Wanted Girl by Azzaro is a Amber Floral fragrance for women. Wanted Girl was launched in 2019. Wanted Girl was created by Dominique Ropion, Fanny Bal, Loc Dong and Jean-Christophe Herault. Top notes are Ginger flower, Orange Blossom, Pink Pepper and Pomegranate; middle notes are Dulce de leche and Datura; base notes are Tonka Bean, Patchouli and Haitian Vetiver.

In 2019, Azzaro presents Azzaro Wanted Girl - a female equivalent of Wanted perfume. Azzaro imagined this "brilliant" Eau de Parfum as the untameable beauty that comes from inside, filled with charm. The fragrance is conceived as the ultimate dose of sparkling femininity, soaked by the sun, which advocates "la bella vita."

Wanted Girl is an oriental, floral and gourmand composition made by 4 perfumers. The fragrance represents an imaginary flower ("3D flower that’s exactly like her: explosive, alluring, and delectable...but never too sweet!").

Top notes: ginger blossom, orange blossom, pink pepper, pommegranate
Heart: datura, dulce de leche
Base: Haitian vetiver, tonka, patchouli essence

The shape of the bottle is both a flower and a hand grenade at the same time. The face of the advertising campaign are models Georgia Fowler and Nikolai Danielsen.Azzaro Wanted Girl is available as a 30, 50 and 80 ml Eau de Parfum.

Good alternative if you like la vie est belle eclat imo, especially as it dries down they're identical

honeyforapollo

smells very pretty and femanine however this does not last at all. sprayed some walked downstairs and it was gone maybe less than 5 minutes later. Dries down very citrusy almost like the Elizabeth Arden green tea on me but I did only have a small 5ml sample.

Wished it lasted longer but it really does not last so i will not be buying a full bottle

Kekekie

big names like Dominique Ropion. The notes makes me think I would like this.

cinamins

Not sure what people are smelling, but this is extremely nauseating and headache inducing. I don’t smell anything remotely sweet or gourmand. Blind buy FAIL.

ARainyDayInMay

The lovely Azzaro duo formed by Wanted Girl and Wanted for Men had all the trademarks of a sellout pair, but they work out SO well.

Wanted Girl is not the typical sweet scent you'd expect, with almost no lactonic notes (that I perceive, anyway).

The opening is not very ginger forward, but you can clearly smell the orange flower with the pink pepper and a hint of pomegranate, the latter being rather short lived.

The dulce de leche is rather prominent, you can feel this for the entire duration of the wear, but it's not sickly! As soon as you feel the caramel note you get a tempering slightly bitter note, which might be the datura flower, or at least the idea of one.

The base brings an ever-so-slight smokiness from the tonka, with a bit of a bite from the patchouli and vetiver. If you tend to stay away from patchouli, you might like this, the vetiver and tonka keep it rather grounded.

I find the composition beautiful, balanced from that slightly bitter note, with an amazing depth from that vetiver in the base. It's not at all juvenile, but not really grown-up at the same time.

In terms of performance, this will get you through the day, but I would not use it in warm weather since it would be way too much. It's made to be a crowd pleaser, but I would recommend testing first (might be too much for some). I've seen it compared to Poison Girl and Girl of Now, personally I smell it closer a bit to Black Opium.

Acrelune

The youngest of the triplets:
Poison Girl (Dior), Girl of Now (Elie Saab), and Wanted Girl (Azzaro).
All three smell almost the same with just a few differences.
Wanted girl is a bit more mellow, she’s sweet, she loves vanilla cakes and milk cookies.

But if you own one of the two others, don’t get this.

Queen_esther

I wish this lasted but it just doesn't last more than a couple of hours on me. Its also not lactonic, just a sweet slightly peppery floral to my nose. It's cute, I put it on before bed but it's just not built for the workday.

Kekekie

Just tried the sample and like it so far.

wondervalley666

Hmm. I expected to hate it. But I actually really like it! I added a $2 sample of this to my cart to get free shipping on another purchase. I kind of expected this to be a 30 minute tween scent something between an Ariana Grande perfume and My Way/Valentino smelling. Not at all what I expected.

It isn’t the most original composition but has a very nice sweet general mass-pleasing sense to it. I was thinking, “wait, do I want a FB of this???” Then I looked up the notes and the perfumers and of course it’s a winner. Ropion designed one of my all time top 3 favs, Carnal Flower.

This is a sweet gourmand carmel-like floral that reads to me a bit like jasmine. Something occasionally smells a bit like Alien to me. If you told me this was an Alien flanker (clarins era) I’d believe you. If you hate jasmine notes I’d recommend sampling first. Even though jasmine isn’t listed, the “datura” note I suppose has a similar white floral smell to “Alien” jasmine. I see this is rated similar to Alien Fusion, which I wore until it ran out and was discontinued. Yes, they’re similar, but not identical. Fusion smelled and behaved like a true Alien flanker. This smells better. Less like Alien, more amplifying the gourmand notes I wish weren’t so subtle in Fusion. This smells less synthetic and airy than Fusion as well. Though different, I would recommend this for anyone who is looking for a replacement now that Fusion was discontinued. Patchouli is not distinguishable to my nose and I get no funky stank from it. Base notes blend nicely to make an intoxicating rich sweet spicy heart of the scent.

Very mass pleasing blend, blind buy safe/safe gift option unless the recipient hates white florals and/or spice/pepper. I don’t need a FB. I already own too many scents including some that remind me of this. But I do like it, and if I was gifted a bottle I wouldn’t resell it. Who am I kidding… I’m most likely going to buy a bottle to replace Fusion in my collection.

Surprisingly a winner!

Side note-I never watch YouTube/TikTok fragrance review videos, as I find nothing to gain from listening to a fame thirsty wannabe describe a scent in whatever empty words will entice people to like&subscribe, so I know nothing of the cult of personality viral hoards or what their opinions are on this scent. Buy and wear what makes you happy, not something sold to you by a talking head on a screen ✌️

cflatorrev

This is pretty. Affordable and it lasts. I do recommend this one, you can’t go wrong with it. Very likable.

vargadorkaluca

Funny story about this scent, I tested this and Poison Girl today at the store.
I brought home the tester strips and I couldn't make a difference between them. I still don't know which stripe belongs to which perfume of these two. :D
So if you want a more affordable version to Poison Girl, this is a great option.
About the scent, personally I didn't love either of them. I found it to be a bit cloying and dated even...
However I understand why it is so popular, I can see sweet and vanilla lovers enjoy Wanted Girl and/or Poison Girl.

cookygirl

I'll say up front that I don't care for this sweet vanillic genre of fragrances. They are too heavy for me to wear personally and some smell offensively sweet to my nose, even secondhand, on someone else.
This one however I found relatively pleasing. Maybe it's the fact that there is no outright vanilla in here or maybe it's the piquancy added by the ginger, or the slight smokiness of the tonka that moderates the creamy sweetness.
I found this scent nuanced and well balanced and I think I would actually enjoy smelling it on someone else.

rosequartzprincess

One of my less successful blind buys.

Headache inducing and just plain boring.

Halucynacja

I'm very surprised that no one sees any similarity to Armani Code for women. Both scents have a common perfumer. This is a more watered down version of Armani in my opinion.

Fragnant

I keep wanting to declutter Wanted Girl because of how orange blossom heavy and generic the fragrance is but with two sprays… I LOVES it. Wear this around your home for a few hours if the scent is too strong. Spray on clothes and the scent will linger leaving behind a linear trail. Linear. Boring. But good enough for me! This gets better with age. The juices darken and becomes a vanilla extra while keeping the floral heart notes.

ilnomedelliris

opens like poison girl, drydown is like an alien flanker.

perfumedpathologist

Maybe I'm not sophisticated enough to describe this as other than it's a "LOOK AT ME!" perfume, in a very good way. Save this for a night out with the girls or for indoor crowd settings -- even a single spray is way too loud for healthcare work settings and outside you'll be a honeybee target! Longevity excellent, projection strong. Highly suggest trying this one.

padie_bunny

Argh this is so amazing. If i could describe it I’d say it’s like a mix of Jean Paul Scandal and Bilie Eilish..sweet and delicious but also powerful and commanding.. i love how they blended the woodyness and spice, I’ve always been a wood lover but never found any thats not too strong.. this is the perfect blend. Just so beautiful! I love it

Jenbug23

The dulce de leche in here is very creamy sticky delish. Howeverrrr the longer it sits the florals are becoming a bit too dominant for my taste. I have a dislike-hate relationship with orange blossom and I just can’t stand it most of the time. Without that tho, absolutely gorgeous perfume

madelineandmore

This is actually good
I thought it would smell cheap and cloying but it’s not
Starts off with a fruity candy caramel blast that is very feminine and enjoyable.
Dry down I get roses/floral nuances with the spice of ginger and patchouli
Which turns the fragrance from flirty to sexy.
But after an hour or so the datura flower becomes very prominent for me.
Particularly the datura mixed with the patchouli creates a very sharp scent. Similar to Ricci Ricci.
I actually enjoy that sharp smell but I'm not sure if I would want to smell like it..
definitely try before you buy.

Cherry Bloom

I see so many critical comments, yoytubers never speak about it, however, for me, it was love at first sniff ever since it appeared in 2019. I havent't used it much last coupe of years however, this summer I remembered it and use it with utmost pleasure each time.

It's sticky sweet, however it has something also a bit fresh to counterbalance the sweetness, probably the ginver which I love in perfumes. Plus, the hotter the weather the more I love wearing it. Still a big love for me although I have discovered hundreds of other fragrances.

clairesque

Very sweet white floral that doesn't quite dip all the way into gourmand territory. Makes me think of hugging an auntie in the kitchen during the holidays. Caramel on the stove, generic white floral perfume clinging to auntie's clothes and skin, faint spices hanging in the air.

Lalouve<3

Boring, boring perfume. Not bad,not sth special either.Non-descriptive , have smelled sth similar many times perfume.Nutty at first then turns into an equally uninteresting vanillic sugary floral.Just…’meh’…

yoshithatgirl

I don't care for the opening. it's very strong and just loud. after it dries down thoughhhhh. very sweet and warm, slightly creamy. the dulce de leche comes across like powdery caramel. I actually had to let this sit for a couple seasons and it's definitely better. excited to wear in the fall/winter. too heavy for the spring/summer.

if you like jimmy choo "illicit" you would probably like this but I don't think you need both. I prefer illicit!

laceylovesperfume

The opening is incredibly spicy- day I say leans almost sour. Initially I thought this was going straight to the "no" pile. However. Wanted Girl is one of those perfumes that truly takes a few to develop. 1st spray slowly transforms from the spiciness of ginger flower and pink pepper into a sour candy.. about 10 minutes in it takes a much softer turn. It begins to morph into a powdery fragrance with orange flower accompanied by lingering pink pepper making an appearance. It finally settles into a very SWEET perfume, with no spicy or sweet notes remaining. I'm left with a lactonic, tonka heady, sweet, dulche de leche GORGEOUS scent that I LOVE. But I love it only after it completelyyyy settles down. I am NOT a fan of the opening. Also I'm not usually one to give frags a chance that have to develop so much, but the final product here in my opinion is worth it. It's a delicious feminine leaning gourmand. I just wish it started that way, as first sprays are hard to get through. Last thing I'll say- this frag transforms so much I was asked if I had sprayed a different perfume by my daughter. It was the same one- just so drastically different from beginning to end. It's not a powerhouse perfume once it settles either. But a bigger scent bubble and more lasting power than your average body spray.

Forbiddenjade

Perfumy, long lasting but rather generic. Sorry but it smells alike so many other scents. Like entering a mall. Nope from me.

Printeza7

Looking at the notes, I thought it would be sweeter. It's nice, spicy, warm, acidic a touch at the beginning. I think it's ok, nice enough but not a very unique smell in my opinion! And it doesn't last, it's like missing something, I want more from it!

la.femme.scent

This smells really spicy, I wasn't expecting that. At least that's how it came off on my skin. I thought it was going to be a sugar bomb but it's more of a balsam, really soft and warm. I really like it, very intoxicating. The only thing is my skin eats this up and doesn't even last 30 minutes on me. Perhaps it would last longer on clothes. I'd still purchase a bottle and over spray. really nice.

afitapbabe

I got the perfume on sale. It has a nice gourmand scent with feminine notes. Wanted Girl by Night is also absolutely beautiful, with a simpler grape juice scent and addictive soft rum/whipped cream notes. It's a nice scent.

Gemsense

This smells soooo much better in cold winter weather! 22 degrees F outside and this fragrance is in all her glory ❤️ now she's perfectly sweet n spicy n creamy... Delectable! Now I don't want to wear anything else all winter, and no it's nothing like poison girl which is another one of my favorites. That one is sweet and rosy with some anise like scent and this does not have any of that. The ginger is blended so well with this! It adds to the pepper in a way that perfectly spices the sweetness of the caramel and orange blossom, the pomegranate gives it that juicy red twist that kisses it just right...Perfect in every way!

morphoevgenia

Beautiful fragrance, but I have a one problem with it: longevity. It is very short-lived on me, both skin and clothes. First one hour it is very loud, but after settled disappears on me completely after 5 hours. I can still smell it if I put my nose to the spot I sprayed on… I don’t feel comfortable to wear it casual, but for dates and special events I`d prefer better longevity.

The fragrance is gorgeous and intoxicating. It is sickly sweet, with notes of fake, inedible dulce de leche and heavy white flowers. Especially note of datura is heady and realistic. It is well blended and smells like a perfume, meaning you won`t end up smelling like a real food. Bottle is also absolutely adorable, keeping with weaponry theme of Wanted for men. I just wish it had better sillage and longevity on me.

stephanienwc

This is soooo underrated!!! So well balanced. It's a sweet floral but it's very unique. The dulce de leche is addicting and there's something nutty in the heart of this scent that just captivates me. LOVE.

tanoshi333

i will take a bullet for this fragrance. it's literally so nice so sophisticated so sweet and sexy AHHHHHH

xsxcstarx

I remember spraying this as a tester, I didnt think much too it as first but when i left the store & let it develop I was sooo annoyed I didnt purchase it! I then spent ages trying to find it online by describing the bottle & I eventually found it.. phew!

This isnt your usual gourmand fragrance, it starts off powdery with a slight kick of spice, once it settles down you get the delicious ducle de leche & milky smell, this settles to a really cozy, warming fragrance.

The projection isnt particularly good & it does sit close to the skin but it is a lovely perfume that I would re purchase

Nscentopia

The one review I agree with most is that if Dior or Chanel made this fragrance, it would be under the radar of masses. This fragrance is So So underrated in my opinion. But that's better for us signature lovers. On a cold Dutch evening in 2019 walking through the streets, I decided to buy my father a perfume as a gift. I got to meet this gem through a sample I got with it. It was funny because I had no expectation of falling in love like this. I sprayed it on my wrist, couldn't believe it, and sprayed again. It was mindblowing. It was sensual. As a Bachata dancer, it was music to my soul. I wanted to dance with the lights off. This scent was so beautifully feminine to me, it was just screaming sweet and cozy. There was something warm in the scent, something young and movie-like. It complemented my long red coat and my french berret in a weird way. For the next weeks, I slept spraying this on my arm. I couldn't stop imagining owning this fragrance. Because I was still in college back then, and had recently spent on my father's gift, I had to save up. Finally, close to New Year's, I got to visit the store and grab a whole big bottle in a set which was on discount. I cannot forget my happiness walking back home that day with that big box in my hand. I took millions of pictures before opening it up. And finally, there it was my 80 ml Azzaro Wanted Girl, love at first sight- this was me, my signature scent. It's been years, and I love it to this day. I've dived into the world of fragrances and use much more expensive frags but Azzaro just gives me the chills. It is just so unique, resembles nothing. It's mine. Everyone who smells it on me says Wow, this is so you. They said they associate it with a complex, high standard, pretty girl (a compliment I guess ^^). The only shortfall it has is that it can be too strong sometimes, especially with the ones bought after 2021. I'd prefer the same DNA with perhaps a bit of a lighter touch (like an eau de toilette). I must end by saying that I absolutely despise of the Tonic version. Please do not associate it with the original. Azzaro Wanted Girl- my psychologist in scent terms, my underrated gem.

amgenus2015

I received a sample of this; it wasn’t a bad perfume but definitely sweet and not very complex.

Heavenly Heather

A delicious cheapie! When I first sprayed it I did get a lot of alcohol but once that wore off I was met with the sweet notes of dulce de leche and some fruitiness from the pomegranate. If you like a sweet semi lactonic fragrance that also has some floral nuances then give this one a try.

Dannielle

Yummy, sweet and spicy! Nothing like fancy...it's more like Jimmy choo illicit or yes I am !

KermieFae

Aside from the usual benchmarks of a skin test (longevity, sillage, projection, etc) it truly has been a moment since I appreciated a fragrance for being itself.

I did not go into this skin test expecting anything remarkable as I have several floral gourmands in my collection. I thought the fragrance was going to be a delicate floral simply floating through the wearer's space and time. Especially since its opening certainly presents itself that way. Yet, it had a youthful exuberance and dreamy finish that was just utterly irresistible.

Azzaro's Wanted Girl is one of the few fragrances that consciously and intentionally walks you through a pleasant fragrance experience from start to finish. Below is the imagery that comes to mind from this fragrance:

Wanted Girl gave me a mental image of the wearer from makeup application at the sink to making it home in the chill of night back to their flat. We open with those delicate florals I mentioned. They were actually quite lovely with the orange flower, ginger, and pepper having a lively synergy. It is a very pretty opening that gives a fun-loving yet refined air to the wearer. The opening is giving a bright young adult on their way to a dining experience with friends.

As our wearer catches up with their friends the scent settles into a comfortable bliss. Not soon after, the vetiver and tonka speak in low, hushed tones. They are sharing a little slice of drama with each other at the dinner table; they are fully invested in the whispered secrecy. As they continue to sip their drinks of choice they begin to converse about upcoming events, weather, recent things in the news, and venting small frustrations.

Our wearer, catches a glimpse of glowy skin, well manicured hands, and soft tresses from across the bar. They reciprocate interest as well. As our wearer muses over the idea of the other person, the Dulce de leche note warms on their skin. An utterly delectable, lactonic jammy note. Our wearer rests their elbow on the edge of the table, and softly rests their face in the cradle of their hand. They catch the scent and soft warmth of the caramel note, and once again make eye contact with the inviting presence across the bar. Giving a soft smile, the wearer returns their attention back to their friends, and resumes conversation.

The evening ends with a shared Tres Leches cake between friends as they issue friendly teasing to our wearer for their attention being elsewhere. All are exiting the warm glow of the restaurant full of liquid courage and laughter. Our wearer is slipping into their light jacket when they hear a gentle, "excuse me." It seems the other person intended to catch their attentions before our wearer left for the evening.

The wearer blushes slightly and agrees to exchanging numbers. When the final digit is entered our wearer gracefully exits into the back of an awaiting ride-hailing vehicle as though exiting stage right. The interested party smells Wanted Girl from the wake of our wearer's gentle movements. They close their eyes inadvertently. That dreamy, cloud like gourmand is not something they recognize, but they most certainly want to invoke that smell again. The vehicle comes to life and immediately begins its journey onward. Our wearer doesn't know if they will see the other person again, but they sit comfortably knowing they will never be forgotten.

AnotherFragBoy

1 - This is a unisex fragrance. Leans more masculine IMO. A man in his late 20's+ will pull this off with ease.
2 - Outstanding performance! Pushes past the 8 hour mark effortlessly on skin. 24+ hours on fabric.
3 - Very high quality. The caramel note is very prominent. Chewy sticky gourmand delicious.
4 - Can be cloying if over-sprayed.
5 - Price is great. If Dior or Chanel made this, the whole world would be drooling at this all wide-eyed and unapologetically pay double+ the price.

My favourite of the entire wanted line. Bottle design can be considered a freshman in the school of weird. But all in all, sheer excellence.
Ladies, take my advice and let the huzzy / bf wear this and you will fall in love with him all over again.

Morgan45

This is the one that re-kindled my love of fragrance. I had been off of perfumes for years, then I got a sample of this and had to have it. And now here we are. Personally, I don't find this overly sweet or gourmand. What I get out of this is a warm, mildly spicy, mellow white floral, with a smooth, semi-sweet undercurrent. It makes me feel cozy and I get a bit of a dopey grin every time I catch a whiff of it. I love the bottle. Contrary to many reviews, I find this neither generic nor at all similar to La Nuit Trésor, which I'm not a huge fan of, but our noses are all unique.

Tooturntt

Wanted Girl is an easy reach, everyday fragrance. It is very orange blossom forward, but the lactonic notes & dulce de Leche really come out in the dry down. Similar vibe to la vie est belle but much less cloying & affordable.

Perfumeaddict84

Based off the notes of this I blind bought it expecting this caramel ice cream delight, whoever says this is gourmand you are wrong. It smells like an old lady and it’s just yuck! My biggest blind buy regret

amorinaaa

I smelled this at a department store after hearing reviewers rave about a “creamy caramel bomb”. I don’t know if this was an old/expired bottle but this stank. It smelled like sticky underarms and then someone sprayed a cheap bath and bodyworks spray to mask the scent. So disappointed!!!

raqketa

this reminds me of the class of fragrances that includes the poison girl edt, v&r bonbon, and luna by nina ricci (fruity andvery sweet gourmands with fleeting floral notes at the heart). i own, like, and wear those fragrances so i’m usually drawn to them but this one particularly has a lactonic accord that pulls kind of weird on me during some (but strangely, not all) wearings. i don’t feel i need to add a FB of this to my collection 1) due to redundancy and 2) due to the aforementioned lactone, but i am glad i finally got to try this one since it gets much hype in some sectors of fragcomm.

BougieGirlShops

I have this and both flankers. Wanted Girl by Night is my favourite, but this is a very lovely fragrance as well. It's sweet, creamy, and nutty. Not really getting much spice despite the notes. It does have a faint familiarity to Elie Saab Girl of Now because of the orange blossom and almond, but this is much more subdued and mild. The tonka grows increasingly stronger throughout dry down, and with it the sweetness.

twalkin

I went to buy a new perfume, and Poison Girl, this one and Black Opium were on my list...this one was on sale, so it won :). I sampled it a couple years ago and couldn't stop thinking about it - I can't tell you what it reminds me of but it definitely has lovely gourmand notes and is a very feminine pretty scent. As I was leaving the store, I also sampled the Wanted Girl by Night, which smells nothing like it in my opinion, but is also very pretty...simpler and a definite grape juice smell but also quite addictive and soft...maybe it's the rum or whipped cream notes...either way, I love them both. Not my favorite, but it's up there; Mon Guerlain, Good Girl and La Vie Est Belle Intensement all rate slightly higher but I'd put it on par with La Nuit Tresor and Hypnotique Poison; beautiful smell.

DianaD13082019

It is like a fruity juice. Smells nice but not original. Perfect for summer, on the beach.

kbethel20

I tried this in the airport and it was smoothly delicious. I just had to have it. The ingredients were also very inviting and I especially wanted a caramel scent. Unfortunately, I don't smell any caramel or dulce de leche. I actually have a hard time smelling it. I decided to sell since I have 30 bottles and becoming overwhelmed with them. I do crave a strong caramel perfume tho. Smells similar to Voce Vice!

Kcbear28

Just got it today. Oh wow, I’m in love. Sure, it’s been done before but for the price point, you can’t beat this caramel baby Definitely stockpiling it.

Been wearing it for the last few hours. It smells very similar to La Nuit Tresor but is a bit creamier and less fruity and even has that weird dry down I dislike.. dang. If you can't get your hand on LNT, this is a solid alternative.

babydcll

this is one of my fav perfumes.to me it's not really lactonic this smells like white flowers and vanilla but i mostly get white flowers on my nose.lasting is great.it gets me compliments when i wear this but this smells a bit of like zara perfumes?in my opinion this is more like a night scent because this is super sexy and mature.

Algee

I get the creaminess has a dessert vibe, a hint of orange blossom. This is a semi sweet gourmand with a woody base. It is nice enough more toned down from that famous fume.

Peaches&Cream

Wanted girl is such a sexy scent. It smells so syrupy and cozy at the same time...I think this would be best worn on a day night, to brunch, and girls day out on a cold day. When I sprayed it I was like "Mmmm! This smells so good." It begins to soften during the 4-5 hours and did re apply so the scent can trail and last throughout the day. The notes reminded me of what BBW would use to put into their mist.

Update: This is intoxicating and sexy, letting this macerate for a year has totally intensify the notes. It lasts 8+ hours on me and I can smell the caramel note . Almost reminds me of Merry Cookie from BBW but more sexier.

qofb

Why is this so hard to find in the UK? Other people love this fragrance, if you want compliments, wear this.

I was initially surprised at how floral this is. To me, it starts off with the ginger flower and a very sweet orange blossom with a tiny bit of pepper. As it dries, it gets sweeter and the dulche de leche appears more prominently. It's a sweet one. You do need to spray quite a bit to get it to last or project for longer than an hour. Not groundbreaking or different but good. I have gone through cycles with this fragrance of thinking it was a bit brash and then rethinking and enjoying it. I end my bottle with a positive impression but I won't repurchase. I want to try wanted girl by night next.

Chinello23

This perfume is so yummy! It's not to die for, but the dulce de leche note makes it so creamy and warm, and takes it just a spot above generic. Cannot imagine anyone disliking this one - quite the crowd pleaser.

Gyps

I smelt this on a workmate and had to ask her about it. I’d get a whiff every now and then and I just wanted to smell more. Long story short, I bought a bottle. Lovely scent.

Edit: I’m not going to buy another bottle after this one. I think it smells better on my workmate with her skin chemistry. I still think it’s nice but nothing special, plus it’s not long lasting on me.

Liladulcea

One of the best perfumes out there. So softly sweet and cozy, reminds me of summer in Europe. It’s very soft, caramelish, very lactonic. I would say a floral gourmand but more soft. It doesn’t give a headache. Doesn’t last too long tho and the sillage is medium.

Groovygal

Sweet, gormond, ginger. I bought it on a whim. This is not a complicated fragrance. All the notes are there when you first put it on however it does dry down so something quite nice. A sweet spicy caramel. The scent lasts forever on me and I have passed people in the store who hunt me down and ask what I am wearing. This is a crowd pleaser. Easy to wear and not offensive. It is also a great price. It is a friendly greeting rather than a mysterious glance and there is nothing wrong with that. It is fun rather than sophisticated and that is alright too. I also find I can wear it all year round.

chicagogirl

Tested it a long time (3 yrs) ago so had forgotten the scent completely, just remembered that it was a warm gourmand. So this was basically a blind buy. Having smelled it again I do have to say it smells so much like Poison Girl to my nose. It also smells like the well known dupe by La Rive of Poison Girl, called Fleur De Femme, just without the cherry. Sweet, cozy warm gourmand. It feels like a delicious warm hug! It is mostly heavy vanilla, milky with a hint of white florals. The fruity note of the pomegranate dissipates very quickly upon first spray. So does the ginger note. Most of the time w this perfume is the caramel-vanilla floral. The drydown also reminds me a bit of Scandal by JPG. It's very gourmand, very heavy so it'll work best for cooler weather but I think I'll still sneak in a few wears during this 90 degree summer heat lol! Best part of this perfume is that you can get it for a great deal on lots of sites.

Gemsense

This smells similar to jpg classique pin up without the mentholated note and it's a tad sweeter. The opening is so scrumptious! This is one of the scents where I wish it stayed as great as the opening cuz the dry down turns into pure play doh! Very strong powdered play doh. And scents don't usually turn to play doh on me. Btw one of my faves is poison girl and it is NOTHING like poison girl at all! Then again, I haven't smelled this in cooler weather yet either. I Love this until like 30 minutes when it turns 😔. So I'll have to try it this fall and winter, if it changes I'll update. Until then I can only wear this at home I can't risk going out in public smelling like play doh. Too bad cuz the opening is so promising.

Scentflower

This smells exactly like posion girl EDP perfume. If you have that you don't need this at all. Glad I got a small bottle since I have posion girl already.

Edit: Interesting how perfumes smell different to us all. I definitely DON'T get a play doh scent from this perfume.

july 2023: looking back a year later, i find this review so cute: it was an enormous paragraph trying to describe the intoxicating "lactonic" aroma haha! it's a bit caramel-y too as the dulce de leche note suggests. easy wear, dulce de leche is a cute unique note to have in a fragrance as it suggests dense caramel sweetness and tingly lactonic at the same time, though the latter doesn't stand out when combined with all the other notes. unfortunately, i'm not sure if it's worth buying a bottle as it's pretty generic and the 3-second lactonic opening is what carries this scent for me.
--
i tried wanted girl completely randomly one day on a tester strip, about 5 minutes before my local sephora closed. i took the strip home and literally inhaled it continuously for 2 full days. it was so so beautiful to me, especially the opening. it did get rather generic in colder weather, although my mom and sister still really liked it on me.

a warm -climatized- summer day i tried it on. i am mesmerized. especially the first spritz, and by the way the atomizer is really nice too, those first 3 seconds are mind-blowing to me. i do wish the fragrance stayed like that but i also like what it develops into so i guess i’ll have to be in peace with my 3 second delight.
i’m in a cafe having coffee and wanted girl is reaching to me from my arm that is on the table, harmoniously overpowering the heavy scent of coffee coming from right under my nose, sillage is impressive.

Catnipple

Not all lactonic notes are supposed to be "milky" the opening is gingery & spicy but the dry down is a dreamy creamy dulce de leche definitely an addictive scent!
the reminds me suggestions are way off none of the fragrances are even remotely similar to it lol

LivsAnne

A warm and spicy yet sweet fragrance, the pink pepper in this is quite subtle and doesn’t cause a headache. The bottle is really cute, longevity is not the best but this was to be expected as it’s a affordable perfume.

SimonsTux

If I lost my sense of smell and someone described "sweet perfume" to me, this is what I'd think of, so generic. That said, it's pleasant and an easy reach all 'rounder. Every occasion, season, time of day.

I don't get Poison Girl or Black Opium but I do get a bit of JC Illicit. JC is ginger + honey, this is ginger + caramel. But I would definitely tell you to go for JC, it's a much better composition.

Performance is really underwhelming, disappeared almost immediately, no sillage to speak of. 100ml for ~$50USD gray market.

Yessamin

An ode to untamed beauty and wild thoughts: bold ginger and vetiver are softened by dulce de leche.

I just got this in the mail. I love the scent, but be aware if you buy the 1 ounce bottle, you don't get the cool trigger atomizer. I'm sooooo disappointed. Heck, that was part of why I wanted this so badly. The has a cap that looks like the larger bottles, but the entire thing pulls off and it's a regular perfume atomizer, old school style like all the rest of my bottles. I've been trying to buy smaller bottles because my collection is just so large. This is so amazing, I'm kicking myself for getting the small bottle.

Now, the juice is amazing. I had Poison Girl and returned it because it reminded me too much of her big sister Hypnotic Poison (PG smelled like HP on dry down). To me, this is better, and just a really great scent. It's a gourmand without slapping you upside the head with it's sweet self. It's sexy smelling to me too. Not inappropriate for summer, and that's when I'm wearing it now, but I bet she shines in winter. Get this, it's a gem not talked about enough.

LizDee007

This is warm spicy and pretty. Very feminine and heady. It’s not too much for the office and the sillage is a performer. I can see myself reaching for this..and now I think I lean for warm spicy notes in my scents. For under $100, I’m proud of another successful blind buy☺️

Jenla

This is a very unique fragrance compared to most of the other fragrances in my collection. It’s subtly sweet, not overbearing but strong enough that it can stand out in a crowd. The tonka definitely comes through on the dry down, and the pink pepper in the opening makes it more sophisticated.

I’m also a sucker for a cool bottle, so when I saw that the sprayer of all the bottles bigger than the 30ml was a trigger I thought it was too cool to pass up!

Scent: 8/10

+ There is something about this fragrance that is addictive. Smelled it, liked it but I kept thinking about it. It's sweet throughout, opens slightly spicy. Doesn't last very long, but that is not a deal breaker for me because this fragrance is affordably priced. I love the night flanker as well.

AuraAngelMuse

This isn't as strong as I thought it would be, but I do wear mostly gourmands, and it smells like something I already have so I can understand why. This smells a lot like Fleur de Femme, La Nuit Tresor, and Jessica Simpson's Fancy. It's sweet, I smell caramel and the ginger vibe, and as it dries I smell pomegranate and it starts to remind me of Forever Red from Bath and Body Works a little bit too. I've sprayed it on a few times today hoping it would get stronger on my clothes each time but it doesn't seem to be working for me. My husband said I smell good though so I assume others will smell it on me a lot better than I will.

Edit: After having this for about a week, it smells like caramel apples to me now and it's absolutely delicious. This may just stay in my collection 🤔

MilaiaFoxe

I Love this, an elegant sweet, seductive, gourmand.
It tickles me that this fragrance gets referred to as “generic” yet the fragrantica community is unable to come to a clear consensus on what other fragrances are actually similar?

raeseo2000

Had a whiff of the regular wanted and the night? (purple) one too, and they all smell somewhat generic but still good. I don't usually like these kinds of scents but this I loved! The purple one smells kinda grape or berryish, but liked this more so got the bottle and using it very well as it is nice and inoffensive.
It smells sparkly! Reminds me of stars or champagne or something. I get the orange blossom and dulce de leche for sure in the dry down, pomegranate more initially, then once dry, the pacchouli/tonka vibes too.
Silaige and lasting power both not the best but love it anyway. Wouldn't last you the whole day, but maybe an averagely good few hours.

Acromuah

I just got this and it smells amazing it kinda reminds me of black opium by YSL but done better

nateya

Strong dulce de leche scent with undertones of Tonka bean and just a little bit of orange blossom. Oh man, this smells delicious! If you’re a gourmand lover you will love this!!!! Also, this thing projects like crazy and lasts forever on my skin!!! Something in this is so addicting.

Cherubina

To me this is a body lotion/foot cream scent with 0 projection. Harsh opening and then all i can smell is 1 particular note an annoying note..that makes me sick. I dont know what it is ..but its bad whatever it is..
Wish i never bought it.Yuck.

AlinaCretu12

It's the younger, more playful little sister of Dior Poison Girl...i like it, the ginger is temperedand somehow makes the sweet honey quite pleasant. The tonka is very strong, love it.

lechickpea

I was gifted this over the holidays, and it ended up being one of my most used scents over the winter and fall. It's surprisingly deep and woody, with lots of that super sweet dulce de leche on top. I get the orange blossom as well, a little soapy. If you're a girl that enjoys Jessica Simpson Fancy but want a heavier, richer, woodier, more grown-up take on that kind of scent, give this a try!

LeeloSteelo

I agree at first it smells like generic 2000s sweet perfumes but then the ginger, vetiver comes through, and then you are left with a fresh smelling dulce de leche that leaves you smelling your wrist all day. I tend to become nose blind to this fragrance after the first hour but I get compliments throughout the day. If you liked Alien Fusion but it was too in your face. This would be a sweeter version to try IMO. Easily can be worn all seasons, day or night. With this versatility, it definitely has a place in my top 10.

Albedo

This starts off with strong hints of orange and white florals. It seemingly smells like a blend of generic and indistinguishable department store floral perfumes until the dulce de leche note settles in. I tend to dislike white florals for its heady, headache-inducing scent but Wanted Girl is an exception. This fragrance is not overwhelmingly sweet, nor do the floral notes overpower the other notes — it's the perfect balance between the two. This is what I imagine the nice, popular girl in any early 2000's movie would wear.
It's earned a spot on one of my favorite fragrances of all time.

almondluver1

It’s sweet, lactonic, gingery… has similar vibes to a lot of fragrances (Poison Girl, Girl of Now, Jimmy Choo Illicit). Definitely a safe blind buy and a crowd pleasing scent. I don’t see how anyone wouldn’t like this! I feel like it’s great for everyday ☺️!

ScentedLife

As soon as I sprayed it (and this is a beautiful scent) I knew that it reminded me of another fragrance I own and was annoyed until I realized that it reminds me of Lancome Tresor La Nuit. Since I love the latter but I'm running out, this will be a good replacement.

Snempuza

This smells so delightful. I absolutely love it. It's a sweet, almost gourmand scent. I could eat it honestly.

blake.lee

All I can smell is extremely heavy orange blossom, pink pepper…maybe a touch of sweet cream. I’m not a big fan. It’s suffocating. However, I bet this get compliments because it’s a female beast mode fragrance. Love the cute trigger spray though. It’s a fun way to apply fragrance.

Edited to add: Voce Viva Intensa and Wanted Girl are sisters. One is vanilla and one is more caramel but they’re very similar.

genny17

I got a sample of that one, and I must say it is quite pleasant, feminine, warm, kind of a 90 ties vibe, maybe a bit like Euphoria…this isn’t a shy perfume but neither is it obnoxious, i get compliments right after spraying it..now, it has a cheap vibe, so I am still unsure about getting it..makes me think of lady million too..it is a mix and match of many warm scents out there, but I enjoy it for those days where you want to wear a bolder scent..this is a timeless perfume, a warm oriental, with a fresh undertone,..will revisit .

strawberrystar

This fragrance is really nice! I love how sweet and fruity it is. However there is a note that smells a bit off and quite mature after a few minutes, and it lasts until the dry down. The dry down is just delicious, I got used to the mature middle part just to get to the dry down! It is very sweet and that's where I get the most florals. It is even better when it is a little hot and the skin is heating up.
The scent lasts for so long on clothes, too.
But I do have to overspray a little to smell it on myself.

Mariamaija Amélie

Such a delicious perfume. Creamy, fruity, caramelly. I have to reapply Wanted Girl throughout the day in order to detect it though. I wish it had more longevity and potency, because I love this specific kind of milky, fruity and caramelly sweetness.

Cherry Bloom

I read so many comments that this is a generic fragrance but, as I see, people cannot agree what does this fragrance reminds them of. And that is because this is not so generic. For me, this is the perfect summer gourmand. Dang, i love smelling like this in summer. Unfortunately, though i can feel it throughout the whole 8 hours at work, the sillage is so so poor. The others cannot enjoy the magic potion it is. Only you, as a wearer, are the lucky chosen to enjoy it's marvel.

This is my 1st gourmand i loved and now, the 3rd year after it was crafted, I still love it like in the 1st day. Such a perfect frag for a morning coffee on a sunny beach..if the sun above the beach in the morning had a smell, this would be it. Too lovely for me. Too delicious. Such a pity for the low projection. The others should have the right to smell it, too but such a luck that the one who wears it can enjoy it the whole day...

yeesa_

Loved it at first given I like sweet fragrances but whenever I wear it now I can't get past how strong it is. Sweet and floral. Gives me a headache unfortunately. If you're sensitive to strong perfumes just be careful, could probably get away with a spritz or two.

coffeefifofum

Like dropping a bottle of Tresor while running a cotton candy machine. Aerosolized sugar right up the nose followed by Iso E Super white floral blend. The listed middle notes seem accurate but I got no top or final notes from it and nothing lactonic, just beast mode and then the same beast slowly falling asleep without any real change. I used a spritz on the wrist and one on my chest, and not just my shirt but the sweater over it that I took off hours ago are still radiating scent 8 hours later. The spray on my wrist is fainter. It's a fine enough perfume, just not a standout in any way except perhaps silage.

takema

Quite a lovely fragrance, but a little generic. I likely find this a little generic because I have tried and own so many different fragrances. I think the average consumer would find this quite enjoyable. I see this really appealing to young women as an evening out fragrance. It is youthful, there is a bit of richness that is never complex. The opening is bright and sweet with a hit of spiciness, mostly from the ginger to my nose. I only get a hint of the creaminess from the dulce de leche.

The performance is average, lasting 5-6 hours with sillage that radiates within arms length for the first couple hours then stays pretty close to the body. I have found that overspraying does help without becoming too overwhelming.

The bottle is cute and fun with the flower bottle and trigger atomizer. Though I feel a little weird calling something resembling a weapon cute or fun. But the botte is a playful take. I like that you have the option to spray with the more traditional button depresser on the top or the trigger. Though the trigger is a pretty crappy spray. The button on top though gives a very nice application.

I personally like this best for a spring or fall casual evening scent, like going out for wings and drinks with some friends. But I see it as pretty versatile. I don't find summer heat causes this to become cloying or sickly, now if the milky notes come out more on your skin, you might feel very differently.

I own a bottle that I got in a set for a good price. I will continue to enjoy wearing it until it is gone, but I don't see myself repurchasing it because there are other fragrances that are quite similar that I personally like better.

fragmore

I LOVE this fragrance! It's sweet and flowery. I spray this gorgeous scent on my clothes, bed sheets and it lasts for days. I would gladly exchange some of my fragrances for the largest bottle of WANTED Girl by Azzaro. I live in Canada.

Faellen

This isn't what I expected it to be. This doesn't feel lactonic at all, I detect no creaminess. I don't get any dulce de leche or tonka bean. Pink pepper is always prominent to my nose whenever it's used, and that's certainly the case with this too. It's quite sharp at first, then settles into something woody and "perfumey", if that makes sense. I like it, but I wish it was creamier.
The bottle and sprayer are great!

Tomadeupjazz

The more I wear this fragrance the more I like it 🙂. At first initial spray onto myself all I got was that ginger, orange blossom, and pink pepper. No fruity tart pomegranate, and DEFINITELY no dulce de leche or tonka bean. I read reviews saying how sharp this starts out and I for sure agree. The top notes are all very screechy and fresh and sharp. If you don’t have an actual appreciation for how perfumes go through changes and morph from their top to mid to base notes you would probably smell this first and say it’s a no go. I had to let this sit, and the more I wore it the better it got. Honestly everyone says this is a great fall and winter scent and I think the complete opposite. I think it will warm up on the skin and pull more of the sweetness out in spring and summer. It’s fall currently but I live in Arizona so the high was low 80s and it did AMAZING. Sweet, a little perfumey and fresh as well. I honestly wish it smelled more creamy since one of its main accords is listed as lactonic though. That’s not necessarily accurate and I feel it’s only listed because the dulce de leche is here but it’s not that super sweet creamy toothache inducing dulce de leche. In the dry down a bit of that ginger does linger, keeping it a bit fresh . Could just be my skin that’s holding onto it, but this isn’t a disgust to me like how it was when I first smelled it 🙂. I’d get a 30ml bottle after this sample is done and enjoy it. Lasts very long on clothes, about 7 hours. On skin a bit less. 5?? If you moisturize well. Not bad

Veronjn111

Mmmmm... YUMMY!!! That's all I can say. This smells so good on my skin. Sweet and caramel-ly.

Wiktoriaaaz

Hmm.. fresh and generic? :( I ordered this in the same Oder as my bois dore, and yeah.. that one definitely set the standard hahah. I also got si passione today and they smell rather similar? I don’t understand how but they truly have the same sent profile. I thought for a second maybe I accidentally layered them, but nope! I didn’t expect this to be so fresh and fruity :/ I don’t smell any creaminess at all, I won’t even mention the dulce de leche, don’t smell it at all.

I’ll give it more of a chance when I wear it out. However, nothing like girl of now, but I agree that there’s elements that resemble poison girl edp. AMAZING SPRAYER tho Btw lol

Fran23

I adore this perfume, one of my favourite!Sexy, fresh, a little spicy...and the dulce de leche note, absolutely yummy. I love it so much I would bathe into it...well I overspray it most of the times but no one has ever complained about it.My husband likes it a lot.

Juspaigeme

The dulce de leche note is what immediately had me sold, well and the cute bottle. Smells like dulce de leche mixed with ginger, orange blossom and tonka bean. I could see myself wearing this during any season. It’s sweet but the florals make it so you can wear it during the warmer weather and not just the colder months. This perfumes leaves a lovely trail and you’ll definitely get compliments. Longevity is decent I usually get around 5 hours. With that being said there’s nothing groundbreaking about this perfume, you’ve probably smelled something like it before… it’s a sweet white floral but I still love it and I think it’s totally worth it. It’s an easy reach for me.. I don’t have to think too much about choosing to wear this!

SummerRose

IMO, this is very reminisce of Mugler Alien Fusion which I love. On my skin, I get the ginger, orange blossom and the dulce de leche. Yummy! Appears more suitable for cooler weather. Good projection and sillage. It is strange that although it reminds me of Fusion which I already have, I'm still happy to have this in my collection. Maybe because I was dreading another blind buy fail.....that I was relieved that at least I love this one and I got it at a real Bargin!!

MimesOtto

This is sweet gourmand feminine perfume, it is nice, excellent for fall and winter seasons, I don't detect spices..I like this scent profile during colder months, it has good performance, you have to like your sweet scents to like this one.

loliirain

This is sweet, but more spicy than JS fancy. Fancy smells more like vanilla frosting. I get more florals than dulce de leche. Overall a sharp, generic, perfume.

Steph_S

I purchased this on a blind buy. When I got it, I immediately fell in love with it. Then I kept thinking, "I have this already". As the day wore on, I knew it was familiar, but I just could place the similar fragrance (that's probably a sign that I have too many perfumes already). Then it came to mind - this reminds me of Black Opium Nuit Blanche. Actually it's more like the baby sister, a bit lighter and not as bold, but very similar. No other reviews found this similarity, but on me, Wanted Girl is the daytime version and BO Nuit Blanche is the more sultry, nighttime version.

missogi

Underwhelmed. Finally got to try it, was hoping for something super yummy, and was rather disappointed. It's not a bad fragrance, but it's rather generic. I was hoping for a strong dulce de leche note, but I couldn't smell it at all. Nothing gourmand to my nose. It's only a sweet white floral. It's nice and likeable, but there is nothing special about it.

jasiepooh

sweet with a ginger-y note. smells a bit synthetic and generic to me. i don't dislike it, but i don't think i would spend money on it (i received my bottle as a gift).

i've seen this compared to fancy so i spritz both on and i do agree that they are a bit similar, though i would say fancy is sweeter, more pungent, and somehow more grounded. this, on the other hand, gives off a certain airy, chemical quality that i find really hard to describe (kinda a back-of-the-nose note reminiscent maybe of eucalyptus. maybe it's the ginger in this?).

diluc

this perfume is a game changer for me personally - i am not usually fond of sweet scents, because they give me a headache... but it's so nice that i couldn't stop putting my nose to my niece's arm (on her, it smells heavenly!!!) and then i figured out why i liked it so much: the dulce de leche note. i love the smell of dulce de leche, and while it's not often seen in perfumes, i'd love to own a perfume with this kind of note. or maybe see more perfumes use dulce de leche. wanted girl is very special, in this regard.

Elisabeth M.

Utterly gourmand! Not as sugary as LVEB or Black Opium, more foody, in the line of Poison Girl, Girl of Now, Angel Muse. Nonetheless it stands for itself. A nice addition to a gourmand lover's perfume collection.

EDIT: There is a wonderful suede-floral vibe in this fragrance framing the gourmand heart. Quite unique!

Holli

This is a better, less sharp Fancy on my skin. Not too heavy.

pinkmuzic

For me on my skin it’s 100% FANCY by Jessica Simpson which is my winter fav but it’s so identical I don’t need this one. I ❤️ It for sure caramel deluce all the way

celesthea

Smells very sweet with prominent dulce de leche, like Britney Spears Private Show but with a bit more complexity. Not a standout at all, but still nice.

Veizi

I wanted to love this thinking it was strange and intoxicating fragrance looking at the notes but sadly it’s extremely generic. Weird, because from what I’ve seen datura isn’t a very used note in perfumes and I thought that the mix with dulce de leche would have made it unique.

pursueliving

This is a nice perfume, sweet but not too sweet. It's just that it's not particularly original. I'm unable to gravitate towards it. I liked it at the store and have really worked with it at home but there are so many other perfumes that I love that I will probably sell this one. It's very nice but I think too similar to many that I've had in the past.

carleycanton14

I actually like this perfume, now it's not a favorite but it's a decent one for fall or winter. Warm, spicy, oriental type scent with the sweet gourmand with the dulce de leche. I feel it's a more sophisticated version of a Viva Juicy Juicy Couture's IMO. For a toilette it's decent at lasting but not my favorite in my collection. My boyfriend actually likes this one.

heatherrose

This is yummy - smells so edible, sexy, and delicious. The patchouli, pink pepper, and ginger make this very sweet fragrance much more interesting and mature.

If you go for sweeter fragrances like Black Opium, Paco Rabanne Olympea, Dior Hypnotic Poison I think you'd love this.

Alde

I can feel the sweet notes (dulce de leche, tonka bean, patchouli), however the pink pepper and datura give it another dimension. It's an 'interrupted' sweet scent. Unfortunately doesn't last longer than an hour. All there is left is a touch of patchouli. Sweet? Yes. Worth it? I don't know. If you are looking for a sweet scent, make sure you did a good enough research before opting for this one. However I also believe this scent can become iconic for some people if they are ready to spray it quite often in a day.

anni_cola

This is a very "pretty girl" scent. I agree with the people that have stated that it's like something they've smelled before. When I first sniffed it I was caressed with white florals and a strong ginger note. The sweetness of the dulce de leche that I originally sought out this perfume for didn't come out until later. I wanted something sweet and latonic, closer to Britney Spear's Private Show but a bit higher quality for everyday. Wanted Girl is soft, sweet, and easy but to be completely honest although I find that the scent is nice, it isn't exactly remarkable or memorable to me. I personally haven't reached for it since I got it months ago and am considering letting it go. I always Private Show or Good Girl Legere by Carolina Herrera if I want something similar. I think I will try this a bit more now that it's spring to see if I can get more of the creamy notes.

dglightblue

I like this, theres not much to it i feel. Maybe in warmer weather...
First impression, popcorn.
So possibly like paco rabanne xs... the one with the snake.

ceeceelee

On me a very creamy ginger cookie with a hint of that tart pomegranate. The pink pepper gets lost in the ginger, but thats ok bc I love ginger. The only other perfume I get that really great kick of ginger is Bvlgari Blue, but it's very dry. Have I said ginger enough, lol? This one is a really pretty gourmand, not too sweet ~ more creamy. I wish it had some woodiness bc it would have knocked it out of the park by upping the sophistication.

Ellsa

The opening is amazing and I wished to stay that way and it would the perfect fragrance for me, exactly how I imagine a perfume that represents me to smell like but unfortunately it changes but still a great smell, sweet without making you dizzy, nothing synthetic or plastic in it.I don't know but for me this is a floral-sweet- powdery, smoky perfume with nothing oriental and gourmand in composition. One of my favorite perfumes, it’s sexy, luxurious, sophisticated.

Smonalisa

Can definitely smell fruitiness initially, and is eventually surrounded by a lactonic powdery sweetness which may be the dolce de leche. Both seem to keep battling it out, with the fruitiness winning slightly.. until some spice emerges. I’ve never smelt datura so I can only pick out notes of synthetic pomegranate for the fruitiness . I wish this had some more woody aspects to it, so mixed it with Burberry woman which is lacking the sweet heaviness It used to have.

aliengunaydin

With the initial spray and the first 15-30 minutes i get the orange blossom and pepper note and it reminds me a lot of La Vie est Belle, I’m surprised not many people mentioned about this. They are not very similar scents in particular but the opening and vibe it’s giving me are really similar. Lveb is more powdery, delicious and overall better perfume imo. I was expecting something more creamy and delicious but I found a sugar sweet spicy and somehow salty scent. It is to me a “pretty” scent which shares the same category with poison girl, black opium, lveb. I got the 7,5 ml bottle and that is enough for now.

Mont_Blue

I'm in love with this fragance! It has a totally attractive balance between sweet, gourmand and fresh. At first, that citric note is mixed with a spicy note of ginger or pink pepper, it is noticeable, but it quickly sweetens with a soft caramel note wrapped in an orange blossom. Then a mysterious aroma that causes a certain addiction accompanied by a perceptible but delicate patchouli. .. Just amazing ...It was a blind buy that I totally liked, a timeless and well-crafted aroma, feminine and delicious! 8.5 / 10

UnePetit

WOW do I love this scent. My nose takes this as candied ginger and candied Orange peels with honey. A gorgeous, sexy scent, that unfortunately does not last long on my skin at ALL. I also had to overspray to get any sillage. If you prefer intimate scents that are not overwhelming after the dry down, I would definitely recommend. I still absolutely adore this scent!

aimeeberry

I blind bought this one based on notes and reviews. Upon initial spray I will say it's a pretty scent but nothing extraordinary. I feel like it's too well blended - is that a thing? I want a stand out and instead it's all monotone "pretty". Like a sundress your grandmother gives you - pleasing and will not offend anyone but also will not warrant any extra attention or praise.

NVK

I'm a 25 years old guy and I love the gorgeous initial smell of this fragrance. Definitely would love to smell this on a woman but I don't know how it performs. So my rating for the smell is 6/10

KylieBooFace

I sprayed a sample on paper, and I immediately thought of Devil Tender by Ex Nihilo without the peach. I detect sweet pink pepper, white floral, and citrus (grapefruit?). I can't properly judge it until I try it on the skin, but I like it so far.

Edit: It does not work on my skin. Devil Tender is superior in every way.

Schnupperl

Dulce de leche mixed with tonka bean, orange blossom and ginger. This scent is heavenly. There is nothing more to say about it: D.

Science&Scents

This is lovely. A sweet, pretty girl scent. Very friendly and approachable. Fits in well with the current gourmand trend.

The most exciting part is the dulce de leche note for me. It sticks around longer than I had heard but the white florals dominate. That said, this has a creamy white floral identity rather than a sharp or antiquated one. These florals allow for wear in warmer weather rather than strict delegation to a fall/winter wardrobe which obviously speaks to seasonal versatility.

Longevity is standard: 5-6 hrs. Projection is soft but decent (arms length at most).

I have to agree with others, though, that it's generic. You have smelled this before if you've been to a frag counter in the last 5 years. All in all, I agree with the review below: it's mood boosting and comfortable. Easy reach.

I have to confess the 100mL bottle is so fun to spray. Total novelty but contributes to the fun.

cooke.84

This perfume reminds me of Daisy Love, Mon Paris Intensement, and La Vie Est Belle - a sweet floral-fruity gourmand. Personally, I like the twist of the orange and the ginger - very uplifting and sunny. As others have stated this is not a standout fragrance, nor is it complex, or extremely long lasting. It is fun and mood-boosting.

This is a sweet, straightforward white floral. When I first tried it, I got the feeling that I had smelled it before, although I haven't. Pretty but generic. I understand the comparisons to alien (I assume it's the orange blossom in here) but overall this is a much more palatable fragrance and if you don't like alien, you could still like this one. It also has similarities to girl of now, but, again, a simpler and less "lovable" and more "likeable." Performance is max 4 hours on me, soft projection. Overall, I'm not mad about it but I don't love it. It's like a pretty girl fragrance-- really nice and I can't imagine too many people hating it. It's just very done and did.

poohbearwinnie

I tried this on recently and it reminds me of Givenchy's l'interdit. Maybe it could have to due with the heat, but this was STRONG. Very sweet and couldn't smell the floral notes at all. Might try it again in the winter to see if the fragrance changes.

Edit:
I love this! This is the perfect combination of floral and gourmand and smells delicious. Perfect for the colder weather and is less cloying. Lasting power is great when sprayed on clothing, lasted me well into the next day.

Blushpinkpeonies

Gorgeous, sexy, and cozy all at once. Tried this at Macy’s and it was love at first spritz! Not the best longevity on me, but it is such a beautiful cloud of scent and I absolutely love how fluffy and sweet it is, with a touch of spiciness from the ginger too. It reminds me a little of Armani Code Cashmere, Alien, JPG Classique Intense, etc. If you like those types of perfumes, you will love this! The dry down is especially delightful. It has a warm vanilla/toffee sweetness.

Edited: love this so much I had to buy a bottle. I found out the 1 oz bottle has a removable cap, but the bigger-sized bottles do not, they have a cool trigger mechanism instead.

nandalyne

This is Girl of Now minus the monstruous performance.
Seriously, if you already got Elie Saab's GoN, you definitely don't need the Azzaro one.
90% similar.

Very delicious, though.

Jasmindee

I hate to admit it, but I'm disappointed in this one.

I wanted sweet, toffee, deliciousness, but instead, all I'm greeted with is a nice-ish, vintage smelling perfume.

It's not bad. It's really not. Especially since I nabbed a bottle and lotion gift set on ebay for £10 from a disgruntled seller who I think didn't want to sell it for quite so low... However, Wanted Girl arrived this morning, and honestly? I expected more.

Opening spray for me is patchouli, orange blossom and tonka. It was oriental and a little bit spicy. It reminds me a lot of Classique Intense, which I love and adore, and they actually share three notes, so that's probably where the comparison in my mind came from. However, Intense is in another world of it's own, a world that Wanted Girl cannot compete with.

Even in the dry down, I don't smell sweet or dessert-like, which is what I craved. Other reviewers have stated that this smells like candy floss or custard, which sounds delicious, but just not what I experienced. I wanted creamy dulce de leche, vanilla, tonka... I just smell okay. Maybe slightly "old-ladyish"... Pleasant at best.

Overall, Wanted Girl is nice... Just not what I was expecting. I'll probably put this away for Christmas and gift this on to my grandmother, as I can see her wearing and enjoying this. Who knows, maybe in the cooler Autumn weather, I might try Wanted Girl again and fall in love, but for now, I'm not interested....

poolsoflaughter

Wow, really sweet and sharp at first...the dry down is a lovely mixture of the tonka, berries and the earthy patchouli. I would wear this all year long, so bold and playful... just enough to be noticed, but not knock someone over.

Naomie

It’s a nice candy floss scent for me, the downgrade version of Givenchy Dahlia Divin which I love! It’s close enough but Dahlia Divin is so much more unique, so if someone is looking at this perfume to get I would suggest to check givenchy out as well beforehand 🧁

HeavyBeatsUK

I usually hate sweet fragrances but this smells old-skool sweet, the kind that’s not sickly and maybe even a bit more-ish.

Slightly oriental feel with white flowers. Leaves a nice trail.

It makes me feel pretty.

Elyasmino

It does smell like Jessica Simpson Fancy! except that's way cheaper!

Tessa03

I purchased a full bottle after asking an acquaintance what she was wearing. The soft, sweet trail she left behind was intoxicating. I have only worn this once myself - cannot speak of its longevity or sillage as I was home alone BUT I can tell you that this scent is gorgeous. Way underrated. It's sweet for sure, but soft (I don't find it spicy at all) very easy to wear. I can see this being used in all four seasons and for any occasions - dressed up or down. I really like this one and it will probably become one of my top 5! PS- I hate patchouli ... I don't smell the patchouli in this and that's a good thing for me!

PROS: Gourmand queens where you at!!?? You'll love this stuff. It's your cocaine.

CONS: Extremely heavy blanket under your nose at all times.

I was in love with this fragrance the second I tried it. I wanted to purchase it right away. My friend however has this one and she sprays it ALL the time. Think she ruined it for me because she sprayed it so much in the summer and I'm just tired of this fragrance. Please wear in fresh weather. It's like eating pancakes with a ton of syrup in the midst of a summer heat and drought. But to each their own.

It is a little too sweet for me and too heavy for me. Reminds me of Girl of Now the original. But again, gourmand queens would love this stuff. Guys too, im sure.

Bioluv

Ah this is gorgeous! I can’t get enough of it. This was part of a bunch of samples I got and I put off sampling it for a while because I thought it was just going to be another ‘cloyingly sweet’ gourmand but my word, this is lovely! It starts of a little sharp and sweet but within a few minutes, it morphs into a warm, sweet, creamy floral...and this is the best part, the middle notes, I think...ah! I can’t stop sniffing my wrist, I’m getting carried away😂
I would say it is fairly unique for what it is bc I haven’t smelled anything exactly like this in recent years. But of course, it does borrow from some popular elements for it’s dry down. Something about this reminds me of a teacher back in primary school. I can’t describe what I’m smelling unfortunately but I find it comforting; maybe something similar was worn by a really nice teacher...or was it my mom?! Wait I think it was my mom😂
Anyway, all I’m saying is that this is definitely worth a try. It’s an everyday, no-brainer kind of scent; I can wear this and gift it to my mom as well so it’s not juvenile at all. It’s not too heavy and has a decent sillage. This makes me very happy; this gourmand, I love.

mevans

I got a sample vial of this with some other purchases and it sat for a couple weeks because it wasn't really on my radar as a must-try. Today I reached for it and omg, my eyebrows raised and I kept bringing my wrist up to sniff. It's gorgeous! It starts ultra-sweet and gourmand. A few minutes in, the florals take over, but still very sweet, more so I think from the tonka at that point. This immediately went on my wish list to buy a full bottle. Wow, is it ever stunning! This is a date night and done type of perfume.

Update: Yep, I bought the 80ml. Gosh, I love this stuff!

juli_vb15

This perfume smells very sexy! I get many compliments when I wear this perfume. I would rate this perfume a 3 out 5due to the fact that it is not a long lasting perfume, the performance for this perfume is around 4-5 hours on skin. The price you are paying is not worth the performance.

KHunton

Perfectly balanced with yummy sweetness, pretty florals & a touch of fruit.
Very morish! (for me anyway)
Very good longevity & dries down to a delicious sugar cookie & vanilla scent.
The flacon design is gorgeous as well, best I've seen in current fragrances in my opinion.
Good value price wise as well. 10/10 for me
I love it!

nativelocal

So my sample of this just came in the mail today and the gourmand lover in me is loving it! I've had it on the back of my hand for about an hour and a half, and call me crazy but it's starting to remind me of Alien Essence Absolue! The notes don't mention Jasmine, so I might just be completely making that up. Either way, I'm really liking it and considering a full bottle.

f0ster5

Got this for my girlfriend for her birthday because it smelled the most original and I liked it the most out of the other fragrances at the Macy's counter.

Not terribly expensive, and for the price I got a full bottle, a travel spray, and 2 extra vials all in a collector's tin, plus a free Azzaro handbag. For a fragrance this nice, and all those extras, less than 100$ was a steal.

This fragrance is a bomb of caramel and tonka gourmand aromas that fill a room when you spray it. It's gorgeous, and though it's sweet, you can do 4 sprays without it being cloying to others despite it's rather large sillage.

She also loved the bottle, and the fact that you can use the atomizer sprayer or the trigger to use it. Looks great on her dresser.

Overall, a classy, well-priced sexy gourmand that lasts forever, has great sillage, and comes in a beautiful bottle to top it all off.

PerfumeDoll

My first Azzaro perfume, this scent is delicious. Starts fresh spicy, dries down sweet yummy sweet caramel/custard. I love all the stages of this perfume. Compliments every time I wear this.

Itstartedwithtinkerbell

I was on a smelling spree at Macy’s and bought some perfume, and was given a sample of Wanted Girl. I had already sniffed it at the counter and totally passed it by as a “meh”. But on skin....oh man, it’s a wrist-sniffer for me. I can’t equate it to something else. It’s just a really nice balance of sweet, deep, caramel, and spicy (not like incense spice but just peppery?). I might decide this is full bottle worthy, much yo my surprise.

KimmyKimKo

You know what this perfume reminds me of? Rare Gold by Avon ( at least the old version that my mama used to wear 20 years ago). At least in the opening. Its rich and flowery, gold and bold smelling. People saying that its generic, like all the other scents out there. IDK what they mean. I go to the mall every week and try out all the perfumes and this doesnt smell like any of the ones that I smell. The closest thing to me I guess would be J'adore but without the brightness of the pear. This is beautiful like that but not as sharp. Smelling it right now and I finally can get the comparison to Alien, just a bit. This smells more feminine and floral, less heavy to me than the Mugler. I like it a lot!

lmwimsatt

Wow this smells so much better on skin than on paper. The ginger notes really pop on my skin. On paper it was more of a weird sweet smell. I used to layer twilly with poison girl and this smells very similar to that combo. I'm really digging this!

Violeteyes

Gourmand, sweet, and comforting. Wanted Girl is a Christmas scent reminiscent of baking sugar cookies. Delicious.

Definitely not like Alien at all. Doesn’t smell plastic or synthetic, like Alien tends to become.

raiza1990

Powdery, warm, sweet. Very pleasant fragrance. The perfect gourmand, not sickening, sensual, not synthetic. Surely a crowd pleaser. If you are looking for a soft and comforting scent, try this one.
Sillage is soft, longevity moderate.
One of the best in this genre.
Final note :9/10

justfloral

After spraying: scent of newly renovated house + an overripe fruit (almost paint thinner)
After 5 minutes: coton candy/ custard / vanilla sweetness + some spice + strange flower (I couldn't recall which, white flower - now I know it was datura)
After 30 minutes: custard + coconut!!!+ custard apple (custard with exotic fruity aroma) +patchouli (like in Reb'l Fleur).

So it beginns wierd and ends up as sweet custard with coconut cream.

njcooper5

Love it! My wife really likes it, and so do I. Great scent.. not groundbreaking, but still great! Solid performance. And like with the men’s versions, great presentation!

B!tchBrisket

It's very pretty, I really like it and while nothing incredible, it is lovely. Sweet but not too sweet with the right amount of champagne-like sparkle, it's just a very nice perfume

ViouAmara

Creamy, not sugary, a dessert melting smoothly in the mouth. With a hint of orange blossom water, but the fragrance has mostly a texture. A silky milky sweet texture, gourmand and buttery. This is exactly why I like it so much.
The dry down is less interesting, but still beautiful with the alien-vibe, quieter, peaceful.

MeanSuga

I received a sample, and was surprised with the scent - you know, the preconceived notions not hard to have with a name like " Wanted Girl".
Plugging the name in here in Fragrantica, and seeing it as a Oriental Floral and not a Fruity Floral had me testing that much quicker.
I am glad to see more oriental offerings with "Girl" type perfumes .
Sweet, mellow, well combined with the florals, and it`s earthiness I find very pleasant.
The patch not too sharp or overly herbal.
The orange blossom and ginger flower is very fresh
It IS safe - and I think this frag would be a great jumping off point for - dare I say - a younger, or newer fragrance lover who`s now looking to start a journey beyond the fruity florals and into orientals.
It does not have the humongous myriad of notes that more classic , and vintage orientals have. That might be a good , more simple point to those just starting out and getting to know Orientals.
I would`nt be mad to be gifted this ;) it would certainly fit into my wardrobe , but I am unsure if I would purchase for myself.
Projection is medium - I doubt it`d blow anyone away.
Not sure on the longevity - so far 4- 6 hours going strong.

fyetan

Pretty scent, but not full bottle worthy for the fact that it's a skin scent in under an hour. Longevity is better on clothes, but what isn't?

Scent: sweet caramel patchouli. For all the notes that are listed, that's mainly what I get. If only it lasted longer!

muckata_11

Too sweet!

Juicyjeje

I just bought this last week. Been wearing it everyday. The dry down is VERY VERY similar to Alien by Mugler. Omggggg. I’ll say it’s 98% similar. Wanted Girl has a sweet caramel smell in the opening. And then after 10 mins it remains slightly sweet with prominent note of patchouli. But the patchouli isn’t overwhelming because the sweetness is keeping it calm. I like it. It last about 4 hours on skin, with moderate silage. But it last for days your cloths! But if you already have Alien then there’s no need to get this. They are very much the same scent!!

saraphina32

smells like girl of now by elie saab, i like it but i wouldnt buy it full priced

PandoraSoul

Ok I have just sprayed this in my arm, this is my veredict:
Bottle: the design doesnt stand out in the counter and I think its hard to identify what represents, looks like some sort of modern art sculpture. The spray itself is good.
Juice: it starts sweet caramel like. The dulce de leche smells very similar to honey at the begining, and it reminds me of the honey note of Lady Million. This is a very natural realistic smell and very pleasent. After a while the vetiver gives it a different note, it becomes less sweet and spicier.I dont really detect any white flowers in it, the vetiver and tonka bean are prominent.
Longevity: its a pretty standar time, a little over 4 hours on the skin, it lasts more on the clothes.
Sillage: Moderate, the person sitting next to you would catch a whiff of it, but the person next to them probably wont.
Overall: yes, this fragrance is not groundbreaking or different from many other fragrances, but that doesnt mean this smells bad. Most people dont pay that many atention to perfumes and I think to the common buyer this would smell sweet, alluring and youthful. A perfect fragrance to a 20 something girl to use on the daily basis, and on the rigth skin it would surely bring her many compliments.
Rate: 7/10

carmen.toro

Just another sweet modern fragrance. They all smell the same to me. This one is like if Paris Hilton's cancan and flower bomb had a child. Nothing new about it.

njcooper5

I admit I have not had the pleasure of smelling this fragrance, but I am very much looking forward to it. I've read about its composition, and I'm really looking forward to purchasing a bottle for my wife.

I'm in an apparent smaller camp that enjoys Azzaro Wanted for men, and this one seems like it will complement nicely!

chicagogirl

Caramel, creamy, warm and cozy. It's perfect for the coming fall and winter months. It's main note I smell is caramel with some clean white florals and earthy notes that keep the sweetness at bay. Its very, very along the lines of YSL Black Opium and Poison Girl. By that, I mean it's a warm, cozy, yummy gourmand. It smells unique enough, though, that you could buy this one too. Personally, I'm not a fan of the bottle, I think it looks like a cheap knockoff or something you'd buy at Walgreens.

karlee79

this don't smell like anything I've ever come across , this is so beautiful and very sexy, makes me think of an extremely powerful woman who'd wear this! I also think about make up when I smell it , I don't know why??? I see all these bad reviews saying how generic it is but this is so different, so sexy and very intoxicating and has many different faces , I'm totally in love with it and am buying this for sure , please don't judge this perfume on the bad reviews

ezsuzsannaí

On my skin is like sweet, warm dense honey. Even the color of the juice resembles honey... Well, it is pure sweetness anyway. Nice, but nothing new under the sun.

Astar

Is it just me, or all perfumes smell uncannily similar recently? Ok, read the comments below, it's not just me. I get the comparison with Alien, however this scent is way less sophisticated and way sweeter. On me, it was pure vanilla (or dulce de leche, if you say so) and tonka.

Scentim3nt4l

Got this in work yesterday and had a few sprays. Overall a nice fragrance nothing groundbreaking in fact is smells very similar to pure XS for women. I get the dulce de leche Note first then it fades into a generic feminine scent. Bottle is interesting reminds me of volare gold by Oriflame the sprayer is really nice as well. An ok fragrance from azzaro.

crystaliciousss

in your face dessert like scent. The bottle deserved better....

Too generic :(

Olenkah

Indeed, this reminds me of Mugler Alien, but has no longetivity at all. I bought it spontaneously on a trip to Paris and regret it so much to having been allured by the new-release advertisements in Sephora. Somehow, this perfume has no personality, as if the four creators hadn’t really worked together. Nothing special, just a „something sweet is in the air” fragrance that disappears after one hour from my skin. On clothes it might linger for some more hours.

Fantasmagoria

For me this smells like hybride between Lady Million and Alien. Nice mix but... nothing spactecular. Fades into LVEB L'éclat edt.
