A gorgeous slightly vintage-smelling floral perfume with a decent projection. Contrary to the name, I don't find this fragrance sweet in the modern sense. Mimosa and lily strike me the most. The "coastal breeze accord" (per the MM website) gives it a fresh twist but in the dry down the musk is rather prominent. I'm not the biggest fan of saffron and I don't find it bothersome here.

Like walking through a blooming garden close to the ocean.

Yellow and white florals on a windy coastside hill. The florals are airy and realistic. The salt note has that “skin in salty wind” scent.

Interesting soft floral musk with strong soapy undertones and some nutty (almody) twist. Radiant and radiant. With slightly vintage mossy base. No for everyone for sure, you should be a big floral fan to love this.

Dolceacqua is gentle like summer breeze by a lake. It's aquatic and airy but not salty. Everything about this scent is light and politely quiet. It's pleasantly floral, softly green and slightly sweet. It's slightly soapy, but in a gentle powdery manner which is not on your face. Dolceacqua is a safe choice for any woman, any age.
This fragrance makes me unexplainably restful and happy. I ❤️ it!! It's very subtle, but it lasts 6 hours or even 8 h.

What a beautiful fragrance and what a beautiful concept!
The representation of a beautiful woman, waiting on the most beautiful view of the coast of Nice: she smiling, beautiful in her simplicity... a glass of wine drunk with that view and the lightness of an unforgettable moment: because yes, simplicity is sometimes the most beautiful thing there is.
This fragrance is light, sparkling, with aquatic notes that are not dominant because they are accompanied by green and floral notes masterfully tuned, and which create a single irresistible symphony, which brings joy and freshness.
Really beautiful, I really liked it… for spring or summer.

Very sour to salty start, accompanying the flowers of a more classic, old-money parfume. I can smell a lot of moss.
Vibes: old money parfume, rich mature lady

Dolceacqua is what I’ve wanted Chanel No. 5 to be! It’s brighter and a little sweeter in the opening— which I truly enjoy. You lose that sweetness in the dry down and becomes almost identical to No. 5. Overall, I really like it! It is a more modern version of No.5. This makes me feel very elegant and put together. Also a perfume you can wear literally all-year-round! I find Masque Mailano fragrances to be overpriced in general so for this reason I will not be picking up a full bottle! I will be cherishing my travel size.

Reminds me very much of Chanel No 5. Dolceaqua is a little “brighter” at the opening and less baby powdery in the dry down but very similar to my nose. Feels very mature, almost matriarchal.

Very pretty lily of the valley and mimosa scent—there’s other notes present but these two are dominant in the opening and remain present in the drydown. This perfume has a classic profile and it’s pretty as it develops into a softer, complex floral powder scent. I like it but I also can’t imagine wearing it, this could smell great on the right person.

GlacialImpala

Extremely similar to Zoologist Dragonfly (and many girly fragrances, this is a really familiar scent profile), but it doesn't have that much green and bitterness from the Dragonfly so this is more old fashioned. Maybe a bit too old fashioned, since I can sense some powderyness akin to old lipsticks. I'm surprised I can't sense any Lilly of the Valley since it's such a strong note.

On my skin this is quite powdery and green. Bright and herbal. I don't get the 'sea' notes, although the mental landscape is there -waterfront, breezy, a warm cloudy day. It all kind of blends down into a musky/powdery floral. It's classy and old fashion. Very feminine. Very soft and dainty. 6/10

Sea wave bitterness...

Now this is the kind of sea, aqua that impresses me although i'm far away from loving or even liking any aquatic blend! Ok... Let's see where we can begin... I get a sweet & salty almond blossoms with sea breeze, oakmoss, lily of the valley, ivy, slight salt, salt, & salt. Now don't get me wrong but the balanced of the salt makes me high and drunk in passion :)

The mix between sweet & salty is impressive as i can see the beach from an 8th floor duplex (i wish i have one :D) while i am drinking a mild virgin cocktail, the large window is open and the sun is from the back side as the shadow is bringing the sea breeze.

This blend for me is my favorite amongst the trilogy. Beautiful.

I can only describe this as comfortably elegant.

Recently discovered Masque Milano, and so far I am pleasantly surprised by the uniqueness of this house.

Dolceaqua starts lightly herbal and fresh, followed by mimosas and other florals. bright and comfortable, but not linear. the drydown in lovely vanillic-musky (powdery with hint of animalic notes peeking )-woody. i enjoy it!

Dolceacqua prominent notes:
Lily of the valley, green notes, Almond bloosom, Mimosa, musk.

Dolceacqua is a comune in Italy. So you can imagine how it’s classic Italian style would appear in a feminine structure. It’s so bright and classic. Reminds me of some old-fashion floral bouquet perfumes in past 2 decades. I really fell in love with its bitter, green powdery and a little soapy facet which beside the flowers, plays very well on my skin.

Upon initial spray I feel the vibe of Guerlain Champ Elysees. Even though mimosa is listed in the middle note, but I think it is there upfront. Yes, to put it simply, Dolceaqua La Donne really exudes yellow flower, however it's actually quite complicated.

In the beginning, before the yellow-ness, aside from mimosa, there's green-ness there, there's the smell of a fresh cut grass after the rain, it feels a bit sour, and fresh. It mixes with the powderiness of mimosa. And yes, my nose pulls a trick on me, even though I immediately remember Guerlain Champ Elysees, but when I look closer, all is green. And then the sea note chimes in in the dry down. My friend told me that she felt like there's a seaweed note, and I understand, beneath the surface, there is a bit of saltiness, so for those who don't like marine note, you should try first. Overall, it creates a sensation like I am in a mangrove by the sea, and the sweetness reminds me that I'm not really by the sea, it's just a scented soft and tender cloud around me.

It projects moderately for about 4 hours, and the goes low for 4 more hours. So, if you love loud perfume, this is not for you, but if you're looking for unique scent, Dolceaqua might be within your alley.
