Great guide to foods of the world. Can’t help but salivate as you read this book. Beautiful photos as well.

This book introduces the famous dishes and landscapes of each region (Europe, Asia, America, Oceania, Africa, etc.) with photos.
One of the pleasures of traveling is tasting local cuisine.
Also, tasting cuisines from around the world will help you communicate in the future.
I'm not picky when it comes to food, so even when I travel abroad, I always try to enjoy the local cuisine.
In Europe, you could enjoy meals while enjoying traditional architecture and nature-rich landscapes while dining.
I have great memories of both the food and desserts on my trip to Turkey.
I love Mediterranean food, so next time I would like to travel to places like Italy, Greece, Spain, Portugal, and the south of France to enjoy the food.
Traveling to Asia, I find that my home country's cuisine, Japanese cuisine, is the most palatable.
Sushi, sukiyaki, shabu-shabu, eel, tempura, hot pot dishes, etc.
Asian cuisine suits me because it is healthy with a lot of vegetables.
Vietnamese, Korean, Chinese, etc. are all delicious.
In the U.S, there are many restaurants opened by immigrants, and it is attractive to be able to enjoy cuisines from all over the world.
Chicago, New York, and Los Angeles in particular are gourmet cities.

Lots of impressive pictures; makes me excited to travel to these places!! The featured dishes were (obviously) the ones each country is best known for (ie, paella in Spain, peking duck in Beijing, cheesecake in Philadelphia...).
I was disappointed that Canada was not included in this book :(
