. I'm not saying this one is amazing, but it's a very clean product. If I find a bottle in the $20 range one day, I'll buy it.

TabledThoughts

This one is a very light, soft fig leaf edt. Fig the way I like it: as nature intended rather than jammy (yuk).
Bright, refreshing unisex with a note combo
that plays well together.
It is a rather calming scent.
Not huge on depth and performance but worth it for a cheapie.

Attractive glass bottle.

fayedomnia

Cool creamy fig slightly sweet opening with some fresh sharpness from the pepper, Mandarin and sage... Couple of hours in, the Iris musky powderness elegantly takes over. Beautiful summer freshy that is unisex and unique with 4-5 hours longevity. Big like from me☺️

clintjr82

Mannn! Fresh, Crisp, Clean and Sophisticated. Ferrari did this one well for a designer scent. I bought it for $20. Fresh and Spicy. A Spice and Iris/Fig combo done nicely. A good blind buy. The performance is all around solid as far as the projection, sillage and lasting power. Leans very masculine, I would not like this on a woman. Blended well. Its a cross between between modern and vintage. I recommend for ages 25+. This will go well with the ladies guaranteed. I recommend a try or buy.

tige60

I am a big fig fragrance lover and collector. Having several Ferrari in my collection that I like to varying degrees, I thought I'd give Noble Fig a whirl. Sadly, I have to say I'm rather disappointed with Noble Fig due to it coming across as uber-synthetic with terribly poor/weak sillage (only detectable with a fair amount of wind/breezes) and longevity (barely detectable at 2 hours). Luckily, it was a very inexpensive price ($25 USD) that I paid for it. Will likely just give it away to my teenage nephews who may or may not wear it. At any rate, I know I won't be wearing this -- given that I already have numerous fig based fragrances that are far more satisfying than Ferrari Noble Fig.

Dr Harder

I was wrong with this one. Initially I didnt like it, I thought it was way too feminine and with horrible perfomance. Since then I have worn it in high heat and this where it shines to its fullest. Peppery and bitter fig leaf dominates with clary sage and musk in the background. Five hours after I applied it and I still get mild whiff. It is one of those fragrances that can lift your mood and put a smile on your face

a_c_thompson

What a wonderful surprise.
I picked this up because the Ferrari fragrance I was looking for was sold out.
As soon as I sprayed it, I was smiling from ear to ear. Totally unlike anything else I've smelt.
It's sweet, fresh, bright, and somehow dark all at the same time.
I really think this fragrance is versatile enough for any situation... any weather.
They could definitely get away with selling this for a lot more... but hopefully they never realize that.

Br0wnsfn34

Figgy goodness!!

As i was looking for a good spring scent, I came across this one on ebay for a little more than 25 dollars I thought what the hell.. Fig/Fig leaf is a note that I tend to gravitate towards..

This fragrance is and absolute steal.. The Fig leaf is the star of the shower this one, as it should be.. I do get the mandarin orange and the iris as well im this fragrance but its very green, earthy, perfect for spring weather in the Midwest..

Exceptional
8.6/10

Gwaredd

This is a very happy and uplifting scent. I can't really pin point what it is exactly I love about it. I always find myself sniffing my wrists when wearing this, I can't stop. It is very 'bright' and sweet, with a little sourness which helps to lift the scent.

It is like the little sibling of dolce and gabbanas Velvet Vetiver which is my all time favourite. This is probably due to the fig notes.

I'm not sure if this would fulfill what a fig lover is looking for, it isn't comparable to Philosykos by Diptyque, which provides a true fig/fig tree experience.

But I find myself more drawn to this little beauty, in all its simplicity. I just wish it had more silage and 'oomph', but I adore it.

LordCharfield

Pleasant enough, but those comparing this to ADP Fico Di Amalfi are way out. I have this on one hand and ADP on the other. There’s no comparison. I don’t want to sound snobby, but this is faint, weak and very disappointing.
Longevity is pathetic.
I don’t usually equate price with quality in my reviews, but when so many Ferrari fragrances change hands for above the RRP, there has to be a reason why this only costs £18 and I’ve found it! This scent should be called “Illusion” because, to be quite frank, I’m sure that many reviewers can’t have tried the ADP. The two scents are way different. Beware!
And finally, I blind buy a lot and usually have positive experiences. I’m annoyed with myself on this occasion for just relying on some recent reviews on here. It’s almost as if some reviewers are making false claims for their own amusement.
I’m usually far more thorough in my research. I’ve wasted £18 that I could have used towards something decent
I advise to go on eBay and get cheap samples of each to compare first!

erha69

High quality and niche quality of Fig leaf perfume

stalal

My second favourite fig smell.. first being Hermes Jardin (Mediterranean one). Fig smells almost sharp not as sharp as Hermes but at the same time very Vetiver like. Pleasant, lasts 3-4 hours

DaedalusX

Note to self.. I don’t like the smell of fig. The good news is here that there is a few more things going on with this stuff besides the dominant fig note that salvages my purchase. When you smell this stuff by the time you hit the mid and and dry down of the pyramid, you’d swear that there is vetiver in this, but maybe it’s just the notes in here that gives the illusion of that vetiver type smell. I only picked up a 50ml bottle, so it’s not like I’m stuck with a bigger bottle that I’ll rarely use. Anyway, it’s a nice clean smelling fragrance that says it’s unisex on this site, but I would say that this leans way more masculine and I’m not sure women would want to wear this stuff. It’s good for what it’s advertising but I wouldn’t re-purchase again.

piyux

Ferrari Noble Fig EDT opens with a moderate to a low projection of sweet, citrus/fruity, spicy, and green accords. The opening is fresh, airy, soft, pleasant but the notes come up as light. The fig leaf brings a combination of green foliage-like, fresh leaves with a pinch of fig, the mandarin orange enhances that notes with a sweet citrusy note. The pink pepper and clary sage are just a soft touch in the background. The iris gives the fragrance a fresh, airy, breeze touch, slightly powdery. And, as the fragrance commences to dry-down, the musk enhances that mild powdery tone boosting the soft projection of the fragrance. The patchouli is the last note, just a faint soft green touch. As the patchouli becomes noticeable so the mandarin orange starts to dissipate. The patchouli comes across as a fresh and light green touch and has no significant participation. Once Ferrari Noble Fig EDT has reached its full dry-down, it can be summarized as a very soft projection, green, slightly fig fragrance with soft spicy and airy floral accords. The fragrance feels airy, delicate, diluted, faint, slightly fruity/fig, modern, refreshing, short-lived, simple, slightly sweet, unisex, white, and pleasant.

BATCH REVIEWED: 2020.
WOW RATING: 4/10. A pleasant, very soft, green/fig fragrance.
DISLIKE RATING: 0/10. The fragrance contains no offensive notes.
UNIQUENESS: 7/10. Soft, but the fig leaf is a unique and pleasant green, fig/fruity note.
MASS APPEAL: 6/10. Very soft, but most people will enjoy this fragrance.
PROJECTION: 1/10. Very low, under 1 foot around the wearer.
SILLAGE: 1/10. Very low, under 1 foot behind the wearer.
APPLICATION: 8 or more atomizations.
LONGEVITY: 2/10. Very low, it projects little for about 1/2 hour then it becomes a skin scent.
SEASONS: Spring, Summer.
OCCASIONS: Formal events, outdoor gatherings, gym, office, casual, holidays, vacations, romantic, dating. This is an office-friendly fragrance.
VERSATILITY: 5/10. A soft and versatile fragrance for the warmer months.
GENDER: Unisex.
AGES: Any.
RECOMMENDATION: Ferrari Noble Fig EDT can be purchase for about $20, it is an affordable fragrance with a nice scent but very soft and very poor performance.
BLIND-BUY: Yes, if you are familiar with green and fig/fruity accords. Also, consider its low performance.
SIMILAR: L’Artisan Parfumeur Caligna is a great sweet fruity (fig), floral, green, piney, and herbaceous fragrance; Ferrari Noble Fig is a very soft but pleasant, green, and fig fragrance.
SUMMARY: A very soft projection, green, slightly fig fragrance with soft spicy and airy floral accords. The fragrance feels airy, delicate, diluted, faint, slightly fruity/fig, modern, refreshing, short-lived, simple, slightly sweet, unisex, white, and pleasant.

IngaMM

A juicy fig leaf in a picture-book example of a unisex scent. Linear (which mustn’t be a bad thing) with good performance. The notes are blended nicely. I’m happy to spend £150 on a perfume I really like. This £15 bargain is making me just as happy.
I got NF 3 years ago and I’m still not bored of it. In fact, today I ordered 2 more fragrances of the same line.

modano911

I own almost 40 fragrances and this is my least favourite by a huge margin. It smells off and I'm quite stunned by its current high rating (4.10 June 2020). I'm going to be wary of fragrantuca ratings after smelling this monstrosity. This is NOT a blind buy because it has a very distinct smell, emphasis on the "stinct." I think Ferrari is a quality fragrance house but Im going to stay away from anything fig based from now on.

The year is After Colony 195.
Having made it to Earth, the Gundam pilots take up roles in daily life to conceal their identities, as they await for further orders from the colonies...

Son to the Winner family, a pacifist activist foundation for the space colonies, Quatre Raberba Winner takes a job working at an up scale luxury watch store. He takes your grandfather's gold chained pocket watch on a velvet pillow, and carries it to the back room for the watch smith to service. You take a seat in a blocky, light tan leather chair. Like a waiter, Quatre brings you a glass of milk on a platter while you wait.

His Gundam, Sandrock, still dusty with sand from the Maganac desert headquarters, is hidden in a nearby forest that's in the estate of a large old Victorian mansion. You can tell that the house is filled with Victorian style furniture and dainty and dandy things. As you walk around the perimeter, you step on layers of somewhat dry fallen fig leaves. You can sense the bit of air under/between the leaves as you step on them, and they release more of their scent as they crackle and rustle underfoot. You brace yourself against one of the fig trees as you try to peek into a window to see what other artifacts are inside, and you trip and rip off some of the younger green branches and leaves. You straighten back out your clothes, and brush your hands together brushing off bits of tree bark.

The dirtiness of the fig bark gives a bit of the sense of a mineraly/metalic dirtiness that you might get around a machine shop, old tool box, precision tools, jeweler, watchmaker, diamond cutter. I don't know if it's influence from the cap, but there is a slight creamy leather creaminess. Every time I smell this, I think: 'this is the epitome of soft spicy'.

Flamma

Something smells off about this scent, it smells weird to me.
Unless smelling weird is your thing, don't buy this.

Try before you buy
Not blind buy safe.

Blind Buy / First Impression:

I’ll keep this short and sweet. I bought this today because I wanted to get a Ferrari scent that’s been well received but not the most overly hyped (eh-hem Bright Neroli cough cough) and I wanted to smell a note that I don’t know much about- fig. Anyway, first wearing I’m getting lots of green iris and some musk. Several hours later and I’m nobly awaiting this fig note. Have you ever smelled a new fragrance that you’ve purchased and racked your brain all day knowing you’ve smelled something similar before? So as soon as I got home I went to my closet and got out... Chrome Legend! If you have this scent and Chrome Legend please do yourself a favor and spray them on separate arms and see if they don’t have the same base. Take the fruitiness from the apple out of CL and that’s what my bottle of NF smells like. At this point, I’m not wowed. I’m not even mad. I’ll just have to come back to it.

A very pleasant fig fragrance with a milky touch, that becomes cloying to wear in the dry down. I wanted to like it, but this is not something that I care to wear. That said, it is a wonderful bathroom air freshener.

LisaLovesPerfume

I love Noble Fig. It is very close to my discontinued Mediterranean Fig by Pacifica. The only difference is that Noble Fig does not have quite as much of a green note and not as much of a citrus note. Otherwise, it is almost identical. When they both dry down, it's difficult to tell the difference. I am just so happy that I found another fragrance that is so very similar!

Hewlett

@Flamma,

I find it so disrespectful to find pleasure in a perfume being discontinued.

Clearly many people likes this fragrance. Is it that difficult for you to simply just not buy it?

Pez_Enelrio

Pleasant surprise this Essence Collection from Ferrari, as much as I remember Ferrari was producing masculine, not very classy but enjoyable fragrances back in 2008...since then they improved a lot apparently. I am a fan of Fig and this one I can say is pretty much of quality, it is lasting. fruityness comes out nicely over the woody/leafy main character.

DGpourHommeMN

To my nose, this is better than radiant bergamot and bright neroli. If you want something smell unique, subtle and performs good in Ferrari house, this is the one.

makemyluckyday

This was my first blind buy ever and I regret it... This is by no means a bad thing, but for me (IMHO) it doesn't live up the crazy attention this is getting. It doesn't smell exactly cheap, but it's not non-generic also. Normally seen I love fig fragrances (Marc Jabobs) but you can definitely tell the fig note here is less balanced. Just my opion, but I'm glad that the majority likes it. I bought also Bright Neroli and thankfully that smells very nice. I would suggest to try it before you buy it. I use it now as a toilet freshner.

Lucyana

Lord! How much I love this perfume! I ordered a mini first to see if I like it and deserve to buy the full size version. I will definitely order the 100ml version. It is phenomenal, the fig feels very good, mainly the leaf. It's very creamy in drydown, I just love it! It is worth a try for all fig lovers.

December Rain

I like this one. The Ferrari Essence line is amazing when it comes to bang-for-buck. Smells much more expensive than it is. It's green, a little juicy and a tad musky. I love fig (my favorite is AdP Fico di Amalfi) but typically hate musky fragrances. Noble Fig has the musk toned down to a minimum, though, which I'm thankful for.

milena.1

Sophisticated and fresh. Not in your face but unique enough to get noticed. I love it.

Celeria

Come on .. I can't be the only one to get a lot of Déclaration d'un soir in this one, especially the drydown..

Great scent by the way, great value and nice one if you want something fresh and cool for summer and spring, without citrus or marines notes.

Csent

I saw this online for a really good price so as usual I came on here did my research and went for the blind buy. I am really pleased I did!

This is a really good fragrance and to my nose smells just like Versace Dreamer. I absolutely love Versace Dreamer but it is notoriously fickle and has bad performance. This is like a stronger and longer lasting version.

The fig in this is very good, to rival some much more expensive fragrances. It is absolutely unisex and anyone can comfortably wear this.

The smell is uplifting and a real mood booster a very happy scent.

Overall a very good quality fragrance for a very good price

A bright, fresh spicy, and creamy scent. I rarely fall victim to hype, but Noble Fig kept popping up in random threads on Basenotes, YouTube Reviews, and other Fragrantica reviews. For $25, I figured why not?

Noble Fig is a high quality scent of a vivid fig leaf profile that smells earthy, fresh, spicy, creamy, and aptly sweet all at once. The fig leaf is searing and stands out recognizably as the star of Noble Fig. There is a faint sweetness that is unisex… and everything is rounded out with a behaved citrus that comes off more lemon-y than orange.

I highly recommend this for someone looking for an actual fragrance that complements you rather than you wearing it or it wearing you. I also recommend it for someone looking for something niche-y and not pay premium dollars.

I've never come across anything like this so thumbs up for uniqueness. Smells very bright, flowery and uplifting.
Definitely a unisex. Good sillage & longevity not saying of value for money.
The only drawback for me is that it's very linear and also I would prefer it to be more manly.
Not a masterpiece but a really solid frag.
Overall 7/10.

tandem_4x4

Great bottle, heavy with engraving and beautiful heavy cap with the leather like belt. Great representation. The liquid is great too, very summery and unisex. The longevity is rather low, but its OK. I am fine to refresh it from time to time to get this beautiful cloud of ethereal fig again

RUDOLFO512

Noble Fig opens very rich, earthy and green. The fig is the present at all times. Iris, musk and patchouli give it an earthy essence. Mandarin orange is present in the background giving it sweetness. It is absolutely beautiful and perfect for the summer. It has great longevity and projection.

dtwaddle

I blind bought this because
A) I love Fig fragrances
B) The notes look enticing
C) It has received glowing reviews

I just read a lot of reviews on this page, and every one said that this is a fresh, invigorating, crowd-pleasing scent. In a few reviews, I even saw phrases like “masterpiece” and “best Fig fragrance,” and I couldn’t disagree more.

First, this opens with a super bitter green blast of sharp Fig leaf. I get zero other notes, only that. It moves to a skin scent quite quickly, and the drydown is super long. It’s been on my skin almost 15 hours now, and I can still smell the patchouli and musk base notes. Normally, I like that combination, but on me, it smells like a dusty screen door. Screechy, metallic, and dirty.

In theory, I should love this fragrance, but it doesn’t work for me at all. Smells terrible. I was actually hoping nobody would smell it on me when I left for work.

As long as I can get it, I’ll stick with Dior Dune, which, I’m my estimation actually IS a masterpiece, and I’ll let other people keep this abomination. Dune is a heavenly, creamy, otherworldly Fig fragrance that’s well blended and smells fantastic on me. Noble Fig is none of that, sadly.

EDIT: sprayed this again today and had a completely different experience with the opening. The early opening is pretty nice, actually. Fresh, clean, but does turn slightly bitter on me after a few minutes. I’ll give it another full wearing before I decide. The drydown I was experiencing last time was not pleasant, so I’ll see. Might upgrade it from a dislike to a like.

Silver7777

I have to say this, I have in my estimation some very expensive fragrances, some good some not so good. As I have never smelled a Ferrari perfume before I was actually blown away when I sprayed it on me. I won't get into compositions or accords or blends and fixatives blah blah blah, but I will say this is as good or better than some of the upper end perfumes you'd pay 10 times as much for. This particular one smells like LeLabos Another 13. I ordered all of them literally every Ferrari perfume that was available and I can't stress enough how good all of these are, from the bottles to the juice inside just amazing, 20 bucks, you've got to be kidding me...

ColdNose

Really like it!
Very similar to Caligna, but a bit more masculine.
Unisex.

It's a "warm" scent. May try combining it with another fig such as Berdoues to cool it a bit for the hottest months this summer.

OneRedRose

Very nice!! Smells like a darker dry-down version of Guerlain's Neroli Outrenoir (which costs $300+).... a tea-like fig. Reminds me a bit of Hanae Mori HiM as well. I like Noble Fig, great price range for scent... but I feel it stays too close to you, doesn't project too much. But I enjoy it nonetheless. Good for more intimate encounters. Would buy again if if gets used up. I recommend it if you like the above scents mentioned.

81louder

Great smooth slightly milky fig scent with little bit of bite from clary sage and musky base.
Unfortunately on my skin really poor longevity - in one hour skin scent, in 2,5 hours gone.

A Noble Fig Indeed

My SOTD (Scent of the Day): Ferrari Noble Fig EDT: As of 03/02/19

Fig is becoming more being one of my favorite note(s) in fragrances, and Noble Fig to my nose fig done right, i'm getting the a rustic woody and milky vibe in the opening. The fig is major player here, the milky vibe could be from the iris, sage, musk and patchouli combination which is not a bad thing. Fig scent is addictive in which I love, Ferrari keeps hitting homeruns with their fragrances and with the Noble Fig is no exception. Is a must a have and another hidden gem. So far I have two Ferrari fragrances in their essence line the Bright Neroli and now Noble Fig, I might put Noble Fig slight ahead of Bright Neroli as being my favorite fragrance in the House of Ferrari at the moment until further notice.

nice. really nice for the cost. A refreshing out of shower all day nice smelling fragrance. Nothing to write home about but nice. I would say if you dont want to own a lot of fragrances and are looking for one that is good, but doesnt cost an arm and leg and can be worn all the time then this is it.

At the start I get the pepper and fig, then sage and patchouli. I get a little musk but not much at all. It is more like a skin scent musk than a strong in your face musk.

Could be worn anywhere at anytime. Business professional to casual.

cocofluff

I have a tiny 10mL splash bottle.

I couldn't get over how much this scent reminds me of Figue EDP Molinard. So I tested them together and discovered that they're not the same at all despite them being in the same genre.

Nobile Fig is way classier and much more refined than Figue.

Figue is a fig lemonade with crushed leaves mixed in served with a wooden straw. Figue for me is for the summer alone and can at times be too sour. Only scorching heat can tame it.

Nobile Fig is much more delicate. It begins with a fresh citrusy sweetness and develops into something that is extremely pleasant and easy to wear. The clary sage and iris are blended so well that this can be enjoyed by both men and women. It's not too herbal or powdery.

I usually don't like patch or musk (this is changing rapidly), however, I don't detect anything unpleasant about either in Nobile Fig.

Figue lasts way longer than Nobile fig but I'm okay with that.

The price combined with how good this is will certainly lead me to purchase a bottle in the future. -

jjames799

This has to be one of the finest summer scents presently available.

I have bought all of the Ferrari Essence range and to be quite honest I found they were either too feminine and/or had a gasoline note to them that really stuck out to me and prevented me getting anything beyond that. Not sure if it was the carrier oil they used or some sort of base but they all were quickly sold on apart from this beauty.

Ferrari Noble Fig is a brilliant, light, invigorating, refreshing and uplifting green masterpiece and true to the name the Fig is almost certainly Noble as it dominates from start to finish marrying perfectly with the sweeter mandarin to start and mellow sage in the drydown.

The fig used here is very green, very natural and juicy and it actually reminds me of my childhood and picking wild gooseberries - it just has that same natural green vibe, nothing synthetic here just fresh goodness.

It is of course classed as a unisex fragrance but (having worn it regularly last summer) it isn't something that I as a regular hairy bloke would be uncomfortable wearing.

Grab it while you can if you are looking for a summer spritzer type of fragrance as this may well knock your socks off. It is the type of fragrance that you instantly make sure you have a backup bottle of - it's that good.

Easily a 9/10
Performance is more than adequate for this type of light fragrance as it will linger for a good few hours although it is more of a personal bubble projection wise.

Sara74

This is my absolute nr 1 favorite from the essence line (I have all of them). I have just discovered fig fragrances and I have since then trying out several different fig fragrances such as Philosykos, fig Molinard, The Noir 29 Le Labo and a fig fragrance from Laurent Dumont. I must say, that of all these samples I have tested, my favorite is Noble Fig. Just ordered a back up bottle, though I heard this is beginning to be more difficult to find. The only downside with this fragrance is it's longevity, it doesen't stay to long on the skin unfortunately, but on fabrics it performs for days, sublime but it is definately there. Last but not least, this is absolutely unisex.

Bubbles1964

I never thought I would be someone who would buy anything with the Ferrari label, but here I am making my second review for the brand in a week, and after making my first brand blind buy purchase: Noble Fig

Noble Fig is clean, natural and so fresh. This is the green part, the fig leaf without the pulp. The scent is sweetened with the addition of mandarin. But the note that sets Noble Fig apart is sage, adding an herbal element and taking this scent into drydown bliss.

As others have noted, this scent doesn’t last long which means it falls short of being called a masterpiece. But for around $20 for a 100 ml, you can spray liberally and often, making this blind buy a smashing success.

SmellGood11

When I smell this on my skin I keep on getting reminded of a fresh coconut. Does anyone else get that? That combo of fig leaf and sage has a coconut vibe to it. I think this smells nice. It smells a bit feminine to me. Not as feminine as Ferrari's Bright Neroli. That's very feminine to my nose. It's a very pleasant scent that could be used in just about any situation (work scent, going out, just chillin at home, etc)

Dimitrios

Take a 10ml atomiser decant equal portions of Noble Fig and Salvatore Ferragamos and voila ! ...just shake n enjoy the best fig frag available now anywhere on the planet ...amen

dryz

is it similliar to diptyque phylosikos ??? because i hate that one but i like ferrari frags and curious about this fella

Cortina1981

As you allready see by reviews...innofensive,pleasant,crowd pleaser, compliment getter, warmer weather fragrance,..the only down side is a lack of performance, but for that price, you can't get more.I can't hardly wait for spring and especially summer!Really enjoy it sooo much.Safe blind buy,as I did:)

@chandra.goldie.a

Clary sage (at least good perfume-grade variety) has a remarkably ambergris-ish note to it - really quite remarkably so, considering that it's a plant.

chandra.goldie.aulia

I blind bought this, and this one never really disappoints me. I read/watch many reviews before blind buying, thanks for it, I can picture what it smells like in my head. When it came, I tried it out and the smell is exactly what people have been saying.

It's a perfume build around the fig note, a very prominent one. The opening is quite sweet, I think it's from the mandarin. It then transformed into something more green & woody in the dry down, but the fig is still the front liner. I don't know what clary sage smells like, but I guess it's the one giving more greenness in the background during this phase.

I don't really smell any iris/pink pepper. Maybe it's there but very subtle.

surprisingly this one last for quite long on my skin. I get almost 12h of longevity. Last application, I get whiffs on the 10h mark. This one is not screaming loud, the projection is not that great. It's great for a daily office scent since it won't offend anybody.

My colleagues tried it, but they didn't like it. So I assume this is not a safe blind buy for everyone. If you like Fig or green notes, this one is worth the try.

Scent: 7.5/10

Ferrari Noble Fig is another cheapie that makes quite a splash Its performance isn't as boastful as Radiant Bergamot in terms of either projection or longevity but it's surely as interesting.

Fig has proven a challenging note for me to enjoy, despite it being one I'd specifically love to enjoy. The blend in Noble Fig is superb, as the blend of citrus, patchouli, iris, and musk serving as an apropos backdrop to the fig.

The blend remains sweet while simultaneously being fresh and woody with just a hint of powder and herbs. Overall, it's quite pleasant and agreeable, an inoffensive, versatile fig fragrance. It's not bound to be everyone's cup of tea, since fig remains an idiosyncratic fruit note, but it's one of the most enjoyable expressions of the note that I'vet tried to date, and it feels easy, not challenging, despite having a little bit of depth.

At $25 for 100ml on FragranceX, this is an example of yet another humbly-priced offering from Ferrari that seems borderline unreasonably good. Like Radiant Bergamot, this is another cheapie bottle I'll be adding to my collection.

Simply delightful, but hardly simple! This smells anything but cheap, in fact it’s what I wanted Versace Versense to smell like! Fresh, green, but not sharp green, very mellow and mild, with lovely creamy floral undertones. I find it more on the feminine side, but then again it’s quite similar to Versace Eau Frâiche which is not marketed as unisex. So man or woman, this is likely a safe buy that will mesh perfectly with your chemistry and smell just slightly different depending on who you are. One of my all time favorites when I just want to smell good and unique! Sometimes I need a break from all my other syrupy fruity sugar bomb scents lol!

I've owned and enjoyed Nobile Fig for a while. Smelt Armani Figuier Eden today and they are so close. OK the Armani's got a bit more girth but they are directly comparable (can't say for performance).
NF is utterly niche quality. With nearly all designer scents smelt close up there's usually something disagreeable to me: plastic, dried saliva, chemistry lab, to name a few. This doesn't have any of that, it's pure all the way through like a £100/200 bottle.
Performance wise I don't think it's bellow average for this type of scent and it outperforms AdP Fico whose amazing opening only lasts for a flash on my skin (NF is pretty linear).
What a shame it's discontinued.

Wonderful fragrance. I lately have been exploring fig-based fragrances, and this one is definitely up there. The bottle has a beautiful design with a wonderful leather accent in the metal lid.

The fig leaf blends well with the sage, and the orange holds them both together to form a very natural smell. Sillage is medium low, and with a 4-5 hour longevity. The overall scent is neither overpowering nor offensive.

Because of its low price, value for the money, and distinguished yet amicable scent, this is great for those exploring the world of fig-based fragrances.

My rating of fig-based fragrances are as follows with my impression of them (lower number is better):

1- Jardin in Mediterranee by Hermes: Fantastic natural fig/woody fragrance with 6-8 hour longevity

2- Noble Fig by Ferrari: green fig/sage with decent longevity and minimal sillage

3- Salvatore Ferragamo Pour Homme: Fig leaf with cedar/vetiver. Decent longevity and sillage.

4- Fico de Amalfi by Acqua di Parma: light fig/citrus blend. Summer fragrance with minimal sillage and longevity

5- Figuier Ardent by Atelier Cologne: sweet/green fig with milky citrus. Sillage and Longevity are moderate/good

6- Ninfeo Mio by Annick Goutal: very green leaf/ivy/citrus scent where the fig takes a while to emerge. Decent sillage/longevity.

7- Zegna Milan by Ermenegildo Zegna: Simple fig mixed with Iso E Super. Lasts a while and sillage is moderate

Hastey

This is a beautifully constructed fragrance, that’s dominated by juicy mandarin and green fig leaf. Beautiful combo I must say. As it dries down the clary sage makes an appearance with a soft musk background. It’s light, fresh and green.

It’s almost perfect if it wasn’t for the poor projection. The poor projection makes it hard to be versatile. I pretty much use it straight after a shower to freshen up whilst chilling at home.

whiskaybay

Very pleasing, down to earth, upclassy and simple fig fragrance. For springdays and occasions when you don't want to fragbomb anyone. Short sillage in my opinion. In some way I wish it was stronger, but it's just the kind of soft and natural spring juice that's worth way more than its price ($15).

jebb

Smells like oily green leaf to me. Not saturated fat oily but rather chopped fig leaf salad with coconut oil dressing oily.

perfect vibe, niché quality, but poor projection typical for cheaper designer scent is the result

A wonderful surprise! As it happens way too often lately, yet another cheapie has knocked the legendary something - in in this case, Philosykos- out of my collection. For good.
Noble fig is an airy, woody fig tree, radiating calm and joy in the sun.. for about 3 hours on my skin.
Philosykos edt did have around the same longevity, perhaps a bit more grain to its wood combined with more of milkiness and a bit different kind of sweetness, I'd say. Noble fig seems truly unisex, nothing harsh or aggressive in it, nor is it frills and girly giggle.
Oh, and I feel like it develops towards something of a "fig tree on the beach" slightly salty vibe. Is it the musk or my memories of last spring in Corfu?

JeffreyHan

@daynierds , do you know about a thing called personal taste?
if you think that this one is trash, doesn't mean that everybody feels the same.
just as like Philosykos, many people also don't like that either.

i find that your comment is really shallow.
oh, and what a surgeon has to do with nose? nose job?
and if nobody around you care for it, well maybe because it is YOU.

please go to Psychiatrist and have your mental state checked.

intesmas

This is quite a fantastic, natural smelling scent. As a woman you mostly get sandalwood, rosewood, or birch as woody components mixed in your fragrances, so the smell of fig tree is really something new to me, and I have to admit that I adore it. This is a rather masculine unisex scent, I suppose most ladies and especially young women won't like it on themselves but on a male next to them. The fig tree/leaf is dominant with subtle orange and sage, though the patchouli is non existent for my nose. After a fresh, sharp opening it settles down on me with a woody and a bit leathery note.

I'm very suprised Ferrari has such good quality affordable scents. I would never have tried their products were it not for Radiant Bergamot from the same line, that I bought as a lover of bergamot and after reading the praising reviews about it. Now I even ordered another unisex scent from Ferrari and hopefully that too will be such a gem as both Noble Fig and Radiant Bergamot are.

talkaboutscents

Ohhh what a nostalgia! Mediterranean is my home region, and growing up there means the smell of orange and fig trees is a normality. You don't notice how an exotic luxury it is until you leave. Then everytime you smell neroli or fig, you go back to that place, to those days. This is what I felt from the very first sniff of Ferrari Noble Fig. And it turns extremely similar to Un Jardin En Mediterranee Hermès after 5 minutes!

Also many reviews mention "Fig", but this is a "Fig tree/leaf" scent. They are 2 very different notes where fig smells rich, warm and not so zesty freshy and fig leaf smells sharper, fresher and lighter. It's the same like smelling a fruit before it's mature, and smelling it after it's mature and ready to pick.

The mandarin orange with iris can be noticed easily along with pink pepper. Ferrari simply did yet another great job after Silver Essence! Great summer fragrance, completely safe to blind buy, and performance looks pretty good for a scent having these notes.

Only warning I could give to blind buyers: This is NOT a masculine fragrance. I'd actually love to smell it on a girl. So if you want to try it first, but can't see it in retail stores, just try Figuier Eden by Giorgio Armani and you'll have an idea.

Fantastic good quality sweet/fresh scent! My best blind buy!

FlirtBoy

lovely fresh fig scent, similar to Ferragamo pour Homme, unfortunately on my skin doesn´t last more than 2-3 hours with a rather weak projection (spraying on clothes improves this a lot)

Gemini66

Let me preface by saying; I've had been looking down my nose at the thought of owning a fragrance from Ferrari! That opinion has been corrected with my purchase of Ferrari's Noble Fig! N.F. is a delightful fragrance indeed! Subtle and sophisticated it is not at all what I expected it to be(loud & excessively sweet)! I took a chance with an online New Year's sale and was nicely rewarded for my risk! This is my second-day wearing and my friends' reviews of it are surprising: "sweet leather, leather& fruit, and Pears &leather"...I can understand the"leather" comments myself because I swear I smell it as well! But we all agree that is a great scent! The only drawbacks being it doesn't project very far or hang on the skin as long as I would like, but those 2 minor complaints aside, this was a very good blind buy! I'm now very interested in trying some of Ferrari's other offerings!N.F. should be a safe bet for the workplace, doctor's office, or other environments where frags are not encouraged!Less than $30.00 bucks for 100ml flanker which is quite tasteful, my new discovery of 2018!
Cheers! Happy New Year!

This smells very natural. The Fig note is earthy, beautiful. Stays pretty close to my skin. Can't wait to try it in warmer weather.

Voyager74

Tasty basket of fruits and flowers, mostly figs, rich and juicy. Suitable for fig lovers, especially those with some sophisticated and joyful life-stile. Like me.

N30

As a lover of Hermes Un Jardin En Mediterranee, I took to this scent straightaway. The fig is scent of leaf and wood, not the gimicky sweet fruit. It has a bright opening and transitions well into the middle notes. It settles in a very smooth patchouli and fig lingers along till the end. Thankfully the powdery musk or iris is not too pronounced, due to which the scent stays dry and crisp till the end. If you like the fig and citrus but can't handle the cedar in UJEM, this would be the one for you. Unlike UJEM, this settles into a very smooth scent.

The longevity is very poor though, about 3 hrs I would say. Sillage is very low too about 1 ft for about 1-2 hrs. You'd have to get some of it on your clothes to get some sillage out of it. Even so, none of it lasts beyond 3-4 hrs. A real shame, cuz I would have like this to last thru the work day.

As a scent though its a good buy at this price to add to your collection.

Pete TheHawk

Probably my favorite of the Ferrari line up right now. It's only lightly sweet, but dry. You get the fig leaf, pepper, sage for sure, but I only get hints of orange, musk and patchouli. It's very pleasant and doesn't smell like everything else around these days. The presentation is very nice as well with the leather banding on the heavy metal cap and clear, heavy bottle. I personally think they should just use the horse logo and ditch the "Ferrari" on the bottle, but oh well. This juice could very well be in some niche bottle and you'd be none the wiser. I get an acceptable 6+ hours from it. For the price you can't go wrong.

calvinwhite16

THIS IS GOOD!!! It's sweet & light but it comes alive when greeted with heat- GREAT QUALITY!!!

Como eu amo esse perfume, dura muito em mim e cheira maravilhosamente bem!

brent0529

Nice peppery fig smell. Decent quality. No projection at any volume of juice or number of sprays. I can at least force Armani Figuier Eden to project and last decently with enuff sprays. Not with Noble Fig.

ricardohmedina2

I have to write a few words here about this gem. Ferrari Noble Fig is a delicious fig based fragrance. Green, earthy, fresh and sweet at the same time. Natural smell all the way through. Great longevity and silage on my skin. Bought 2 back up bottles and that's demonstrate my love for this juice.

The more natural the scent is, probably stronger is the pleasure it causes. This is the case of Noble Fig, a master piece from Ferrari. Possibly the best top notes I have ever felt. After spraying Noble Fig, we really have the impression of smelling fig leaves. However, some minutes latter, the strong fig scent is reduced and the clary sage appears and shares the refreshing effect of the fig note. I compared it with another famous scent based on fig leaf smell: Good Live, a discontinued fragrance from Davidoff. Clearly, Good life is more masculine, more powerfull, but exagerately synthetic, whereas Noble fig is more natural. Although Noble fig is slightly more masculine than feminine, my wife adores to share it with me. Unfortunately, sillage is moderate to low. On the other side, the scent lasts for days on clothes.

To continue its expansion in the perfumery market, the Ferrari brand decided to start a new chapter in the history of the Essence Collection, which was released in the year 2012. To this end, decided to invest in unisex fragrances, extolling a single special ingredient in each creation, through more cheerful and fresh interpretations.
So, in 2015, was born the Essence Les Eaux collection, with three scents in Eau de Toilette concentration: Noble Fig, Bright Neroli and Pure Lavender. They hit the market with the same visual pattern, but in transparent bottles, revealing the unique color of each piece. The boxes and the lids also have the same finishing and color, revealing a bright and sophisticated beige leather.

Noble Fig, as the name suggests, brings the fig as key ingredient and its composition contains notes of red pepper, mandarin orange and fig leaves, in the top. In the body of the fragrance, notes of cinnamon bark, clary sage and iris. Finally, the base reveals notes of patchouli, walnut wood and musk crystals.

On the skin, Noble Fig arrives strong, green and juicy. But the juicy part doesn't come from the Fig, but the mandarin orange. The fig leaves feature green nuances and, at the same time, dirty, almost earthy. On my skin, it didn’t evolve much, but the sage gave a leathery tone, well supported by the facets of iris. Over time, it was also possible to notice that the fragrance evolved into a salty side, which I believe to be a result of the mixture of musk crystals with the woody notes.

If I had to point out a flaw, I would say that the fig, as the main ingredient, should have been present at all stages of olfactory pyramid, keeping itself in constant evolution and highlight. For sure, the result would be even better. Anyway, Noble Fig has excellent durability and projection, especially for an EDT with high quality ingredients. It’s extremely versatile and elegant!

Increasingly, I realize that the fig is the new OUD from few years ago and still has a lot to present in the world of perfumery. As well as Ferrari, which decided to invest in other market – also pleasing women – by creating a line so sophisticated and with universal acceptance.
If you like scents with notes of fig, then you can’t miss the chance to meet this noble fig with Italian origin.

Odenir De Faria

Luminous, fresh, holder of an exquisite floral quality and beautiful. It is a very rare event when a house crafts a fragrance for men with such features.

Men, do not be affraid of this Noble Fig. It is true it can easily be classified as a unisex fragrance, but there is absolutely nothing wrong about that.

I noticed it works way better in cool temperatures. I would recommend it for early Spring: day and night and Autumn: day, preferably. Or else: air conditioned environment. Heat, sweat and moist will (and do) make it go in the wrong direction, making the fig softness turn into something acid, which was not designed to be or intended. It is quite noticeable and sillage is all about fig with some musk smoothness. And the pepper note is very brief, limited to the first minutes, thank God.

Very few fragrances evolving fig, smell so beautifully. Something I found only in Un Jardin en Mediterranée by Hermès and Fleur de Figuier by Roger et Gallet, which resembles with.

I recommend it and say: enjoy it.

davna

I just got this Noble Fig couple days ago, along with Pure Lavender. And I find that this Fig is better than Lavender, specially with the longevity.
This Noble Fig is very fresh and green, open with fresh Fig aroma, then dries down with flowery and soft musky scent. Reminds me with Salvatore Ferragamo PH or Dune for men. I don't find any peppery and bitter taste of iris, but fresh and sweet musky along the way.
Got almost 6 hours, and still can smell after that.
Good quality and it's a must try, you'll love it. Cheers

Mr Cornells

Orbitord, I was about to ask if this cologne is EDP-concentrated! I read your comments on "Bright Neroli". Sadly, I don't really do EDT again, may except it's EDT Intense. I seek colognes with more oils, longer and stronger projection/longevity. Currently enjoying my "Essence Oud" and "Leather Essence". Would also try Vetiver Essence too. Thanks Orbitord!
