Does anyone have one of these they want to sell? I’m looking for type O. Please message me.

Nothing new to add. It smells like Tuscan Leather.

virtualalice

Pure leather on the start, with only hints of raspberry and birch, and not much metal/blood. It's very wearable on start, but i'm reserving the final conclusion for later since BC scents are prone to evolving, and it can take them quite some time on skin to arrive to their final stage.

Nope, one hour later, still leathery and a bit birch-y, and not a single bit awful like AB or Red+MA turn.

It's a weird fragrance! Definitely not a safe buy, as their is a high chance you'll hate it. But worth trying if you can get your hands on a sample.
I personally loved it. It makes me smell like a robot wearing a leather jacket, which is AWESOME!

Not sure why this one gets so much hate... Sharp raspberry and leather. To me it's incredibly rugged and unique. I understand the comparison to tuscan leather, as leather is a predominant kick in the nuts in both fragrances - but to me, this is far better. If I had to get rid of all but one fragrance from my collection, I'd keep this one.

I get 10+ hours with two sprays. Projection is big. Not so sure about silliage. I feel like this could be one of those fragrances that takes on the love/hate personality that encompasses such smells as Musc Ravegeur. Bottom line - if you like leather and are looking for a rugged/unique scent, buy it.

Primordial. If you like leather perfum you will like it very much because it's a different leather composition: leather with raspberry and metallic notes.i really love it and i don't wanna compare this to Tuscan Leather because they are similar of course but Blood concept has a different prerogative: a cruel leather with metallic notes to evocate blood together with the juicy rubbery note.very niche perfume you must try

Two wears, and I'm running back to TF TL. Total leather-chocolate mix after 20 mins, but not in an interesting way. It just sits there in a linear fashion. Sorry, but I'm just not getting anything else here except for slight metal. Someone actually smells birch in this? If you own either GB or TL, you don't need O. And please do NOT compare this to Clive's C, as these are not even remotely similar except for the leather note. If you own C, you will throw this away or use it as car spray, as I will. Not for everyone, and certainly not for niche junkies. You can do better, even in this house. Black O is superior and more nuanced and smoother to my nose, though still shallow and strewn with chemicals.

I did have a chuckle while reading some of the comments here regarding the relationship of this fragrance to blood, metal and hospitals in a literal sense. It's just amazing what marketing and the power of suggestion can do.

I wanted to like O, but it's not going anywhere near my top 30 shelf.

Almost indistinguishable from Tuscan Leather by Tom Ford which aside from the alleged metal features much the same notes. This is however more pleasant. Up close it has a softer quality, almost like a chamois leather, and the raspberry is more jammy and less lurid than in the Tom Ford. This is still a very luxurious leather which perhaps contradicts the sales pitch, though also has a nuance of Peau d'Espagne. It has the strange accord which to me smells like someone nice has licked it, which far from being as revolting as it sounds is actually very comforting. Almost chocolatey at times, this is a viable alternative to commercial perfumes as an everyday signature scent and not just an arty curio but hark if you wear too much you will quickly tire of it. Though less quickly than the Tom Ford, and without the headache. I feel like this is nice but it's quite linear and hasn't on my skin many layers of subtleties. I'd sooner my car smelt like this than me.
Ps the dry down is by far the nicest phase. PPS- I am so sick of people saying 'oh, it's not my blood type maybe that's why I don't like it'. Your blood type has NOTHING to do with whether you do or don't like any of the fragrances from this range which just to clarify INSPIRED by the evolution of blood types and nothing more. Eg, O is brutal and earthy and ancient, AB is Modern and futuristic to reflect that it is the latest blood type chronologically. When I read a perfume review I dont give a hoot what your bloody blood type is, it's IRRELEVANT!!!

I have only sampled O and AB of the Blood Concept line and I actually decided to buy a full bottle of the O pure perfume 40 mL even though it is very expensive and pretty hard to find nowadays. O is very wearable, for men and women and I would recommend getting the pure perfume instead of the eau de parfum despite the quantity/price difference, 2 drops of the pure perfume is enough to last me for 6 hours and usually fragrances dissipate unusually quickly on me. The raspberry is the most prominent note for me and I only get the leather and metal at the very end. If you are trying to choose between this one and AB, this one is much more instantly loveable and wearable on a daily basis.

I was searching for an alternative to C for men by Clive Christian. The opening is very similar. Smokey, berries, leather and something metalic.
If you enjoy C, then you'd apreciate this one

I think I must not like Caraway as I smell it strongly in hdp 1876 and this. I find the birch to be rather too dominant as well, mixing with the Caraway to give an impression of burning wood but also burning paint and tar. The other impression that i got initially was of furniture wax. Alongside all of this is the raspberry which is juicy and edible but just doesn't blend cohesively or even form a pleasing contrast. So my thoughts are- bitter, astringent, tar like with an unrelated raspberry juice smell running alongside. I am actually O negative so maybe that's why I feel so negative about this.

i liked it, very interesting. didn't get the metallic smell on my skin though. for several hours after applying i got a nice fruity smell from the raspberries. just sampled for now, considering getting the full size.

Blood Concept O is a strong leather perfume with metallic notes. I am completely puzzled as to why I do like this one the most out of four Blood Concept scents. This bizarre combination of notes should not work but I find that on my skin this scent is very pleasant and wearable despite its strange qualities. The composition is modern, minimalistic, edgy, empowering and unisex. The leather and metal combination is powerful and direct in this scent. It reminds me of a hard-ass executive in a sleek tailored suite, someone who is confident and not afraid to make tough decisions.

The caraway is an interesting choice for the opening. It is aromatic and spicy layered on the light raspberry note. The leather is obvious and strong right from the start. The metallic note fits the leather note wonderful here. Together they project power and confidence. I do not see much development in this scent. It stays linear and minimalistic. The sillage is pleasant and I like how smooth this scent is on my skin despite its strong character.

Overall score 8.5/10. I definitely recommend to sample before buying as I am absolutely sure that this scent is not for everyone. But I love the way this scent smells on me. It just works with my skin chemistry, perhaps I am blood type O after all (I don’t know my blood type).

mford89

Interesting... but like another reviewer noted, it made me sick. I felt like I was going to throw up, and I can only hope the scent didn't make others around me feel likewise. I am so glad this was a sample... it is going in the trash!

Migotka

It is an interesting fragrance, with one big flaw: it physically makes me sick.My nose gets quite a lot of caraway, some leather, and loads of metal. yes, metal. It is a scent of a hospital for me. Cold, claustrophobic, and utterly unpleasant, with all the metal devices lined up in operation theatres. It has a 'wet' feeling to it, something like a humid cellar, mould, wet clay... I am sorry for the comparisons... But this is all I get. You can blame the wrong blood type, and I will wait to test the other ones to see whether they suit me better (and finally, whether the one corresponding to my blood type is going to work).

miss_piggy

My personal favorite among the Blood Concepts, and not just because I myself have type O blood. This one to me is the least suggestive of the actual smell of blood - this one is pure concept. I could see Lestat wearing this. I got the leather and raspberries, having known to expect them, but they are blended so perfectly that neither stands out. This is vaguely churchey smelling, but in a good way.
This scent is neither cloying nor too understated, and I could still smell it after washing my hands. Of the four, this is the one I'd most likely invest in a full bottle of.

alfarom

Modern Primitive. This is my "favorite" of the whole line. An uncompromising concoction of rough animalic leather, birch tar and spices juxtaposed to a fruity/woody accord. It should represents the origin of life when men used to be predators. Smells industrial and urban but at the same time very primitive. Smoky, intense, earthy and definitely bizarre. The strawberry note morph into something vaguely familiar recalling a sort of sweet rose while the usual metallic note (what they call the "blood accord") is perfectly blended together with the other elements to feel pleasantly integrated.

Overall "O" may appeal to anyone who's into challenging fragrances a-la CDG's Synthetic Serie or Tauer's Lonestar Memories (but nowhere close to either though). It's somehow familiar but the first time you smell it it's definitely astonishing, like something you've ever known but you never realized to know.

In the end I rank the whole Blood Concept line among the artistic/conceptual fragrances. Something that you can wear every once in a while just like one of those sculpture hats by Stephen Jones. More of an "object" than a proper body fragrance.

When it comes to "weird but wearable" there's nothing like CDG.
