Lady Million Empire by Paco Rabanne is a Chypre Floral fragrance for women. Lady Million Empire was launched in 2019. Lady Million Empire was created by Anne Flipo and Jean-Christophe Hérault. Top notes are Red Currant, Orange and Neroli Essence; middle notes are Mirabelle, Magnolia, Osmanthus and Orange Blossom; base notes are Cognac, Patchouli and White Musk.

In collaboration with Anne Flipo (the designer of Lady Million), perfumer Jean-Christophe Hérault (IFF) created a modern chypre, chosen for power and sophistication, with patchouli as its columns. The accord - Magnolia blossom plunged into the scents of a highly addictive cognac. Bold femininity. Sexy. Deliciously insolent.

The new structure revisits two strong Lady Million classics.

The orange blossom DNA: in Lady Million, the essence expressed an opulent freshness. Here, the flower plays with a sparkling orange tonality (neroli essence) to become animalic and slightly fruity with osmanthus essence.

Sparkling, ultra-faceted bloom
Bright magnolia-crystal. Fresh petals. Orange blossom and osmanthus essence with leather-apricot inflections. Warm, carnal petals. A floral rush before a taste of opulence.

Patchouli: purified of its earthy facets, the “ white patchouli accord ” adds a bright woody and liquor like resonance, wrapped in white musk.

Cognac addiction
The power of patchouli over a musk effect. Liquor and juicy accents of golden cognac. Candied current that tips toward overdose. It leaves a trace. And a drunken feeling.

Top notes: orange, neroli essence, candied currant
Heart notes: magnolia, orange blossom, osmanthus, Mirabelle plum
Base notes: cognac, white patchouli, white musk

PACO RABANNE LADY MILLION EMPIRE will be available as a 30ml, 50ml and 80ml Eau de Parfum starting July 2019.

I used up a big bottle sometime pre-covid and missed it, so when I recently found it for a good price I got another 80ml bottle. Sweet fruity perfume are generally my jam and I can't stop wearing this. Even in summer it is not too sweet or cloying, it has a nice balance of fruits and florals. It doesn't smell boozy, but it has a sweet alcoholic vibe, more like a dessert or cake rather than a drink. It does have a clean aspect to it and somehow smells like a Lush body product, but there is more to it. To me this is addictive, alluring and perfectly balanced. I can see myself getting a back up bottle. Love the bottle with its dark pink ombre glass. Bright and eye-catching is better than simplistic and elegant, for me anyway.

Reminds me of the 7 months I spent with a narcissistic pervert, pick me boy and manipulative ex boyfriend. I smelt cheap for his cheap self.
This perfumes smells generic and it also feels like it was marketed to pre-teens…

I get the neroli and osmanthus pretty strong. A few minutes later, the dry down is sweet powdery generic perfume scent with a little bit of booziness. I like it but I don't love it.
Unfortunate, it only lasts 2-3 hours on me - I expected a bit more longevity.

Nauseous🤮
Oh my God ,why would someone creat such a terrible scent??!!!
It smells like a medicine I had when I was a child then dries down to an even pungent powdery notes
This series of lady million is disappointing one flanker after another
Next ....👎🏻

Andy224

Never have I had a perfume that made me feel SO dizzy to the point where I had to return it. Way too sweet and strong. Maybe it’s the cognac note.

Ankvak

This smells like boozy bath bomb. It's not really bad, but super sweet, liquor scent. It reminds me of Ed Hardy caps and super short jean shorts.

kiki_rue

Wonderfully fruity and yet not sickly sweet at all. Cognac base note makes this perfume a sweet yet refined fragrance and has now become my signature scent.

anna222

Smells like a boozy fruity floral with a bit of sweetness. Really like the orange scent in this

likesleet

dark liqeur, friuit floral. unique more masc smelling but good

Lindsconn

This is a very fruity pachouli fragrance. The main notes I get from this are the pachouli and red currants. I actually prefer this to the original, I think it’s more feminine and more unique.

Lasting power and silage are moderate. I wouldn’t say this is blind buy safe so maybe test it out first.

oopiumiluola

This one is so seductive! Perfect perfume for autumn. So warm, delicious, deep and sensual. I’m in love. High end cocktail..? Been smelling this and Pure XS lately, both make me feel safe and cozy yet confident and even provocative in classy way. This is probably the best part of the season, when summer is almost gone.

likesleet

fruity floral with masc cognac, but different specific notes than usual designer frags.

Rizaibb

This smells like a car freshener and an expired lipstick gosh!

amyaz

Gave me a headache, the combo of the chosen flowers and fruits (I get none of the base notes) is just too much for me I guess. This smells cheap and not well blended to me unfortunately.

*loves_shoes*

Very sweet but not sugary, more like a gooey jammy sweetness, but clearly traditionally feminine, and very well blended. I don’t think most people could identify notes if they were smelling it without knowing what’s in it (it’s very easy to base a description on the given notes - but not very helpful!).
Certainly no cognac…. But then I’ve been spoiled with smelling many amazing niche cognac fragrances, so if you’re not used to an actual cognac smell, this could smell a bit boozy?! I mean, I don’t really see how to be honest… it’s just a lovely sweet, syrupy, rich, fruity perfumey smell.
It just smells good. Secure like. Safe blind buy, as long as you’re not expecting a boozy cognac unisex type of scent.
Safe every day reach, I’d wear this in summer (UK), I’d wear it during the day, or at night, there’s nothing to dislike here, I may even like it better than the original as it’s less sharp floral (no jasmine), less orange blossom (which I’m personally just a bit sick of) and more rich fruity goodness, although I don’t think it projects as much, but it lasts just as long,

elyssium

Nice but very sickly sweet & heady as mentioned by most. Can be overpowering & cloying if over-sprayed. Maximum of two sprays on both wrists for office wear be easy on the resprays as it may offend. Definitely not recommended as a summer fragrance, it's leaning more towards a fall, winter & spring scent. Becomes more pleasant as it dries down. Strong projection & longevity are the pros. Spray in moderation during warmer months.

lysithea

All I get is cognac and patchouli no fruits no flowers. So bad😕

violinorama

Like scented candle 🤷

vintagesoda

This perfume is very heady and strong, so it's worth noting that you definitely can overspray this fragrance! I think it lends itself best to an evening, 'going out partying' fragrance. To me, i smell the cognac more than anything and it makes it very boozy but it's also got a treacle like scent to it and so can come across quite sickly on the first spray but as it dries down it does settle quite nicely onto the skin and clothes and it lasts a long time.

Tropicat28

I blind bought this. It lasts all day on my skin. I like the fruity opening and the slightly powdery dry down. My problem was the cognac note. I am finding out that I don’t like alcohol notes in fragrances. I do like the sillage when I occasionally get a whiff of myself. Over all it’s a strong like but not a love. It actually reminds me of a time in NY during the winter when I went to my friends house, when I got there the juice they bought to mix with the cognac was strawberry kiwi (who does that?!). It was so cold and late that no one wanted to do a beverage run. Needles to say I ended up getting sick. So yea, great scent memory. I don’t think it will stay in my collection.

eva.daisy.88

Although the list of notes sounds promising, I'm not a fan. This perfume can be characterized as sweet, mossy and fruity. Unfortunately for me, the candied currant in the top notes wildly attacks my nose on every inhalation. The strongest sweet scent disappears some time after the application and the perfume then becomes much more enjoyable. However that overpowering sweet scent is just something I don't find particularly appealing.

But if you like sweet rich fruity perfumes, this one is the perfect one!

oudyful

Even though I usually like perfumes like rose d'arabie or even chanel tendre I absolutely loved lady million's empire when I first sprayed the tester and my husband loved it as well - he noticed it immediately. One year later, I bought it in an 80ml bottle since it was on a discount and I enjoy the scent, but it doesn't last. Another problem is that the spray top keeps popping off, so i always have to push it in in order to spray some. That's honestly annoying and takes away from the enjoyment of spraying a fruity light scent.

Siv7Stars

It's lovely, sweet & fruity, for all of five minutes on me, then it becomes a horrid screeching cheap floral mess, as if I've used nail polish remover as scent. I have very dry skin, which may be partly to blame? It improves after a couple of hours, becoming softer & the drydown is mild n tolerable but certainly not nice enough to put up with the horrific mid section.
I have the original, which is ok, but this is a big no.

KylieBooFace

I like this so far, but mostly bought for the bottle and hoping for a fruity shampoo-type of smell. I'm always on the lookout for good sweet citrus scents as well. I never tried the original Lady Million but was fascinated. Also, Lady Million Empire is out of my typical comfort zone, as my fragrances typically are either vanilla-based or so fruity they have almost undetectable wood/base notes. Typically, I am not a fan of earthy fragrances because they can smell "off," unpleasant, or dirty to my nose. One example is the original Angel EDP. It is lovely, but the earthiness amps in my skin to the point it takes away from the beautiful chocolate and fruit. Hence why I vastly prefer Angel (2019) EDT, as it has all the sweet fruity goodness of Angel EDP without the nasty earthiness).

As for the actual scent, it smelled fruity and pleasant when sniffed from the bottle. At first spray, it is instantly sweet and slightly... powdery? But not powdery in a traditional way, if you know what I mean. There is indeed the orange but as it dries, it dives deeper. It's not an "innocent" powdery scent like my beloved Ginevra White Angel by Lamborghini or Guerlain Shalimar Cologne. I don't really know what cognac smells like and had to look it up (oak-y alcohol from grapes, apparently). I don't really drink alcohol nor do I enjoy hard liquors (even the sweet ones), but they may smell nice sometimes. Indeed there is some earthiness in PR Empire running heavy, almost "too much" for me (like the very subtle earth undertone in Dylan Blue Pour Femme original) at one point. I kind of think the alcohol note can fit in an elegant jazz club or other venue. I imagine the sweet kind of liquor available, but it is intensely deep, earthy, rich, and can make you pass out if you indulge too much.

I think the fragrance needed to "settle" after being in the mail, as the earthiness settled and became more pleasant. Like other Paco Rabannes, this fragrance is loud and can be oversprayed easily (I'm looking at you, Olympea Legend, aka salty plum pudding dessert on steroids). I found myself becoming more fascinated as I sniffed over and over. As I prefer, I find this fragrance most pleasant dried down and at the first blast of orange. I'm not huge on the middle notes (magnolia can be nice but not sure how it works on my skin).

The bottle's spray mechanism and the pink/gold letters are smooth and beautiful. If you can find a sample and like sweet earthy scents (or just like the bottle), I think this is fun to try. I can see it working best in the fall.

ETA: I do agree with someone who said it is reminiscent of a comforting earthy home scent in a candle. Interesting.

LuckyMommy

No, I don’t like this at all.
There is something in there that smells really bad to my nose.

patimbam

I was hesitating between like and ok review. I use it as a daily home office scent, go for groceries scent, so pretty often - it is pleasant but boring. Would love my skin to pick up some more cognac. I also think it fades away within an hour.
I will use it all up but it won't be missing.

veronique

It was fruity, smily, marvellous, and I bought it.....but unfortunately in the afternoon, that was a bad smell on my skin . I returned to the shop as I didn't opened the parcel. Better to try a perfume before to buy it .

mkgss

[Bought full 90ml bottle and used less than a quarter. Usage in all year around high humidity tropical climate.] As I loved Paco Rabanne black xs, I've tried sniffing in store for other range. On paper in store, it has an absolutely beautiful fresh citrus floral scent l love. At home, I sprayed it on my skin, and I was shocked to see that the scent quickly changed in the dry down of cognac dominant scent. So boozy and sticky sweet. It was so contradicting from the fresh opening and it just did not make any sense. Dry down was unbearable, very musky yet warm and sickeningly sweet. Felt that overall it was not well blended and not sure where this was going in. Confusing and disappointing scent for my skin and in my climate. I would think this might work better in a colder weather in European country.

Kon-nos91

Paco Rabanne's perfumes are a big hit when it comes to the youth crowd. Even people that aren't into perfumes have used or being impressed at least once with XS, One million, Olympea, Lady Million...My favorite and one on my top 5 in Fragrantica is Pure XS, not that I am a big fun of this type of perfumes, but I have to admit I had lots of compliments and mostly from people that are harsh judges. Remember, quality of a perfume is in it's dry down, we live in a world where houses are trying to catch you from the very first seconds (opening or top notes) and in the end there's the game between sillage & lasting power.

I am testing this Empire EDP edition of Lady Million and I cannot compare it to any of the previous ones, not that I've never smelled/catch them on anyone but my review will be clear, without influences. On the paper or in the air it reminds me so much of our classic greek delight we make during Easter. Greek sweet bread has as a main star the spice mahlepi and I can detect it 100%. In my favorite Pure XS there's again a 'bready' feeling combined with musk but Empire is less intense, way more aromatic and simple. I can detect it's floral notes, magnolia I would say and a touch of osmanthus. Although it has so many citrus notes, it doesn't have a citrus/fruity character at all. Everything is hidden under the 'cognac' vibe. All in all, I like it. I am sure no one would hate it. No note shines too much so it can be characteristic or even anoying. I am putting it easily in the category safe blind buy, office perfume and even better gift for girls that are serious and pink.

That's it, it can't be a love nor a hate, it's a simply big 'like'. It's so pleasant, not loud, very well blended but not a signature scent or something that you will remember for a good reason. All the notes are listed here and these that I haven't mentioned above can be present if you close your eyes and remember how mute a red currant can be, how a patchouli softens a composition with it's earthiness, how orange or neroli pushes freshness out of a perfume etc. Again, I just can't not mention about this bread-y PR's specific note that in Pure XS it has that buttery/popcorn-ish vibes, here the sweet bread one, in Olympea Legend (that I really liked) I see people reviewing as sickly sweet or like a cake with butter caramel filling. Lady Million Empire EDP is a modern floral that perfects harmony and can be used from any age group, any season and any occasion. Floral/fresh/soft spicy should be the top 3 main accords on it's page and not fruity/sweet/woody.

vivik

Sweet, berry, potpourri /parfum d´ambiance...

LaBoheme84

Tried this from a sample. Once the first blast of sweetness has calmed down, this smells to me like a scented candle. There is a waxy quality to it. I'm not totally hating it because it is comforting in a way to smell like a home decor shop, but I won't be purchasing a bottle.

Taurien

Lady Million Empire is a sweet and smooth scent. I find it much lighter than other of the Paco Rabanne perfumes that I have or have tried.

After the top notes, that I feel like boozy red fruits, it remains on my skin as an scent of plums with liquor (but despite the note of cognac on my skin it is not too alcoholic) with a slight floral touch, mainly the osmanthus, and a vanilla hint. This vanilla feels similar to the one in Olympea.

This sweet and warm aroma remains linear on my skin, projecting smoothly. It is not cloying nor does it feel invasive at all, so it seems to be a quite versatile fragrance and suitable for a work environment or for relaxing moments at home. It is rather informal and cozy, I do not feel like wearing it out at night.

I think my favorite season to wear this aroma would be autumn although possibly with higher temperatures, for example in spring, it will project much more. I have to try it!

Its sillage is moderate and its duration on my skin of more than 10 hours.

Unfortunately on my skin it does not project excessively and that is why I will probably not buy it again since I also have many other sweet and soft fragrances in my collection that can fulfill its function.

Scent 7/10
Duration 9/10
Sillage 6/10
Quality / price 6.5 / 10
Versatility 7.5 / 10
Packaging 8/10
Would I buy again? Probably not

kbbyk

Cognac hits hard at the first spray then the sweet notes followed. Pretty boozy and heavy just the way I like. Would literally wear on nights outs!

masako_30

I waited a long time before testing it.
Lady Million is not too much my thing therefore I didn’t get off on the right foot.
My premise, if Empire had turned out to be monochromatic, or linear and impactful like the opening notes, it wouldn't have been my thing at all. But it needed my skin warmth.
In fact Empire plum gradually heats up, catches fire, that spicy and slightly smoky aroma is discernible, until tender, possibly cognac.
I think it's borderline, finding balance between too much and so particular. Nearly everything remains at its path is red currant. It vaguely reminds me too, at times, of something about Olympēa Legend, wonderfully !, so that I'm surprised I didn't see the same Master behind it.
Among the perfumes I own, I’d say it’d be the first one to get rid of, if too soon I had interrupted my journey.
I wish you a good chemistry, and just let yourselves be won over by the charm of this little pearl, as it happened to me.

Majo23

This is insanely sweet.

StellaKapranos

This one is a mish mash of everything. Although I love sweet perfumes, this one smells pretty cheap and the notes are unbalanced. I agree with some of the previous comments that cognac gives it a very strange vibe, and in my opinion, does not fit in the whole composition.Original Lady Million is passable, but this one is just meh... Another no-no from me for a Paco Rabanne perfume.

Margarita Birda

This is a fun happy perfume! Reminds me of strawberry jello at the opening! Definitely a synthetic pink perfume but in a good way! As it dries down it gets a bit sweeter in a syrupy kind of way but not overwhelming. It has patchouli so on my skin I can pick up a green/sour note after 1 hour but again not too much. Lasting power moderate. Sillage too.

AlanneSedai

I very much agree with the previous review. It was interesting, I can see the shared background with lady million, but it had a note that made me wrinkle my nose, very full, quite heavy and less light and fresh. After it dried down it got better and held the same sweetness as the original, but it's not for me.

genny17

That one didn’t work for me, must be the cognac note in it, it smells a bit off to my nose, it is boozy and a bit thick.....overall though, it is kind of interesting, very different from the other lady million..it has a grown up vibe too...I tried to like it, but in the end, I gave it to my son’ girlfriend, my chemistry clashed with it big time..I like Lucky a lot more...this one is purely commercial drugstore quality.

Emera1d

I tested this and on first spray it was bubblegum to my nose. I couldn't detect a lot of the notes, it just smelled sweet and nice, but there was nothing attention grabbing about it. Never tried the original so not sure how close they are. On the dry down it smelled very close to "Fairy Godmother" soap from Lush. It is nice overall, but nothing special so I won't bother with it.

aldinatic

On sample it is nice, but on skin.. way too sweet for me.. You can smell the cognac.. And it reminds me on the 90 s :) that's it :)
the mirabelle is also too prominent
update-its for going out in clubs scent I guess..not a every day scent.
something about it anoys me. still better then most of the perfumes on market right now !
Update, this is wonderful in spring ! yummi.. !

km1266

To be honest, when I first smelt it, I was very disappointed. But it has grown on me - it just isn't as impressive as the original Lady Million or Prive. However - it is a massive improvement in contrast to Lucky.

I know it isn't included in the notes ( maybe it's just me ), but I could smell strawberry.

It's a relatively nice scent, not a knockout or anything. 7.5/10

Edit: Longevity is very impressive, also a very pleasant dry down. I sprayed this on a testing card and the smell is still lingering, without being overpowering.

Edit: I sprayed it on my skin, while I still consider it a nice scent, the cognac is more prominent whenever you spray it on your skin. It's not terrible or anything, but it's really weird. The dry down is the best.

auroramaria

This is a lovely sweet and fun fragrance! I find it better than the other flankers it has this amazing sweet and slightly powdery base which I love so much. The bottle is tacky but the juice inside managed to be quite classy
Edit I have been wearing it for a few days now and after about a couple of hours it develops a weird note similari to polish remover, I liked Empire so much but it gets too synthetic at some point and I have only noticed that by wearing it full on

piahellgren

Sour, sweet, boozy and ... lovely! I seem to like lots of disliked fragrances lately. I find this so appealing and special with its tart red currants and neroli and the quite intense flowery magnolia/osmanthus combo. Since I adore plum the mirabelle version is a good thing too and even though I asm not sure it is cognac I am smelling, I do smell booziness. I also smell some herbal note going on in there - almost a bit minty or basilica-like. So something mentholated is happening here. It IS weird and quite crazy a smell, but I really dig it.

SailorV

When I first tried this on a paper blotter it smelled like a soapy rose fragrance with a boozy note to me. After investigating further I think what smells rosy to me is meant to be the mirabelle, maybe in combination with some floral notes. On my skin it warms up and does turn more fruity.
All in all it could be described as a sweet rose, plum and berry liqueur, or, maybe closer to the intended scent profile, tart plums flambéed with lots of sugar and cognac.
The comparison to a sweeter Chloe Nomade makes sense to me, but Nomade is a better fragrance.
Empire isn't similar to the original Lady Million at all. Though it's somewhat original and not terrible, it's a little messy and not very well balanced.

Reviewers on here seem to perceive this scent very differently. While it is very sweet, it's far from the sweetest thing I ever smelled, maybe an 8 on a sweetness scale from 1 to 10. And I smell absolutely no hint of coconut.
My theory is that they unintentionally used some aromachemical in this that smells like ultra-sweet coconut only to some noses. But who knows, the sense of smell really is a mystery.

Seducianne

Why the hate? Not any worse, more chemical or synthetic smelling than original LM.

Cherrybubble

This is super cute. Fruity and sweet but I'm also picking up on a citrus pink grapefruit note which I dont think is listed? Whatever! Does it really matter? It's a fun fragrance suited to an effervescent sort of girl. Delish

jrgazette

Delicious list of ingredients. I also was really excited when I sprayed this on because the boozey curranty notes are unusual and promising, but like a reviewer above, I was *also* really disappointed when those top notes had gone and what was left was more sickly and cheap. The note that people don’t like smells a little bit, to me, like clothes that have been left to dry badly. Maybe it’s the mint, which doesn’t go with the other notes.

babyrose1985

At first I thought WOW I think I'm going to dig this, started out smelling really quite amazing, sweet and fun and addictive, someone mentioned "confetti" and I got the same kind of vibe. I couldn't wait for it to dry down either as I thought it could only get better, but then it changes into a scent I really don't like.

I don't know how because the notes are completely different but on the dry down I get a nasty hint of Olympea Legend in the background and that perfume is the worst perfume I've ever tried in my life, I've never hated any perfume before, I either kinda like them or think theyre ok or I love them, but Olympea Legend was the first that made my nose curl up in disgust, it borders on revolting to my nose and unfortunately this has a tinge of that in the background when it's fully developed, nowhere near as horrid as Legend but it is definately their and that is definately enough for me to say this is not for me, such ashame because it started out seriously promising and lovely 👎

Moss in Snow

I think this may be the sweetest scent I have ever tried. It literally smells like melting sugar to me, or hard candy. I almost feel like I have been wrapped in cotton candy and then dipped in sugar syrup for just a bit more sugar. Not for me but if you like your scents sweet, this one may be your holy grail.

LisaMari

To me its another money-musk scent. Its got a cold metallic quality - think that's the plum and the opening is quite minty and a little powdery maybe that's the white patchouli.. overall the main note I get from this is plum, with the cognac in the background - its cool and icy not rich, almost like vodka.

Coffee King

I get the impression that Paco Rabanne is having a bit of fun with the market here. They're known in many quarters as the house of sweetness, and here it's almost like they're saying, we're giving you sweet, with even more sweet.

The notes are there in some form, but it is totally dominated by an ultra sweet synthetic coconut note. It reminds me of a sunbed cream I used a long time ago, very sweet, creamy, I have to say that there is something pleasing about it. Longevity was rather good.

I advise people to opt for this and expect fun, NOT serious perfumery. Paco is having fun here, the sublimely tacky bottle makes a statement. Fun, not to be taken seriously.

LadyIva

Ugh, this is awful. Disclaimer: I absolutely loathe sickly sweet fragrances, and I'm not a fan of fruity notes either (except for an occasional raspberry or lychee). Even so, this is one of the worst fruity fragrances that I have ever tried. It opens with synthetic sugary-fruity notes and ends with cloying, equally synthetic patchouli. I can't detect much else - no cognac, no orange blossom/neroli, no magnolia (or any other floral note), and I can't imagine why this is categorised as a 'chypre' fragrance. It's loud, obnoxious, tacky.

Astar

I absolutely agree with the votes here: the promoted by the brand “signature note” of neroli/orange blossom is barely recognizable. The scent is sweet and coconuty, but neither in a refreshing way as Aqua Allegoria Coconut Fizz nor warming coconut as Bronze Goddess. Sadly, it’s a slightly synthetic coconut with overpowering fruity and boozy notes. I way preferred the Lucky flanker, however I admit that Empire is more autumn/winter appropriate.

raiza1990

The opening is boozy, a bit synthetic and sickening. The Cognac is the dominant note, with a touch of mirabelle. Later it’s just a slightly powdery sweetness with something bad in the background that i can not identify. It has nothing to do with the original Lady Million. It’s not well blended and smells very commercial.
Thumbs down for this one.

gamme82

It really surprised me, its not like The rest from paco. Its sweet. A co worker said i smell like chocolate. Everybody around me likes it. Its warm.
Sillage strong, 8 hour longevity

ViouAmara

Complex but not too much, heavy but just enough, strong sillage, smooth but not weak, comforting but not nostalgic.
Very beautiful scent, perfect for fall, it is like sipping an orangey cognac very very slowly, next to the fire, the rain falls, the weather is gray… and it's so good to be at home.

EmHamburg

How can this tacky bottle smell so good? I went to the mall one more time just for sniffing some new releases and I saw it, on his pedestal and and.. oh no why waste a wrist spraying what probably is just another synthetic uninteresting flanker? buuut, the notes listed here were appealing enough to give it a try. So, I sprayed It on the blotter..Surprise!! confetti!! smiles!!
This is the most Original blend that I've smelt since I can right now remember. The juice is totally beautiful, sweet but no gourmand to my nose, you definitely picture something pink but not girly. It makes me think of the malibu licour without the coconut. The pink vibe must be coming from the red currants and the osmanthus is adding the slightly powdery sexy drydown.

Scent: 10/10

On the blotter, sillage is soft and longevity 24 hrs.

Reminds me of a boozier, sweeter Chloe Nomade minus the oakmoss (thank goodness, as I can't stand oakmoss at all). Not something to run out and buy, but I'll gladly use the sample up.

EDIT: In the far, far dry down (a day later on the cotton pad I sprayed it on to test it out), this actually makes me visualize the color of the bottle perfectly and it smells of those Parma Violet candies. I'm liking this more and more, just as I like the Lady Million Lucky with the well-behaved honey note. Not groundbreaking or life-changing by any means, but I have to say that Paco Rabanne's Lady Million offerings are pleasing to me.

EDIT #2: I tried this on my skin for the first time today (July 28, 2019) and WOW it smells amazing to me! Shocking headlines, LOL! The candied violet aspect is more apparent on my skin than on the cotton pad but blends so well with my chemistry that it's not too sweet or too powdery smelling. I can't wait for this to hit the States and hope it comes in a full set! If you like Jimmy Choo fever as I do (or any 'purple' gourmand type of scent) than I highly recommend Lady Million Empire!

Tried it today aling with Lady Million Lucky. The good news is it was so much better than last year's flanker. It is more subtle, coconutty, and creamy. The bad news: I can do so much better with the money. Pass.

I wish I could like this but it's cloying, tacky, sweet and smells very much like chemicals. This never happened to me with a PR fragrance. Shame. It reminds me of drugstore perfumes high school students are prone to wear. It doesn't develop over time either. Maybe the line is simply exhausted. I've never understood the need to come out with new flankers each year. The classic one was great, privé not my thing but nice and a bit gentler, the white one was good, but this one just isn't it. Time for new perfumes instead of bringing out new flankers to the Lady Million line.

Gotta try it 😊😊😊 !!!
