had a 6 week wait on a 2 week wait for an italian pram, never arrived then was charged twice and not refunded, had to get my bank involved and after 6 months finally got my money back - but only 1/2 of what i paid - rubbish service

I panicked after reading the comments and went out of my way to ensure that I receive my goods but shame must say though the delivery took longer than expected... it was in perfect condition therefore I would buy from them again however expect to get it after months and months.....but then again am in SA

We bought a Bayer Chic 2000 Yolo pram/ buggy for our petite daughter's 8th birthday. The main features we wanted were for it to be able to easily convert from a pram to a buggy (and vice versa) and to have an adjustable handle with as much height/ room for growth as these products offer.
The pram is exactly what we were looking for - easy to manoeuvre and adjust, and seems robust so it will hopefully last well. (The foam handle looks like it might wear less well than the rest of the pram but it's early days, so impossible to say.) My daughter is delighted with it.
I can also recommend prams.net for their competitive pricing, huge range of models and colours - far better than Amazon. The delivery was also quick and well within the estimated time.

I am very happy and pleased with this product. Have been searching for a good while, before I bumped onto this one. A great pram to satisfy the needs of your babies. I would defenitly recommend this product. Also pries very affordable compare to mad prises in the shops.
The only Disadvantage I would think of, that with carrycot, the toddler is going to find hard to lean back when falling asleep, as the carrycot gets on the way, but other than that, is very comfortable and nice., Well worth it...

I order a Chic 2000 Bayer 3 in 1 dolls pram for our Granddaughter's third birthday. I received my item, well packaged and in good order. I had been worried that I wouldn't receive it in time as the despatch time can take up to two weeks and delivery up to five days. I contacted the supplier to express my concerns but it arrived within 6 working days!
The pram is very well built and I am delighted with my purchase and the service I have received from Prams.net. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

i bought a hauck travel cot and and it arrived quickly, but the music mobile did not work so i contacted prams.net and they arranged a replacment part to be sent to me also it arrived very quick, excellent customer service!!

I ordered more than a month ago, they wrote me there was a three months delivery time on my product, and then offered me to change the color and then there would be one week delivery time. I did that, and when nothing came I asked them about the delivery time, and it was three months again!
UPDATE: It eventually arrived.

I have tried to contact prams.net 6 times in 10 days. I have sent several emails, getting one reply today which was totally unacceptable..
Their online payment system is a complete waste of time and their iban number lacks the full address of their bank which renders an iban payment useless.
Very unhelpful customer service team.

Ordered Kids Car seat two months ago, and still didn't get it, last week got another promise that product will be sent "next week", and still didn't get my purchase. Plus they stopped communicating, telephone number not answering.
Another purchase from them few months ago had similar sort of problems.
Do not use this company!!! saving 20-30 EUR on kids car seat is really not worth all these problems. I think I will wait couple of days more and will involve police and will claim money back via my bank.

The Childwood playpen was a gift from me to my son and his wife for my first grandchild. It looks really good and I would have given it 5 stars except for some slight damage to the board which comes with the optional drawer. It was clear this occurred in the post as the box is damaged. Also the assembly instructions state it will take 1 person 10 minutes to assemble but it actually took 2 people 20 mins to assemble. The design and colour (jade green) are excellent and the adjustable floor height is a boon. The mattress is a good thickness but I notice it bubbles up in the middle when laid in the playpen. Not really a problem as the bubble of air goes down when weight is applied to it. All in all i am very happy with it.

Never try to shop from Prams.net, completely unreliable.
I purchased baby diaper bag over a month now (specifically Feb 3rd 2018) I received email notification that expected shipping date for this item will be Feb 19th and that I should receive email with notification and tracking number once the shipment is done. Today is March 7th and no single update received on the order status.
I have tried to reached them several times through the phone number on the webpage but no one accept my calls.
I hope prams.net is not a complete scam site for baby items.
I will NEVER recommend anyone to buy anything from them.
If I have my way, I will give them much lover rating than 1.

They have good prices but customer service is practically non existant. Once you have some problems with a product, it's very little help from here. What is EVEN MORE DISTURBING is that they don't publish critical or negative reviews of the products they sell.

I was scared after I saw all those negative opinions about prams net since I checked them after I ordered a product from this site. It was too late to change this decision so I had to wait what will happen.
Everything went really fine! I received my package yesterday in a perfect condition. Exactly what I wanted. I waited around 2 weeks.
For me the service was good, no problems and I can recommend this site.

I have ordered & paid for a MacLaren Major Elite pushchair & sunshade. Prams.net has said they have sent it. However under the track and trace number it lists 1 item only, the sunshade. Prams.net are not interested, there emails are rude and unhelpful and the phone number rings and says the mail box is full. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. What a absolutely shocking company. This buggy was for my 9yr disabled son.!

Ordered a buggy and accessories on May 25th. After three weeks my items had not been shipped despite repeated promises from the vendor to do so. After I then asked for a refund the vendor stopped replying to my inquiries so I had to contact my credit card company which thankfully refunded me.
