You Were There
In conjunction with our Voyages issue, we invited readers to contribute a photograph from a culturally significant trip they have taken. What constitutes “cultural significance” is open to interpretation. It could be a visit to a house in Memphis where John Lee Hooker played one of his first shows, or to the restaurant where Balzac ate his last meal; it could be an attempt to retrace a leg of Lewis and Clark’s expedition. Below, browse the gallery of selected submissions.
