Opening is veryyy powdery musk that is similar to pencil shavings or old makeup. Almost overwhelming but then
30 mins later, the drydown is a very pretty rose with slight citrus and the pencil shavings are only in the background.
Not sure yet if the pencil shaving opening is worth keeping this gorgeous bottle though

violeteme

Must be the most unpleasant out of all NRs I ever smellled. Smells like rotten pickles stench which was attempted to be masked by Delina La Rosee or some other pinkish rose forward fragrance.

Jezebelle

So pretty, feminine, youthful and elegant. It smells clean and velvety. Even if the peony is not in the notes I can still feel it. It's like being rained on millions of petals of pink rose and pink peony. If you want a girly, floral, pink perfume that is however also elegant, understated and NOT sweet, check it out.

justchillinxo

For some reason when I was at the perfume shop this smelled much more light and airy to me than all of the other NR fragrances.

Now I am revisiting it with a clear nose and it is actually quite sweet and floral. It is a bit too feminine for my liking though it is still nice.

I prefer the light pink one or the one in the tall black bottle for myself.

freshgenie

I really don't like this. It's heavy in an old lady way, but also in a suffocating way. My cousin lovesss it and my brothers, too. Might be a me thing but I did try to like it I just didn't. The musk isn't really as powdery as I'd like.

tr_is

Very similar to the EDP, except with the addition of a sharp citrus freshness in the background and less musk. The freshness makes it more suitable for warmer and summer weather.

The EDP has a heavier musk which is a bit too much for summer and more suitable for colder weather.

I bought the travel size of For Her, For Her Musc and For Her Fleur Musc. This is a rosier take on NR For Her. It is pretty and I can see why it is popular but for me it is too synthetic. A lot of the department store fragances that feature clean musks are too sharp and angular for my tastes. NR For Her and its flankers fall into that category for me. I much prefer CHANEL's Les Eaux Paris - Venise. Paris - Venise and some of the others in the collection replace all of the fragrances in my wardrobe that lean toward this clean musk type of soft floral fragrance such as Estee Lauder Modern Muse, Coach - Coach Dreams, and many more.

ILove_Smelling_perfume

This kinda smells like pencil shavings but I don’t hate it! A nice musky smell.

Cherry_Darling

Signature narciso designer feel with fluffed up citrussy rose. Not bad but goes fairly fast and dries down to a crowd pleasing designer musk patch which is barely noticeable.

Le chat noir

Light airy dusty pink rose, with the Rodriguez signature. Dreamy uplifting scent, ideal for winter when you are longing for spring to come.

This is such a pretty fragrance. I am not typically the biggest fan of rose. I don't hate it, but it tends to remind me of a much older woman when I smell it. This rose is different. The citrus causes the rose scent to brighten in this causing me to feel like I am catching a whiff of a rose garden in the breeze on a spring day. It's beautiful and an instant mood lifter. I will tuck this away until the spring where I believe it will really shine.

Babblecat

The EDT is a good rose scent, very light and intimate. I haven't smelled the EDP so I can't compare the two. Rose sometimes makes me feel sneezy if it's too bright, but the base notes keep this one in check. The musk isn't doing much in this fragrance. It's very prim. I get just a bit of citrus at the opening, no other notes--though I get a pencil shavings accord in the dry down. I don't think that's intended and maybe it's just my chemistry, but it's not unpleasant. There's just not a lot going on with this, but it's nice enough. I'm guessing it will be a more interesting fragrance in hot weather.

Nonosebarred

Smells like armpit. The smell is a bit too literal as well. I would say this more like a crushed up roseleaf combined with strong BO. I don't get it.

kunthea.kt

If you love rose, you have to own this. I get rose scent the most then pink pepper and woody at the end

I just want to start off by saying, this is not at ALL the type of scent I tend to go for. I usually prefer darker, mysterious, occasionally unisex or masculine-leaning women’s perfumes (depending on how you want to categorize it)…perhaps with a touch of brightness, but just a touch. But then I came across this beauty…

It was given to my mother by a family member, and this used to be her style of fragrance. She liked bright, crisp, floral, fresh, sometimes musky sometimes not. Fleur Musc EDT checks most of those boxes, but to our surprise she didn’t like it enough to want to keep it. Gasp!

Lately for some reason I’ve been craving something new in my fragrance wardrobe, so I thought why not give it a try? And I must say…the more I wear it, the harder I fall for it. I think I might be keeping this one; who would have thought!

P.S. I’m curious to try the EDP now and compare

this scent is beautiful, its more of a night scent for me because of the slight spice from the pink pepper and amber.
its not overpowering at all and will forever be my favourite rose scent.

This is a BOMB. This is so totally exaggerated, yet sweet and feminine, so pink, so floral, so intensely musky. How this is not cloying to me, I cannot understand (I'm usually very wary of musky scents), I absolutely love it. The best thing about it is that you only need one spray for it to last the 24 hours and it projects around the flipping world, never seen anything like it. Not sophisticated or subtle, not natural or wearable for everyday, but intensely sexy and demanding scent. Wear it when you want to wear it, don't spray it on if you are having a bit of a meh day or the scent will wear you , in a bad way. It could honestly tire you. Wear it only when you really want to wear it.

Bouquet Bleu

Much lighter and fresher than the powdery musky fleur "bomb" Edp. Edt is a citrusy rose with a twist while EDP is a fleur boudoir with powders extremely long lasting (until next day!) and medium sillage. If you disliked the EdT and prefer Edp please dm me.

Scandipersian

To weak on musc for being in this series, and heavy on citrus, a delightful bergamot, at the opening. Can smell a nice rose too. Like very much what I can smell, but it seems week and doesn’t stay with me long! Will wait til summer with this one, maybe it develops better with heat.
Should have bought the newer Pure musc, which also is pretty floral, but more muscy.
Love the bottle though - couldn’t be any prettier!

cookygirl

I had tried the EDP when it came out and really liked it so I was very excited to sample the EDT, now that I finally had the chance to. I was certain I would love it since reviewers here avowed its similarity to the EDP and more often than not, I tend to prefer EDT formulations of a scent.
So initially I was very taken with this scent and it indeed is lovely. I like the citrus opening - it definitely creates a lighter vibe for this EDT rendition. My problem however is the pink pepper. My skin sometimes amps up this note and this indeed is what happened to the extent that it overshadows the woody base. I waited and waited for it to die down but it just kept on going...
I've decided now to revisit the EDP, to refresh my memory of the nuances that distinguish it from the EDT and to note how the pink pepper behaves.

Nirvana_Glassmenagerie

I was recently gifted this EDT and I loved it.
It's enchanting and unlike any rose fragrances I ever smelled. It's not overly sweet (I hate sweet) as floral fragrances tend to be. It's fresh and spicy and enticing as from the first spritz.
However, it does really very, very poorly on longevity and sillage. It had faded to nothing within 2 hours and my fiancé could only smell it on me for the first hour, and that too because we were snuggling.
I don't know if the EDF performs any better than the EDT in this area as it's a shame for such a lovely fragrance to be so short lived and have such little range as it's the kind of perfume you'd get compliments about and is versatile - can be worn for work, social situations, dates and so on.
At this price point, I expected more.

Fleur Musc done better!

This EDT Florale (EDTF) is gorgeous! It is the same rose/musk combo in the original Fleur Musc: soft, cool musk, with tender, feminine rose..hypnotic!

However, here the pink pepper dose is increased with a milder increase as well in patchouli. This, with the removal of peony, just turns Fleur Musc from "girly" to "mature". Such a subtle but graceful brush stroke!

The bergamot is not overt but it adds to the liveliness of the scent.

The whole scent is rosey, spicy, musk; simple but splendid accords combination!

Fleur Musc EDTF is another Narciso musk masterclass. No body does feminine musks better.

I think owning both Fleur Muscs would be redundant, nonetheless, and I know some might not even detect a significant difference. So, I recommend trying before buying. However, if you are blind buying, you can't go wrong with either. They are both like-or-love kind of fragrance.

Fleur Musc EDTF is a cool weather, date night scent for he ladies. It just adds a layer of class and warmth to the wearer.

"Love"!

MissGirly87

A lush and lovely beauty that I couldn't stop myself from obsessing over until I bought it a couple of weeks ago. The saleslady at Bloomingdale's must have thought I was crazy - I kept coming in to get a spray on the wrist to carry me through the day, until after several days of that in a row, I decided to buy it, and it's so well worth the price.

It lasts all day, and THEN SOME. The kind of fragrance that I smell on my clothing the next day, in the loveliest way possible. The bergamot gives the musky rose this sexy, chill vibe in the opening, which grows jammier in the humidity and heat of summer as it moves toward the middle an hour or two later, and several hours afterward, becomes a dry, woody patch-musk in the base.

It's super special, and I say that as someone that doesn't like most rose-forward fragrances, or even patch-apparent ones, as they smell kind of odd and musty on my skin. This one does a rose justice, and it's not just a tired flanker of an already successful perfume; it's something beautiful in its own right. It's been said so many times before, but Narciso Rodriguez offers up such amazing takes on musk - any musk-lover fraghead MUST try them.

dglightblue

Gosh its lovely, just like the edp jn maeg ways, you have to love narciso musc this one is cold, mushy, rosey, rounded woody I love it.
It's got a nice sillage too warms length I reckon. Really close scent to original this could be a smidge flatter in the middle with the floral/wood, but it Carys on with the rounded, cool, deep, rosey floral must woody. Jt couldalmost lean soapy wet, its a bit lighter near the end.

rostov14

Sweet spicy rosy musk. Beautiful perfume, very similar with EDP Fleur Musc, Narciso Rodriguez, just more fresh, airy and flirtatious. Both of them are quite woody in the drydown, but the woodiness of this one is lighter, much less powdery , rather citrusey due to the addition of bergamot note. In the very end I can even smell a hint of quince aroma on my skin. Delicious fragrance; refreshing, comforting, playful, lovely and yet warm , fizzy and sensual. Decent sillage and longevity.
Love from me for sure. Brilliant!

PS. This Fleur Musc Florale reminds me of John Galliano Eau de Toilette with its distinctive boudoir -like vibe from rose- musk combo. They are very alike.
Edit. Sometimes, depending on weather conditions as well as your own mood, this perfume may come across as a bit too sweet and peppery, and hence, cloying though.

sarah.brooks.1

Wow.. this smells amazing the citrus note does change this parfum it smells very expensive very very feminine and niche .. I'm loving it..
Update .. definitely worth owning
And fleur musc edp is the rollercoaster version and fleur musc edt is the flying carpet version it's very smooth.. like.. it reminds of a Tahitian treat very refreshing and so girly very different for the for her collection enjoying this New parfum

Pusur

It is gorgeous exactly like a perfume version. The most interesting is a middle note in my case. It appears something that I call: marjoram scent. It is gone after a while leaving a recognisable vail that we already know, just lighter one. Naaaaajjjzz

raiza1990

Very similar to the original, but this one is quieter and clearer. It’s very feminine and sensual. Even though it is lighter than the edp, i think it’s best for cold days.
I imagine a self-confident, sensual and unapologetic feminine woman wearing it. she is discreet but powerful.
Sillage is soft, longevity is moderate.
Opens with a beautiful rose, dries down to a soft and intimate musk.
I recommend it to anyone looking for a elegant and sensual date scent.
P.S: it also reminded me of Miss Dior Le Parfum, but Fleur Musc is way way tamer.
Final note: 9/10
Fans of Narciso Rodriguez will not be disappointed.
