Got it by an exchange. It opens a bit screechy, but then it develops into a softly sweet white floral with woody base. Longevity is quite bad though.

Has this been discontinued? I only see the men's listed on the Davidoff site. Running to the pharmacy tonight to grab this cheapie while I can!

Edit: woodier than I expected with a creamy-sweet dry-down. Like could become a love.

usually not the kind of perfume I go for but this is truly lovely
very fresh, uplifting, good vibes
sweet and clean, generic for sure for those who are unfamiliar with perfume but a very likeable pleasant smell with a hint of sweet girliness.
this is a cool summer afternoon, the sun is bright but also a great breeze is blowing and you are in a huge green garden where sweet flowers bloom
can evoke feeling of running barefoot outdoors yet its clean
very nice
great performance too, sits close to the skin but literally lasts all day

Run Wild has a beautiful opening with pepper and pomegranate. It dries down to a smooth buttery lily and jasmine, made creamy by the pistachio. I do sense the pistachio note, very delightful since I associate it with ice cream and thus refreshment. Run Wild is the perfect non-beachy non-aquatic summer scent.

Run wild is what we used to do in the summers as kids, back when things were not crazy and the only dangerous animals around us were snakes and bobcats, not predatory humans. So this is the outdoor but not next to water side of summer despite the ad pictures. Nothing here to put me in mind of a swimming pool, lake, beach, or even slip-n-slide.

Which is nice. No tropical fruit or coconut or water. See, when summer lasts eight months a year, you need to mix it up to avoid getting sick of beach scents by June. So this is a good one to put in the rotation. The downside is that this has NO sillage. It lasts on fabrics. You just have to bury your face in your own shirt to smell it. Not a good look. But I still like it.

I really enjoy pomegranate as a fragrance note. Blackberry, pomegranate, black currant - these are the dark fruits with musky sweet scents. Good contrast with the nutty pistachio.

Someone before me said there is nothing “wild” about it. But I do understand the name. It’s not dirty “wild” in the sense of alcohol and drug-induced nighttime partying excesses, but in the sense of running in the wild. As when one experiences blood-pumping energy and the sweet aromas of the nature sweeping into your face as you run. That’s the initial impression. But then it slows down and becomes much sweeter than expected. I would even say it’s sensual in the degree of its sweetness. The “wild” epithet can then apply in this sense as well. It’s no longer energetic, but sweetly languid. It’s not sugary sweet, but florally sweet with some tartness from the pomegranate. There’s also quite a bit of spice that feels like pink pepper. But it’s not, it must be coming from the pomegranate, too. The packaging I think is dedicated to the pistachio. It’s a pleasing blind purchase for me.

PS: I have to disagree with others who describe it as ‘light’, ‘super simplistic fresh’, ‘mildly sweet’, ‘aquatic’, ‘(water)melon’-scented and short-lasting. The colour and the low price are likely to have inspired such perceptions. It’s heavily sweet, very peppery (to a degree that’s almost caustic) and lasting.

PPS: What I thought was very peppery scorches my nostrils. I must be allergic to something in it. Can’t use it, just gathering dust (metaphorically).

Smells simple but beautiful in the hot summer weather. During the other seasons smells just like metal to me (it's a lily note). I would not buy it a second time, but if you already have it and struggle to wear it, give it a chance in the hot summer.

BigBobRoss

Soft fruity white florals with a hint of spicyness

I'm not a fan off florals but the fruit softens the blow which makes it bearable

Overall a decent scent for woman's off all ages

This is an absolute success for me, blind buy, and couldn't be more happy. It opens fruity and fun, and soon enough the beautiful jasmine comes through (favorite note). And it is a very wonderful natural smelling jasmine too. The pistachio gives it an extra fresh sweetness, like Italian pistachio sorbet, it just works so well together with the jasmine - incredible! There seems to be a bit of zest in it too from the pomegranate. The zestiness combined with very faint lily, gives it a hint of the cool water line, which is nice because I do like cool water but not as a main scent or for myself. All in all I think the pistachio note really gives it a unique flavor, and it's hard for me to understand that some people would call this boring or shy.

EDIT: after wearing this scent as my standard for a few months, I only realized how subtle the sillage and short the longevity is when I returned to one of my other favorites that has a very medium quality. I realized that sadly Run Wild doesn't stay long at all, is pretty much gone after a few hours, and it stays very close to the skin.

I just got this today and it smells clean sweet with a littlest bit of spice note. The floral scent is nicely blended and is giving out just the right amount of sweetness. This is a light fragrance that is totally inoffensive and can be worn at the office. I really like the scent and it 100% fits the cute mint bottle. This is a great blind buy for me. Best for summer or spring, lounging in the house, running errands or going to the gym.

This works best in the summer heat. But even then, it tricks you at the beginning because it's does not seem to be very intense. I could barely smell it when applying in winter, and it never really got that noticeable, but now at 25 celcius, I actually ended up putting on more than I should have Because when the top notes fade, the perfume intensifies and gets very floral and kind of sharp for a while.

Actually I could still smell this very noticeably on myself after a whole workday,so the heat makes it work. I don't know it if I'm the only one who can smell it.. I prefer this one for summer use.

Lovely. Very fresh and clean. Very impressed as I'm not a lover of white floral unless they have a spicy or oud note. The performance isn't the best but for the price you can keep topping it up. Its nice and refreshing for a hot day. (Very rare in north of england) lol👍

angeldoll

Beautiful. Just beautiful and really simple. Fresh, feminine white floral scent, very effective. Perfect for summer or summer night, great for a date at higher temperatures. Love the minimalist bottle with The green juice!

LindaL100

this is another 1 of my fav perfumes, Jasmine is my favourite floral note used in perfumery and I tend to be very fond of perfumes with a prominent Jasmine note in them and this is no different, the combination of Jasmine with the fruity sweetness of pomegranate is perfect in this, this is a very beautiful and strong fragrance but not too overpowering and it lasts very long on my skin.

Orodreth

I'm a male and I prefer the female Run Wild. This smells so fresh and clean on my skin. Many compliments when I wear this. I really enjoy the pistachio note.

rokesh.rk

Very excellent and long lasting one seductive feel

chakukan

blind buy great sale, Omg love it from the first whiff. Perfect balance of fresh floral and bit of spice from the pistachio mmm

TeacupBreaker

This begins promisingly; it’s pleasant, a little unusual because of the pistachio note, and with a tartness reminiscent of Sweet Tarts or Smarties. It stays strong as it wears, but becomes more heavy and floral (must be the lily note). It’s not the worst thing I’ve ever smelled but I was disappointed because I hoped it might be a sister scent (maybe a fresher, grassier complement) to Cool Water, which I love.

My mom owns Run Wild so of course I needed to test it while I'm here visiting them. Knowing now how this smells, I would/will probably recommend it next time I see a thread for an affordable ''your skin but better" scent. Super simplistic fresh floral, the way you smell after using a good quality fresh shower gel (the ones that last a while on your skin after showering).

Longevity not great, but ok for this price. The look of the bottle suits the perfume well in my opinion (the name not so much). Won't run (pun) and get one for myself, but will enjoy spraying this now and then when I feel like it while I'm still here.

When i sprayed the tester on my hand and was met with something so fresh, green and very mildly sweet. It was kind of generic, but in the best way possible, while still being unique. It reminded me of a what a Dove body wash would smell like or something the Clean fragrance line would release, but it's nothing like I've ever smelled before. Run Wild is far from anything "Wild". It's an inoffensive, fresh out of the shower fragrance. To my nose, i can only detect a hint of Pistachio blended with a green-fruity accord, which i guess would be the white florals and Pomegranate. It's not a complex fragrance at all. Run Wild is simple and straight to the point. Though there's a male version of this fragrance, Run Wild for her comes off very unisex. It doesn't possess any feminine or Masculine traits. It's just fresh. I got about 5 hours on my skin while radiating about 3 feet in sillage. I opted out of buying the 30ml for $19.95 at Kohls and scored a 100ml bottle for $19.99 on Mercari. Overall, i absolutely adore this fragrance. It's definitely worth the money i paid for it. If you're in the market for something simple and fresh, this is it.

I bought this at a great price, the pistachio note and because I love the green bottle!
I sprayed this only with the pistachio note in mind
let me tell you this is a soft creamy fresh watermelon scent
It took. me all of 2 seconds to associate this with l'imperatrice and I see someone else does too!
its such a gorgeous fresh springtime floral, im so glad I have this as I finished my bottle of D&G L'I
the sillage is decent too, I get. a few hours with this as expected for a fruity!
if you love feminine melon scents (like l'imperatrice or Selena Gomez vivamore) this can be had for under 25$ 100ml

I really enjoy this fragrance, it’s different than anything I own. Smells very fresh and I enjoy how the smell lingers on any jackets I spray it on.

JustSimpleThings

Oh wow. This is super boring to me,sorry :/ it reminds me of a run-of-the-mill women's deo spray. That's it.

Without looking at the notes, I thought this was a watermelon+lotus scent, with sharp dry undertones. The lily does makes sense though- that explains the dryness.

Good workout scent, but I wouldn't wear it apart from that, so it's not worth the money to me personally.

bel.gravia

Run Wild is slightly aqautic, has a Cool Water aura around it although it doesn't smell similar.
Pomegranate is really prominent, making Run Wild quite sweet. Lily is here, but it's tamed. The pistachio serves as a connector, not the main note.
An aquatic fruity floral with a slight twist.
Sweet and happy.
UPDATE: It is quite short lived and not very long lasting. Do not expect this to be anything wow because of pistachio. Run Wild is way too sweet to represent nature, in my opinion. It is neither a green scent nor a fresh one. Disappointed. Didn't live up to my expectations and also isn't amazing valued on its own. I have 100ml EDP for a swap in the UK! 95ml left.

Pez_Enelrio

simple but great! A little bit masculine, maybe bc it is fresh but lasting and men's colognes tend to have that ability. I guess there is some more notes to it actually, like some synthetic aquatic notes. I think this is what Amazons would be using if they lived nowadays:)

Also the bottle is nice. Simple, clear, massive. Just the way I like it

BTW...I am glad Davidoff mostly sticks to it's freshness since Cool Water was released ( i totally get the need for flankers to follow the trend and stay in the game...etc ) but I think they maintained their integrity like not many others, and they produce quite lasting fresh scents.

Princess Adora

I bought this yesterday at Chemist Warehouse and when I first sprayed it I thought It was nice, but after a few more minutes I ended up really loving this. It’s a very lovely fresh but sweet white floral which only keeps getting better as it settles more into your skin.it also has decent longevity and while not a strong fragrance I can smell it on my skin a few hours later. The fragrance also reminds me of a discontinued fragrance that I use to have called Manifesto by Isabella Rossellini and while not exactly the same I am getting that fresh white floral note that is similar to Manifesto. But overall I really like Run Wild and will go as far to say that this is my favourite female fragrance from Davidoff.

AHeartLikeMine

A really nice fruity-floral.

Pinja

So if you add some soapiness and some general floweriness into Escada Sorbetto Rosso it is Run Wild. Very very youthful, nice, fresh and mouthwateringly juicy sweet, but not cloying. No pistachio though, and not animalic in any ways.
edit: I liked Sorbetto Rosso, but this is better because it is a bit more grown up.

Shinder13

I love the freshness of this scent. But unfortunately I CANNOT smell it on me after 5 mins. This has never happened to me before with any of my 40 or so fragrances and I am perplexed. I bought this at the Davidoff counter of a department store and that rules out it being a fake. I don't know what to make of it. Is it my nose? Maybe I'm only able to get the top notes and then am somehow anosmic to the middle and base notes.

raiza1990

Run wild is fresh, soft and slightly sweet. It’s pleasant but a bit too shy for me. I like the male version better.

Tamago37

What a fun surprise: on me this smelled exactly like Fuzzy Peach from The Body Shop! Delicious, fruity, juicy and green!

LudkaK

Just got my parcel a few minutes ago. It was a blind buy as I usually love their frags and I was not able to test it anywhere. First impression is good - I can definitely smell white flowers, not sure about pistachio yet. I will update silage and longevity once I had a chance the wear it for longer. But so far I'm not disappointed.

Update: as this is EdP I've expected better longevity and silage, but I had to reapply during the day. Lasted on me for max 3 hours. Later on as a skin scent but when freshly applied I got many compliments.

TRY TRY TRY TRY TRY TRY TRY TRY !!!!!!!

I want it so badly!

The notes look very intriguing. Would suck if it sucks.
