Miss Dior Eau De Toilette by Dior is a Chypre Floral fragrance for women. Miss Dior Eau De Toilette was launched in 2013. The nose behind this fragrance is François Demachy. Top note is Blood Orange; middle notes are Damask Rose, Bulgarian Rose and Neroli; base note is Patchouli.

Sometime during 2012 the house of Dior renamed its already reformulated Miss Dior Cherie perfume line (the original Miss Dior Cherie was launched in 2005, the new version came out 2011, and there are also numerous other editions made on the same theme) as Miss Dior (which does not have any similarity with the original Miss Dior edition from 1947). In March 2013, this collection is joined by Miss Dior Eau De Toilette.

The creation of this romantic and modern chypre fragrance is signed by Francois Demachy. The fragrance opens with fresh notes of Tunisian neroli oil. The heart merges two types of roses - Bulgarian and Turkish. The base is made of Indonesian patchouli.

The face of the new fragrance is actress Natalie Portman, photographed by Tim Walker. Natalie wears a dress designed by Raf Simons that is a modern version of the famous Miss Dior dress from 1944. The video advertising is directed by Sofia Coppola.

The fragrance is available as 50 and 100 ml Eau de Toilette.

rose. it's rose. the girly girl.

excited to try this year's 2024 new formulation my messiers francis kurkdjian and sense what's his vision for this perfume.

Mims92

This was my favourite perfume I am so sad it got discontinued and I don’t think I will ever found a perfume I will love as much as I loved this. It’s so long lasting 12 hours plus for me with only two sprays and i use to get so many compliments from both men and women. On clothes it would last days and the sillage was good too. I have bought dupes but nothing comes close to this and Coco Mademoiselle EDT smells nothing like this gem . Someone please help me find something similar this specific Miss Dior EDT 2013 will always have a special place in my heart .

My signature scent and I haven’t been able to find a replacement for it . I have bought perfumes and then I ended up getting bored this one I had repurchased atleast 7 times and I have never done that for any other perfumes.

It’s fresh , clean , jammy , sparkling , citrus , woody, balsamic , rosy and almost as if you just took a shower and for this type of scent profile this last very long and the patchouli is done right . In my opinion nothing will ever come close to this I think about this perfume all the time I miss it

A Cleaner & More Unique, Jammy Rose with Neroli & Patchouli...

I just have an aged miniature of this, but I haven't smelt it in a long time. It's gotten a lot sweeter & jammier than I remember, while the neroli is more obvious to me now. Opens with a fruity burst of blood-orange but already the rose-patchouli blend is swelling through with the Miss Dior Cherie/Miss Dior DNA. As it transitions to the heart, I get a jammy rose, catalyzed by the lingering citrus, while neroli helps to keep things fresh, clean and fluffy. Patchouli in the base co-stars with Rose for this beauty. This is a jammy-sweet rose-patchouli, but what sets this apart from many in this category is the neroli that brings a clean white-floral creaminess to the mix, and makes it seem more unique.

I never truly appreciated how beautiful this is when it first came out, as it's more delicate than Miss Dior Cherie 2005, but stunning in it's own right. It's become a love for me. Enjoy!

Similar to Miss Dior 2012 but less juicy and sweet. The opening is a burst of citrus which is very pleasant and fresh, but the drydown happens quickly and the sweetness from the orange recedes. The neroli (and vetiver?) give the EDT a drier, more unisex woods feel. The patchouli in the EDT is more aromatic and less boozy than its EDP counterpart. In comparison to Chanel, Coco Mademoiselle EDT has the sweet lychee and the cleaner patchouli notes, so they are different enough to have both if you love this profile. I personally find the Miss Dior more interesting than Coco Mad EDT, and MD EDT is more distinct to the EDP than the EDT and EDP of Coco Mad line. Longevity and sillage are moderate. This review is for the 2013 version.

Disappointed.

Love Dior but I'm very underwhelmed by this popular desired fragrance.

I won a 100mls of this in an EBay auction a few days back for £50 less than half what it costs to buy. It wasn't something l was super bothered about owning honestly, but saw the auction and accidentally submitted a bid where l was tired and not paying attention so was stuck in the auction for days and was convinced it would get loads of bids and l wouldn't have to buy it but sods law made me the only bidder so l had to buy it. I also got myself a bottle of Coco Chanel Mademoiselle Intense at the same time. They both arrived today.
I'm not lying when l say l sprayed each on a different hand and l swear they are both the same perfume!
Identical patchouli based sweet fruit smell. I cant tell them apart. Honestly to me Miss Dior Originale is the best one this just smells like a hundred other perfumes sweet patchouli and fruity. Blah....l was hoping it would be a new variation of the Dior Originale which is just fragrance perfection in my opinion, theres a reason its been here since the early 1970s!
Its okay but I'm not dying to tell others about how amazing it is, maybe I'd be more enthused by it if l didn't have a lot of perfumes this doesn't stand out among them really. Nor does Chanel Coco Mademoiselle, funny & irritating how the smell is identical and the colour of the liquid is the exact same too. I could have saved myself the cost of the mademoiselle if l had known. Its almost like whichever perfume was made first said to the opposite fashion house (either Dior or Chanel) said to the other, we made too much of this, we won't be able to sell it all, you can buy the rest half price, just pop it in your own bottle and name it something else, the public will never know its the same perfume. I'm sorry if l offend those who love this but for me this is a generous 5/10 for a very ordinary at best patchouli based perfume.

Have both Edp and edt love them both! This is a classic and will forever be in my collection. It’s so sophicated in a very nice way! This suits any age and anyone. Love it so much! I buy backup bottles because Dior is known for discontinuing and reformulating. I have the later versions 2012 to 2017 my favorites! I will buy the newer 2021 to have also. Classy and just beautiful almost perfect in my eyes! 10/10

MomBomb

Newest version; dry down smells like a super light version of the new (21)EDP. Opens with sparkling citrus to me.

TomSon

It is one of the best fragrance I have ever smelled on a woman. Elegant and attractive.

romanticblossom

This was such a beautiful fragrance! The best Miss Dior version to me. It is soft, romantic, floral, warm but also light. It was very classy and elegant, my most complimented scent and I have so many fond memories connected with fragrance. I wish I could still have a bottle.. the new formulation is very sweet and harsh.
Yes it was close to Coco Mademoiselle but much softer, lovelier and prettier.
Wish there was something like this..

cheleine

Looking at the notes here I probably wouldn’t have guessed what this smells like or I’d think that I wouldn’t like it. But I do. It’s mellow, soft and not too sweet, perfect for everyday wear. On me the patchouli note (that usually scares me away) is not very prominent and I’m glad. That being said, it’s not really anything special or signature worthy imo. Pretty decent though.

Lalouve<3

Oh, my God.I am in love, this is an amazing and delectable perfume. I own this version the 2013 one (which is the version of the 2013-2018 perfume code batches-mine is of 2018) and it is sooo good, yummy and classy at the same time.

This perfume has a lovely projection and very good duration and sillage especially for an edt, I can definitely detect strawberry and caramel and popcorn and that specific special miss Dior dna that the 2012 edp and miss Dior Cherie edt has. Owning all three I have a sneaking suspicion that this is very close to the discontinued unicorn miss Dior Cherie 2005 (Didn’t have the chance to own or test that unfortunately).I love the first notes, seriously like the middle notes and adore the base notes.

Seriously, when I sniff this (especially in movement (simple movements not exercise or anything) what I pick up from its beautiful projection makes me close my eyes and practically groan in pleasure… My only regret is that I found about it too late as this has been discontinued and I only own a 50ml bottle…Ironic isn’t it,as I have just set this as my signature perfume…🙈😳

kameron

@tanny_ups you bought the 2017 version which is a totally different perfume. In 2017 this one was already gone since 2 years.
The 2013 version is extremely rare and expensive.

violeteme

A soft, mellow, sweet fruitchouli. Patchouli is softer than in Mademoiselle or Miss Dior EDP 2012 edition, I don't find it similar to Mademoiselle EDT at all. It's almost like a subdued version of Rose'n'Roses with less rose. Mademoiselle is sweet in a juicy fruity way, Miss Dior EdT in a bit more sugary way.

Haya215

I got this one in a clearance sale from a store. 100ml bottle. Very cute and feminine with a bow. First spray is flowers, something like summer flowers garden. And then you see a lady, young and cute, energetic yet elegant. That’s how I felt Miss Dior edt. But to be honest, I would choose Marc Jacobs Eau so sweet. Same aura but better price.

leaafc

I've held out on reviewing this, because this is not only MY Miss Dior, but it's also what brought me to the fragrance world after years of just being a one-perfume kind of woman. Once, my shitty roommate left her room full of knick-knacks she didn't want upon moving out and I had to clean it out, and there were a few unlabeled decants. They weren't that good, but one caught my attention and I brought it with me to Sephora (This was in pre-Covid days, where they'd let you bring a few samples home and I took a chance!) and the sales associate was excited to help me narrowing things down. We found it together, rejoiced, and I wore it daily until I couldn't anymore.

Upon its reformulation, I had to force myself to say goodbye to my adored heavy patchouli, the scent that carried me through the slog of one's early twenties, the one my husband still requests when we have a special date despite my rapidly diminishing supply (Let me know if you have a pre-reformulation bottle to sell!) and I've been trying to find something that'll make my heart sing again without being a note-for-note replacement because nothing else will do.

I'd describe myself as neither glamourous, nor especially fond of freshies, nor a hippie, and the patchouli in this is perfect. Heavy initially, heavier then, sticks to you like a hearty stew does to your bones. This will surely be a downfall for others, but I LOVE to stink. I find that the other notes take a second place to the patchouli and I love that. Just when you think the patchouli might be weighing your step down a little, the other notes cling to you without the former diminishing itself. This is bar none the perfume I've been complimented on most.

Would I trade my knowledge and love of perfume as a whole for this to be back in the stores? No, never, but I'd consider it for a few days, and until then I'll burn some patchouli incense and seethe.

tanny_ups

I bought this MD EDT at a designer Op-shop in Melbourne. The batch code is from 2017. It smells similar to Coco Mademoiselle. The silage and longevity are extremely poor (1 hour max and it doesn’t project). But it was a good value for money, considering that I’m a huge MD fan

AnlisaC

Oh WOW I love this! This is so beautiful for spring and it mellows out giving it a fruitchouli drydown! I will be wearing this quite often this spring. Longevity is excellent and sillage is also. This is a keeper…..❤️

TeacupBreaker

I'm blown away by how much this is NOT what I was expecting or what I wanted. From the ads and marketing (Natalie Portman in fields of flowers and pretty pastel gowns) I thought Miss Dior would be light, floral, feminine, and pretty. Maybe a bit heavy on the rose, or maybe a bit soapy or powdery. This is not that at all. It's patchouli and nothing else. There's nothing glam or sophisticated or pretty about this . . . its personality is much more akin to a hippie or boho vibe.

Now, to be fair, I made the mistake of testing this instead of the EDP, not realizing they were actually different scents with different notes. But to make an EDT a completely different perfume is a confusing choice. I tested the EDT because I figured it would be a bit lighter and less intense than the EDP, but would be the same scent.

Jmalone84

I was looking for something warm, sweet and pretty and this mainly meets my requirements. I was struggling to detect it, but after spraying a bunch on in my car, going into a store and then getting back in my car I was hit with a wall of warm pleasant citrusy sweet goodness. It’s subtle but very much present. I agree that it’s sophisticated but I don’t agree that it’s mature. Anyone can wear this obviously but I think it suits a young lady quite well. Could be a little stronger for the price, but good enough. I don’t think you’d offend anyone with this, but I don’t know if it would grab anyone’s attention. If you’re looking for something pretty and lady like that shows you have nice taste, this is it.

I don’t think it’s that similar to coco mademoiselle- that has more staying powder and sweeter. I notice from this one a similar accord to rose n roses which I used to have.

XOXO_marcel

For the most part, this is very pretty. I adore rose scents and the rose here is done exceptionally well. It's a classic, sweet, lighthearted feminine fragrance that would be appropriate for any occasion.

However, I'm just not into it. I usually tolerate patchouli just fine, even in heavy doses, but the patch in here is almost a little sickening. For some reason, in this particular composition it reminds me of cat barf (I wish I could come up with a nicer comparison, but that really is the scent that comes to my mind). It doesn't ruin the fragrance by any means, but it's just enough to make me not want it.

This is such a classic, I almost hate myself for not liking it.

winxfairiez

the patchouli is noticeable in this. it's not exactly terrible, but it is very mature. this is essentially the same thing as the miss dior eau de parfum, just more watered down and more on the patchouli. personally i don't like the patchouli, but the perfume isn't terrible. it's just very mature, and i wouldn't reccomend it to teen girls (like me). i asked some of my friends and none of them loved it, it was either "yeah its okay" or "this perfume gives me a headache". if you want a sophisticated perfume for work, not school, and want to smell professional and feminine at the same time, i would get this. it's definitely better for a grown woman, and it smells very put together.

ajraccounts

I have an old (~7 years) decant of this. I bought a bunch of decants at the time which I'm only getting around to testing now. I stored them carefully, and other perfumes seem to have lasted well (ie. ring true to the notes listed here on Fragrantica). This however — all I get is the most tooth-achingly, saccharine sweet, cloying, headache-inducing, fake-fruit-candy scent I have ever smelled in my life. Like cotton candy, Smarties, and all the other junk candy from my childhood got together and had a monster baby. It's so painful. The fake fruit is a cross between an intense fake strawberry and an intense fake orange, which I suppose would add up to blood orange. If this ever had any rose/ floral notes, they've evaporated. At my elbow I can detect some depth, eg. the patchouli base. But that's it. At the very start it was a *hint* more citrusy and it reminded me of Chanel Chance, but now it's just sugary-fake-candy all the way down.

gardeniavanilla

this is a nice scent for a young woman that wants to smell professional and sophisticated. i wouldn't purchase it myself, I find it a bit serious for my taste, but I got it as a gift and enjoy wearing it to work. on very hot days it becomes nothing but patchouli and makes me feel like I smell like a man. other than that, it's perfectly pleasant. i think that for me the thing is that this is one of those fragrances that smell like perfume. good perfume, but... perfume. i tend to prefer scents that remind me of settings (garden, beach, etc), so this one is not for me. it's still good, though

lingggvs

I got this scent after I tried Blooming Bouquets. I like BB better but, this scent is still very nice. It's a more mature version of BB and the citrus is definitely stronger in this one. All of the notes are significantly stronger in this compared to BB but the citrus is really strong in this.

Lykopa

This scent aged me. It stuck to my clothes quite well, but there was this herbal aspect to it that I did not enjoy. Also, I completely lost the rose scent. This was one of my first perfumes and I wore it daily for a year, and regret it now, as there are many better scents out there. It is slightly powdery with a medicinal aspect that I don’t love. Bleh.

PetuniaLillyDaisy

The blood Orange in this keeps me coming back. It’s lightly powdery but not in a overdone way. I usually think powdery scents are too much, but being a toilette it’s the perfect amount. It’s feminine and light enough to wear in the day, but can also be a night scent. I really like it but I wouldn’t recommend it as a blind buy.

eimron7

The last time I had bought from the house of Dior was when they released that Escale A Portofino (cant remember the date) . I had used Coco Mademoiselle (when i was pregnant with my 3rd child and I had severe nausea from it) and I never looked back. For the last 15 years, I have only used Jo Malone colognes, in particular, my most faves are Wood Sage & Sea salt and Myrrh and Tonka. I want to explore different houses of fragrances this time. I always want to own a Chanel fragrance, but compatibility is not there. So, now I am trying Miss Dior EDT 2019 (reformulated one) and I know people say it is a little bit similar to CM. I do not want that thought to linger on my head or I will end up not liking MD Edt. So what I am doing is layering MD with Jo Malone WSSS or with M&T. I will see in the next few weeks if this will work. So far, I am liking it. It smells fresh and a little woodsy when combine with WSSS and creamy and subdued when paired with M&T

Shushanik

Can someone tell me please what’s the difference. I have 2 bottles 2016 and 2017. The juice has a different color. 2016 is greener. 2017 is pink. The bow on the cap has a gold undertones on 2016 bottle. According to fragrantica the new launch was released in 2019

JSpines

This is the 2013 Eau De Toilette version of Miss Dior Eau De Parfum 2012. I love them both but truth-be-told, I like this version a tad better. It smells like the parfum version but the patchouli is dialed down, making it less overwhelming. I'm so happy that I bought this when I did and had the good foresight to also buy a back-up bottle at the same time. Besides the original Miss Dior Cherie (with the popcorn and strawberry note), this discontinued version is my favourite. Simple in its composition and beautiful on the skin.

valevaleria

I find this to be a lighter version of Miss Dior Absolutely blooming, which for me makes ir more wearable.

tandem_4x4

I think many people leave review for 2019 version without knowing. I assume if review is neutral or negative - it is for the modern version :-)

sparklyunicorn

This particular version is a fruitchouli done right! I agree that this version is miles better than the current ones where the scent disappears in an hour. This version (mine is from 2015) lasts a good while (3-6 hours on me) depending on how much and where I spray. It is a sweet yet citrusy and woody fragrance that is demure but vey enveloping and classy. This smell envelops me for a nice long while without being too obvious, cloying, or distracting. Beautiful simply put. I'm sad these newer versions coming out are so subpar in comparison.

Bouquet Bleu

The middle point between Miss Dior Edp 2012 and Blooming Bouquet. Imho more similar to EDP 2012 and better formulated. Same scent but not as cloying and overwhelming. The result: the epitome of "fruitchuli", a sweet watercolour aquatic rose with citrus and patchouli. Grab it while you can, there are still bottles out there pre-reformulation.
My batch is 2016 and has poor lasting performance on skin, a bit better on hair/clothes

I really enjoyed this fragrance while I had it, but I don't feel strongly compelled to repurchased it. It's the case of enjoyed it while I had it, but now I'm over it...for now. This was pretty long lasting while still being a lighter, fresher fragrance. This is a fragrance that smells just how you would expect it to looking at the notes. The bright, juicy orange opening, a sweet happy pink rose and the cleaner, sweet patchouli throughout. I personally don't really notice the neroli (or my nose just isn't distinguishing it from the orange). The sillage and performance are very good, up to arms length for 6-8 hrs. I would choose this EDT from this range over Blooming Bouquet which I found quite disappointing.

I have found it a lovely easy to wear fragrance to wear this spring. It is bright, sweet, youthful and happy. The bottles in the Miss Dior range are lovely, I can't imagine anyone critisizing their esthetic.

While although I don't see myself repurchasing this fragrance myself, I would still recommend it to someone looking for this type of fragrance. I find it quite similar to Coco Madamoiselle, so this might be a good option if you like that one but the Chanel price is a bit dear (although this one isn't much cheaper, but is sometimes found at discounters). Signorina Eleganza is also very similar and probably the reason I am not interested in replacing Miss Dior EDT as I like it a bit better and find it more interesting. It can also be found for a very discounted price.

Prague_perfume_lover

The MOST beautiful fragrance ever created in my humble opinion. Received my first bottle as a gift from my mum, before my Erasmus in France and just smelling this fragrance brings back the memories :)
Of course Dior must’ve discontinued this gem :( have about 15-20 ml left in my 100ml bottle and just ordered 50 ml online.
I've never received more compliments with any fragrance than this one. It's so femine, it will make you feel like a french princess. Men love it too :)

PS. have a small roller-perl of the 2019 version - it's nice, but cannot compete with 2013. It's sweeter but also weaker and the performance is lacking.

xpetra82

The simplest 'I want to smell nice' one. Smells like mother...its cozy and clean more suitable for spring. Nothing ground breaking but it's nice to have it.

Swedelish

I can't stop with the Miss Diors. I love them all (except the current edp). This "2013" edt is newest to my collection. It's a simple one, but extremely pretty and wearable. It smells like marmalade and roses. And patchouli. And that's about it! It's a camphorous (medicinal) green patchouli. This edt is the cleaner, fresher sister of Miss Dior 2012. It's slighter in strength, ideal for spring/summer.

I can't say it's my favorite of the bunch and it doesn't last especially well, but it's good for situations where the edp or others like it could be too much. It's basically the 2012 edp just stripped of a few notes.

Side note ; My bottle is from 2011 and it has a clear plastic bow like the 2011 Miss Dior Cherie edt bow. Could this mean it was another one of those rare "in between" formulas? It's definitely this version and not the Cherie edt.

esteban747

Miss Dior EdT feels like a dual fragrance, on one side we have first a citrus note that is joined by the rose.
On the other side there’s a constant patchouli, from beginning to end.
Even though the rose grows and gives the impression of a solinote composition, the patchouli is still there. It isn’t a daring fragrance.
The drydown is a soapy scent.

Nancy83

The first blast of the EDT is citrus fruity, then it's quickly rose patchouli and I'm not a big fan of patchouli centered perfumes. The projection starts good, but it's already closer to skin 3-4 hours later. After 5-6 hours it's just a blurry fruitchouli scent on me.

It has a Coco Mademoiselle vibe, my mom signature scent. It's classy and romantic, but really not my style. I prefer the EDP because of the oranges, but even I prefer something sweeter and less patchouli like Dior Poison Girl EDT.

ChloeYoung21

Of course Dior reformulated this beauty, I saw it coming when they launched the new edp, got two bottles of this before they were replaced by the new edt. This perfume is the most French romantic scent in the world IMO, like a princess who lives in Disney Land.

Alexis Zoe P

I love it! It smells cute!

DarlingNikki

Remove the patchouli and neroli and this would be my dream fragrance. *sad sigh*

Kon-nos91

You must be someone to wear such a perfume. I am testing and loving my tour in perfumes world but this perfume, God, it's everything in once and the funniest thing? It's so simple! Creativity and feelings in a bottle. A true winner that not even masterpieces with successful monster complexity of notes can win. A category of itself. The brightness of blood orange and neroli with hidden turkish rose and spicy jasmine in the hug of the best patchouli on earth. An effect that gives you the feeling of something caramelized. Balance between all categories but so originally chypre. So classy, so versatile, so bright, modern and vintage. I will never forgive Dior for reformulating and discontunuing such a piece of art. Shame...

gillbert

i would say, it is so close to Chanel Coco Mademoiselle vibe, pleasant, soft , delicate and easy to wear,

tandem_4x4

mNever thought I would say it, but I love it. I do not like midstream fragrances and never stopped over at Dior counter to buy a perfume. And now I am crazy stocking up this version of perfume.

I will not describe notes etc, but for me it is perfect any time of the day any season any situation scent. It is just perfect and smells like if your life is full and rounded, all boxes ticked, all under control and you are happy in all aspects.

Sad they discontinued it and the 2019 EDT is less confident, softer and has less longevity. 2012/2013 EDT has a bit of courage, freshness and boldness which is missing in 2019 version. The old version is still available in local pharmacies (discounted) and on ad websites. Actually it is possible to buy it cheaper than it was at retailers. So I am stocking up!

PS: I am stocking up, got 450 ml in total. One of the bottles has batch code starting from 2, i.e. seems Miss Dior EDT was in production as early as 2012.

mevans

This is among my top favourites. It's light and bright, sophisticated and beautiful. Everything is balanced perfectly, the florals with the sweetness. The longevity and sillage is amazing. I still smell it the next morning and it's wonderful to wake up to.

PNBP

it smells cute! normally i would never go for sweet perfume but this one is exceptional, maybe im drawn to my favorite rose and grapefruit notes, and of course patchouli.

BihterAnneBoleyn

Smells exactly like Coco Mademoiselle EDT. It's incredibly long lasting. Patchouli and Rose are the most prominent notes, It's a shame it was reformulated.

metalshin23

Miss Dior.. Ah where do I start? My love for Miss Dior (including the Miss Dior Cherie line) started about 7 years ago. It piqued my curiosity to smell the Miss Dior Cherie L’eau after reading from someone that it smells like no other, that it was her signature scent.

I went to check one of the high end department stores and sniffed every single Miss Dior available at the counter that time. The MDC L’eau didn’t stand out to me, unfortunately. But the EDT, I’d say, is different from the rest.

It smells really elegant and gorgeous. Extraordinary. It was love at first smell. During those times my knowledge in perfumes were limited; not even aware about the pyramid of top to base notes! All I know is that this one is really stunning.

Being a college student back then, I find it so expensive and couldn’t afford it. Hence, I only get to smell it whenever I visit the high end department stores.. Thinking to myself that one day, she’ll be mine..

Fast forward to December 2018, at work while browsing the net, I found an angel who sells it really cheap for a brand new 100 ml bottle. Of course I instantly bought it. The moment it arrives, I just feel so ecstatic. It smells really special and luxurious, something that I don’t normally smell on a daily basis. And then it hit me, that very same high end department store smells like the Miss Dior EDT! Lol

Nevertheless, it’s still a beautiful scent. At first, I couldn’t understand the reviews saying it’s similar to Coco Mademoiselle, not until I bought a bottle of Coco Mademoiselle. Yes, they smell similar but Miss Dior is more sweeter, more sophisticated, something that you could wear everyday. Coco Mad is screechy and loud and has that 90s/2000 vibes.

For an EDT, the sillage and longevity is excellent. 2 sprays and you’re good for the day. Lasts about 8-10 hours on me.

I guess I got lucky that after finding out that this was going to be discontinued (thanks to a poster here in Fragrantica), I was able to buy a full bottle back up for a very good price.

Apologies for the lengthy review, but this particular Miss Dior inspires me to write again. It opened me to the world of fragrance. Aside from the EDT, I also bought the 2012 EDP and another flanker, Absolutely Blooming. Talk about love for Miss Diors.

Miss Dior EDT, you are worth the wait. ❤️

chicagogirl

Just got my hands on a bottle of this 2013 fragrance (not the 2019 blah stuff). So lovely. It smells almost exactly like the EDP (2012). Compared to the EDP, It's slightly lighter, fresher and a little more zingy with the citrus. Reminds me a lot of Coco Mademoiselle except more fresh, youthful, and sweet (sweet citrus notes). CM is more powdery and floral. This is more tart and slightly juicy. To me it's very different than the original 2005 Miss Dior Cherie. I have a bottle of the original scent. Comparing side by side, Miss Dior Cherie is much sweeter. It has less citrus and more strawberry, with sweet gourmand notes in the background. This smells more tart than MDC. It's way more similar to CM than 2005 MDC. When I think of who would wear this I imagine a sophisticated, chic, glamorous woman who has her life together. Really sad this has been discontinued. I guess my bank account will be happy when this is finished and I can't repurchase it, lol.

luna morena

How does the new formulation 2018 differ from this 2013, anyone?? I adore this scent, it is such a fresh and uplifting orange, neroli, rose, patchouli combo which is my all time favourite...

piahellgren

Absolutely gorgeous! I have THIS version and that is why I am reviewing THIS version. I understand upset about reformulation and when fragrances one loves disappear, but can't we review the version in the picture? Anyway, this one is stunning and everything I would want in a great, fresh rose/patchouli scent, because it has... blood orange! How gorgeous! The same quality orange smell as in the original Allure edt, even though this is blood orange. So realistic and super juicy met with a true rose and fresh and perfectly blended patchouli. And then sharp neroli to match it all! This is good as the original Coco Mad and better than the existing version and better than the Intense version. Except for this I also love the original Miss Dior Cherie and Miss Dior Le Parfum and those three are the only "new" Miss Diors I care for. Of course I adore the vintage one too, but that is very different. Anyway, this edt is strong and lasts and gets me compliments. I love that it lacks vanilla. Edit: Ok, its not better than Coco Mad Intense, I got a bit excited there. :-)

metalshin23

This is my signature scent. Unfortunately it looks like this will undergo reformulation. Sigh. If you will check Dior's website, the EDT has a title of "#New" so I'm guessing the one they're selling on their website is the new formulation. There's also a roller pearl EDT, and that is also new. Previously the roller pearl is only available on Absolutely Blooming and Blooming Bouquet, so go figure.

I may have to stock up now as I really love this scent.

icelle

I bear the news that as of December 2018 I have smelled the latest version of this, Miss Dior Eau de Toilette, in Sephora (Sephora being owned by LVMH) **There has been a reformulation!**

It no longer reflects the notes above (mirroring the Miss Dior 2012 EdP) but rather, is now a lighter variant of the Miss Dior 2017 EdP with the rosy heart, and woody-vanillic drydown.

Neither the Sephora USA/France nor the Dior USA websites reflect the change yet, but the change in scent is unmistakable (as is the hot pink color, rather than the previous light pastel pink.) I have posted about it in the Fragrantica forums and am willing to take a photo next time I am in the same mall/Sephora. Disappointing that they would roll out a new version without announcing it to unsuspecting loyal fans...people could be buying it thinking it's still the same old scent.

Edit: thanks to the reviewer above me, I re-checked the Dior website which now reflects the change.

I am lost amongst so many of the sort. I really am. I have a 30 ml of the first and only Miss Dior, EDT and I fear to use it for I know I won't find it. Sad, really sad. The only one which comes close to what I knew is Miss Dior Esprite de Parfume. And I have a gut feeling that too is discontinued.
Why all this crossed saga, Dior, why? Diorela,, Diorama, Dioressence are hard to find if not gone and I seriously mourn and mourn on what it all was. I am not even angry, I am just sad.... Really, really sad.

lmwimsatt

This does smell like coco mademoisellw except lighter, sweeter, fruitier, and more floral

revealm

Not really love but I like it a lot. Sadly it fade too fast.
I would wear this perfume during summer it’s more like a casual perfume I grab with me during vacation. It a bit sassy a bit sweet and also a bit icy. I love that they put Neroli in this perfume it’s my favorite part.

ClEL

Wore this as a teenager. It smells different and more synthetic ..

Kon-nos91

Thank you for destroying my signature scent Dior or Francois Demachy. I never thought this day will come, I see why people got angry when Miss Dior Cherie was discontinued, I am sure you're all still alive :) but ok. Miss Dior EDP or 2012 now called was something hard to describe. It was real, a true perfume, exactly how you recognize La vie est belle now from the supermarket to the night out with friends.

Now the change can be described as a russian roulette. From Cherie to str8 Miss Dior was a wise reformulation and a statement in perfumerie but from 2012-(new)-whatever you want Miss Dior EDP to Miss Dior EDP 2017 was the worst thing ever experienced. The problem is that the only thing left that reminded my favorite Miss Dior is EDT that now is my signature. Or was? Let me clean my eyes from tears and continue with my review.

My newest bottle came, I was so happy. To be very honest, you all know that EDT edition reminds a lot of Coco Mademoiselle EDP. A lot! You can't tell the difference the first hour, or at least you couldn't. Their main difference was grapefruit/lemon vs blood orange. WTH Dior did now? Miss Dior EDT was a caramelized patchouli, a bit harsh to wear but for a strange reason it used to give me a power like: I am here, I am the best, I am delicate, couture(d) and *beep* all the rest. Sexy as hell, classy as hell, unique in a world full of nice perfumes and now? Now seriously I feel shy to wear it...

NOW: It does remind a lot the formula I used to wear but it looks completely synthetic. The rose is faint, the patchouli is like isn't the main character and the blood orange turned to be more musky orange one. God, I really can't write and see the lines fulling with bad comments but I will never forget the caramelized patchouli-no other words to describe Miss Dior EDT used to leave on my clothes...so, silently, say goodbye to even what left to remind the before latest reformulation masterpiece EDP. Can someone answer WHY? Why for example Lancome makes bombs when it comes to sillage and lasting power and houses like Chanel, Dior etc end up making watery juices with 3000 editions for no reason?

2018

EDP: A floral blah tried to copy the addictive best-seller from the line, Blooming Bouquet.
EDT: Mentioned above, a synthetic wanna be Miss Dior 2012 just been destroyed silently.
Blooming Bouquet: A generic but truly addictive fresh/floral scent with 0 lasting power/sillage.
Absolutely Blooming: A copy of Armani Si, less serious, more girly. Raspberries, rosie, musky ordinary.

I was the biggest fan cause I thought I have found my signature and a house to follow/love but now I am the biggest hater. I won't spend a $ for Miss Dior line. SUCH A BEAUTIFUL, INSPIRING AD, NATALIE PORTMAN, EVENTS...you know what we say in Greece? Too much words are equal to poor people/things, so too much bla bla/flash/lights - don't expect something good.

Aco89

Ah, I love this perfume so much. It reminds me a LOT of Chanel Coco Mademoiselle. For a long time I couldn't detect any difference between them, but lately I've noticed that Miss Dior EDT is warmer and softer and has a certain quality to it that I find intoxicating. It is also a very long lasting perfume. It's one of my favourites and I reach for it often.

Single rose in the forest

This is one if my favourite fragrances of all time! And believe me I am very difficult when it comes to perfume.Sexy elegant pleasant and mysterious.I have no other words for this.So inviting but not heavy or cheap. Can be worn by everyone and in every occasion.Day and night. You just can't go wrong with this one.

rockstarrshade

yes it is very similiar to old Cherie eau de toilette 2010. its beautiful scent and i have to say its my most favourite from all miss diors !! simple rosy patchoulli scent highly recommend. i would do this as a perfume because its beautiful but longetivity and sillage is not so good though :((

imperfect-angel

I've loved Miss Dior blooming bouquet for years and even finished a bottle. After that I decided to take a small change to try this one. And I don't like it as much...well, they both have the same tone and you can tell that they are from the same family. But to me Miss Dior EDT is more SHARP FLORAL scent that it hurt my nose sometimes when i first spray it. At the dry down you don't feel much different from both.

JuliaQueen

This is lovely! I'm not a big fan of the EDP because I find it too potent and it gives me a headache. The Blooming Bouquet version smells cheap, watered down and makes me gag. However, this Eau de Toilette version is perfect! It's a very good fragrance to wear when you want something light, sweet and girly which still has a presence. It lasts a long time too. You can wear it all year round and to any occasion. I'm very happy with it!

mesha2sweet

This DEFINITELY smells like Coco Mademoiselle... It may be a smidge softer, but I have and LOVE Coco Mademoiselle so I see no need to get this one. This little princess is pretty but my Queen(CM) will suffice... Great one though without a doubt.

Edit 3/8/2018- Dammit I couldn't help myself.. I purchased the 50 ml. It still smells like CM to me, but this one I must admit is a smoother & sweeter fragrance. She is how can I say this... Friendlier lol.

iamoir

Let's just hope that Dior will not discontinue the edt or even worse reformulate it so as to bring it closer to the 2017 edp version. Actually I don't know what's worse, discontinuation or reformulation...

Well, if anyone misses the 2012 edp, this comes close. It is less potent though and it sits close to skin, despite the good longevity it has for an edt. There is absolutely nothing else that smells like Miss Dior 2012, even Coco Mademoiselle is not that close to it.

Miss Dior edt is earthy from first spray, a quick snap of blood orange and then all the notes trying to stabilize on the skin. Rose is very evident and it does remind of Coco Mademoiselle edt, only that is more on the chypre side and kinda sour, whilst Miss Dior is sweeter. Miss Dior has a polite soft spicy-earthy patchouli drydown sweetened by rose. It is a musky smell, clean but not too too clean. Has an edge.

Very feminine, romantic, summer scent; the scent of summer love maybe? This easily replaces Light Blue in the summer heat, which either way I refuse to wear anyhow; too damn basic. Miss Dior on the other side is nothing innovative really: patchouli with florals or citruses has been done to death, but still, it's classier and more interesting smelling in the summer.

Pandoro

A fresh floral, perfect for early summer, as I already have Absolutely Blooming and got this as a present I had no idea how different this would smell from the former, it grew on me as I started wearing it more but forgot about it as I could not pinpoint the right season to wear this in, I can't see myself wearing this in warmer seasons or colder ones, that's why I think maybe Spring and Early summer are perfect: cool weather, just that bit of breeze that makes sure the floral doesn't stick by your nose.

I'd say it's not an offensive scent, young but not sugary sweet this edt is pretty and carefree.

Minty Mouth

Is this fragrance likely to be reformulated with a version to match the new EDP?

michelle.schlossman

I already had the eau de parfum and love it but bought this on impulse because I like the bottle. The juice has a slight pink tint the parfum does not.
I was really surprised at how different this smells from the parfum. It smells the same at first then patchouli notes begin to emerge and grow stronger through the day. I get a slight resemblance of Flowerbomb a scent which I depise but I still like this. Its a bit spicier than the parfum and just as long lasting. It's nice but I will stick with the parfum from now on. Except now I hear it's been reformulated again for 2017 and I haven't smelled that yet...

Mlle Gen

Miss Dior EDT is very similar to Chanel's Coco Mademoiselle, but slightly sweeter, "younger" and probably easier to pull off. It is the scent of a feminine and classy woman who knows what she wants and has her act together. It lasts 10 hours on me, and it has a good sillage.

llroe

I had the Miss Dior Cherie 2005 the beloved year everyone loves. I smelled this EDT on a whim at Nordstrom and I was so taken aback on this beauty! Reminds me a lot of Miss Dior Cherie 05.

I love it and so happy that I found it, lasts all day and makes me smile when I smell it :)

Kon-nos91

Oh God, it's so beautiful! I was the one after so many reviews that made fragrantica with mine to correct it's supposed to be or listed top note as neroli, with blood orange.

I've reviewed it again, I know, but I just can't do it again, firstly to assure you that this edition won't change as the EDP one soon. I've got a 100 ml bottle that according to it's code it is 'bottled' on 2017. I hope they will never change it, it will be such a loss and I am sure so many people will miss the '2012' newer edition, replaced by the one coming September 2017 on the stores.

I am from those who doesn't agree with reformulations, the one who said if I lost my finally found signature perfume after so much effort and time, I won't buy again Dior not even for fun. On the other hand, I will accept the fact that some ingredients may harm our skin or health and they have to change but it's not good to change the whole 'body' of a perfume. I will also accept the fact tha Miss Dior EDP 2017 will be a modern one...Let's see, for sure I will test and let you all know by September.

Miss Dior eau de toilette is the closest to Miss Dior Cherie everyone is missing and crying about it's discontinuation. Why I am saying this? Sometimes this edition reminds me the exotic/fruity, warm feeling and playful character of Cherie one. To test and experience what I am saying you must come in contact with the perfume not just spray it on paper. This edition (the 'new' or 2012, choose what you like the most) is more serious and way more elegant with lots of different notes. I am not playing the superior one but I have all the rights to review about it since it's my signature and we're in a relationship for more than a year, without letting any other new or older edition to seperate us haha.

On paper: You get a fresh patchouli and a very intense but sweet blood orange essence, followed by a white flower type touch. You can easily compare it with Coco Mademoiselle that is way 'colder' from it's strong citrus beginning. The share lot's of commons. Notes, even color of juice.

On skin: Yeah, this is where magic starts. A rosie earthy essence that looks like a statement. The blood orange calms quite fast, leaving the exact same smell/effect of orange oil squeezed out from it's peels. Patchouli is A to Z but it's as presence as it has to be and is combined perfectly with rose, neroli and probably jasmine that gives a light spicy result. At it's end, you can get of course weak patchouli, a rosie dusty poweder and what makes me soooooooo impressed is a caramel undertone! Specially when you sweat a bit or laying to bed after hours of wearing it.

All in all, it started as a huge dislike as I characterized it too 'oldie' and it's so funny since it includes my least favorite notes like orange, patchouli, neroli and rose. Between hate and love there's a fine line I guess. It does remind of Miss Dior EDP that is really fair and good when you want a less intense edition of such a famous perfume. Respect to Dior for this as other Houses list an 'eau de toilette' under the same name of a pre-existing eau de parfum and in the end it's a complete different perfume. If you spray a little bit more, it can last all day long, just 2 extra sprays from your 3 wrist, left & right neck routine. So this Miss Dior is as I said elegant, with a true character, more serious, my perfect perfume for someone serious 25+ who's into some more 'mature' stuff. Everything is perfect on my eyes, the bottle, the color, the idea behind the perfume, the result of it's notes, it's lasting power for an EDT...it's what I would do for LOVE...

Hope you enjoyed reading my experience,
Kon-nos91

Not a huge fan of patch but Dior does it right.Im seriously losing track with all the flankers:( However this is delightful. It has the ability to be really strong especially for an EDT but a quick air spritz and run through ...... beautiful. The rose and patch mixture create a powderiness, I find it to be very romantic

erikamcs68

when this fragrance was launched it had the perfect tones combination; 3-4 years afterwards the blending was slightly changed which lost its original freshness; since then l stopped buying it.

Edemay

Crispy fresh patchouli
Thats what I think of when i smell this. Its not boring, its sparkling and sexy in a way.
When i first smelt this i was confused and thought i was smelling blooming which I'm not crazy about. And I'm not a fan of the edp so i just dismissed this.
Until a friend of mine let me borrow a few sprays.
This is something i need in my wardrobe, crisp and fresh but and also reminds me of a woman that is always looking effortlessly sexy and charming without being over the top.

EDIT: I have come to realise this is almost identical to Coco Mademoiselle, the only difference being this has sweeter citrus and coco has bitter citrus and a hint of aldehydes

Kon-nos91

Finally got it, finally my signature, finally my collection looks a little bit richer. Fragranticas, this perfume, either you like it or not since we all have a different taste, it's my antidepressant!

I've reviewd before in case you wanna check and even the admins have changed the notes to the correct one according to my revie. I won't say much. I will only say I fell in love with the notes I mostly hate, rose and patchouli. How close was a member who described it as sweet/clean sweat? Sounds weird, I know, but it's so true. Hate and love are seperated by a fine line.

I know this isn't the perfume you will be complimented to hell or everyone will notice, but everything looks perfect. The square bottle, the shade of pink, the bow, the simplicity, the ad, Natalie Portman and the feelings. If you ask me personally, I can't lie, I am attracted mostly from the whole idea-ad instead of the perfume itself. I spray it and suddenly je vois la vie en rose. Classy, romantic, strong, professional and ready for life. This is how I feel everytime I spray it.

I will share a huge secret with you, I wanted to buy it after passing some stressful moments so I remember it and smile secretly. I am feeling hurted when other perfumes like La vie est belle or La nuit tresor from Lancome are bombs of attraction, but I dpn't want to be like others. Remember this everytime you choose your signature and if we could find it that easy what would be the point. I don't accuse anyone that wearing the perfumes mentioned above. Anyway, I will close my review with the result of the notes of my favorite Miss Dior and a prayer/request:

**********************************************
I want someone to text me back on the previous Cherie edition. I found it, I am 100% sure it's authentic but can anyone sent me and inform me if there's a huge different and if she/he can detect popcorn, praline and salty strawberries? Please <3
**********************************************

A burst of neroli combined with blood orange, patchouli always there and always will hug the combination together with a very crispy but at the same time wild marriage of Turkish and Bulgarian rose. That's it, oh! And don't forget the caramelized ending that stays on skin. I don't believe in seasons but summer will rock Miss Dior Eau de toilette.

It smells expensive, elegant and feminine. So classy, fresh and light! I love it from the opening to the drydown. Miss Dior reminds me of the morning dew. It would be a wonderfull signature fragrance for me but i think it too expensive for an everyday scent.

........................................................

Sofisticado, elegante e feminino. Me remete muito ao orvalho da manhã. Muito classudo, fresco e leve! Amo toda sua evolução, do começo ao fim. Seria uma ótima fragrância assinatura pra mim, mas acho caro para uso diário.

raiza1990

I really tried to like this one. I tested it two times, so i wouldn´t write an unfair review, but the truth is that it just doesn´t work for me.
It smells expensive, elegant and feminine, it is true, but the patchouli ruins it for me. It adds a stinky side that this perfume could do well without.
I am no fan of rose either, but it does not disturbs me on miss Dior, i can actually appreciate it here. It does not smell dated and has a sweet, rich character that impressed me. I am no neroli enthusiast either, but it adds a pure element to the composition that is interesting.
All and all, it is good, but i can´t stand the patchouli. If it were a bit toned down, than maybe, but the way it is now, it is unfortunately a no-go for me.

marfelle

The perfekt parfume for me! Too classy and airy and wonderfull young lady, i only wish that stay longer on my skin.. but after one hour i can't smell anything..

For those trying to sort through the convoluted mess that is the Miss Dior/Cherie reformulations, renamings and assorted other misdeeds by the house of Dior, I'll just add this tidbit:

Fragrantica above says that Miss Dior EDT was released in March 2013.

Yet,my bottle was purchased in August 2012 at a Sephora shop in the United States. There is no mistaking the date because it was gifted to me for a special event (with printed programs and all) and the giver gave me the receipt in case I wanted to return it.

I didn't return it; it's a pleasant, easy to like scent (although a bit too sweet for my tastes not at all a chypre to those of us who know and love true chypres).

But I wonder if Dior released my EDT first in 2012 and the 2013 release Fragrantica discusses is actually a rebottling or, even more shockingly, the world's fastest reformulation...?

Just another clue to add to the mile-long trail of perfume roadkill Dior has left for us to interpret.

Kon-nos91

Holly Lord! After such a long journey, starting by Cherie editions (latest one owned), hearing how special was the older-discontinued one-super hard to find with popcorn-strawberry accord, buying EDP new edition, testing again and again Blooming Bouquet because of it's excellent blend and silly lasting power, having as a gift Absolutely Blooming, buying lately hair mist, interested in how Miss Dior Cherie EDT and mostly L'eau would smell, maybe close to discontinued Fraiche edition? I AM TIRED !!!

Lesson learned. I should have bought from the beginning EDT (new) edition and stop there. It was the only one intrigued me that much. Of course I couldn't love it if I didn't do previous mistakes. Mistakes are for us and we must see the positive side. I did. Next favorite one is EDP that gives me that feeling, like I am free but at the same time trapped in a golden cage. Anyway. I'll never forget how it smelled on me, on my clothes and what feelings it gives me. Miss Dior EDT (new) is the best and seriously if the discontinue it, maybe I'll never buy Dior perfumes again. If you've checked latest Francois Demachy interview (famous perfumer for the house of Dior) he said that he follows Dior's style: Never create a perfect perfume. Maybe that happened with me and confused me but finally I found a treasure.

Miss Dior EDT (new) smells like 'sweet' sweat. Who said that you want to smell like this describion? A reviewer said this and I agree. It's like a hopeless romantic character that at the same time can't stay in a relationship. It's so church-ie. My mother who doesn't smoke and can detect any perfume is my hardest judge. She likes it. For me it's the most serious, romantic and naughty perfume I have ever smelled. It isn't floral nor fruity but at the same time it supposed it is. Patchouli based, harsh neroli - not bad at all and a crispy rosie hug. Actually someone must correct the notes.

*Elegant chypree*
Top: Orange/Sanguine
Middle: Neroli
Base: Patchouli

(Where's rose by the way? I am sure it has a pinch of the rosie-oriental-spiceness the EDP edition owns)

All in all, it's such a classic, such a hired killer, a bitchy angel if that makes sense and it can tickle all noses, tastes and ages. For me, it's my formal no.1 choice and signature perfume. You can easily pass it for a now days trend but that makes me happy. I don't want to smell like everyone. I hope I didn't forget of something although I am not sure if someone will ready my review till the end. To close the file, lasting power is amazing, around 6 hours on skin, 1 to hardly 2 days on clothes and sillage is fine. Excellent for an EDT and believe it or not, I thinkt it's stronger or at least more intense compared to EDP. Soon it will be mine. I am sure and with this perfume I will attract the one I am in love with. (I haven't found him by the way haha) If it was a song: I put a spell one you because Miss Dior EDT you're mine, you're me in a spray...

Enjoy life people, it's so short to make you feel bad and trust me, in the end everyone gets what he/she deserves.

xoxo

hyperfluff

Miss Dior Cherie (2005) was my signature so I can tell you that this EDT is very close to it in terms of scent. Unfortunately, it is not as rich or as intense as MDC (it's EdT after all)...it's also more fleeting (lasted ~5 hours on me, but again it is an EdT). If you were a die-hard MDC fan, you'd appreciate this offering. I still have 20ml left of MDC, I am trying to preserve it for as long as I can, so I like having this in my collection, it's quite versatile and works well in most seasons and occasions. I'd say it's more versatile than MDC, I only used to wear that one in fall/winter.

Kon-nos91

What can I say? From where to start and when to end with Miss Dior line? I would start with Miss Dior (new) EDP is my signature and it will be for a very long time. It sits excellently on my skin, it combines very well with my skin's chemistry, it lasts as much as I want and the most important, it gives me feelings of luxury, confidence and not only.

What happens with the EDT version? It's an eau de toilette, that supposed to be fresher, lighter, ideal for summer or warmer days but that doesn't mean you shoud avoid your favorite EDP. I have Miss Dior Cherie (2011) unfortunately not 2005 edition, but I guess they are pretty close. What I know for sure is that Miss Dior became mature, serious, way more classy. 2011's edition was a step before newer 2014 reformulation becomes a masterpiece, so don't judge Dior for reformulations. They know what they do.

By testing the whole new line, EDP, EDT, Blooming Bouquet (EDT) and Le Parfume, the one my nose liked the most was EDT regardless of whether I am in a relationship with the EDP one. I have to mention that I am so looking forward to try the newest Absolutely Blooming EDP 2016 and really hope that I will not like it so I can stick with my favorites EDP & EDT, but, raspberry, black currant, pomegranate, pink pepper, white musk, pink colored juice and a combination of Dior's roses + peony? Oh God, please help me and imagine I hate patchouli and fruity perfumes. I know I could write a lot for my favorite EDP edition as I did, but the only Cherie line that I would love to test would be L'eau, the green one.

So, it's time to go straight to the review and thank you if you have read my previous comments. I know it takes time but I've searched and made an effort understanding the line. Now lights on EDT edition! I liked it, then the impression began to fade away, then I bought EDP and now due to summer I want the EDT, but I am not in a hurry. EDP is kind of 'sweeter', way more precious and musky-patchouli based if I could say. EDT is intense patchouli based and rosie sweet. Closer to a turkish delight but not really. I agree with all of you saying that neroli is very sharp and edgy but it combines good with the magical Dior's patchouli, trying to make EDT edition fresher. It's like a fresher not cleaner, rosier not sweeter, more intense not stronger, lighter not sporty, romantic not mature edition. To my imagination is a luxurious french bonbon with a light spicy touch. Sharp neroli, rosie romantic undertone and a potent patchouli that hugs the combination. My only serious problem is lasting power. To my skin, it disapears in about 2 hours the max and sillage is something like 30'. I am thinking seriously of buying a 100 ml bottle so I can use it freely, but before do such a great mistake as I did with Poison Girl, I should better test/spray it more as I usually spray no more than 3-4 times. That's my opinion. Have a nice summer!!!

p.s: How much will I agree with a reviewer, for me, Coco Mademoiselle EDP is extremely similar to Miss Dior EDT. The one so cold and the other so warm. Both, although we can't compare an EDP and an EDT have the exact same sillage & lasting power with CM winning a few extra hours on skin.

p.s.2: I am in love. THE END. I found my favorite perfume. The best from all Miss Dior line. I don't know why it took me so long to understand when it was the very first one that got my heart from the beginning. Words are so poor to describe. I wish I could buy the 150ml bottle or at least store 2 x 100 ml in my collection. <3

alfa.lázcares

This is a no go for me, but not because I hate it, let me explain.
When I first sprayed it on, I only got neroli and truly that is not a scent I like. White flowers tend to give me headaches unless they are subtle and this was not subtle at all. It gave me a bit of a vibe of other Dior perfumes for woman I have tried (granted, not that many).
Luckily for me the neroli calms down rather quickly, maybe after about half an hour I was able to deal with it. With the neroli fading so did the sweetness. Then the patchouli came to the party. It gives it an earthy kind of vibe. It stays like that for a few hours and then finally the rose comes in.
I am in search for a rose, hence why I tried this one. The rose appears when there is still some patch in there and I really enjoyed it.
It fades then to a powdery rose, but not really on a cosmetics kind of scent. I like it.
However the no go is because of the opening. I enjoy the heart and the drydown, but the neroli opening is too much for me.
Sillage is good and longevity of about 6 hours.

Sweet oranges and powdered laundry detergent.

This Miss Dior New EDT is light, sweet, there is a little sharpness (in a good way), flowery and feminine. The most that I smell are orange, patchouli and flowers. This fragrance pretty much floats through out the day (maybe because it's EDT). The staying power is good. A few spritz here and there, and you're good to go.

A lot of people say it's similar to Chanel Coco Mademoiselle, to me it does not smell like it at all. Miss Dior is girly girl with a bow. On the contrary I believe that Chanel Coco Mademoiselle does not wear bows.

We all mourn the discontinued 2005 version don't we? I have got the chance to smell the fenomenal 2005 Miss Dior Cherie even though I didn't have the chance to own one, but I still remember it because the 2005 version was not something that's easy to forget. Comparing them to the newer reformulations, the newer ones are so watered down, less intense, no more salty strawberry popcorns, which brought the 2005 version its famous character. Aside from its uniqueness, it was quite overwhelming if worn too much I remember. But that's what we miss, the newer ones do not have that strong character, depth and kick. After you smell it, it's just 'another very nice smelling perfume' and I think it's sad because they obviously already got the consumer's hearts. I mean, Dior, why would you throw that all away?

Don't get me wrong, this Miss Dior new is lovely! Definitely easy to wear, a safe people pleaser.

This perfume is a bit odd to me,I have a love hate relationship with it I like it but it also smells like body odor to me, not nasty bo but it smells like fresh clean sweat. I dont know I guess the only pro I can think of it is that it lasts for hours and hours

perfumemad62

Miss Dior EDT is one of my absolute favourite perfumes!

I finally treated myself to a 100ml bottle of this, worth every penny!

It is so ladylike, romantic, feminine and elegant. Very fresh, flowery and fruity with a earthy background. I don't usually comment on the model but I feel like Natalie Portman is perfect for this fragrance.

Miss Dior lasts around 6 hours on my skin and has moderate sillage.

Overall, an absolutely stunning perfume. Very feminine, classic and fresh. Perfect everyday fragrance for going about your daily activities, I feel like it would be beautiful for a daytime date too. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a fresh and flowery perfume that has class and elegance!

gillbert

fresh neroli in the opening, really nice and pleasant. the heart notes are roses. the base note is Indonesian patchouli. i can smell neroli and roses. Indonesian patchouli is so light. overall, fresh clean flowery vibe. suitable for daily perfume.

amirali0072000

This edition is safe sex in a bottle. Seriously, there is no other way to describe it. It's different compared to the EDP (new edition) that is lighter, and more powdery. Although EDT, it's way bolder. Maybe Dior confused the waters? Also, way different than the versatile Miss Dior-Le parfum that with your reviews, I'll run to try it! Let's forget Miss Dior Chérie and examine the new "millennium" line before it's too late with monsieur Dior games.

I smell it and say, oh my God. Then, I told my best friend to smell it and told him what it reminds me of. He agreed by laughing and we were thinking the exact same thing in a funny and good mood atmosphere. Why to pay so much money to smell like this?

The only reason I would buy this perfume is to tease my senses and mind. And now boys and girls I'll tell you what it reminds me of. Forgive me in advance, judge me and like the ad with Natalie Portman who says: " I am sorry dad." It's the smell of pink "strawberry" flavored condoms combined with fine patchouli. Add some spicy feelings that only new lovers emit and a bouquet of red roses in a luxurious dark and sweaty suite room in Paris. In the middle of the room there are bonbons with sweet oriental flavor and sugarfree. I am not saying this to offend the creators. I am 100% honest and there are no more words.

In a few words Miss Dior EDT is different, enchanting, provocative, mature, dirty minded but decent.

Alexandrarae

Just bought a 100ml bottle today because it is B E A U T I F U L! Closest thing to the 2011 Miss Dior Cherie but even more elegant. This is my Christmas present from my lovely husband who can actually smell it (he has a lot of trouble smelling anything!) Can't wait for Christmas Day to wear it (but I will cause the sales lady wrapped it all up pretty in Gold Paper with a red ribbon and bow). So pleased I tried this. Have tried the EDP and didn't like it at all. Didn't last that long either but I could still smell the EDT 6 hours later so am well pleased.
Cheers and Merry Christmas everyone!

This is a very nice and unusual fragrance. Patchouli makes it stand out and be rememberable. I would not go for EDP because EDP is way too sour, but this one is just perfect.

Pinkfan

This is one of my favorite perfumes. I actually like this more than the miss Dior edp. It's lighter , fresher and yet the longevity is amazing. I bought the 50ml as I wasn't sure I'd like it enough to invest in the 100ml. After wearing it the whole day the 1st time, I went ahead and bought another 100ml bottle!

GhostFleur

Miss Dior eau de toilette is truly reminiscent of Miss Dior Chérie (2005).

That girl with the amusement for merry-go-rounds is now a grown up. She may have traded carnivals for garden parties but her taste for sweets is unchanged. ELEGANT as she was before, she now smells of a rose garden only sweeter with the impression of her signature: caramel popcorn and bonbons fruités.

Opens with very citrusy blend of fresh Blood Oranges and airy Neroli that lends a sparkling quality to the floral heart composed of Bulgarian and Turkish Roses. Patchouli dominates but does not overpower letting other notes shine throughout the composition. The base is particularly SURPRISING with the presence, although just an impression, of Strawberries and caramel popcorn everybody loves about the original Miss Dior Chérie.

Simple yet effortlessly DELIGHTFUL.

Youthful...high spirited...I'm addicted!!!

perfumeaddiction

I love it! Reminiscent of Miss Dior Cherie 2005. This one is less sweet and easier to wear then Cherie. Don't get me wrong I have Cherie and love it but I think I prefer this version. It's more well rounded. Being an EDT it is light but honestly you cannot go wrong with this one. Very safe and elegant.

Togiii

I smelled this in a store and I fell in love with the fragrance. It had good silage and this beautiful smell. But when I ordered this from Nordstrom (3.4 oz), the one I got doesn't have the same silage and smells differently. I'd swear that the previous one was Miss dior eau de toilette. I there a chance that the bigger size smells differently?

Germany

Never considered buying this version as I am more into warm woody and sweeter and musky scents , but I smelled this today on a girl that I gave a hug and she smelled sooooo good and fresh , like right out of the shower ,,, well most rose perfumes smell like right out of the shower to me , that's why I do love rose !
I would not call this elegant nor sophisticated , but a great clean fresh daily scent for a right out of the bath / shower kinda smell. Love it !

sanziana29

Wonderful, but not lasting. Spend your money for sth elese.

rainfairy

This is my new favorite perfume. The scent reminds me of my childhood when my dear aunt was still alive. I grew up in her home. She had a collection of perfumes. This reminds me of her bedroom scent. Very clean, fresh, feminine, and delicious. I can't get enough of this perfume. I spray it on my pillow, clothes, and hair. I will never get tired of this scent. This is my new signature perfume. I love jasmine, vanilla, blood orange. Sweet fruity feminine scent. I'm glad I bought the big size. I would definitely stock up on this. Its such a classic scent. I love it so much. I just wish that this would come in a gift set.

rikalin

I love love love this one. My love for original MDC never change but this is my new love!! I was gonna get EDP but changed mind because I like a lots of neroli opening and feels more lighter and cheerful. I still gonna get EDP for winter.

nini18

This is a gorgeous scent! In my case, it smells better on my skin than on the paper!

dormir6

I love it sooooo much! And I am so happy, that I bought this instead of EDP. I usually choose EDPs, and neglect EDTs. The EDP is sourer, and lack that special "something". Miss Dior Chérie was my favourite frag. This gem is close to it, but with a twist it has the best part of my beloved Coco Mademoiselle. CM sometimes is too cold-hearted and aristrocatic. But Miss Dior EDT is a cheerfull, perfect, beauty with a base I loved in CM and MDC. Wearable both in spring and winter. It gives you confidence, like a fresh start at the begining of spring, or when you reach your aims. When a woman experience her real beauty, when a dream comes true. Perfect!!!!! I am soooo HAPPY!

sophiealbarn

i love this almost as much as i love my beloved, discontinued Miss Dior Cherie. They have a similar appeal, yet they are both very distinct from one another. This one is a tad sexier and more mysterious-- the patchouli really stands out--yet still young and girly and flirty.

DAL123

To my nose, this is heavenly. I have never experienced the original so I have nothing to compare it to and I am happy about that. I can just appreciate this perfume for what it is-delicious, happy, and sweet. I get no rose, no citrus....the patchouli isn't screaming. Just warm, creamy, and sweet. Stays fairly close to the skin on me...stronger on clothing. And lasts. Am glad I added this to my ever growing collection. Just makes me happy.

ScarlettX

Some people may find it funny, but I consider it very sophisticated and elegant.
For me it's the token of success and grace.
I think it could be perfect with black coat, high heels and white blouse. Suitable for walks in the old city.
Not very different from the EDP version.
This fragrance proves that even neroli could be lovely in a certain amount.

alexmax

In my opinion the best fragrance from "the Miss Dior collection". It reminds me of Coco Mademoiselle, still a little bit sweeter, but not too much! You can sense the pautchuli and roses and I love them both! Very suitable for everyday use! Love it!

rayne828

This is a very sweet and youthful fragrance that is perfect for the summer months. Almost smells like fruit juice or candy. I think it lacks sophistication and depth, but perfect for anyone under 30. I only wear it occasionally though, I find it to be a bit cloying and gives me a headache at times. The bottle is very beautiful and looks nice on a vanity table.

Natkincola

My little playful positive! All write that this perfume is the time spring-summer, and I just love happened to him!... On the street on a cloudy autumn, with the wind and cold rain, and I have pineapples in champagne! And I have no time to be depressed: it's bright and Bubbly and young peaches and sparkle in the eyes, and I - again-school age, when everything is still ahead... Well, good toilet water, no words! Easy, chypre and very lovely watercolor! The pyramid for me, I confess, strange: I don't feel none of these roses in my only fruits in champagne (but this, I think, so play with neroli patchouli).

mailer

I got this fragrance as a gift from someone who noticed I loved the Miss Dior EDP...it's different for sure, but now I love the EDT even more! It's light and so fresh--pink and girly but not at all cloying. Smells like summertime flirting. And as a bonus, this perfume drives my bf nuts. It doesn't really make sense during the colder months though, especially at night.

ankaa

It started with the fact that I'm looking for a new signature scent. After testing and purchasing slightly (or very) unsuccessfully I was already discouraged. None of the perfumes had potential and weight (not necessarily similarity) to replace Hiris. I wandered among the shelves not reaching for the Miss Dior - because I do not like THIS. But something caused that I reached for the bottle, it's called desperation.

I don't like Miss Dior Cherie EDP , but it is almost impossible to buy, so it's not a problem :).
The new Miss Dior EDP is very nice, maybe a little too sweet, I'd prefer if it had more patchouli in it. And on my skin it is very unstable.

But Miss Dior EDT it's a perfect match. And I'm afraid that this is the material for the great love and not just a passionate affair. This is the first fragrance that has the potential to replace me Hiris.

Miss Dior EDT is at the same time girly and feminine, sophisticated and modest.
In a way similar to Coco Chanel M. but much more "friendly" to my skin.
This is one of the few fragrances in which all notes create a complete composition - creamy, feminine, floral.
I have a feeling of warmth and comfort, although that it is definitely cold, floral perfume. Longevity on my skin is approx. 6-8 hours - a very good result for EDT (EDP - only 4 hours!).

I'm on my first 50 ml of EDT. And waiting for Santa with body lotion and a hair mist or something (maybe the company will release it for Christmas ??)

mcrubel

I love this perfume. I really, really do. This is what comes to mind when I think luxurious French perfume. It smells clean, powerful, and beautiful. I have read the many lamentations of the much-loved Miss Cherie Dior from 2005. I own that perfume as well and can honestly say that I prefer this one. Don't get me wrong, I still like the previous one, but this is the more sophisticated and refined sister. Upon initial spritz I smell something reminiscent of Elizabeth Arden's Sunflowers. Just for like a minute or two. And I'm not a fan of that perfume. After a moment I'm enveloped in a gorgeous patchouli/citrus harmony with a kiss of floral. Not flowery, just a perect blend of earthy and clean. As the perfume dries down, it becomes a more masculine patchouli scent that could easily be worn by men. Maybe that's why I love this fragrance so much. It's feminine and masculine which keeps me from getting bored. I think this one will be a classic and can see myself wearing this for years to come. Plus it has amazing lasting power especially for a toilette. Well done, Dior.

s.pa_pandora

Amazing Miss Dior's flanker, despite coming with eau de toilette, It very long lasts for upper 12 hours on my body. Amid listed notes, patchouli rose and orange blossom, are some fruits that I found. I think they might be strawberry and/or some type of oranges. It's sillage quite sounds good. I recommend it for those who prefer simple living but beyond general taste. :)

jeanbean7777

This is a thumbs up 10/10 scent......love it! It makes me feel on top of the world...like I'm an elegant lady. Makes me feel more present. Brings me more into the open and just filled with calm confidence and beauty.....and for that it's worth every penny. .....this and can be worn anywhere. I can see it with business suits or jeans and a t-shirt. This would also be very romantic for dates as it is quite fresh and pretty. For me it isn't overtly sensual. but it is quite elegant and obvious quality.the sillage is only a few feet so it is not going to offend anyone. One complaint I do have is that it only lasts about 3 hours on my skin until it is just a very faint odor.I am going to try and that perfume to see if it lasts a bit longer but I would still be willing to purchase due to the.amazing way it makes.me.feel........and that's what it's all about.

lollsazz

... It's really strange to say this, but I don't like this perfume. It's a very clean, light flowery perfume, very well balanced. To me it's just very "preppy", a bit arrogant, or... fake... I don't even know why I get these associations - it might be the smell, or it might be the kind of people I have previously smelt this on.

Amparo Noir

There's something subtly sour and bitter notes along with the rose and all the floral accord which makes this different and unlike the average floral fragrance. the faint sour and bitter notes gives this an extra edge, meant for women instead of girls.

porzadek_alfabetyczny

This is my beloved ( and discontinued) Miss Dior Cherie eau de printemps, sold under different name and in a slightly different bottle. Blood Orange is a top note, don't know why its not listed on this site.

iamaround

I found my summer perfume, finally. I've always avoided Miss Dior line as it seemed too "cute" for my liking, but I was desperate and gave Miss Dior edt a go. It was love at first sniff.

Interestingly, I don't perceive this scent as an elegant or sophisticated. To me it is a happy, feminine and almost salty summery scent. I almost feel that salty air from the sea here, but it's not an aquatic scent at all. It's just breezy and happy, which is exactly what I need right now.

Miss Dior edt does remind me of COCO Mademoiselle, but I wouldn't say they are very similar. I have tried CCM before and it was always OK for me, whereas Miss Dior is love :)

Lasting power is not bad for edt, when sprayed on hair and clothes it's even longer.

valensi

light but not ozonic, playful but not sickly sweet, a nice balanced little thing

rufflesbows

To my nose this smells like a masterpiece! it's hard for me to explain just how beautiful it is. If you have not tried it, you simply must. This is classy, light and fresh yet very long lasting. I smell the rose, neroli, and patchouli in perfect harmony. This perfume has the potential to make me forget all my other perfumes.

Eirlys

I spray this on my skin along with Coco Mademoiselle and Chanel Chance to see their similarities, and they all smell really similar at first. But about 5 minutes later the notes really come apart. Chance is great at first, but about 2 hours later it disappears completely. Miss Dior EDT is the sweetest of the 3 and also the most gentle. Mademoiselle is a bit harsh but it's the most long lasting. I like Miss Dior the most simply because it turns into a fleeting scent on my skin. It's not as loud as Mademoiselle, sometimes I catch a hint of it as I walk I but Mademoiselle would be in my face all the time.

The bottle of Miss Dior is really cute, and I enjoy this more than the EDP because it's fresher therefore more suitable for daily wear. The longevity of this is about 5 hours but it projects quite well.

Eaugirlspirit

I absolutely love this perfume. This is much softer than Coco Mademoiselle, and only hints at it a little. It is definitely its own, unique composition with much more feminine softness than Coco Mademoiselle in my opinion.
This opens with plenty of tangy mandarin and airy florals, amidst what smells like a spicy, warm amber and patchouli grounding it all.
I loved the scent so much that I bought the body lotion to layer and it really does the trick. I do think I prefer the EDT to the EDP because of the airiness that the EDT seems to have. It definitely settles into a patchouli amber mix as it dries, but it's not as potent as the EDP or Le Parfum. I have sampled both and actually used to own Le Parfum. I could not wear Le Parfum on a regular basis, and barely ever reached for it because I always felt like the occasion was never right to wear it and it made me feel underdressed (as it should have). That is a very special perfume. See my review if you're interested.
I have been wearing this every day since I bought it and I usually have trouble "committing" to a perfume day after day as I try to rotate. However, I have had no desire to wear anything else.
Miss Dior EDT is light enough to wear every day but keeps me nice and warm through these harsh winter days. And I bring a travalo atomizer with me and re-apply.
I'd also like to add it layers very nicely with Hermes Jour D'Hermes!

melysaretsahana

In my opinion, this edt is better than the edp.actually both are nice but thie edt smells nicer.sweet yet classy......I'm happy because I decided to purchase this edt yesterday.at that time I compared it to dior forever and ever, dior miss dior edp, dior miss dior flower bouquet edt and chanel chance eau tendre and miss dior edt has the best scent.

hollyms

Can someone please tell me which is better... this EDT or the EDP? Thanks!

naaym.agecra

Why all the elegant perfumes has patchouli... my nose can't stand it give me a really bad headaches. :(

Juliana6

When I first sprayed it, I didn't get any difference from edt version and from the most of Dior's "Miss" line creations. But then, after wearing it I noticed that it was slightly sweeter and more airy than the thick, rich edp, it probably contains less patchouli. The composition is quite simple, but what an effect it makes! Dewy rose scent brought by a fresh wind breeze which turns into a modern, sparkling, floral chypre. Love it!

SeleneHdez

kasabourin

i cant tell if i have this one, or the 2010 version !? all i know is that its an edt. :s :s :s it may be this one though, because i dont detect anything fruity in it.
regardless, i love the scent. its really strong though, so i use more sparingly than my other perfumes. and its lasts a good while too, for an edt.

Fragrance

Lovely !!! very breezy,feminine and dreamy.... :)
I see this one smells bit like coco madam..
opens up nicely in this cold weather as well and keeps me happy:)
It lasts good 6-8 hours on me .

em.caroline.9

i think this will be my next buy if the drydown is good on me because this is love at first spray! very flirty and elegant without being the campy overbearing vanilla sweet fragrance and its just subtle enough, while still retaining its own profile. it reminds me of another fragrance but i cant quite put my finger on it.

Eos

Of all the Miss Dior/Miss Dior Cherie series this is the iteration that reminds me the most of a Chanel. To my nose this is Chanel's Chance plus the tiniest hint of fruit. The resemblance is uncanny. Given that I own Chance, I won't be buying a bottle now; though if this puppy is still around when I finish Chance, I might give it a shot as I actually like this better. As compared to Miss Dior (new) this is less sweet and does not last as long.

bluepistachio

I could swear this has strawberry. It's light and sweet. Very sophisticated. Love it in the start. The dry down smells not that good.

duftduft

Love this fragrance! The reason why is that it has a lot of olfactory contrasts. It is a chypre but its also sweet. It is fresh but also warm and earthy. It is floral but has as well a gourmand touch.
All this makes it a high quality and luxurious fragrance.
Besides the notes that are listed I smell: strawberry, cherry and a hint of vanilla- which makes it sexy and very feminine.
Lasting power is very good which is extremely important to me!

vallin

soft romantic floral scent, smells very feminine

genny17

This is lovely, it has a bit of a chypre base, but the top notes are bright, and fresh, easy to wear but still the Dior touch..I do not get that earthy vibe though,no patchouli I can detect, it is fresher and sweeter than the notes indicate.Longevity is good, great creation, comparing it to EDP this is easier to wear in nice weather...EDP is heavier, more classy, better for cool weather..

mimi88

sadly have to admit - this one is not the same as miss dior cherie edt..i still had a little of it left (the batch code says it's made in 2009) and recently bought this one (made 2012)..Charmingly miss dior cherie has gone :( Yes this new one is a nice perfume but mdc was elegant, charming, it had it's character, it always reminded me of young parisian chick and this new it has no face..
the same with miss dior cherie edp. MDC was an epic legendary perfume (like dior addict) so why you should change it?? my heart cries as my nose does

arrokaj

it was love at first smell .i want it again :)

mamufa

beautiful
I love its opening, I love middle notes, I adore the dry down.
On me it lasts about 6-7 hours "EdT"!!!
I preffer it to EdP. It's more cheerful and not so heavy.
I just hope they stop changing the notes, because I think I found my signature scent for the daytime

Amalmarri

great feminine well blended notes fresh and sweet (just the right amount of sweeteness)
similar to miss dior cheri in the opening similar to coco mademoisel in the dry down
love it

Plamka

I love it, i love getting whiffs of it during the day its totally worth the money, this is the 1st Dior that impresses me so much that i want to buy it. The sweetness is just about right, it was too overwhelming in Dior Cherie, this one is fresh, femine great for everyday but still remains a special one. How cute it is :) I love it! Perhaps because i love roses and patchouli so much..."sighs"

BritXOX

When I wear this I get mostly patchouli, and some kind of sweet almost citrusy smell. It must be blood orange. Very soft(I mean what the scent it self is like)Almost creamy, but fresh. I don't know if that makes any sense?

Sophisticated and beautiful. Absolutely stunning!

Lasting power is moderate(You can smell a bit the next morning when you take a shower tho) and sillage is somewhere between moderate and heavy. Love it.

dragenpuff

A soft, feminine fragrance which isn't too girly nor too grown-up; it is ladylike and sophisticated yet warm. The notes create a beautiful harmony.
I am not 100% sure which of the Miss Dior EdTs I have. According to leeyah87's e-mail from Dior, it is the 2010/2011 formulation with the bottle and name from 2012.
I bought it on my way to France a year ago (2012), hoping to buy the Miss Dior Chérie (2005), but I have grown to love the EdT just as much as I loved the Chérie EdP, if not more.
It smells very nice, but sits quite close to the skin. It also fades away a little too quickly for my liking, much like Chérie EdP. I use to wear a little in my hair to make it more noticable and make it last longer.

dormir6

Good! But what happened to Dior house whit these owerwhelming oceans of flankers??? I can't keep up with it. I don't know which one is which.....The fragrance is nice, light but stay on your skin for long hours and makes that sparkling fresh-patchuoli effect like Coco Mademoiselle edt. Elegant but in a youthful, shinny way.

ForrealMe2

i live in NYC so we get everything here early i wouldn't be surprised if its not in the stores already when Le Parfum came out it was at 34th at the end of august while they were saying it would be out in september 2012...i don't know when i will smell this one...i will have to wait with all these reviews...

ForrealMe2

Germany: to be honest they are all different but the same..i love the 2005 for its fruity champange likeness and i love the 2011 after reformulation because it still smells like 2005 but with patchouli and makes it sweeter..and of course i love Le Parfum because its so intense..i still have the 2010 version with the label coming in i ordered it awhile ago its just taking time to get here i will let you know if that one is any different,it shouldn't be but i will let you know, but surprisingly i really love 2011 Miss Dior Cherie after reformulation...it has the best of both worlds sweet tartiness of the strawberries and champagne like notes and the patchouli you get now that is sweeter in the newer versions..Le Parfum I will always have because its a night time scent or you can smell it all day but there is something about the 2011...i really am combating between 2005 & 2011 but the 2005 is too light for my tastes but i still like it..but the 2011 to me tops it all..its like they slowly transitioned everyone off Cherie to Miss Dior now..i feel like the strawberry is in Le Parfum but very lightly behind everything while the amber, patchouli & vanilla rule the show..i never thought i would like anything more than Le Parfum but i have been testing them and 2011 Cherie is wonderful i believe i will buy that over ever buying Coco M ever again...How is this new EDT does it smell similar to 2005 like some are saying here?

andy1959

Simlpy the best. There is nothing more to say that this is wonderful.

ForrealMe2

Germany: what did u think of regular Miss Dior? How does it compare from old to new?

szilviabartha

It starts out very beautiful on me but after a few hours all I can smell on my skin is patchouli:( It stays pretty on clothing.

joeywang

Compare to Miss Dior Cherie(2010), this one is very light , too sweet. too little girl. So far i still like Miss Dior Cherie(2010).

MimiLily

I agree with Shwets: This really smells like the 2005 MDC Eau de Perfume, just a bit fresher at the beginning. Strangely I can also detect the same popcorn note here.

Shwets

This one reminds me of the original Miss Dior Cherie with the excess patch and heady notes taken out.
Tested it in Boots today after the SA encouraged me to (i thought it was MDC until i read the bottle again).

Was pleasantly surprised and forgot about the harsh smelling Forever and ever that i went to test initially! The SA gave me a sample spray to take away which was a treat.

Definately prefer this over the original MDC and forgot about all those reformulations!

mylancome

Demachy follow orders from the Arnault family, specially the daughter. Blame the CEO of LVMH.

sk1683

idk why Francois Demachy is keep changing the good original perfumes... im really tired of it

evhely

Dior....why???? I say why do you poke fun on us?????

perfumelover24

*cries over edt 2010 being scrapped* I dont think il even bother trying this one... rose=eugh!

Momo Tse

so many flankers...if you don't tell me Miss Dior EdT is a new launched, i just thought they already have an EdT version...

ladymillion123456789

Its going in my perfume collection natalie u are stunning and the dress just as gorgeous as nat

Red Rose

I wish they return remember me fragrance but I can't wait for this one ♥

Mushana
