Recently picked up this one and the regular daytime version too. These are definitely some underrated hidden gems. Never heard anyone talk about them but they are above average fragrances for sure. Getting hard to find though so they must be discontinued.

Dillthugnasty

Very well done colder weather scent. To me, this leans towards hidden gem status. It lasts for a pretty long time, has a nice thin sweet layer, and is not too similar to other fragrances. I'm glad I picked this one up before it became impossible. I suggest yall doing the same!

من افخم العطور التي اقتنيتها وكانت بوابتي للدخول الى عالم العطور عطر شتوي خريفي أنيق برائحة مميزة جدا أداء وفوحان جيد

Mrscent

Sexy winter scent with a good performance!

Hamza_Chaudry03

I cannot find it anywhere unfortunately. I'm almost out of mine. I personally feel that it's really similar to Dolce&Gabbana The One edp, at a much better rate and better performance haha

Arber Cami

Really nice, underrated fragrance. I would say this is a mix of YSL La Nuit de L'Homme and D&G The One edp. It has that spiciness/cardamom from LNDH (although cardamom isn't listed as a note here) and that warm ambry side of the One Edp. Projection and longevity are pretty good.

Paixmeister

Such an underrated fragrance with insane performance.

You can officially get rid of the "reminds me of" section. It is entirely off base and out of whack. Comparing JPG to Quatre is like comparing gasoline to handsoap.
Quatre is so much different and majestically mellow than anything nose-blind reviewers put up there. Its as if they just pick a random frag and throw it at the RMO wall to see if it sticks.
Quatre opens like a well worn leather wallet. There is a well worn leathery and dusty essence about it. Its closer to a polo red opening where you think coffee is about to make a show. But it doesn't. It slowly rotates to a vanilla and wood base. Its subtle and smooth. Its rich and thick and yet quiet. Good for office, date night (when you want her to lean in for a sniff) or casual business meeting. It makes an impression but not by slapping you in the face. Its a warm and gentle pat on the back.

There was a time, years ago, that Boucheron was one of my favorite fragrances. I used to love the "posh" vibe that it gave me. Now I'm trying to update my fiancé's fragrance collection and I figured I couldn't go wrong with this one. I purchased it as a blind buy and I'm very pleased with it. So pleased, that I'm purchasing a backup bottle since it's very hard to find.

This fragrance is classic, buy not old-fashioned. My fiancé wore it to dinner and I could see him in a tailored suit, looking debonair, simply based on the vibe the fragrance was emitting. I love it.

Scent profile is good enough, but performance is so mediocre it's never around long enough to enjoy it properly.

In an attempt to find an everyday cologne that's suitable for work events that I could not only depend on but actually enjoy wearing, I have tested, bought and worn quite a large number over the years. I give them all a chance, wearing them different times of day and year, but I keep going back to Knize Ten and Antaeus. Guerlain has been irrevocably messed about, and Dior men's cologne range is such a disappointment.

It’s NOT the same, not the clone however especially the opening to mid stage, the fresh & sweet with herbaceous notes reminisce the experience of Le Male by JPG. But again, it is NOT the same, just a little reminder for me. (It’s possible also like “Le Beau Male” by JPG but with better blend and quality) It’s fresh in the opening with sweet accord and hint of fresh woody notes in the background. As it dries down, the sweet vanilla or amber notes persistently remain on the skin (in a good way) with some soft woody or clean patchouli nuance. As some people mention, the performance and longevity can be shy but not too bad. I always over-spray (20 to 30 sprays) with many designers fragrances that are shy and after waiting for an hour or so, I carry a nice scent bubble around me. A lady at a coffee shop behind the counter and the plexiglass shield told me I smell good. I thought my scent bubble shrunk to about a feet or two max but obviously she smelled it when she was even 3 or 3.5 feet away. But I do recommend to spray more than usual (be generous!) and respray later. For those who appreciate the bottle, the presentation is unique and stands out among others and especially the “ring” sets apart from other designers. The ring turns and comes down smoothly just like Hermès’ Terre D’Hermès sprays. But better because of the metal ring with a black accent line.
The price is also great on FragranceBuy.ca but not many people talk about this so it could be your signature scent. I recommend for guys who are grown up (30+), office safe, stylish casual, alluring dates, elegant soirée or dining out. (No so much of clubbing but lounge yes) This is all year around versatile fragrance. 👍🏽👍🏽 8/10

This didn't work for me at all. It's weak and becomes a skin scent in 20-30 minutes. I tried it several times at different times of the day and weather but no luck. So disappointed at this one. Comparing it to beast original Boucheron or Japur this is like a wiff. I gave it away. It's one of those scents that I think younger guys in their early 20's would like it. I may try another bottle at a later time.

For me this is an under the radar excellent cool weather scent. Woodsy, a little bit of spice from the pepper and a little sweetness from the vanilla make this a great compliment pulling fragrance. You can't beat the price either if you shop at discounters. I blind bought it because I wanted a cool weather fragrance not many know about and this hasn't disappointed.

Parfums de Marley Layton without the menthol or blueberry note. Very easy to wear and like. At 25 bucks its an excellent buy. Some similarities with Prada Luna Rossa sport on account of the tonka bean.Sits closer to skin however. Good for sensual nights.

Not offensive, not loud, not groundbreaking.
I blind-bought it. if I had smelled it before then I wouldn't have bought it, BUT, I don't regret the blind buy.

Smells nothing like le male?? But its realy good.

Suic1d3_Mach1n3

The most noticeable scents are the lemon, woodsy notes, nutmeg, lavender, pepper, vanilla and sage. Its a very manly , woodys, earthy, outdoor scent. Perfect for fall or winter night, maybe even spring too. I wore it on a summer night and it was fine but the insects kept trying to land on me lol It lasts really long and is very noticeable. I wouldn't blind buy, i dont feel its a scent for everyone.

Well the opening, those very few seconds and scarce following minutes, it totally reminds me of Versace's Blue Jeans opening.
And the dry down reminds me of Jean Paul Gaultier's Aviator.

On the skin, this version is a real proof that it's always worth the wait. When I met the original, I kind of rushed things and the frustration was huge. This time, without any expectation, I came across a pleasant (albeit without innovation) fragrance that delivers quality, great performance and does not neglect the common elegance of jewelry brands.

Quatre Absolu de Nuit pour Homme opens with delicious lavender and nutmeg combo and gains a spicier and oriental tone thanks to Givaudan's patented Akigalawood molecule, obtained from patchouli through biotechnology. Its nuances range from the woody of OUD to the floral of the roses. I don't feel much evolution but I can tell when vanilla comes into action making the fragrance creamier. And vetiver brings even more facets of wood, reinforcing the woody-spicy style of this creation.

I can understand the numerous comparisons with Le Male (Gaultier), but it is far from being the same perfume. Quatre Absolu De Nuit pour Homme goes along the same olfactory path as the dozens of fragrances that combine lavender, sage, patchouli, and vanilla. Therefore, similarities abound! But just apply one next to the other to realize a whole universe of differences, that is, be careful with what you read and/or see these days.

On visual issues, the bottle retained the Quatre line's visual identity and received a gradient from gray to blue, depending on the lighting. The fragrance is Eau de Parfum and has an explosive projection, but it calms down in a short time, valuing the discreet sophistication. The longevity is great, at least on me.

Finally, I don't think it's a good flanker, because I do not feel much of the previous DNA. But this is a good option for those who do not surrender to the freshest perfumes on the market and do not like to disturb others with more invasive fragrances.

I just received this today from Fragrancenet.com, I'm currently wearing this right now at work, it doesn't project that much but it's aromatic and the combination of sage, lemon and lavender, patchouli, nutmeg, black pepper, vetiver, cedar and vanilla, makes this a great fall scent. It's still summer here in NY, so I'll put this away for a couple of weeks so I can get the best out of this fragrance.

Oslo-fjord

I like this one! It's a easy to wear/up to date fragrance, with good stayingpower, and moderate sillage.
It has a classy aura, even though it isn't "up there" with Boucherons classic Pour homme and Jaipur homme.
This is the best from the Quatre line so far. Not unique, but a very solid release from Boucheron.
7/10.

Recently tested and as far as I can see the resemblance with JPG Le Male it's quite obvious -for me and most of the people who already tested it- but, this similarity lasts about 5 to 10 minutes. After this short period of time another release instantly came to my mind: L'homme Ideal by Guerlain. While not listed, I can clearly smell a tonka/almond quality along with an amber (ambrox) base emerging and staying for the rest of the fragrance life.
However upon smelling really close to the skin -and even catching whiffs from time to time- I can say that the lavender isn't totally gone, the overall feeling is a slightly more aromatic and less sweet L'Homme Ideal EDT (the edp to my nose is a ambrox/cherry mess).

Quouting a reviewer I once read: Nice but not necessary.

There's a strong resemblance to Prada Luna Rossa Sport / JPG Le Male. Definitely not unique but not bad either
