Best from Armani perfumes, superior to even their most hyped “private line” rouge malachite. Not sure why they discontinued… I used to get so many compliments. A jammy orange blossom, with almond and a colgoney vibe while remaining sweet. It was heavenly.

Anyways tanger by ormonde Jayne is the closest thing I’ve found to this. The notes might not look the same and the fragrantica reviews seem completely different, but I’m very experienced with both fragrances. Try that if you cannot find a bottle of this. It’s not exact, it more unisex but same vibe.

I would go as far as to layer tanger with girl of now by Ellie Saab and u would get the scent even more similar.

Aeternitas

Oh my…
They were actually able to make the original better with this one.
The OG Code is my signature, and out of curiosity I got a sample of Cashmere. It’s divine, and I wish I hadn’t missed this flanker when it came out.
It’s still Code, but smokier and sweeter, as if it were crossed with just a dash of Hypnotic Poison.
Perfection.

Moonshine_Strawberries

I got my “version” of this from a company called MIRIS because it’s been discontinued so long there’s no good way to sample it.

Initially it was super sweet and smelled like a bath & body lotion a freshman in high school would receive as a stocking stuffer. But it evolved & I’m really into it.

No perfume has reminded me as much of music festivals as this. Patchouli notes alone never stir up that memory, nor incense notes. But maybe it’s the combo, & I think maybe it’s the most “accurate” insence note I’ve smelled. There’s something about its sweetness that adds to bringing up that memory too, & I can’t quite put my finger on it.

All in all this is beautiful & unique, & sexy in a classy way. Not worth what it goes for on eBay now but definitely worth buying a dupe of!

fragheadny

I agree with brendajoyce. This has a very similar jasmine to Alien. Though this fragrance feels more nuanced. This is a sweet and creamy jasmine with an edge from the leather/suede in the dry down. I love both Alien and Code Cashmere and I think they differ enough to warrant owning both.
Edit: After wearing this again for the first time in awhile, I forgot how much I love the incense in the dry down. It is the perfect amount of spicy/earthiness mixed in with the softness of the almond milk and jasmine. Smells like someone wearing a beautiful ultra-feminine perfume in a metaphysical store lol. Love love love.

brendajoyce

This definitely has an Alien vibe. I used to wear Alien quite a few years ago, and it’s been years since I smelled it. But as soon as I sniffed Code Cashmere the scent memory of Alien came back to me clearly. I didn’t remember the perfumer for either, so on a hunch, I checked. And sure enough, Dominique Ropion helped to create both.
It’s not as strong and almost overwhelming as Alien. I quit wearing Alien when I got pregnant and nauseous, and unfortunately that completely ruined Alien for me forever. Any woman who’s ever been pregnant and nauseous will know what I’m talking about.😏
But cashmere is softer and enough of its own scent , that I can enjoy it, even though I catch whiffs of Alien.
Cashmere was a recent blind buy that turned out really well for me.

Sweetfemme

Regarding the comment below, I love this fragrance but I really don’t like l’interdit rouge.

disintigratedwoman

To my nose, this one bears strong similarities with Givenchy's l'Interdit Rouge - both open with a strong grapey jasmine note, grounded with a warm fuzzy base. For anyone sad about Armani Code Cashmere being discontinued, I'd strongly recommend checking out l'Interdit Rouge (which is an equally stunning scent, with really incredible longevity).

iuliagabriela

A sweet and heady floral elixir layered over suede and powdery almonds. Code Cashmere is a perfume with presence and personality - so, naturally, it has been discontinued. I get a hint of the intoxicating grape candy of L'Interdit, but this is creamier and cozier - it feels like a warm hug, but in the same time it's sexy and mysterious. Sillage and longevity are great - if you can find it, get it!

eelii

I think this is lovely, but I made the big mistake to over spray it once and it definitely filled the room and gave me a big headache. I never wore it again after that.

Also, I used to wear it this when I first started dating my husband.. He really liked it, but for me now it reminds me too much of my younger self that used to go to parties a lot and tried to look wilder than I actually was. I wish I could still enjoy it as much as I did, but it’s simply too connected to a part of me that I don’t relate to anymore, I guess.

(Btw I’m not saying this is a “let’s go party!!” kind of fragrance, that’s just the memory connected to that part of my life. I actually see it more as an intimate date night scent.)

ZaiGK

Does anyone get the spicy note on initial spray? When I sprayed it, it was a spice bomb which then settles to a more tolerant and unique sweetness. I like it for its dry down so now I spray myself with this one hr prior to leaving the house so the dry down plays it’s magic

Cristina<3frg

They are not dupes, but this is very similar to Fame. It is as creamy, floral, sweet and cosy. I feel like a coconut cream in both, but without being sunscreen or very tropical.

Acrelune

To me, this is the best substitute for Alien. Let me explain:
Alien is an absolutely gorgeous perfume (well, for some), but is unfortunately way too popular and worn by too many people. So much so that smelling it doesn’t really make you feel anything nowadays, it’s just “another one wearing Alien”.

This gives the same vibe and energy as Alien without resembling it all that much. It’s also a tad classier, and I personally prefer this one.

It’s really annoying though that many of my favourite perfumes are discontinued.

Armani, please bring this back.

Tested on a paper. Not for me. Being a fan of the original Armani Code, and addicted to Armani Code Satin, I was not attracted by Armani Code Cachemire. Probably because I don't like iris and even less the incense. Yet, I love almond, leather and orange blossom.

This perfume has a lot of character, and a huge projection, best worn by a woman who wants to assert herself. I also don't find it too sweet to my nose unlike most people; I find Armani Code and Armani Code Satin much sweeter (which I personally prefer!).

Can they pleaseee bring this back. Nothing compares

Armani Code Cashmere opens as if it's Armani Code edp and Dior Homme Intense's child. Armani Code's vanilla-orange flower DNA is easily detectable but there's also this darker, slightly masculine thing that reminds me of Dior Homme Intense. it has the same iris and I was shocked to see iris isn't among the most rated notes because it's all about iris on me.
I love almond and heliotrope but I can't detect these notes. yes there's something nutty and yummy like almond milk in it's drydown but not the dominant almond I was expecting. there is leather, not a car tyre-ish leather. not a dirty leather. it's a soft and elegant leather which even a leather hater like me can appreciate it. the first time I tried it I thought this should have been the Trinity in Matrix's perfume.
Armani Code Cashmere is like a more complex, more special Armani Code with a deep, dark mysterious vibe. a true night/cold weather perfume.
My bottle is five years old and it lasts 6 hours max on me and the sillage is moderate when first applied. I remember it used to be very long lasting so maybe I should blame my perfume's age. anyways I really hope Armani brings it back because it would be a shame to see such a perfect perfume isn't produced anymore

Aigner_Again

I wasn't impressed at the beginning. I may sound vain, but I started to like it more after I noticed the impact it does to other people ) It turns heads like crazy wherever I go. And it's very long lasting.

shannfernando

To me, this one had to sit for a while, as I've said below. As soon as I got it (thanks darling fiance, I love my gift!), I sprayed it on, and I was a little underwhelmed as I expected to get way more of the deeper, smokier notes. But I was getting an overwhelming dose of orange blossom. So much so that it smelled almost identical to JPG Classique Essence. Then, I let it sit for a while in my perfume cupboard and by a while, I mean a couple of days or maybe a little over a week. After letting it sit, HELLO HELIOTROPE!

I get suede, incese and so so much almond. This is stunning now and just what I envisioned!

I am head over heels in love!

shannfernando

My initial thoughts on this were the same as @WeirdHoney21. But then I let it sit in my closet for a few days. Then when I used it, it had completely changed.

Yes the grape-like orange blossom is still there but in no way does it overpower the composition anymore. It’s just the opening.

Then it becomes a creamy powdery smoky almond and leather than I cannot get enough of, with the grapey orange blossom so far at the back begging to be allowed one last curtsy!

But it’s really the nutty smoky tones which are dominating the stage! What a tragedy that this perfume got discontinued!

If you find this and buy it, and it comes off too grapey-orange blossom like to you, let it sit for a few days.

InfamousYuna

This is super long lasting with a wide sillage on me. Beginning is jasmine heavy and I’ve been told almost grape soda-ish by some. Then goes into a sweet nutty powdery stage. Ends with a deep vanillic feeling, slightly smoky and beautiful. This was my signature for a year or so and I live in az. Fav season would be during the cooler months while wearing a leather jacket. The flowers seem more toned down then. On my 2nd bottle. I wouldn’t wear this around scent sensitive people cuz it’s BIG. Sprayer is hard for me to do a tiny squirt lol. 🤷♀️

divinite

This is really good, and Im surprised that there’s no comparisation to D&G The only one Intense (!) I can’t almost tell them apart. I prefer this over D&G tho. D&G is a bit cloying, this would be the light (but better) version.

Jernê Knowles

Without a doubt, a very wonderful perfume that calls for a cold night, a pair to enjoy the best between the parties, love and love without time to end! Well built and magnanimous in the same olfactory line of its ascendant "Big Code", only with a woody touch, of course!

Floral and dirty opening, with nuances reminiscent of a wedding decorated with bouquets of noble flowers; there is something here that refers to innocent but determined women, an aroma reminiscent of lingerie, with washed woman's hair and the touch of a woman's skin that takes care of herself.

In the drydown it smells like chestnut milk, that is, an oily touch with resinous memories that are kind of bittersweet and satisfyingly cozy. There is a balsamic floral touch here that is combined with a sweet touch that is not childish or gourmand, but a superior sweet that enhances the previous dirty touch of the fragrance.

In the end it becomes a fur coat on fur, yes, it has an odor of freshly washed fur, but in my opinion/skin, it should last with its initial projection here too, in view, stay close and somewhat intimate . I can smell a smoky leather smell, the Chestnut smell still lingers, a smoky odor, but in the line of chipped, for referring to seriousness.

Very approved, however, to be sure of success, one must know how to choose the occasions where to use it, only!

coffeebean83

First off, most of the notes are among my favorites. It does have a bit of a masculine edge to it and could be unisex imo. The almond milk with the base of leather & suede mixed with the incense & patchouli comes across as a earthy, slightly dirty caramelized brown sugar(very amberish) on me. Potent & almost syrupy sweet earthiness. The warmth of this fragrance calls for cool weather but screams fall the most. This would be my 4th consideration for sig scent(yes, I have a list) and would be probably even higher but for it's lack of performance. I get about 4-5 hrs out of this on good days. I still love it but if a perfume doesn't last it can bring even the most loved scents down in my esteem. Because of that it's undecided if I'd repurchase. Which maybe a plus because I'm not even sure how available this is anymore.

Zethre

Foolishly perhaps, I was hoping for something that actually smelt like Cashmere or wool. This is buckets of heavy jasmine, slightly artificial to my nose compared to jasmine absolute. Not what I expected. Not for me.
Massive sillage. Great if you love heavy jasmine scents

Jonafree

Wearing Code Cashmere, I imagine myself in night cafe with low lighting, curled up on a plush leather couch, sipping cocoa, snuggled beneath a blanket with the person I love best in the world.

It is a forceful yet elegant feminine scent from start to finish. The last remaining bit of dry-down smells like eastern incense, which I adore. This is my favorite fragrance.

Rober7a

Ugh, my signature 🥰❤ It was love at first sniff, I remember smelling my empty sample like a maniac, now I own this and I've grown to appreciate it even more since then. I'm still in denial about it's discontinuation, I think they'll bring it back, it's just too good. It's like caramel made from flowers. It's sweet, in a dark and intoxicating way. It's sexy, sensual, seductive, if this was a color, it would be purple, which is my favorite color too, so the look of the bottle really suits this. Sometimes I just take the bottle and keep smelling the cap, it's cozy and addictive. This creates the most beautiful trail, it lasts for hours too. It's just perfect, my dreams are made of this scent. 💜❤💜

weirdhoney21

All I get is grape soda from this! I think my sample may have gone off but I'm not sure. It's tooth-achingly sweet and floral. I don't detect much almond. I wish this wasn't discontinued so I could test in person to get a more accurate picture of the fragrance :(

cucumber5012

so warm, cozy, sweet; perfect for fall or winter. almost too sweet? love the musky/incensy notes though. 9.5/10

misskaylapaige

This is quite lovely. The classic Armani code didn't quite work for me, leaned too floral on my skin. This is similar to it but with a warmer softer touch. I definitely see what people mean when they say it has a "grape" vibe, almost like a hint of grape jolly rancher or grape soda mixed into the Almond warmth.

Also is very similar to Elie Saab Girl of Now

If anyone would like to purchase a decant send me a message.

mirrorghost

this one starts with a smoky almond milk and iris. it's definitely warm and soft like cashmere. i don't seem to get much leather in this, but perhaps a subtle suede and a hint of jasmine, but it's primarily a smoky almond/iris/incense. very pretty and cozy for winter.

Mikaisallovertheplace

To me, this is ultimate “Netflix and chill” perfume 😂 it’s sweet, warm and sensual in a very classy way. But that’s all it is to me at least. Not interesting or intriguing enough to be worn out or regularly. But I have to admit it’s a perfect blend of nutty almond and white floral

Lk01

I’m selling a 75ml bottle (70ml left) of this if your interested just message me:)

luciferrrsam

I vividly remember this being the only perfume sample I got from Sephora that I enjoyed when I was 14. super super sweet & tend to like anything with an almond note. smells like candy & I love it!

Sheylor.Oliver

To me, this was over hyped. Don’t get me wrong - it’s a lovey powdery almond fragrance but it’s definitely not something you should spend the inflated price for. I got mine for $90 and if I would have tried it first, I wouldn’t have bought it.

ScentFan2021

One of the most delicious perfumes I have ever smelled.

angeliquealice

A sweet, nutty white floral with good staying power. I adore absolutely anything with intense almond, so this is a winner for me! The smoky incense/leather/suede base keeps it from being too syrupy in my opinion. I didn't get the grape that others mentioned, though. However, why buy this when you can have Elie Saab Girl of Now for half the price? I wasn't trying them side by side, but to my memory it was almost identical.

Lalouve<3

I managed to find the discontinued cashmere (as well as the satin) locally a few weeks ago. I had read and seen youtube reviews comparing them and saying that the satin is entirely gourmand , that cashmere is more on the flowery side and blah blah blah...

I will tell you one thing. Cashmere is the indisputable winner between those two.It is more refined, it lasts and projects better and where satin smells old-fashioned and a bit synthetic/ bug sprayish (not too much thankfully but noticeable to my nose) and artificial gourmand, cashmere kicks its poor satin ass! it is elegant, it actually smells gourmand, classy and on my skin I also get a cocoa/chocolatey vibe underneath (probably the almond combined with other notes, who knows?).

I am wearing it in really hot summer Mediterranean weather (heatwave in fact), and it doesn;t clash with the weather, it blooms, it envelopes you in its comforting aura and it is beautiful and yummy! This is a very well blended perfume that projects, lasts and stays amazing throughout its duration which is looooong! It projects without being in your face, it hugs, it envelopes, it creates an amazing intoxicating aura around you. This one, is a hard LOVE!

caitlynrhea95

"Oomph" is how I wanted to start this review. My goodness this is a beautiful combination 😍 I went to a different shoppers drug mart to mail a package and (of course) HAD to check out the fragrance section. I have heard such amazing things about the original Armani code for women I wanted a spritz on a card to walk around the store with. At the last minute I asked for the Cashmere version on a card as well. This one had the same "beautiful business women getting a close on a sale" vibes but sweeter. Its mysterious but bright. Charming and charismatic. Bold and beautiful. Elegant yet coy. I bought this today and its already made its way near the front of my collection. I see alot of ratings have it as a winter scent but I feel it could be worn any season. Its not a citrusy upbeat summer scent, don't get me wrong. Its enchanting and for a late night walk with a cute man, while wearing a flowy black dress and heels.

I would not see this suitable for a teenager, but perfect for later 20s and above. I dont drink but this would be a red wine full of character.

Beautiful scent. Excited to explore more similar.

Erica.Cass

Gorgeous orange blossom and almond sexyness! Sweet, sexy, warm, comforting, yet a little mysterious.

LeSucreRose

I was able to find this at a reasonable price from an online retailer abroad. It was a blind buy, but the notes told me I would love this and I absolutely do. It reminds me of the original Mania Armani Women (black box and cap), which I LOVED in high school / college and have now since ordered as well on ebay. My only critique of this is I want more leather!

MadamShea

I almost missed out on this one because I haven't see many reviews from the locals. Boy was I missing out!

You see, we don't have winters here. Only dry and wet seasons.

But one spray and I get taken into a cabin with a lit fireplace, hot choco, and warm cookies.

I don't even know where I am, or why I'm in that cabin. I live in the tropics!!!

Turns out, I looooove almond and nutty scents on my skin. It just complements my scent so much that I forget others might be overwhelmed with the scent if I spray too much.

This feels like a winter vacation home I rented through Airbnb.

StillJuliaGayle

Whenever I wear this, I am reminded of Leonard Cohen's "Suzanne". There is that line about Suzanne feeding her lover tea and oranges from China and this scent takes me right to that scene: the orange note is heady, you can almost feel a moist fragrant slice in your hand; the milky almond sweetness evokes the steamy cup of frothy tea that I visualize on her kitchen table. Sensuous and dreamy.

RRHouse

Armani Code Cashmere- I found Armani Code Cashmere on clearance at Kohl's last weekend 2/6/21, and I was excited to try it. It opens with a strong, appealing projection of orange blossom and jasmine sambac who’s natural intensity is quickly grounded by the velvety almond milk. Next, sexy soft suede presents itself, creating an inviting cozy mood. The orange blossom and sweet jasmine level out after about 2 hours and the sweet almond milk marries all the notes with its luscious creaminess. Yum. This is gorgeous and sexy, warm and approachable. I keep smelling myself throughout the day. Powdery iris and heliotrope keep this feeling fresh. The mysterious smoky incense and faint patchouli, only perceptible after dry down, add interest and depth.
Rating: 9/10. A mature, moderately sweet gourmand/floriental.
Compliments: 8/10. Men & women like this fragrance. It's not offensive.
Projection: 7/10; Silage: 6/10; Application: 4 atomizations ; Performance: 8/10. Very good, 8 hours.
Season: Winter, fall, daytime or nighttime; Occasions: Casual fall/winter day wear, outdoor gatherings, ski holidays, casual dates.
Gender: Female/ unisex; Ages: 25+
Blind-Buy: No, sample it first.

nadia11

Reading about this fragrance notes i really want this !! Can't wait to buy it :)

Laralaritaaa

I’ve never tried the OG code or any other Code Flanker to get an actual comparison. I blind-bought this beauty based on the reviews. This is definitely the warm and cozy scent. It opens with a very grapey Jasmine, I don’t really hate the opening but I don’t love it either. The true beauty of this perfume comes when the middle and base notes appear. The almond milk note combined with Heliotrope is beautiful... so tender and yummy. You can definitely smell the suede and incense too.
Now when it comes to performance, I would say based on the reviews I expected a bit more. Sillage is big the first two hours but it declines pretty quickly, becoming a skin scent by 3 hours. Longevity on skin is about 5 hours max. It still manages to get me compliments. Smells better on winter.

AlexandraTroush

Oh my, this is delicious! I only just got it yesterday and I'm already tempted to get a back-up!

This is sweet, but not toothachingly sweet, and very comforting and warming. There's a slight bitterness to balance the sweetness, and it almost gives me Hypnotic Poison vibes (not by smell, but by feeling, it's the same kind of gourmand for grown-ups). I want to bathe in it and never be without it. This is what I wanted Girl of Now to be (and it never delivered), a nutty yum. Oh lord, this is so delicious!

NiceSmellingTeen

This is just goregeous. It is so warm, slightly powdery, it invokes people to come closer.Has something addictive and intoxicating about it. On my skin it lasts all day. I got it recently and wore it only twice and I have already gotten two compliments. And after a long day my friend said that she can't believe that she can still smell my perfume while all of her's evaporate in 2 seconds. :D So yes longevity is amazing, and it leaves a beautiful trail. It is for colder days imo and it really does feel like a beautiful warm cashmere scarf. Love it. <3

Read this if: "You're thinking of buying the discontinued Code Cashmere."
Before I start, I just wanna ask why fragrantica changed the style of the site? I hate changes, it looks like a little bit 'too much'. I could perfectly do my work with the previous features, plus they were way more minimalistic/simple! Anyway...

So, after checking all the editions of codes, almost all, I ended up liking more Cashmere. There's a huge wave from YouTubers mention it everytime in the 'man killer perfumes' or keep only 10 for life. For a strange reason I always return and enjoy more the classics because in the end no one can mess with the original. I didn't like it at first, it's like a statement, talking about the very first EDP pour femme in case you didn't get it, but lately I started appreciating it in a way I wanna buy a bottle of 30 ml. The only reason it keeps me sceptical is that it's a bit heady and the sillage is poor. That warm touch of ginger & honey around the star note of orange bloss is something I just can't ignore. To fulfil my need I bought the shower gel and it's veeery good.

Satin vs Cashmere, yes, this is the first question you ask to yourself. Sorry if this sounds heartbreaking for those who have Satin as a signature, but there are perfumes out there that perfect in a better way notes like praline, cocoa and sorbet pear. It may opens like a blast of confidence, but there's a synthetic molecule that supposed to help with sillage/lasting power but it reminds me of a bug repellent. Let's say that it's formula is way more sensitive and remember it was from the first editions to be discontinued quit fast. Well, about Cashmere fans, you thought I will leave you like this? Cashmere is an upgrade of the original formula, it starts the same way as Satin, it's way 'smoother' but it last waaay longer. I would give another chance to Satin though but I have to admit although I don't believe in perfumes according to seasons, the Code line works perfectly in colder and dry temperatures. Also, I wanna add how confusing can be for some people editions like Luna or Luna eau sensuelle EDT that are 90% the same, or let's say came again later on market as Turquoise. There's no reason to comment about the edition Absolue, with one word, boring. In the country I live right now, I can find every discontinued edition in a great price, this is the reason I am doing this 2nd review as I bought another 75 ml bottle of Cashmere. Ask me why although I haven't even reached 50% out of my first bottle and I won't be able to reply.

Does Cashmere worth the hype? Compared to all other editions, lasting power & sillage, yes, comparing it to other perfumes out there with similar notes/style, not so much. It starts almost the same like the original and very first EDP, the orange blossom (most attractive/best selling for women note) shines bright, this time without honey or spicy/fresh ginger kicks, it's like I am smelling the original in a hug of smoother, more powdery and kind of almond-y vibes. This time the perfume is less warm but more mysterious. Less peppy, more sexy. Immediately, the 'almond milk' starts to come out in a way it reminds me more of a synthetic sweet coconut note that it's mixed with the jasmine in it's heart. Later on, I can't detect a single note like before, I am getting a mixture of something fresh/a bit smokey but not incens-y, the almond note now is more like a marzipan, that leather/animalic vibes to me is more like a touch of suede smell. I still remember the first time I smell it, how quickly Poison Girl EDP from Dior came in mind, exactly same notes (bitter orange, almond, vanilla) and if you ask me which do I prefer, sorry but Poison Girl, it's more clearly sexy and dark, plus it's transforming till it ends up to the best vanilla ever. Let's see when they will reformulate it like most Dior best sellers. Finally, another perfume it comes in mind is La nuit tresor-A la folie EDP from Lancome but without the fruity-red currant note. Moreover, I find Cashmere kind of unisex. About it's lasting power and sillage, I've already said I am happy with them. It 'stains' clothes easily, I slept an hour with only 2 sprays from it that I applied on neck earlier this afternoon and now the blanket became Code Blanket. All in all, I like it but as I mentioned once again, there are perfumes that can replace it and heal your broken heart (talk about those that had it as a signature). I will end up by saying how I respect it's uniqueness and that the older we go to the past, the better perfumes we have.

I got myself a sample of Armani Code Cashmere after lured by good review I read here. I don't hate the original flanker of Armani Code, I am just avoiding it because I found it similar to Dior Addict. Hoping Cashmere is different, I wore it to work yesterday and I found it resemble of Armani Code a lot. The different is Cashmere has sweeter gourmand notes compared to warm original Code. I am actually expecting spicier and warm notes like benzoin, cinnamon or pepper notes to warm up the perfume like a cashmere blanket. Nevertheless, Cashmere has great staying power (12 hours on me), good projection for 6 spray from vials and good sillage too. I will not buy a bottle for myself as Cashmere remind me of the original plus some vibe from Lancôme Hypnose, so its not a masterpiece.

giakerr

Code Cashmere smells like grape soda jasmine in the same vein as Alien with some orange blossom syrup. It has a milkier base than the original code, like almond milk and a touch of powdery iris. The white flowers dominate and drown out any heliotrope for me, but there’s a lactonic vanilla sweetness in the base. I’m not getting any leather or suede, either. There’s a very subtle smokiness in this, and in combination with the jasmine, it really does smell like grape shisha hookah smoke (like the reviewer below me pointed out). The sweet and milky elements tame the jasmine’s intensity-I’m not a huge fan of Code or it’s flankers, but I like this one!

Sweetfemme

The only Armani scent Iooooovvee! It’s sweet and sexy very seductive! On my skin i can smell the notes listed above but then it changes to someone completely different. It smells very grape like on my skin, like grape incense mixed with grape hookah smoke (yes I know grape isn’t a note but it definitely turns grapey on my skin even others said I smell like grape hookah) I love it so much! Very strong and lasts all day on me until I wash it off!

Kronstadt

Really surprising scent. It’s certainly deeply connected to the Armani code line and that distinct DNA. You can tell it’s an Armani Code. But Armani Code Cashmere is without a doubt the best of the line for women. Subtle incense and leather with bright openings of orange blossom and jasmine abound, with almond milk creating a blanket across all the notes. It’s a real magic trick by Armani and this creaminess is what Separates Cashmere from the other Code offerings and its closest non-house relative, Alien (its very different from this classic, but shares a personality). I really enjoy Cashmere and if Armani have deleted it from their range, then that’s a shame.

Science&Scents

There's something about the Code DNA that's nauseating to me. I LOVE orange blossom so I'm not sure what my problem is with this (or the original, for that matter).

It's thick, sweet and powdery...cloying all the way. I think it's the almond milk/orange blossom combo? Also, I don't get suede or leather much--at least, not as much as I was expecting. I was kind of expecting a white floral version of the pre-reformulation Valentino Donna, I guess, but this ain't it. It is loud, I'll give it that; took a while to scrub it off.

I hope I'm not offending anyone. This should have been a slam dunk. So bummed.

Gypsy French

This has been my signature scent ever since it came out in 2017. I have never gotten so many compliments from stranger regarding a perfume I'm wearing. Code cashmere is just plain beautiful! There is something about the suede-leather-almond milk-heliotrope-incense combination that is just to die for and leaves you craving more. One sniff is just never enough and it lasts 8-10 hours on my skin. How they could discontinue such an amazing scent is baffling. Stock up while you can still find it at a decent price.

terigurl

So I have the original Armani Code and love it. I've been wanting to try this one but with no luck because I can't find it anywhere. Last night I was browsing through the facebook Marketplace and someone was selling a 1.7 fl oz for $15!!!! She lived 10 min from my home. I snagged it up real quick and OMG, this fragrance is a gem! Full bottle too. It smells sweet, milky, and I do smell the suede and leather which rounds out this fragrance. And it's beastmode. One spray to the wrist and I can still smell it 5 hours later.

JanioScents

my GF somewhat like this stuff, i just wish i can find this one in the department store or online... it just smelled amazing 10/10 for Women.

Chao

The best of the best. When it comes to perfection this one wins. The most classy and sophisticated perfume of all times. Armani Code for women reaches this perfection but this one is out of space. Applause for the creators! I love it.

mimircks

My daughter blind-bought this for me since she wanted to buy me a gift & didn't want to just give me money. So,after watching a frag video in which I added ALL of them to "my list," she called & I told her ANY thing in (sent!) video. She surprised me w/Armani Cashmere. STOP. EVERYTHING!! This. Is. Bomb. OK?! Notes are already mentioned so I will just say that this vibe is nouveau-riche-brunette who throws amazing dinner parties, gives fab gifts, children love to snuggle up to her & remark how good she smells, and partner LIVES for their "date nights!" That's what I got. Right now, I'm on the dry-down(5hrs), I'm getting LUXE, sophistication & elegance. This is DEF a safe, sexy blind buy if you're still on the fence about this one. Unfortunately, heard rumors that this was discontinued..? So...

Blushpinkpeonies

This is so delicious and sexy. I layered it with a little bit of Carolina Herrera Good Girl and oh my god is it yummy. From the first blast of that vibrant grape-y jasmine and orange blossom, to the warm and cozy almond dry down, I love it soooo much!! The hazy incense accord is a beautiful touch. Sweet but not necessarily gourmand. So good. It’s a shame if this is discontinued.

nurism96

how gorgeous is this...❤️ it definitely has the Armani Code DNA but then you have that almond and cashmere note that makes it so special. It is sexy as hell. A perfect night time scent.

brightflashes

I was excited to try this Code flanker as it didn't have any vanilla in it and seemed safe enough. As soon as I sprayed this on, I was sorely disappointed. Here's the deal: I don't do milk of any kind. I had somehow overlooked that this had Almond milk in it when I ordered the sample. I'm SURE that many people would absolutely love this fragrance in the same way that many people love vanilla. I just don't.

To me, this smells like spoiled milk either left in a hot car or on a micro suede sofa. I waited for it to settle, dry, and endured it for several hours before deciding that enough was enough. If I had known that it was almond milk and not almond, I wouldn't have ordered it. I did feel that I needed to try it out since I had it. And since I did, I feel that I owe it to anyone out there who made the same mistake to write up this review.

--> If anyone wants a scentbox deluxe sample of this, PM me and we can work something out. I refuse to throw this out as it's discontinued and I know tonnes of people would appreciate any extra juice they could get.<--

Palmer Eldritch

Every perfume influencer, big and small, on the internet raved about this perfume all throughout 2019 and 2020. Now they go and discontinue it without warning.

Can't find it anywhere.

What is the marketing team at Armani fragrances thinking?

MariaMy

Hello lovelies

I literally just deleted this as I was about to save it ..
don’t you hate that!

Ok so this is basically a safe blind buy.

If Armani code is - winter date night 9/10
& Armani Satin is - autumn winter day or night 9/10
Armani cashmere is - spring/ Autumn 🍂 /winter Day or night 9/10
The most youthful of the lot...
age range 15-65 compared to Armani Code Original 25+

It’s fresh in the opening due to the Orange Blossom
And the woody amber dry down makes it sexy

Scent: Sweet/fresh spice / woody/ boozy 8/10

noura148

I finally got this today, from first spry, very delicious, I smell Chocolate in this it could also be the Almond, very smooth and rich, its sweet, Jasmine is definitely there. I wore it today and got a compliment
I'm really happy I added this to my collection, i feel I'm going to use this all the time now.

Hurricane_Hilda

I wanted to like this. I love the brand and I love the original btw. Sighs this is a beast mode perfume ohhh people are going to smell you honey. Only thing is I’m happy I didn’t purchase the whole bottle, I have the sample and I don’t like it . I don’t like it ... makes me Nauseous. That almond note is very strong. It is super sweet as described. I’m someone who owns la ve Este belle la clat ... pink sugar ...bella donna born in Roma ...daisy love ... libre etc so I love a sweet perfume ... I just did not did not like this one. I sprayed on my hand and could not wait to wash it off.

noura148

Is this being discontinued?? I don’t find it anywhere anymore not even online!

ekowala7

Out of my current collection, this is the one I've known and loved the longest. This perfume smells like a combination of the first breathe of fall air, mixed with a sweater out of the dryer when you used a vanilla dryer sheet, mixed with caramel.

It is my favourite fall cozy perfume, sprayed on wearing a big white jumper, jeans and a wool coat OH MY GOODNESS.

I love strong fragrances and this doesn't disappoint - though this may be too strong for some people.

If you want a safe blind buy, and like warm, strong scents, you absolutely can't go wrong.

Longevity is good 8-10 hours, even more on clothes and silage is strong.

Overall: 7/10

EDIT 08-08-2021 I finished both bottles of these - since my review last year. And I surprised myself by preferring the Satin. So update to this review, Satin #1, Cashmere, close #2. Both are gorgeous, but that sweet, girly warmth from Satin (while yes, perhaps more 'basic') is more versatile in my real life. The almond in the Cashmere tires me out after a while. But I never grow tired of the chocolate-vanilla-praline goodness of Satin.

Kon-nos91

For a very strange reason, I wanted to add a bottle of Armani Code to my collection. I never liked the original EDP that is a very feminine, fresh and citrusy signature.

Believe it or not, it gives me the vibes of masterpiece D&G Light Blue, just way more 'sexy' & 'full'. I will never forget the day I was searching for completely different perfumes, but I couldn't stop smelling the paper where they gave me with Cashmere on it. That 'almond milk' note attracted me as it was the era of Dior's Poison Girl EDP that is already on my top 5. You don't want me to tell you that I threw immediatelly the paper with Satin after all this.

So, by trying to decide which one to buy, Cashmere or Satin, you will be surprised but I feel like I should have chose Satin. All of the editions (even Turquoise) are reminiscent of the original that is something we all have to repsect, with a different star note that gives that nice twist. Satin is more gourmandise or at least it stays more sweet as time goes by when Cashmere returns to the original step by step. Armani stays loyal to his clients but believe it or not, all of the editions are started to be removed silently from the market. Though, you can still find some bottles here and then in case you still want one of them to your collection.

Let's analyze my latest purchase. I chose Cashmere because Satin had a strange synthetic note that looks like it pushes the others for a greater sillage. The closer I smell it, the more noticeable it is. This 'note' that is similar to an aerozol that kills insects doesn't miss from Cashmere too. Anyway, I don't want to be rude but in the end who cares? It's my truth. You have to excuse me for mentioning both (Satin + Cashmere) as they are very similar and I can assure you they will both attract lots of compliments. Well, not for a long time as sillage on skin should have been way better and it is compared to the original, thank God. Oh, that cacao-sorbet-candied orange cloud of Satin...Please stop me from buying a bottle of it soon.

I didn't mention Poison Girl for fun. That combination of citrus-bitter almond-heliotrope is a winner! Dior 'invented' it earlier 2016 (I should use the verb perfect it) and Armani just did his try with Cashmere 2017. If you ask which one is sexier, Cashmere will be the answer or 50-50 as we all have our tastes, but if you ask which one has the better performance, Poison Girl would win without even trying! All in all, Cashmere is a good floriental perfume with medium to heavy sillage with a kind of weak lasting power, ideal for winter, more mature, more dark and way more versatile. I am getting a blast of orange blossom that even has 'fruity' instead of fresh character, innocent jasmine sambac that turns darker due to other floral notes, the perfect almond-heliotrope combination mentioned again above and an intriguing powedery, incens-y/suedish base that made me to buy it. Now that I am thinking about it, what really won me and I chose this instead of Satin is that Cashmere has an amazing 'sweetness' that is attracting without being gourmandise! Isn't this unique?

Give it a try!

disintigratedwoman

After reading so many rave reviews, I decided to purchase Armani Code Cashmere from Sephora (as a blind buy) and see what all the fuss was about.

When I first sprayed it, I was disappointed with the opening - it reminded me of Mugler’s Alien with its strong, grapey jasmine note.. and overall just came off as really strong and spicy with the patchouli mixed in.

About an hour later though, I finally experienced the cozy, almond cashmere middle everyone mentioned. I thought it was so beautiful, and decided this was a perfume worth keeping.

A few days have passed since then however and I’ve realized that despite the intriguing cashmere effect.. this perfume is too sweet and strong for my liking. It also doesn’t develop into anything overly special on my skin, especially compared to other perfumes I have.

Boyfriend (surprisingly) wasn’t a fan either, said it smelled “too strong”. So I will be returning it and will instead focus on enjoying my other ‘date night’ perfumes (like Lancome La Nuit Tresor, whose sweetness is much more balanced to me).

DarlingNikki

I stumbled across a tester of this at Ulta (along with Code Satin) and this one made me physically sick in a way that I haven't been since I first smelled Angel way back when. I came here to check the notes and I see why--almond, helitrope, orange blossom, and jasmine are all notes that make me gag to various degrees and to have them combined was a nightmare.

Jacklyn's Perfumery

This is such a sexy fragrance. It has the most beautiful cashmere creamy affect. You definitely smell incense with the orange blossom and jasmine sambac. This gives me Mugler Alien Essence Absolue vibes of that jasmine then thick vanilla dry down that last for hours. This is so powdery from the Iris yet smooth. And the suede, leather and patchouli are there but all blended together. This scent is so addictive because of the almond milk which reminds me slightly of hypnotic poison as well. I really love this so much it's worth a sniff. Longevity is so good 5-8 hours and sillage is incredible..the scent trail stays on this one for hours. Can't recommend it enough.

me.and.mrs.jones

WOW THIS IS SO INCREDIBLE AND STUNNING! I love love love love this scent. Armani Code Cashmere is seductive, sexy, warm, sweet, incense, strong, long-lasting and beautiful. She projects and will get you compliments. It smells like something a bad-girl would wear. Women and Men go Goo-Goo over this juice. My Husband could care less about fragrances but Honey, I sprayed this on and he looked at me and said "Babe, you smell delicious". I also got stopped in best buy, and the woman remarked "I need some of whatever you're wearing". This is not for the timid at heart, only wear this if you want to get noticed for your scent.

This is amazing, its so warm and ambery. Also there's something about Armani Code fragrances that remind me of the smell of soda. (is that weird?) I love it. Its perfect and its my second favorite perfume.

I consider this a night time scent, its way too sexy for day-time use, unless you're intentionally trying to seduce someone. Also, its Winter in the US and its perfectly suited for the colder months. Could be too strong for summer months, but I will test out the theory for myself.

Shout out to Jeremy Fragrance from Youtube, for the amazing fragrance recommendations.

reno_mcc

I bought this perfume because it smells just like Zebra gum, which gives off a nostalgic memory for me. People have also told me I smell like bubblegum when I wear this. When I first smelt it (and still today), I also get this like hippy-music festival vibe. It smells like a hot girl that goes to Coachella, wears daisy crowns, and does molly.

jayaboustany

I LOVE this perfume. I use it for winter date nights with my husband or for when I want to get extra close lol. It's so yummy in a non edible kind of way. Just fabulous.

TexasOrangeBlossom

The Armani website lists frankincense but not patchouli. That’s not how it’s listed here. I smell frankincense. Hmm...
This is a yummy, sexy fragrance. I’m a Code fan though.

ajjava

I've been on a fragrance TEAR since the beginning of September. Even before that, my bottles numbered in the hundreds. I've lost count of the number of samples I've ordered in the last two months.

I just received Cashmere today.

And I may finally be done (this time around) with the hunt.

It's strong, it's sexy and it's delicious. Just...wow.

CunningStunt

I'm surprised that pine isn't in the notes because upon first sniff I get a vanillary marzipan with warm pine sap on top. After five or ten minutes the woody scent dies down a bit and I get a creamy floral gourmand that isn't too sweet, this is grown woman territory. Sexy and mature without being stuffy or old fashioned. The drydown is sweet and powdery woody leather. It's well blended to the point that it's difficult to pick out specific notes which I love. It isn't just a cacophony of sweet vs bitter like a lot of newer scents turn out to be for me.
ACC is very unique and quite nice, no incense to speak of but I like it regardless. Very Christmasy and festive.
Picture a cozy but luxurious mountain cabin on Christmas eve, snow is falling and the fireplace is crackling. The tree is fresh and impeccably, tastefully decorated.. the other tree wilted and shed so much they threw it in the fireplace and bought another one. Everything is perfect now!
There's a crowd of a dozen or so that came for an intimate little party, drinking hard cider and eating decadent treats in their cashmere sweater dresses and designer suits while laughing and enjoying the anticipation of whats to come.. gifts or sexy time with a special someone. Why not both? Expensive perfume on warm skin, cold air, smoke from the fireplace, sugar cookies and fudge. And even though you've been a bad girl, Santa won't wanna leave 😘

menna81

I believe there is a magical juice inside this sleek bottle! Rich sweet powdery and leathery scent! Feminine and seductive lady would adore it! Very high quality!!

BettinaFox

Nice and unique oriental fragnance, quite long lasting and strong. BUT. It turns sooooo sweet on my skin (I dislike sweet scents on me). Used 1/3 of my bottle then sold it.

lmwimsatt

If Luna is the wintergreen then this one is the sarsaparilla

Sonyakaroliinaq

To me this is like Ysl Black Opium, i love love LOVE the scent, it's really pretty BUT it just doesn't last on my skin! Maybe like good 3-4 hours (black opium doesn't last even that) so if i want to use these fragrances i have to carry them with me at my purse and i dont like that...

Bee-young-ka

I work with a high turn over of public. I've never been a fan of this perfume, but a day wearing it goes like this.

"You smell great!".

Me: oh, do you think so? I don't really like this one..

"You smell nice".

Me: thanks, I am only wearing it to use it up

"Mmmh, you smell lovely"

Me: it’s an Armani Code but it’s not true to the line in my belief...

"hey, you smell great!"

(INTERNALLY //// OK PERFUME YOU WIN)

Scent 10/10

but In my opinion ....

"Nobody wants to hear it, we all like it"

Christina8910

I decided to give this fragrance a test drive as I debated whether to purchase the original Armani Code or go with another fragrance altogether.

I agree with Ptilda, the initial spray hints at the jasmine in Alien by Mugler (of which I am a rabid fan). The jasmine is dialed down by the sweet, milky, nuttiness of the almond. I love the sweet, come-hither vibe tempered by the naughty base notes of suede and incense. About 2 hours into the dry down I get a faint note of root beer and it is charming-- like a soft nudge rather than a kick to get noticed.

I can see why this fragrance is preferred in colder weather, however, it is the dead of summer and I'm walking about with my arm to my nose and sighing dreamily because Cashmere smells so darn good.

While I definitely get the DNA from the original Armani Code, I love Cashmere far more. This fragrance is unlike anything I own given the intense almond note, and I love that it isn't overwhelmed by fruit or other gourmand notes. I need this fragrance in my life.

ptilda

It's so weird that this scent performs completely different from one person to the next. When I sprayed it, I was immediately blasted by the Alien-esque jasmine. Sweet and tropical and bordering on fruity. That really claims the entire opening of the scent.

The almond doesn't really perform for me, sadly. It's there, but just a supporting player I feel, along with the leather and suede (also sad for me), though they are present more in the drydown.

But the gist of this scent is about a lovely sweet, powdery, fruity, floral scent with heart. And it's gorgeous. I'm testing it for the second time on a blisteringly hot day, and it is not cloying in the least. Just a lovely tropical bubble for me.

This is definitely one for the want list!

LizWords

It is a linear warm incense leather musky almond with a little bit of sweet in there version of the original Armani Code, this is the only flanker I've liked enough to keep through the years. The type of perfume you can toss in your purse to freshen up for a meeting or drinks after work. Very versatile and can be found at decent prices so I find it a convenient travel perfume.

Sammargaret1

I sprayed this today while shopping on my wrist. It smelt strongly of grape Mr. Freeze and transported me back to summer days as a kid. It warmed up after a few minutes and I could smell the almond and heliotrope. I agree with others that it’s a warm and inviting scent. It is very powerful and the silage is strong. I’m assuming it is very long lasting because I’ve washed my wrists now 4 times (while cooking) and I can still smell it. To me, it would be a nice date night scent.

justchillinxo

Perfect for the winter. Is this being discontinued, cause I see it missing from shelves here??

SundayGirl07

I was expecting something different than I smelled when I read 'cashmere' as I blind tested this but all I got was patchouli and incense. Which are not scents I enjoy. But for those of you who do like them, this would be right up your alley.

vlarya

Very linear sugary sweet nothing. Would not want to own it. It's about as complex as Aquolina. The bottle also looks dated and cheap.

croissant_pari

Armani Code Cashmere EDP is not bold nor sharp. It's rich and deep, cozy and welcoming. Also, I don't find it to have a layered smell development instead, it feels more like a cloud of all the elements listed above. It screams almond and suede in a powdery, smokey composition. Beautiful scent to be associated with.

cropduster

I'm a long time occasional lurker on here and perfume lover. Cashmere has compelled me to write my very first perfume review.

This perfume is out of this world! There is nothing else like it. Like no other perfume I get so many positive comments wearing this from peers and strangers. If this were a song it would be 'Smooth Operator' by Sade.

I find this to be the perfect date night or going out scent but I cannot help but wear this during the day on any given day because it just feels good to. I just spray less for day wear because you don't need a lot anyway.

All the bottles I have seen in dept. stores are more reddish like the AC Satin bottles and not so purpleish like in the stock photos.

dahrling

This is the softer, cozier, more sensual (as opposed to sexy) version of the original Code. It's also similar to Satin, but Satin is sexier like Code while Cashmere is more romantic, shy, feminine and tender. The common thread between them is the vanilla which is similar to the one in the other fragrances in this family, and also bears a resemblance to Dior's Addict. But this has a "softness" to it - it's loving not lustful, it's cuddly and delicate. "Cashmere" is definitely the right name for this one. It's comforting and perfect for fall/winter weather.

rivet6

I love it.It smells to me like grapes and incense with musk.Stays on all day.

huda_jubail

Perfect flancker I really love and respect this scent, it's cozy, powdery very feminine and decent.
The orange blossom is obvious which I really enjoy and it lifts the fragrance a little among all the other deep warm notes.
It reminds me a lot of (Emporio Armani Lei) which I love but since it's discontinued unfortunately, Armani Code Cashmere is a pretty replacement that they share the same vibe and powdery coziness.
I wear it in cold gloomy days only for its warmness.

justchillinxo

Way sweeter than code satin. Satin has some sort of balancing earthiness to it (probably the cocoa), whereas this was more marshmallows and vanilla.

anies

In my opinion this scent has something nauseating in it. Maybe its the almond. It also smells unpleasantly alcoholic. I was dissapointed in this. I expected it to be more dark and seductive than so sweet+alcoholic mess that it is for my nose.

musenkata

Similar to "Black Opium Nuit Blanche", but better - sweet, caramelish, soft, delicious, creamy. No leather here.

realmarkvon

Just something about this DNA. I'm a fan of the men's so, I walked over to the women's section just to see.

I smelled this version and loved it! It's feminine, and I would definitely enjoy smelling this on a woman.

LonailovesFragrance

Smells like the original with sweetness added . Smells good but it is strong . For clubbing or date, or winter night .

Lizzard

I wish this lasted longer.... compared to Code the longevity is pretty lame and tame. Disappointed

SailorV

So many reviewers mention the leather and suede notes in Code Cashmere, but to my nose, this is not so much a leather gourmand, but more of a lipstick gourmand.

In the opening, Code Cashmere smells like sugary sweet candied orange blossoms and bears a lot of similarity to other fragrances in the Armani Code line. They all use the same orange blossom note that is very distinctive to me.
Besides that, iris and almond are the strongest notes to my nose. The iris note in this is really waxy and powdery and makes me think of other lipstick-like fragrances (LSO, L‘Ange Noir etc.). I know that iris notes are often used to create a suede-like or feminine leather accord, so I guess this is what happens here and because of the sweetness it reads more like cosmetics than leather to me. Almond smells like a dessert cream in this, so it‘s not a dry scent.

For some reason I find the sillage of this fragrance a bit too sugary, but I like it more when I smell it close to my skin. I wish the base notes were stronger, this would profit from some darker notes in my opinion. It‘s a nice scent, but not really special to me.

avierra93

It smells Like a fresh urinal cake. I had initially really liked this drag and then I noticed it smelled familiar but couldn't figure out what exactly it could be. Then one day at work they had me clean the men's restroom and when I unwrapped a fresh urinal cake it hit me and I was so turned off from this fragrance and it's all I can smell now. It also smells a bit like the pink/blue public restroom liquid soap, which doesn't help much either. I suppose if you never smelled either of these before then this fragrance could smell soft and comforting

Swedelish

Code Cashmere helped me realize I can now wear and enjoy Code edp! I'm always aware of the orange blossom and jasmine in Cashmere as the original Code fingerprint is all over it. It is very sweet, but sweet doesn't always equate to gourmand. There's no marzipan or ground almond dessert thing happening for me, it's just Armani Code with sweet almond, heliotrope and vanilla. A bit powdery. It's not listed but I absolutely smell vanilla in the base. I wish the leather and incense were turned up but that's a preference issue, not taking away from the scent. Longevity is average, gives about 6 hours of decent wear. After that it's just a standard sweet designer base that is surprisingly soft until it fades away.

I like the twist they put on Code edp with this, but it's not a must for me. I think it can be worn year round if you love sweet perfumes, but best suited for cold weather. A nice fragrance.

lisaperfumeaddict

Not sure what it is with this perfume but it gave me an instant headache. I’m so glad I bought a tester first because although I think it smells lovely from the bottle I actually don’t get much once applied. My daughter asked if I was wearing perfume after cuddling me about twenty minutes after applying but didn’t comment that she liked it, no one else noticed though or commented. One I’ll be passing on.

balderco

One of my newest scents; I absolutely love this and consider it my sexiest scent, ideal for date nights and evenings out. Has that incredible Armani Code DNA but with an added softness and nuttiness that makes it feel warm, cozy and seductive. The original Armani Code was so strong it gave me an instant headache - this is like Armani Code with a warm sweater over top of it. (A cashmere sweater;). It was a toss up between this and the Satin; I chose this one because the staying power was much stronger than that Satin. Can't go wrong. Everyone loves it.

camden-girl

well i had this a few days now , its just soooo smooth, the cashmere name is bang on.
If you could put texture in perfume then this is warm cozy cashmere or maybe velvet, it has a fuzzy billowy feel , like sugar and eggs beaten till light and airy.

cashmere is goats wool, finer, stronger, lighter, softer than sheeps wool , the under side of the goats coat. Cashmere is usually good quality if its soft on the skin not itchy.
theres no itchyness here , its a pleasure to feel even on the skin, where i sprayed it on my arm the quality oils have sofened my skin and i smell a quite sweetened grapey scent with a fluffy / fleecy / fuzzy texture with a pleasing quality , shes got a lot of musk too and a touch of powder, sweet but oriental just lovely, this is one you wear for others , in the sense that because it's sweet sexy and so nice no one should dislike it, it will get you noticed in the best way.

This sexy perfume is quite loud you don't need much , and lasts many hours.
At first I thought it was quite soft but my husband kept smelling it hours after I sprayed it , you can spray more for a night out , less in the day , or if your like me a ton of it just going to the shops :)

Armani cracked it with this its easy to wear and adorable , it's quite sweet but not toothache sweet and it gets used and reached for so worth the money !
You never see part bottles hardly ever on eBay either,a sign no one parts with it much !!

Love it :) 10/10

jenniferg0924

I wanted to like this fragrance but it's way, way too sweet for me.

I don't like gourmand fragrances - most make me sick or give me a headache.

justchillinxo

Someone mentioned it is like a muted version of alien- I never realized this but very true!

camden-girl

cashmere first impressions ...
straight away this reminds me of ysl black opium, however i ended up giving
BO to my 12 year old daughter as it made me a bit queesy where it was soooo
sweet. Tooth ache sweet , nice enough and i even liked the coffee note in BO but it wasnt one id buy again.
This Armani code cashmere however is a little bit more complex, yes its a lot like BO but the florals and powdery dry down give this more layers and dimentions than BO.
so for me this is diffinatly superior to the somewhat similar BO.

A reviewer said this is velvety , yes ! it is , it has an adorable texture of velvet so cashmere i guess is quite fitting as its name ,this perfume is very warm , cuddly and powdery too which i love . my skin brings out the Almond milk i think and its so rich and the sambac jasmin is creamy, i keep getting a lovely steamy sweet rice type smell ? mixed in with soft powdery notes.

cashmere has heliotrope , something i love in lou lou too, not as much as in lou lou but enough to spot it , and that gives this a nice touch.
its deffinatly more gourmand than some perfumes so if you love a sweetie perfume this is right up your ally , however the florals peek out a tiny bit from the sweet almond notes giving interest , and this does lean oriental just a touch.

i found my bottle lasts a good few hours on my skin and it projects a medium amount , not as radiating as say dior hypnotic poison edp but enough to notice.
As a first impression this is a lovely aroma.
You will smell sweetly sexy and warm and femine too, enchanting even, beautiful perfume for a night out or cuddled up in bed !

Someone compared this with Code Satin, saying they were alike. To me it.s not the case. Satin is creamy like a box of chocolates, while Cashmere is quite floral after the almond note calms down when first sprayed. Very good projection and long lasting, interesting but it.s a bit weird due to the flowers. A great choice for someone into fresh and sweet fragrances. This one combines both qualities which is impressive

Blushpinkpeonies

Sexy and unique! It's vibrant jasmine candy with a warm almondy note. Super sweet, almost "grape-y" at times, like Alien edp. The dry down has a hint of incense and leather, but not too strong. I am not a big fan of patchouli, but I don't really get any patch at all from this thankfully. Cashmere somehow manages to be sweet, sultry, and cozy all at once. Sillage and longevity are decent. Also, expect compliments with this one! I think this is a great Code flanker. If you love Code or Code Satin, definitely try Cashmere. The purple bottle matches the scent quite well. Love!

PricklyAndHot

This fragrance rather reminds cashmeran note.
Catchy!

yguess

Well, to me this smells like one spray Armani Code, and two sprays BBW Cashmere Glow. The notes listed here I was hoping to see, I didn't smell. This perfume plays drastically different on my skin and on my clothes... Almost distractingly so. I really wanted to love this... But though I like it don't see me wearing it often. For me it just got sweeter and sweeter on my skin, where as the leather note played strongly on my clothes as a middle note, then it was kinda flat. None of the effervescence or sparkle that it showed on my skin. No this doesn't work for me.

Meja.Kast

This is vastly underrated. I have never received so much positive feedback on a fragrance. I mostly get a sweet and milky jasmine tea grounded by a hazy incense accord that is so intoxicating. It’s summer here in Arizona and I can still easily pull this off because of the freshness of the orange blossom, albeit this reads as dressy and a little more elegant than your typical day-to-day fragrance.. Date nights, coffee runs, work- this will still work. My male bar patrons die with seduction when I have this on lol

Menna eldeeb

The PROJECTION is awesome
Last a long time
Very sweetie and attention grabbing
I give it 8/10

Kriiistybelle

I am wearing this scent for the first time today. A friend donated me a sample and I think I need to get the full size!! My fiancé smelled and liked it immediately, something he NEVER does. I am really loving it too! Makes me feel good in my skin. It’s summer but I do think this is more of a fall winter scent. WIN!

Lipglossjunkee

If Code Satin is the Root Beer delicious one, then Cashmere is the cozy almond macaron one of the family. I love this, it's probably my favorite version of Code (and I even own the original very first version). Definitely gourmand but exceedingly easy to wear and very sexy. The hint of incense is a nice touch.

dianalast99

A stunning scent! Gentle and yet new (2017-th year), pretty, persistent. A light scent is enough for the whole day.

Bee-young-ka

just got it.
Love Satin & ultimate.

but this.

Oh come on!
another black opium similar.

(I'll keep trying it out, but so far I cant smell the code DNA)

the opening has a lot of honey)

XxRosexX

I would describe the smell as yummy sweet creamy white florals, almond and milk. It seems the smell is stronger than the average perfume, but it could just be because the sprayer squirts a lot out at a time. The patchouli is way toned down compared to Satin Code. The patch is most prominent when completely dry (like 24+ hrs dry), but still light enough that it still smells great to me despite my distaste for patchouli. I'm one of those people that feels that white florals read as very summery smelling, so despite this being a heavy and somewhat dark, for lack of a better word, perfume, this could totally work as a summer scent, especially if you are the type of person who likes to where heavy orientals, and struggles to find something that smells summery, but also speaks to your taste in perfume.

Sevparfumaddict

I'm in love with almond and heliotrope so I love it. More wearable than Armani Code Satin and its heavy cocoa note.

samantham-123

I just have to add this:
The whole experience with code cashmere is beautiful but the dry down is the very best part, its soft and close to the skin but i get whiffs of a combination of powdery notes and burning jasmine incense. It lasts a good 5 or 6 hours and seems to make me imagine a cloudy cold day sitting inside by the fire wrapped in a thick soft blanket.
The perfect combination of powdery and smoky.

samantham-123

A nice twist on the original.

I got this online a week ago, about 5 years ago i got the origional Armani code and looooved it. But i never got around to replacing the bottle once it was empty.
I considered it but, Everyone wears it lol, of course for a perfume to be so popular and respected is not at all a bad thing, but i wanted something similar but just a bit different and this is it.

The origional code dna is very present, only without the ginger spicyness and instead a lot sweeter with the almond. Incense is light, but not overbearing and the leather is only there enough to give it a smooth richness. Leather, if not done well in feminine scents can be extremely masculine but here its done what it is meant to do, just gives it warmth and depth.
The orange blossom is the most noticeable note to me, and yes i suppose it does venture into gourmand territory but only slightly, and only because of the almond. To me its not overly gourmand because its more of a soft powdery almond ( powdery probably due to heliotrope) and not sugary sweet, which can get a bit cloying sometimes.
i got this because it has every note i love, white and purple floral, incense,
leather, and almond. As much as i like them, sometimes intense gourmand notes like praline and chocolate can give me a horrible headache but this is so perfectly balanced in all of its notes that i cant help but love it. Definately a cool weather fragrance and it is very...purple lol. Makes me think of a purple knitted jumper or something soft and warm. The bottle colour is a bit
boring, i say that only because i really like the floral lacy design of the origional code bottle, but i do like the tall slender simple shape of the code line. I get tired of those ridiculously flamboyant designs like the marc Jacobs bottles, you cant take it anywhere for touch ups and it takes up a lot of space, the code bottles are easy to hold and nice and simple without being ugly. It's whats inside that counts for me.
Longevity and projection is quite good, its not loud or harsh, it could make a good signature fragrance.
All in all Im pretty happy with this one and i think I'll wear it a lot.

mschnabel666

I am a sucker for Code and the flankers, they are soooo good! So I finally saw this for a good price from an ebay outlet.

It's nice. I'm afraid I can't say more. I have Satin, Ultimate (coffee) and original EDP. It's similar to Satin and the original, but toned down. Instead of the original citrus/ginger/honey, Cashmere is WAY more white florals, with some sugary, powdery sweetness. I don't really get the suede/almond, but I can tell its in there. It has a smooth powdery effect, and as a suede/leather/nutty powdery scent-- it reminds me of Cavalli Gold for her. Like mixing Gold with Code EDP/Satin.
If the almond/suede really POPPED, it would be better. Longevity and potency was fine. Long lasting, good sillage. For me the praline in the drydown of Satin really makes that scent, as does the coffee in Ultimate. Cashmere is pretty linear. It's a pleasant, wonderful linear, and I don't regret buying it, but it didn't WOW me compared to the other flankers. And it's too similar to Satin.

Fragrance -Armani Code Cashmere Giorgio Armani
Bottle from - 2017

Armani Code Cashmere reminds me of a confident woman who unapologetically knows what she wants and she won't settle for less. This fragrance is a floral interpretation of almond with a nice touch of fine leather and patchouli and with a wisper of incense. The performance is great. It has some similarities to the original Armani Code for Women and Armani Code Satin.

Longevity - 9/10(9+ hours)
Silage/Projection - 8,5/10(heavy to moderate projection and silage for the first 3-4 hours)

Emotions -confident,seductive,alluring,sensual,cultivated,elegant.

Occasion - For more or less any ocasion, perfect for dates and night out.

Sissib7

I love this, almost as much as Code Satin. Must be the orange blossom-incense-leather combo. Sweet but somehow not really a gourmand. I crave it and am sad that i become anosmic to it almost instantly after application. Decent stamina and sillage, according to family. Who do smell it long after I no longer do.

parfumparfan

This smells like jasmine rice, spices, vanilla and lots of musk. It's absolutely delicious!

The rice impression sounds weird but it really does have a floral but "ricey" aroma. It's very much what I would consider a cashmere sweater to smell like. Imagine you're just lifting a lid of the pot of steaming jasmine rice or basmati--that's the vibe I get.

The vanilla is your basic run of the mill vanilla extract type of vanilla-kind of edible but kind of sharp smelling because of the alcohol.

The spiciness is very gentle, kind of like banana bread as opposed to a cinnamon roll. It's comforting and smells pretty yummy, actually.

Very sexy, super inviting, but it does sit very close to the skin. Decent lasting power (6 or so hours) and it's very safe for all ages I think. It is more of a night/date scent but it wouldn't be unheard of to wear it during the daytime in the winter. Good blind buy, and a surprising gourmand from Armani.

Midnight Lady

Armani simply knows how to make gourmands.

The fragrance is very sweet after the spray, to some people this will be surely too much. But the drydown is very nice - I get very clearly almond milky note mixed with jasmine. There's nice earthy and a bit of smoky background from leather and incense.

It's warm, cozy and delicious with quite noticeable DNA code from the original one.

Great for winter or fall.

raiza1990

Not my favorite from this line. The opening is very sweet, almost too much for me. Later, it smells a bit powdery and citrusy, but the sweetness is still there. At this stage, it it much more pleasant.
I think the satin code is better made. This is not bad, don't get me wrong, but it isn't special. Maybe i would like it more without the almonds. or with less sweet almonds.
I do get a cashmere feeling from this, but it is very light.

Сияна.Славчева

I am obssesed of this fragrance. This is one of the best perfumes for winter. It makes me feel sexy, confident and elegant. Good silage and longevity.

Worthy edition, I love it!

ashes1988

Update: I still love this perfume but I now go for much milder skin scents. Yet I had to laugh at another comment on here mentioning how she just wears it daily to use it up and gets nothing but compliment after compliment all day from people. I am in the same exact situation of people saying, "oh wow you smell lovely what is it?" and i'm responding. "Armani Code Cashmere... but I am just trying to use up the bottle quickly"

I adore this unique gourmand/spice fragrance. Don't be afraid of the suede, incense n patchouli. The notes work so perfectly together. Can be worn at work, when you're out in a hoodie running to grab a coffee or for a date night. Such a smooth and irresistible fragrance. The name cashmere fits it well. I'll buy this again and again.

JenJones28

This is so wonderful! Perfect for winter. I just love this. It’s sweet and has the perfect balance of creaminess. I did not care for Code Satin- that had a strong cacao praline sorbet accord that was just not pleasant to me. It just seemed like those notes clashed and I ended up selling it. But this... this... a smooth creamy chocolate almond yum! Chocolate is not listed but I do smell it. The floral part of this fragrance goes very well with the gourmand accords. I recommend trying this. Although it was a bit hard to find. And a bit pricey for what it is. But to me it’s worth it. Perfect perfect winter scent. I think this would work well on a man, also.

Soofiya

It was a blindbuy.I decided to buy armani code cashmere because I have original code and satin and like both of them a lot.I was a little nervous because I don't like incense.also leather, suede and pachouli seemed too masculine.
There was no need to worry.I don't just like this one.I adore it.I'm totally hooked.this is probably going to be one of my top ten favorite perfumes
When I first tried it I thought there's cacao in it!I could easily detect armani code's orange flower-vanilla gene in it.yes,it's very similar to original armani code and armani code satin but this is way more special, unique and complex.comparing to original AC,ACC has less citruses and less while florals.comparing to ACS,this one has less cacao chocolate thing
It's veryyy delicious,it's also sweet but it also has different dimensions.almond, and heliotrope, vanilla are present but I can also easily detect iris, jasmine, even a hint of leather and suede.I'm surprised to read a lot of fragranticans calling it boring.to me,it's modern,a gourmand crowd pleaser, yes, but at the same time it's like nothing else! it's luxurious and has a deep mysterious charm.it's a leathery gourmand, something we rarely see.but it's not just this.it's also powdery, floral and has a hint of smokey undertone which is to die for.all mentioned accords are really there.but what makes me adore it is it's lipstick iris, very classy.it's as if it's armani code satin and Dior homme intense's child.it also has some genes from Cavalli Just Gold
If you want a gourmand which is more than just a delicious scent, make sure to give it a try.
First hours of application, silage is great.you leave a perfumed trail as you walk.but after first 2,3 hours it softens to a very cozy scent and stays like this for several hours
Edit:
Probably no one is going to agree but I have to say this.Armani code cashmere can be unisex IMHO.yes,it's a gourmand, and floral, and cosmetic powdery.too much feminine elements here and I know that it's leathery and Smokey undertone are very tamed.still I can see a gourmand loving man pull it off well enough
It can also be layered with different types of masculine scents, specially it's blend with a leathery one would be divine.if your girl has a bottle of this beauty,I encourage you to try the combo
On my skin iris is easily detectable but I'd love to see it amped up.I don't know why they always pair iris with rose and musk.it goes very well with delicious notes such as almond, vanilla and cocoa as well as leather
2nd edit:
I have to add that it's longevity is amazing.whenever I wear it,I can smell traces of it after more than 24 hours on my skin!

Suede Incense Leather Patchouli

A warm and wonderful Italian autumn fragrance

I'm not really a big fan of the Code line but this one caught my nasal attention. I discovered it while shopping in Milan Italy, where I'm attending the fashion shows during Milan Fashion Week. This is a delightful and delicious unisex citrus and suede scent. It has a variety of colors, moods, textures. It's a fragrance of multiple stages from a fresh citrus to a floral to patchouli and musk, incense, powder, and finally a milky nutty gourmand. Ultimately it is indeed suggestive of cashmere, as in cashmere sweater and fabric, for both men and women, turtlenecks and lazy Sunday afternoons cuddling with your beloved by a warm fire drinking coffee or almond milk. Reminds me of silky milky almond milk.

Opens with orange blossom and citrusy scents of nondescript nature (bergamot is not being mentioned here) with a distinct orange flower aroma. Then there's a jasmine sambac which only means the jasmine flower is stepped up a notch. The first spritz of orange flower and jasmine are very sweet and fruity and speak of casual day wear. This same day wear is the cashmere sweater but it has a leisurely and soft pleasant air. The opening is very feminine and it turns into a friendly and soft powdery heart of heliotrope flower, which is my absolute favorite flower of all flowers. The heliotrope in the heart of this perfume, and in it's middle stage performance, is vanilla scented and powdery, blending with the iris flower and giving it a powdery aura which apparently is prevalent in other Code perfumes and colognes.

The powdery vanilla-iris-heliotrope is a more subdued and tenuous version of bigger fragrances with these same notes such as Guerlain's L'Heure Bleu and Oscar De La Renta's Esprit D'Oscar. It has also been likened to Alien Thierry Mugler because of the similar notes of jasmine and patchouli. Even as such it's not a dupe for any of these fragrances. It has a base of suede and leather that stands out and is quite warm, cashmere-like, a coat of warmth and peaceful tranquility that is to die for. It's also got incredible longevity and can be detected easily as it's quite potent. I don't want to douse myself in this any more because I have already attracted enough attention at the Hotel Principe di Savoia where the couple next to me at the Acanto restaurant could smell it though they did not seem 'offended'. The almond milk is gourmand stuff which is quite nice and something I am getting used to. Usually I don't care for gourmands. But I like this.

If you like unisex perfumes with pronounced jasmine, patchouli and leathers, this is a superb example of those Oriental musk-patchouli-powder bombs. The heliotrope in this is really my favorite part. I love heliotrope in any fragrance. The color of the bottle (purple) matches up with the scent and the color of the flowers the formula represents - heliotrope and iris. The lingering perfumed cloud around you is also good for inducing sleep at night. I spray this on my nightie and go to bed an wait for pleasant dreams.

this is black opium without cofee

xeniadavarinou

I'm quite baffled that this one doesn't get more attention. It is very similar to the original but has a very cosy quality to it. While the original Armani Code is the energetic perfume to wear in the public sphere, the Cashmere flanker is the one for the more private side of life. That's not to say that is a slutry perfume, or that it would be offensive and inappropriate, it's just that it has a comfortable and elegant sensual side. Also, I like the fact that despite its sweetness and gourmandish elements it also has a subtle freshness.

Think of it as laying naked in the bed with a partner, in post orgasmic joy and intimacy. Or like sharing a peaceful yet fun weekend with your loved ones, friends or family. It's like it makes promises of creating new, happy memories.

valeria_ardiyants

As a long time fan of the original Code, I gave this a try and I'm not disappointed. The Cashmere has a softer, more powdery scent to it while retaining the core of the original. While I thought of the original as something a Bond Girl would wear, Cashmere is something I'd imagine wearing in sweater weather. It's perfect for a fall stroll int he park with a warm cup of coffee. I really enjoy the slightly milkier and more almond-like notes. Definitely a good option if you like the Code line.

SuzanneS

Out of the box and initial spray I enjoyed Cashmere more than its sibling Satin. A smooth white floral opening that seems to be Ropions signature. A gentle coconut milk accord adds sweetness and body. It then evolves into a leather incense with heliotrope. To me its not a powerhouse like an Alien but it is nice nonetheless. There is a smoothness about it and probably because of the cashmere name. Its comfortable. Polished. Work safe, well put together.

Arlene-Beatrix

Full bodied, intense oriental scent, quite pleasant, with a true cashmere vibe. Good for winter for all oriental scents' lovers.

Mich03

On first spray it reminded me of Alien. Only briefly. Then the almond note appeared but didn't stay. About 15 mins. Was disappointed because I really enjoy almond and I don't think it is used much which is a shame. It drys down to warm and cozy but I can't help thinking it has a close resemblance to La Vie Est Belle. It's certainly sweet. If the almond had hung around I might have bought a bottle but then again it doesn't last too long so maybe not.

Astar

Definitely very similar to the previous addition to Armani Code family - Satin (even though, when you compare the notes, they don't have much in common, which I find highly surprising). Warming, musky, with leather notes that play the first part even at the very beginning, straight after spraying. Almond, or Almond Milk in this case, is rather prominent and stays present for a long time. Incense is recognisable only at the very end, and ensures this charming and mysterious "something something", As typical for Armani Code, it's an extremely potent fragrance that stays on skin for hours and might feel a little headachy for those who are not used to heavier scents.

craftymaya

Finally got to try it, just received it from Europe. I am a fan of Armani Code, and I tried them all, even the most difficult to find. Definitely part of Armani Code family! This version is in between Armani Code Couture (leather note) and Armani Code Elixir (strong orange blossom, jasmine, honey). There is a sweetness to this one, but is not overly sweet. I get the leather and almond notes the most. It is not too strong but yet intense and rich. It is gorgeous, though, I am ready to pass this one on to anyone interested, as it is too close to the ones I own and mentioned above (real mix of Couture and Elixir). PM me if interested.

reborn

For me this is an intense version of Code.More sweet and potent.I do not smell insense or leather, thank God!I wish it wasnt so sweet tough,I am not a gourman lover,i bought it impulsivly and kinda rgret now,but i will give it a chance only because i love the Code note in it ,when the sweet notes fades away

P.S.The sweetness is sophisticated, not sugary sweet.Very long lasting with very long and beautiful veil around you
Much more lasting than Code on me

ScarlettX

If the leather and incense notes were a bit toned down, it would be a typical sweet almond shower gel scent.
That's how I see it. It's not bad at all, quite good actually, but I would never buy it, because those sweet almond scents always remind me of cheap shower gels.
So, I'm not impressed, even though the scent itself is good.
Just another release.

perfume_infatuated

A nice smelling vanilla-almond scent, with clear flowers and detectable soft leather. Performance is somehow below average. Although it's pleasant, I don't find it inspiring.

dormir6

On my skin it is wonderful.
Sweet, gourmand, but very Armani having mother Code's genes. Mild, sophisticated sweetness.
Very present but not owerwhelming. Just like a beautiful Grey Silk dress.
I have many sweeties, but this one is more solemn and intellectual.
I am in love.

iamoir

Gourmandists rush out to Sephora and buy this stuff ASAP, i can assure you, you will love it. Don't be afraid of the flowers or the leather/suede and patchouli; the new sibling added to the collection is another take on gourmand perfumes.
WARNING: whoever loves their gourmands and is very sensitive about them, stop reading.

Let's break the Cashmere flanker down now:
It's classified as oriental floral: huge mistake. How? Because of the leather? Or the incense? the former is poorly blended and the latter is very faint. Floral because of the flowers? which by the way almost do not exist? Oh, and don't try to tell me "it's your skin!!! blah blah blah". NO. This stuff was tested on three people and a paper strip: The perfume behaved the same way on all four testings.

Almond? Sweet? Nutty? UTTERLY ALMONDY AND OVER THE TOP SWEET
Powdery? In the drydown only but nothing major. Not "that powder thang" which 15-25 year old modern women fear in a perfume.

Opening is fresh, you can tell it's white flowers, but that lasts only for less than 20 seconds. They just evaporate so a major, and when I say major I mean it, major sweetness takes their place. You can tell the heliotrope but something bothers it, I can't pinpoint if it's the almond or the leather or the suede. Anyhow, the food thang feels that it's going to balance with something, incense? Guess what? It doesn't. The note settles back, leaving the CAKE rule again.

Something powdery, the scent seems to deepen, maybe with the help of iris or suede(?) and it is reminiscent of La Vie Est Belle; [Oh hey! monsieur Dominique Ropion is one of the noses, things explain better now...] But iris does not linger in the forefront unfortunately. Again the sickly sweet.

For some seconds I get the patch. Only because my nose “knows” it. The other two ladies named it “a dark deep note somewhere” but it does not interfere much; an indifferent patchouli that will fall in the background too. I hoped it will balance it. Nothing really cashmere-ish in Cashmere flanker, you name a perfume Cashmere and don't even bother adding Cashmir wood or Cashmeran notes in? Shame on you Armani.

Plain cake. Food. Over the top sweet muffins. You name it. It smells like cake. You can eat it. Nothing new here, nothing unique. Generic blend that tries to approach a mass audience. Generic sweetness and deepness. Bad blending. Something sweet and easy, so young girls running after the next Britney Spears perfume, have another option when they grow up. They created a sickly sweet gourmand perfume so as to keep up with the young audiences.
The ultimate proof that it's a gourmand is :
a) it gives me a headache, which happens ONLY with true gourmands, meaning literally edible perfumes
b) it makes me ill, nauseating, wanting to vomit when I sniff it.

Softens getting powdery until total evaporation from the skin, still being a mish mash gourmand.

Lepard

I tested this today at Sephora..the truth is that it is very similar to the original but it also reminds a lot of an older flanker Code Luna.I am not sure though because I tested another perfume also and I think that in order to be sure I have to try it again with a "clean" nose and skin. I will write an updated review when I do so. But the general impression is that there is nothing special about it besides ornage, almond and some kind of sweetness..

Simone1

I find this very similar to code satin.i don't feel leather or incense, just some sweetnes, similar like in ysl black opium or satin.I'm a litle disapointed, it's Ok, but i was looking forward to someting else.

Seducianne

Really wanna love it, but it's close to nothing on my skin :-( If I try really hard, I can still detect some flowers and almond one hour later... Maybe it's just my skin chemistry though.

lemmenkukka

Tested this today. Disappointed. I had high hopes for this. White flowers are detectable in the beginning, but after an hour the whole scent escaped somewhere. Only faint incense and leather notes are faintly recognizable after one hour. Incense causes me headache and shortness of breathing. But the bottle is amazing eye-catcher!Not for my skin :(

pinky_brit

Can hardly smell it, for me doesn't deserve the Code name.

Sxaninha

Oh it's gorgeous! I grabbed it immediately I saw it. It's in the same vein as satin is, my all time favorite among the armani code's. I understand the name cashmere for this, indeed it's velvety, like you could touch something very soft, I think the almond milk contributes for this property. I sense the iris with the white floral firstly ( not this pungent white floral) a warm white floral, if that make sense, maybe the leather and patchouli? The incense gives it a misterious side and the heliotrope turns it particular. First impressions I would give it 10/10, love it. Let's see how it develops <3

edit feb. 2017
yes very good quality and beautiful ! But I stay with my satin I like that better don't need both :) sold this one.
