Si Lolita Eau de Toilette by Lolita Lempicka is a Floral fragrance for women. Si Lolita Eau de Toilette was launched in 2011. Top notes are Pink Pepper, Cranberry and Petitgrain; middle notes are Sweet Pea, Magnolia and Hawthorn; base notes are Musk, Iris and Amber.

Lolita Lempicka launches Si Lolita Eau de Toilette, a fresher and lighter version of the original Si Lolita from 2009, in the spring of 2011. Eau de Toilette retains the main notes of sweet pea, red pepper and amber, but it contains more green and musky tones with no strong spices and patchouli, which are signature to the original.

Si Lolita Eau de Toilette is a bright and cheerful fragrance, sensual in a playful way. It opens with notes of lemon leaf and red pepper. The heart is ruled by sweet pea, blended with hawthorn and magnolia. The base is warm and musky with amber, iris and white musk.

The bottle retains the same shape as the EDP, only instead of white bow it features a red bow with white spots. Available as 30, 50 and 80 ml EDT.

CynicalPink

A peppery sweet pea with very little fruitiness for me. Nice for a low-sillage, warm-weather scent.

This is the fourth I’ve tried from the house of Lolita Lempicka, and I’ve loved all of them. Unfortunately, my skin sucks them up like crazy! They (Le Parfum, Mon Premier, Green Lover, Si Lolita) become intimate almost immediately upon first spray. And even when I liberally spray my clothes, they seem to die within 5 hours tops.

So while I love them, I think I’m going to go through them so quickly! Even at their lower price point, I’m not sure it’ll be worth it (or even possible) to keep myself stocked.

EDIT: After the spiciness fades, this reminds me almost exactly of the pink Caress soap bars my grandmother used to buy.

tonileefiore

I recently spotted this on a shelf at a local Marshall's with a huge markdown from its original retail price. Thought I was purchasing Lolita Lempicka "L" but obviously not. Snatched "Si Lolita" up and decided to give it a whirl.

Well, I guess I am one of those types who really likes spicy, woody, floral Oriental fragrances. However, I am NOT NOT NOT a fruity, citrus-y, certainly not "mandarin-or-bergamot" type of gal at all...no, no, no. So, without knowing a thing about "Si Lolita," (like me), one cannot miss the INTENSE opening notes of pepper, spice and ORANGE (mandarin, bergamot)...LOTS and LOTS and LOTS of orange. After 10 minutes or so upon spritzing the fragrance, I could literally taste "orange" in my mouth. It wasn't unpleasant...just kinda weird. And truthfully, I felt a wee-bit choked off by the pink pepper; at one point, both pepper and mandarin almost became cloying, IMHO.

Had I been near a sink, I probably would have scrubbed. But without available water, I had no choice but to sit and wait. About 20 minutes into the fragrance, I definitely detected the sweet pea & heliotrope notes...very floral and well, sweet. A nice mixture with the pink pepper, orange & spice and a welcome departure from the opening.

About 45 minutes later, a few deep, soothing and grounding notes of amber and tonka set in...no patchouli, no elemi, which I think I would have actually liked, so as to balance the earlier notes even more so. But there they were...finally...a few base notes to ground and blend everything else together...thankfully.

As one other reviewer mentioned this is a nice "transparent" Oriental that for me would be suitable to wear in the Springtime or Summer...maybe. I like this fragrance but there is something about the "cheerfulness" in it AND the lack of depth...I think the sweet pea & heliotrope...that I really do not like. Oh, and all that bergamot & mandarin. I like my Orientals to be darker, drearier & definitely more decadent-lolol...more mysterious & brooding...way more comforting.

There ABSOLUTELY is something in the long awaited base notes (stress LONG-AWAITED) that makes this fragrance hard to abandon; however I wholeheartedly agree with "odysseusm," ie:"...basically, this seems like a floral/green sort of scent, and buttery, harmless but not particularly interesting."

Definitely not much longevity or depth on my skin. All in all, a wearable fragrance but not quite the "affordable departure" from my beloved "go-to" fragrances (Musc Ravageur & Jasmin Imperatrice Eugenie) that I have been looking for. Sigh...

Sugar glitter

I gave it a try about 2 sprays at both sides of my shoulders. The pink peppers note at the first sniff made me hate it immediately but then, about 4-5 hours later while I was walking down the street and the wind just passed by, I smell very pleasant ! This is very beautiful, youthful and cheerful in a polite way, I mean, I think this scent is what Belle ( Beauty and the Beast ) would wear . I always get compliments from my friends when I wear it. The longevity is about 4-5 hours, mostly it sits close to my skin that's very nice

FlorecitaBonita

She's so pretty, youthful and happy go lucky! then suddenly hits you with a cold shoulder after you said something...she's weird you say.

It starts floral pretty fresh but then it feels like something metallic or like a hard knife knocks the route the smell was going into a complete other direction without leaving you with anything at the end.
I realized this is the PINK PEPPER.... it feels like a knife suddenly breaking the notes, I dislike it.
I think this kind of smell is significant on other Lolita Lempicka perfumes I have smelled, it does make them notable and unique but in a strange way that's not appealing or mysterious or well blended for me.

When wearing, unfortunately it seems the pink pepper knife will overpower and leave you with a more masculine linear pepper smell.

I quite like this. Once you're past the very peppery opening it settles into a slightly sweet aromatic powdery soothing floral.

I'm enjoying this as a nighttime scent. It also works in days I can't get out of bed thanks to poor health. I recently got rid of superfluous scents in my collection, but I kept this because I enjoy it and it has its place.

I was looking for a replacement for my favourite vintage Hot Couture, which was my Christmas party scent. Great projection, sweet spicey berry, heady and lovely. I hoped this would work because of the overdose of pepper, but it's actually very soft and soothing underneath the nuclear peppery opening.

Si does remind me of Fendi Furiosa once it's settled, but softer and cudlier. I'm guessing it's the wallflower which they have in common. I wouldn't wear Furiosa to bed, but Si is great for that.

It must be the cheapest fragrance in my collection, but it makes me really happy.

LightOfJoy

I've had this one for about a half hour, two small sprays from a sample. Initially it was lightly woody and salty and pleasant. On my skin, it amps up very quickly, and the saltiness and woodiness is completely overshadowed by a very strong pepper.

ETA: Before I scrubbed it off (it did not go easily), I had my husband smell it. He loved it and it made him sad that I didn't like it.

rastamama

Initially applied one spray and it dissipated quickly on my skin.
Decided to try again the following day, this time two sprays on arm and blouse.
First 5 minutes was a sharpened pencil smell ( the pink pepper maybe ), but after 30 minutes it actually seemed to get stronger and more floral. This lasted almost 12 hours on my blouse and maybe 6 on my arm. It is a nice no frills scent. Smells like a woman’s dressing room somewhere like JcPennys. It’s a safe scent, I doubt anyone will wonder what you’re wearing. I like it for the bottle. I had high hopes this would be a big win since I enjoy some of the other Lolita fragrances. This one is definitely missing a note. Maybe on a hot day it will unfold a bit.

SaraSugarkiller

Just like any other lolita (other than the original popular lolita) stays on the skin for about 5 seconds. shame.

kati77

review made on the basis of a sample.
Scent rather uncomplicated, girly. Flower of sweet pea and roses, pepper. But this pink pepper does not give you a cool note here, it's cool that it's in the background. Mix of magnolia and iris, and maybe hawthorn, gives a floral note. Light, because for me it goes in the fruity-floral category. It's ok, but it does not have something to memorize it. At least on my skin its like that.

Sidhe_Feerie

I actually loved this at my first full wearing of it. It was windy and it smelled really good. It smelled to me like spicy/peppery powder and I got whiffs of citruses and flowers throughout the day. It actually lasted a long time, too. However, after some time, it struck me that it smelled kind of like barbie dolls. Barbie's hair and the plastic it's made of. And I HATE dolls. So unfortunately, since that was stuck in my mind, I could not like it anymore and gave it away.

loilovesperfume

Very identical to its eau de parfum! This EDT Have the same blast of EDP in first spray! The only differences is the drydown. Its drydown is so green, floral and aquatic for me.. It reminds me of the scents of AQUA DIVINA BY BVLGARI. The longevity last for 6 to 7 hours on my skin like the EDP. If im ganna choose if EDP or EDT. i will choose the EDT. i love how it become so aquatic floral scents on my skin. The sillage is nice alos like edp. The bottle ofcourse is the same shape but no golden details instead a icy or translucent around the bottle. The ribbon or necktie is differenr than the edp. Its like a strawberry printing. The box is plane white with its printed name. So far i love it!!

missrukia

Si Lolita eau de toilette is fresh, floral, spicy and sunny. The lasting power is good. You can buy the eau de parfum in winter if you like. I really love it...the bottle is too cute ! It will simply decorate your bathroom.

mashuda

I bought this after I smelt it in the miniature collection of lolita lempicka perfumes. I really like it. It has an airy smell to it as oppose to the thicker smelling heavy perfumes. I don't have anything like it (lolita lempicka perfumes are very unique smelling, nothing generic about them) anyway I wear this for school runs, grocery errands and just for day wear in general. It's pleasant and sweet and also sherbet-y at the same time. Fizzy? I have no problem with longevity, I can still smell it on me hours later and I get a lot of compliments with this perfume. My kids love it. "Mum you smell like sherbert and cola cubes!" :)

aym

I bought this a couple of weeks ago as a blind buy. I had read that this was a fresh spicy floral so I was thinking something along the lines of L'air du Temps (not in notes but in overall feel) which I have and love. When I tried it at first I got the pink pepper and I like that. I could also smell the Sweet Pea and that was interesting. About a half hour into it I could smell neither and it turned quite soapy. I was willing go give it a good testing so I wore it for 2 days and this happened each time. This would not please me anyway but beyond that at 1.5 hours I couldn't smell it at all. Very disappointed in this scent.

Overall notes 4/10
Silage 5/10
Longevity 1/10

natluvly

The first blast of this reminds me of JPG Ma dame EDP. I blind bought this because of reviews I read which stated this had some masculine notes and comments about it being interesting. I think I'm starting to enjoy it but I need to test it further.

Edit: This is so interesting, when sprayed on I keep getting smalls whiffs and find myself sniffing myself. It's a very subtle interesting scent. I find myself smelling something interesting and you begin drying out your nostrils trying to sniff out what it is. Still trying to figure out if it works with my chemistry. The mixture of notes smells very fresh but has some depth and at times reminds me of red hots candy. I've never smelled anything like this. At time it also reminds me of Moschino Couture one of my favorites.

2nd Edit: This is a happy fun scent, very cheerful and as someone mentioned maybe its the peppeeminty note that possibly reminds of an early morning. It's fresh, warm, and bright.

fire2heart

Bought this by mistake. Thought it was the EDP and discovered when it arrived that it is the EDT which is much different.
This is a lot more floral. It has something similar to the EDP but I'm not sure what it is. Perhaps it's the combination of sweet pea and the pepper but it smells woody to me..
I find this ok. I prefer the EDP. It's probably going to go to my swap list.

DollyDread

I blind bought this at TK Maxx this afternoon. I like it, but I don't love it. Peppery, spicy floral that smells clean and fresh. A bit intense at first, and rather sharp. Dries down nicely though. Sweet pea is definitely the strongest note to my very untrained nose, haha.

Cynicalwish

I got this in a really nice (blind) swap and I am really loving it! It's a quirky peppery sweet floral. It works well with my chemistry, so the initial peppery (and slightly masculine) blast only lasts a few minutes. Then it gets sweeter and airier spicy floral. I only wish it lasted longer and had bigger projection, but oh well!

eh-MEE-lee-eh

I tried and loved Si Lolita EDP before trying the EDT and I find that I prefer the EDP over this one. That being said, they're both lovely spicy floral scents! At first spritz this scent is quite peppery and sharp, but it quickly steps aside as sweet pea takes center stage- the pepper is more of a back up singer than the shining soloist of this show. The EDP is the same, but with the pepper taking the lead this time! Both scents are beautiful and wearable, great day time scents (I prefer something darker and sweeter for night time events), it's just a matter of preference between the two of them as their staying power and sillage seem pretty similar to me. I think Si Lolita EDT is a wonderful light and summery scent!

UPDATE: It's a funny thing how a few months with a scent can sometimes really change your opinion on it. I now feel the opposite of my original review, the peppery note of the EDP I find actually makes it less wearable (I prefer to layer it these days) and now I am longing for the sweet pea of the EDT even though my mini spray vial is all used up! Actually now that I think of it, EDP and EDT would probably layer quite nicely with one another. Or perhaps the EDP lotion with EDT layered over the top of it... Ah, the possibilities.

flowers-in-the-springtime

This was gifted to me by a very generous Fragrantican and I'm loving it.
I have always been a LL fan as all of this house sits very well on my skin and I can safely say that that I can blind buy any one of them and it'll smell lovely.
Having said all of that, this is typical LL with a huge blast of pepper and florals which may put people off initially, but the drydown is heavenly. A soft, pretty, light, slightly peppery, floral, fragrance.
Longevity isn't great but I don't mind a few re spritzes during the day and silage is moderate. Great for every day, summer and is a very safe blind buy if you love peppery based fragrances. A definate winner for me!

Justynka

I have to start with saying that I absolutely adore this perfume! Not many perfumes are so much up my street than this one! Funky, edgy, prominent (despite it being edt), playful and yet serious enough to wear to one of those important meetings at work, or an interview for a new dream job. I would wear it for both, work and a date. Saying that, I had a great deal of dissapointment lately. I contacted Lolita Lempicka Perfumes to ask about their testing on animals policy, and let's just say, their response was rather ambiguous and unsatisfacory :-( they sell their perfumes in China but they claim they don't know exactly what happens to their exported products (ha hmmm...) They also claim, I quote: "we are talking about a small amount of products", as if an amount of products really makes a difference in this case :-( Needless to say, the bottle I have I am going to enjoy until it's gone, no re-purchase. Shame, as it is one of my most loved daytime scents. Will stick to DVF for the time being, as I know she's cruelty free certified.

Cyntillate

I really like this scent. It is soft and feminine while also fun and playful. It seems like a sunny daytimey fragrance but I do like wearing it at night too. To me it's kind of sexy like fancy lacy lingerie.

Justynka

I have to smile when I put this perfume on :-) it brings to my mind a little girl who puts on her mother's stilettos, top, hat, handbag, powder, perfume and lipstick and parades proudly around the house pretending to be a lady :-) Peppery, musky and floral, yet light and sunny. Perfect daytime smell and suitable for all weathers due to combination of tender sweetness with refreshing qualities of peppery notes. Unusual, and I like it! Will wear it for work and weekends at home.

nellyrlight

lovely peppery feel right after the spritzing..but it completely disappears on my skin in about 10 minutes

ffgg

A nice scent with a fair amount of complexity in its opening, but that's about all I get. This lasts maybe an hour on me and then it's gone. Glad I got it for a steal but I won't repurchase.

SzekelyEmoke

I got this as a blind-buy, and I must say I was expecting it to be a strange smell, as it actually is. I'd categorise it as a fresh and soft spicy perfume. Can't feel much floral or sweet notes in it.
I use it rarely, must be in a specific mood for this.
Most of the times I just put it on after I take a shower and put my lotion on, and it smells amazing. I wear it to bed.

Cassiano

I need to start this review with a compliment: I love well-made fragrances, that respect classifications and fit inside a proper perspective. For example: "intense" versions, which are, in practice, more intense than traditional (usually EDT) or EDP concentrations, which do not alter the dna of the EDT version, focusing on projection and longevity. In this case here, although it is the reverse, there is this respect for the predecessor. On the contrary to what usually happens in the market, the company released, in 2009, the Eau de Parfum version and only in 2011, this version Eau de Toilette, seeking to introduce a lighter scent from the previous one. And, in my opinion, they did it!

With output notes of lemon leaves, petitgrain, cranberry and pepper, followed by a heart of Magnolia, Hawthorn, and sweet pea flower, ending in a base of musk, amber and iris, this fragrance touches the skin in an almost citrus manner, mainly because of petitgrain essential oil, which is obtained through the leaves of the bitter orange. Then, add fruity nuances and lots of pepper, resulting in a slightly burnt output. So it is possible to perceive the same concept used in the EDP version, with a heart built around the sweet pea flower, but with lighter nuances, since the magnolia owns this transparent flowery aspect.

The result is really great. They took off the heavy and sweet part of the EDP version, caused by the use of elemi resin with tonka bean, which was ground for complaint of some women because of the medicinal tone, and then they smooth it with light notes in the output, as well as with the presence of musk, at the end of evolution.

The bottle has the same 4-leaf clover format, but without golden applications. The scarf around the neck also continues, but with a touch of red, showing that it still exists a seductive side.

StellaDiverFlynn

Si Lolita EDT inherits the prominent pepper and sweet pea from the EDP, thus smells quite similar to the EDP. But it doesn't possess the flour-y powdery characteristic of the EDP, making it cleaner and fresher. But still, it's a peculiar scent which requires a certain taste.

Although being an EDT, the sillage is close and the longevity is around 5 to 6 hours, which is not far from the EDP. I'd definitely recommend it as an unconventional floriental fragrance.

sylvese

My first review and I have been testing this in my local store for the last week. I get the initial hit of pencil sharpenings which then disappears to something which reminds me of the smell of an old handbag which has had some extra strong mints rumbling about in the bottom.

After this it becomes a pleasant enough floral which seems to last 4 hours or so on me.

I would wear it again but it isn't one for me to get too excited about.

Schnuppernase

Si Lolita Eau de Toilette is a fresh and warm scent with irresistable spicy flowers... So soft, feminine and energetic. So unique. So well balanced! Like a warm summer breeze.

I don't know if I like the Eau de Parfum better or this lovely version, as it is just as long-lasting. It wears like a light fabric in summer. Absolutely adorable!

I recommend spraying it into your hair, it will keep you guy sniffing all the time! ;)

anna.glowacka

I couldn't get anything from Si except spearmint mouth water and in this case cold pepper. My friend was smelling pencil shavings and fresh wood. I love all Lolita's but this was just from different planet. I was wearing it once and it gave me this cool fresh feeling but it was not enough to keep it. I've swapped it.

pinkpulp

I realy like this perfume. Next time i will buy the EDP, the EDT is very soft, it lasts about 3-4 hours but it's very subtile.

fair_not

I love it. Fresh and spicy... Doesnt last long, the silage is weak, but i guess it's a good choice for everyday use... when you want something to cheer you up... and if it doesn't - well - the fragrance will go away soon, so nothing to worry about. It reminds me of Petit et Mammans (Bvlgari). No, not the fragrance, bit the feeling. Makes me feel comfortable.

vicka16

I like the EDT version much better than EDP. The EDT is peppery, sweet and floral, while EDP smells to me like burned rubber.

ColubineCola

I immediately smelled parsley when I sprayed it. Very crisp and watery.
It's not often that you find a nice scent like this. I'm not sure that it's very "Me" but it's certainly worth a try for other ladies.
Fresh and clean.

Mebster

My review is based on the vial. It's an elegant perfume..pepper, Not for every day.. Not so round And has a sharp edges. I'm keeping the rest for sniffing time purpose, love to sniff around in my 'me' time. It's on the list but not to buy it soon.

soonflower

The more I wear it the more I like it.
I got it very cheap, it would be a sin not to buy it.
It's peppery, sweet, warm and quite fresh at the same time.
And the lasting power is great for the EDT version.
My husband and co-workers love it so there must be that 'something' in Si Lolita fragrance.
I would like to try the EDP.

And the bottle is adorable.

sjam3295

I love pepper in a perfume! It gives it such energy.

And I really like this perfume, it's a light, sweet, spicy floral - the only thing is, it disappears off my skin so fast I hardly have time to smell it! Truly, it barely lasts a half-hour. It's the one reason I wouldn't buy it. Such a shame.

Edit: I have now discovered the EDP, which starts off the same way - a sweet, spicy, peppery, citrus floral, bright and happy - but it lasts much longer, and dries down to a delicious, balmy, dreamy, resinous, almost marzipan-like scent. Like having two perfumes in one!

WhiteCity

Notes are so well blended ,that can not be distinquished!soft, sweet and fresh.Remains close to the skin, inoffensive and personal.

LaBoheme84

I have the EdP version of Si Lolita, which I loooove the first few hours of, but I like this EdT even better, since it doesn't have the balmy marzipan-like drydown of the EdP. That is really the biggest difference - it's fresher, and stays fresh. Wish I had known that before I got a 50 ml EdP bottle... oh well.

Psyquart

I like it. It's mostly fresh with a hint of sweetness, but it's very full and warm, so multidimensional. Different from other Lolita Lempickas, in my opinion.

isfendiyar

pepper!

Jillzilla

The EDT is lighter and more acidic than the EDP, also less sweet, and for me less peppery. Although it's sheer and fresh, which would make it good for warm weather, I feel like the fragrance lacks substance.

vertigo

The EDT is just what I expected.
Lighter, less sweet, more peppery, more sour.

I don't do this often, but here I have to: "yummy" !!

I need to test it a few more times and it gets a chance to get to my wishlist - as a first LL's fragrance.
Because it's so different from most of the LLs.

tornerose27

this is good is feminin and i like it . its not menly at all ..but feminin.

Anissa

Unfortunately this smells like cheap mens cologne ang strong liqourice on me.Must be one of the most disgusting smells ever.I would have wanted to like this thought because I love L and Lolita original. :(

fairybmei

FIRST YOU GET A STRONG SMELL OF THE PINK PEPPER (I WAS TERRYFIED!!!), BUT AFTER A FEW SECONDS THE FRAGANCE BECOMES A SPICY-FLORAL-SWEET SCENT, I REALLY LIKED IT!

NikkiScentsofLife

Can definitely smell the notes of sweet pepper in this...not as sweet on my skin at I thought it was going to smell. It's a nice fragrance, but it didnt blow me away like I thought it would. Its OK, not very long lasting at all either. I much prefer the other LL scents over this one.
