Spraying this on myself the same day I’m visiting a Campari bar leads me just to a confirmation that this smells exactly like Campari with a bit of vanilla. So luxurious and Italian, I want to bathe myself in this.
I only wish it lasted longer, at least my sample disappears in less than 2 hours.

Smella.hella.good

Orange creamsicle!! I bought it exactly for that reason and I was not disappointed! 2 perfume reviewers I watch recommended and it smells fantastic! At first I tried wearing on a hot day and it was a little too powdery and boozy but if you wear this in the evening or during cooler weather spring or fall (not sure about winter yet) it will smell exactly like orange creamsicle! It’s sweet without being cloying and it’s mature but not grandma like. Any age over 20 could pull this off in my opinion. Skin chemistry might make it different for some people but I highly recommend giving this a try! I sprayed before bed and I can smell it on my pillow 10 hours later!

This is one of those "trust the process scents". First spray isn't impressive but the dry down is pretty addictive. Starts up with fizzy tangy fruit then transforms into a more creamy vanilla citrus that's reminiscent of orange sherbet. This one will always be a keeper for me. It's very simple, easy to wear, and it smells good. Sometimes that's all I want.

Giulia23

This is imo a very mature scent. Sweet, a bit powdery and spicy. Opening is very much sweet, and after it dries down on the skin, all I can smell is campari and rosemary. Its not a juvenile perfume, it's elegant, I would say more fitted for hotter days. Very unique. Every time I smell this perfume, I remember my mother getting ready in the bathroom, as she was doing her hair and getting dressed. Very strong perfume, fitted more for women, not young girls. Beautiful, classic scent. 10/10

This is a gorgeous scent and it gives me nostalgia of being around perfume counters. I can't even compare it to anything but it smells so familiar! People have mentioned this smells similar to Lolitaland but I wear that almost every day so I don't get that feeling. I get that there's an orange creamsicle scent that Lolitaland possibly has but it's heavy on the vanilla and has an ivy scent that is more prominent than anything else besides a powder scent. This is vanilla too, but it's more sugary and also has a mintyness or mildly camphoraceous smell like those chalky valentine's candies with messages printed on them.
For the price this is amazing and smells high quality. I got mine on Amazon for $36 and it's a big bottle too.

I wish I could pin down what mainstream fragrance this smells like.

vanillaboozygrl

Lovelyyyy! sweet & not juvenile. Clean, flirty & light, 3 hours on skin.

Great for hot summer days but all weather too.
Sweet citrus opening & 15 mins in, I smell the green herbs (Mate? Rosemary?) & then it reverts back a fruity vanilla.

Cute gift for anyone who likes fruity scents!

Kekekie

I like this one! Although there is no projection, you can really get the nice opening smelling a bit like a sweet mandarine or an "orange Julep". Definitely soft and pleasing, but not very original. Wearable at work definitely. It is fresh and easy to wear. Random people will give you compliment and ask you what you are wearing. It actually has a bit of projection and will stay on for a few hours shockingly. lol! The bottle looks nice too.

sam9877

WOW is all I want to say, but I will say more. Opens with a bit of a sugar bomb turned orange creamsicle which smells so enticing and delicious. Not overpowering, and the drifts into soft orange vanilla sandalwood like floating on an inflatable in a pool, in the sunshine with a cold drink. Got a bit florally after a couple hours which was nice but very different to the opening. Seems to take you on quite a journey and I think I would reapply at the floral stage. Found this so uplifting, want to wear it with a cute sundress or spray it in my scarf or shawl. I haven't tested this on any males yet but I could totally see them being a fan. This perfume has pretty girl energy this is one I would want to gatekeep. Smells so happy and elegant and easily a new favourite. 9/10 for smell but 8/10 for projection

Bondno9girl

This one has a choke hold on men(i constantly get compliments at work and even had to write down the name)....that's all I'm going to say. I do about 15 sprays on my clothing and it projects and stays all day. If you are having problems with longevity 99% of the time this solves that problem. I never spray on skin in the winter because I'm bundled up at work all day therefore my scent of the day goes on my sweater 😊 You can get a tester(no cap, but I already have one) on ebay around $32 for the biggest bottle. Im running to get me a backup because the price goes up or this gets discontinued and I can't find it. More low-key fragrances like this one don't have knock offs/fake versions floating around which is nice but I always ask for a batch code and check photos/read reviews on the people I buy from on ebay so make sure to do your research. Always read the reviews and you will know if they are reputable or not because people don't lie and some people are just idiots.

Ummm the votes above that compare this fragrance to Lira are literally insane. To my nose and on my skin there is ZERO commonality between these two. I do kind of like it, but the blend of Amo Ferragamo is quite screechy and sharp, while Lira is the most balanced and beautiful citrus/vanilla gourmand that has ever existed. Please stop voting like this, lol 🤣

Charli3

I absolutely adore the dry down of this. It’s a sweet, slightly woodsy vanilla that smells like it could’ve come from your skin. I’m obsessed, I wish this lasted.

Aein

Smells like a cold mate drink to which you added sugar and orange slices. It’s a pretty original combination that makes for a nice summer fragrance. Easy to wear but I would use it for informal occasions only. Good performance.

rosequartzprincess

Smells horrible on me, really offensive to the nostrils.

DianaCiobo

One of my favorites and I don't think I met a person to dislike it, actually most of my friends got a bottle too. It's sweet and lasts a long time.

Lxnabanana

This was a blind buy after wanting a cheapie for work etc. For some reason, upon first spray I get a blast of an ice cream called a solero, like an orange creamsicle sort of vibe which fades into a creamy warm vanilla scent. There doesn’t seem to be a middle that my nose can pick up; which might be a me issue but doesn’t take away from how lovely this scent is.

It’s a nice all rounder & not offensive. It doesn’t stick around for long on my skin which is disappointing but it’s not expensive by any means so I should’ve got a larger bottle I could spray liberally.

AUyliong

Give it a minute or two to settle down after the initial spray. Otherwise you'll get a noseful of rubbing alcohol.

Anyway, once that dissipates, Amo opens with sweet notes that start adding other notes as it develops. Smells like a luscious dessert. I'm getting creamy milky vanilla with a hint of tart fruit - like berries.

I know the notes breakdown say it has blackcurrant but the blackcurrant accord is not overly sweet like in other blackcurrant frags I've smelled. It's also not sharp. It's very much a bit player to the vanilla, lightly scenting it to give it extra gourmand-y dimension.

I personally don't know what campari smells like but if it's anything like this, I like it.

Initial projection is strong. Easily arm's length but based on how strong it is and how far away I sprayed it, it's definitely well past that.

>30 mins in there's a new note in the background. It smells like coffee grounds or coffee jelly. It's grounding the dessert accord in some smokiness. Not incense-y. Smoke-y.

>1hr 30 mins in, I'm detecting the green notes. It smells grassy like vetiver but per the note breakdown it's likely the mate and rosemary.

>Another hour later, this has become a vanilla scent. All of the other ornamentation seems gone. It's also a skin scent at this point.

>5 hrs in. So that vanilla scent was its final form. I haven't detected any other note since. The way this is going I think this will last at least 8 hrs but we shall see.

This is only the second Ferragamo frag I've tried out but at this point I think a pattern with how their frags develop is emerging. Ferragamos only really have two stages - the gorgeous, layered gourmand opening then a mediocre also-rans base. There's really no heart.

I noticed a similar quirk with their Uomo Signature. That starts off with this amazingly gourmand tiramisu + leather combo which, to me, is a leather accord leagues superior to Tuscan Leather's raspberry + leather tandem. However, once it's had its moment everything settles into a vetiver + patchouli base. I mean it's perfectly serviceable and wouldn't make any man feel 'less' but it'd be nice if the second half was as clever and awe-inspiring as the first.

I think the only other perfume from a different brand (with a similar 2 stage structure) that astounds in the beginning then bores in the next is Lost Cherry.

Dawnya7b

I havent worn this in forever and I just happened to have worn lira yesterday. I put this on and i do a double take- wait what did i just spray on Lira or Amo? I should mention I have had this bottle for about a year and ive only worn it once before many many months ago, so its been macerating all this time. This is gorgeous and for the price I cant believe I've had a Lira dupe all this time. It doesnt have the deep spice that lira has but the vanilla and citruses are very very similar.
I just sprayed them side by side and they are super similar like 85% percent similar. Which is great because Lira costs so much and doesnt project but last and this stuff projects a little better I might start mixing them.

buttermamon

This perfume is so yummy, perfect for any time of year. I used to work at a perfume pop up store and I after smelling this tester it was on my wishlist immediately. I’ve had several people tell me I smell good when I’ve worn it, and when my friends come to my house they spray it on themselves. Yummy and sweet, but not overly sugary and synthetic (eg: Ariana fragrances or the Juicy Coutures). A classy and delicious scent.

Domenica23

Since I noticed that EDT or EDP don`t stick like they used to, I buy strictly body lotions of perfumes these times. Ferragamo`s body lotion here is great and lasts quite long and is very soft on my skin. It lasts longer than the perfume so now the lotion is empty and evtl. I will get another. The other I tried "Signorina ribelle", fantastic.
My first Ferragamo was a good bargain. He could be a little more generous and sell us perfumes for a little less, but this is impossible with our super inflation in the world.
He`s elegant above all and I love elegance so much. My niece got "Signorina elegante" for Christmas and I know she loved it. I also like his fashion style in clothes.

jaimepenney

This makes me want to drink an Aperol Spritz. It's beautiful orange fizz, almost like an orange float or spider for those in Australia. Definitely refreshing with some sweetness. Wonderful for a warm spring or summer day. This lasted about 8hrs on me. Still got compliments after about 6hrs. A lesser known gem of a fragrance.

lulu169

I'm getting mostly rosemary with fruity vanilla. Nice and sophisticated - strictly for summer days and perfect for vacation BUT: it has the strength of a body spray!!!!! Wtf...I do TWENTY sprays all over my body, clothes and hair and I can't smell it 10minutes later. Waste if money and the beautiful bottle from heavy glass 👎🏻🤷🏼♀️

noodlehead19

sweet orange creamsicle! but it's like the concept of a creamsicle instead of the actual food. I like how it's not really lactonic, but the vanilla here still puts the 'cream' in creamsicle lol. orange is my all-time favorite fragrance note, so this was a very successful blind buy. it's not beast mode by any means, but that's fine; it lasts for about 6 hours on me and I can smell it on myself all the while. if sprayed lightly, could definitely be a great office-appropriate frag. suitable for daytime in all seasons (minus extreme heat).

andreabirasova

love this one, I will never forget Very Valentino, my dear one, but I am happy when I find something special. This one reminds me summer drink from my country. that lasts...I like it

astrid1057

It’s nice but there’s a part of it that smells exactly like a Victoria Secret lotion I own. A little bit cheap, a little bit artificial. I don’t love that specific note but the initial tartness was really pleasing and I will try it again before rating.

Tooturntt

Out of the "creamsicle" scents I've tried this is by far my favorite. Although it doesn't have the same woody quality as Lake by Rosie jane or Colette it out preforms them in both sillage & longevity.

celestial

Amo Ferragamo was a blind buy because it's not available for testing where I live. I wish I could smell all the beautiful notes and sweetness that most people describe, but unfortunately to my nose this is a linear, simple, somewhat cheap scent, reminiscent of something I've smelled in the past. I can't detect any vanilla and any sweetness, in fact to me this is a herbal scent, but not very pleasantly so. It does, however, have excellent sillage and longevity.

Babyniks

to me this smells very linear, and simple. orange creamsicle. sweet orange and a creamy vanilla. that's it. so so so disappointed I don't smell any of the other interesting notes. rosemary? mate? rhubarb? black currant?? where ???

gonegirl

there’s something VERY familiar about the opening, i’ve definitely smelled that before somewhere, not in a perfume but i have no idea what it is.

i only tried this because i wanted something similar to lolitaland, which this is not. it smells herbal like a spa. a nice enough scent, but not what I was looking for.

MissMarco

Very sweet, candy like ,vanilla combination. Lots of vanilla and campari. Not too sure I get the other notes. Maybe the black current adds the syrupy-Ness to all the notes. I like it. I want to see how this performs in the heat now that its summer here.

sanjahermes17

Such an easy reach that works in every season.
The bottle is cute and so is the smell.
Inoffensive, a bit tart, citrusy, sweet and cozy vanilla.
It's just great, especially at the price.
Reasonably long-lasting.
Love it, and my boyfriend does as well.

Tooturntt

This is fine. Another orange creamsicle, slightly woody fragrance. Lake by Rosie & Jane, & Tocca Collette are very similar. I'm bored of this scent profile atm.

TheLB

I got a mini spray of this to try and I love it! It’s fresh, spicy, vanilla goodness. It’s a safe blind buy and I can’t stop smelling myself!

VanillaaManiaa

The sillage from this is Intoxicating 😍 underrated gem! Definitely creamsicle vibes, almost a classier, sultry version of Lolitaland, which although I love can definitely be too much sometimes. House of Fraser has 50ml for £45, instant love & purchase for me!

barbiegirl

This fragrance could be nominated "Best All-Around"! I liked it at hello and find it very easy to love and easy to wear. This is a safe blind buy (as long as you like vanilla, sweet, warm and fruity scents) and would make a nice gift. It's just happy and delicious, a simple pleasure to me. When the box arrived, I realized I had accidentally ordered two bottles and at first set one aside to return. Once I sampled it though, the second one became my first back-up bottle!

One thing to add that may be helpful if you're considering it: this does have the Creamsicle / Dreamsicle effect. Another fragrance that has that is Lolitaland, and it's definitely similar (I added my vote to the "reminds-me-of" section) BUT Lolitaland I find way too cloying. If you're like me and can't wear that one, but like the idea, Amo Ferragamo is a great alternative! There is a peppy zing to Amo that lifts it out of the too-sweet zone - must be the Campari and rosemary. A fun and light-hearted, everyday mood-lifter!

Chrisandra

Wonderful fragrance, sweet and feminine <3 I like to try other Amo Ferragamo fragrances as well. Can someone help me with this one, Amo Ferragamo Special Edition Oriental Wood? I tested it yesterday in a store and really liked it. It is very pricey though and I was wondering if anybody knows a good clone. All Amo Ferragamo fragrances which I tested in stores smell lovely, although quite different in longevity and projection, at least on paper and on my skin.

GUADELUPA

Campari - rhubarb - vanilla provide an incredibly gentle and delicate scent. It's perfect from any point of view. Even from the paper it smells incredibly delicious, so I immediately wanted it. Soft and tender, but dense and very fruity fragrance. It's incredibly feminine and seductive. Longevity and sillage is so good, I can smell it all day long on the clothes. I think, it's a safe blind buy! Amo Ferragamo has a comfortable sweetness and moderate liqueuriness covered by delicate vanilla. Excellent perfume in a beautiful bottle!

Hannehoney

This is my new best friend, lol :) It opens so juicy and fruity, with the sparkling Campari and black currant. It reminds me a bit of Armani Code, Im sure this has ginger in it. I love it :) Later I can smell the rhubarb and a very soft and warm vanilla that lasts forever on my skin. I spray about 6 sprays and still its not overpowering. Im so happy with my blindbuy :)

Gwenhwyfar

I simply love this one! It is syrupy sweet, but not in an off-putting cloying way. Just like most reviews mention the most prominent notes - are blackcurrant, intense vanilla, something almost fizzy with a hint of orange/tangerine. Even though that orange note is not listed - is it the campari note? I am seriously interested to try this campari drink now, if only to compare what resemblance it may carry to this amazing perfume. To me this perfume is very distinctive from many other super-sweet scents I ever tried or own right now. It lingers for a couple of days on clothes, too.

stephanienwc

I like this but it doesn't stand out despite having some interesting notes in the mix...

Sassafras23

I tried this one at the same time as Body Tender by Burberry. A world of difference. The Body is very girly; the epithet “tender” is spot on. Amo is not relaxing; its dry down on my skin is aggressive. It can be worn by men. Maybe even better suited to men. The opening notes were nice, but quickly evaporated, so I can’t recall what they were. What stayed on my wrist are some rather harsh, masculine notes somewhat offset by some creamier notes. These must be fresh spice competing with soft spice (which are at the basis of the pyramid) and winning. But some middle notes seem to survive on the paper strip (mate?), which is intriguing. Maybe to buy a small size to keep things interesting? Or is it the Body on my other wrist that I feel drawn to? Amo is probably for those who are into spice and for colder times. I think it may be similar to Mon Guerlain EDP Intense in the character of the drydown.

oilbird3

Is this a different scent than Amo Ferragamo Per Lei?

MeditativeRose

Disclaimer: This is a negative review.

Never have I felt so strongly negative about a perfume that I blind bought. This is a straight up cough syrup smell! I thought it would grow on me over time but, it hasn't. The dry down after about two hours is barely tolerable but, not enough for me to keep it. Gladly, I only had a 10 ml Travel Spray that I gave away today. This is the ONLY time a blind buy hasn't worked for me. With the high ratings I was expecting a lot more. One can't always rely on reviews and it's better to test sometimes. With this fragrance, for sure! Sadly, where I am, testing is not always an option.

EDIT : Honestly, I don't get the whole downvoting shtick. There's literally a disclaimer here that says that this is a negative review. Why still read it knowing that and assumedly having decided that you want to like the scent anyway no matter what the review says. Sure Fragrantica is meant to be an unbiased place but what's with the downvoting feature?! Perfume precisely works in the manner that what works for me may not work for you and vice versa and this is the place to give your individualistic two cents about it. This is what mine is regarding this one. You don't like what you read, move on, imho. I don't see how downvoting my review is going to make anyone like this better. One ought to like a scent anyway without any personal review getting in the way of that.

laoiseface

Warm, cosy, sweet. Yet fruity and fun like an Italian summer. Have loved this since my first sample tester years ago! Will be wearing it for my wedding in June... <3

Pixied0ll

One of my favourite fragrances. It’s very juicy and warm but not overly sweet. I get compliments when wearing this fragrance. I only wish it lasted longer.

Kristensvanity

Found this at Burlington and audibly gasped because im so excited to own this perfume again. I’ve finished a 1oz about 2 years ago and it’s one I always thought I wanted to own again. It’s so pretty, mature but still sweet.

dandeli0n

It smells like rich women

banjerine

Rhubarb fizz and blood orange soda; tart, sparkling, and bittersweet, with a bit of an herbaceous quirk. Summer-fresh, flirty, and coquettish.

fanntonyoscar

The dry down is much better than the initial blast, so this one requires patience. It reminds me of La Nuit Tresor a la Folie when I layer it with Montale’s Vanille Absolu. It truly is a winner after the rhubarb and black currant calm down.

Hammyt100

100% in shock at the comment a few comments down saying this has a similar scent profile to narciso poudree?? To me it isn't in the same vein, realm, family, era, neighborhood, nothing.

This doesn't even have musk in it??

This is a slightly herbal, slightly sharp, blackberry vanilla with a little woodiness sprinkled in. I bought it because it was recommended as an orange creamsicle type of scent but I don't get that at all, it's more berry forward than creamy or orangey.

Crazy how fragrances can vary so much from person to person.

livelovelaugh0810

opening is brilliant.
it smells like literla orangey/fruity creamsicle type of scent.
very refreshing and slightly spriety, but sweet and creamy.

as for the dry down, when i tried it at the department store with their tester, it dried down to the most beautiful, almost chocolatey vanilla sandalwood dry down. but then with the bottle i ordered, I get this very perfumey scent all the way which can get slighlty nauseating.

for me, it's strictly a winter only scent.

has a lot fo great memories attached, so probably won't declutter it, but still very limited use with this one.

momsRcool

Smells like hair spray and dries down to a softer, fruity scent. No longevity. Pretty basic, feminine scent. Unoffensive, possibly headache inducing.

flyprincess

Great perfume that I have had for some time - it’s a softer, more gourmand and creamy version of Narciso Poudrée to me. (Not saying it’s a dupe, just that it has a similar scent profile.) Very feminine. Not complicated at all. I like it at bedtime.

Rosemary14

This has been lauded as the ultimate Orange creamsicle fragrance and that is quite a good description. I find it to very much like an Orange or berry sherbet. It’s a bit fizzy with that fruity Campari but the rosemary and tea(mate) are adding the tiniest hint of a fresh alive aromatic feeling. Only the tiniest whiff of that though because I don’t smell this and think, “Oh, that’s rosemary and tea.” Honestly, I don’t have anything in my collection like this. Somehow it’s fresh and syrupy fruity sweet at the same time like a summer cocktail by a very good mixologist in a bougie rooftop restaurant. I’m picturing myself in a summer dress and someone hands me a cold Campari with a splash or ice tea, berry liquor, with a sprig of Rosemary garnish on a hot summer night. It’s a bit youthful and fun. The vanilla isn’t the star here. It’s very much an extra in the show but it’s adding the “cream” in the creamsicle. In the dry down the vanilla comes out more as the base. It’s a keeper.

For those of you afraid of the rhubarb note it’s not very dominant. This fragrance is tart and a tiny bit “green” but it’s in no way harsh and sour like in Delina. The rhubarb here reminds me of the rhubarb in Marc Jacobs Perfect. It’s got that same watery freshness. The two fragrances are very different but the rhubarb is quite similar. The two fragrances share the same “likable” and “wearable” qualities while still remaining unique. The review below me is correct in identifying this as more watery/aromatic/fizzy berry/orange/refreshing with some creamy vanilla but it isn’t a vanilla cake or a deep creamy rich dessert.

Tomadeupjazz

Wanted this to be a blind buy love, but sadly it's a gentle like. Which I say is still pretty good. Everyone has always recommended this perfume to me and stated it was an orange creamsicle scent. Even looking at the notes and the main accord I still went for it because I was like "Oh the rosemary and mate won't matter, the aromatic woody accord doesn't matter, everyone says its creamsicle so it must be". Eeehhhh, yes and no. I see why people say that, it opens bright and sparkling, you can really detect the campari alcoholic note, and the black currant mixes together with the rhubarb to give a watery fruit, bitter note. BUT there's no denying there's something fresh, almost herbal in this fragrance that's present throughout. Smells like a soft spice. THAT keeps this from being a straight up gourmand, and why it isn't even classified as one. And I agree, it's for sure not a gourmand and not an orange creamsicle wholely, which I wanted so badly for it to be. I see reviews of "this is just orange sherbet, this is orange creamsicle with added whipped cream, this smells like an italian cake". I wish I only got that. But my nose is letting me detect more in the way of that herbalness. I was a bit disappointed when I first smelled this. Even after wearing it for a full day, it still didn't give me what I see so many others get. It's a freshy, watery aromatic, bright fruity scent, with a sweet dry down, but not like cake sweet. And clearly there's others that feel the same as me, although we are not in the majority 🤷🏾♀️. Still a nice fragrance that I like and I will get enjoyment out of having. Lolitaland is also on my wishlist and this is compared to that but the notes and accords for lolitaland look a lot more promising than this one. Will have to grab it soon to compare. Just here to offer my 2 "scents" and say go into this one a little more weary that you may or may not get the full orange creamsicle experience.

*Edit*
So I have lolitaland now 😝
That one also is NOT an Orange creamsicle BUT it’s definitely some type of peach pie or peach custard. SUPER gourmand and sweet and sugary. Depending on your nose it will either smell like a peach desert, or peach candy, or you won’t like it at all. It’s sooo nice and the licorice is done very well in it. It’s SUPER sweet and TOTALLY different than this fragrance 100%. I get nothing at all aromatic or herbal in that fragrance like I do with this one 👍🏾

BlackAmberMoon

This perfume is like warm sunshine on the terrace, sipping refreshing cocktails while wearing white linen. Easy and breezy. Happiness in a bottle. My summer go-to.

herzling

Generic scent, really nothing special about it. It’s actually headache inducing to me.

mdecres1

This perfume smells delicious. The price point is so low for a wonderfully sweet smelling creamy organelle perfume. I am sorely disappointed in the longevity. I sprayed (not kidding) 30 sprays on myself yesterday, hoping that it would last. It did not. Upon first spraying, the projection is great and strong for about 2 minutes. Then, it quickly fades into a near-nonexistent skin scent within 10 minutes.

MaxieF

This is an absolutely amazing fragrance. I am a sweets girl myself. This is 100% sherbet ice cream on my skin. It's like a fizzy orange vanilla with some caramel. It's seriously from start to finish so delicious. I was nervous because I was afraid it might be mature but it's really youthful but still elegant. I absolutely love it.

JinGA

This starts out fruity, flowery, and summery. Within a half hour, it turns into Vanilla Woods by Seven Virtues. It’s kind of weird. To me, it starts as a summer scent and ends as a fall scent. Pretty.

perfumesniffer

FINALLY a blind buy I’m not mad about!

This is an effervescent Campari cocktail at the beginning. Fruity, tart and cheerful. In the mid-phase it leans more into a tart berry neroli phase and once it dries down the vanilla gains the spotlight, but on me this doesn’t get as vanilla strong as others describe. There is an aromatic herbal quality in the middle and late phase. Some pine needles/rosemary (which I love) are present towards the dry down. Even though this is technically gourmand it’s not syrupy or too sweet. The tartness and herbal quality give it a nice zing. It’s not overly synthetic either. I can see the similarity to Lolitaland (but I honestly hated Lolitaland). Another comparison that I’m familiar with is Armani Si Fiori.

I’m impressed. This is nice. It’s easy and pleasant yet different enough from mainstream dreck that I know I’ll be wearing this in the coming months. Longevity is kind of moderate (about 4-5 hours) but it does become a skin scent after about 2 hours. I spray on clothes to lengthen the experience.

PS: the rosemary note is reminding me of a long lost discontinued gem Dior Cologne Blanche which I miss so much. I actually really like this. Amo Ferragamo is a great scent.

TatianaChoco

Beginning is fruity-fresh and little bit citrusy-sour. It turns into sweet vanilla scent - something like a cake, later like soft velvet. If you prefer vanilla perfumes, it is safe blind buy for you 🥧🌼

takema

I don't know how something that smells like a frozen dessert smells so warm and cozy, but Amo Ferragamo does this. It smells just like a softly spiced orange creamsicle. There is a sweetness that is balanced by that soft spice and a fresh brightness. It is quite delicious and easy to wear at any time. It's very feminine and great for all ages. It smells youthful and fun. It's a very happy fragrance.

I have worn this Amo Ferragamo in all seasons and it works well all year. It has enough strength and coziness to stand up to the winter cold. It stays bright and fresh in the summer heat. I notice a lot of similarity to LolitaLand. They share the creamsicle comparison but Amo is fresher and brighter while LolitaLand is a bit deeper and richer (that may be because my bottle has aged quite a bit though). I am happy to have both. I usually wear this on a casual day doing errands or going out for lunch. This is a fragrance with solid performance. It lasts most of a day for me 8-10 hours with just the right amount of projection to be noticed, but not overwhelm those around you.

I think the bottle is pretty, but it does look a bit better from a distance. Up close it looks just a teeny bit cheap. But it suits the fragrance. It's fun, feminine and pretty. Not refined, serious and classy. It is often available at discounter sites for a very good price.

tirput

As a sucker for gourmand vanilla fragrance, Amo Ferragamo is approved! Mass-pleasing, men-magnet woman fragrance. The opening is heavy on orange notes blended very well with vanilla, making it both sweet and fresh, then it develops into beautiful floral-vanilla. This fragrance is quite strong so be mindful when spraying. I personally wouldn’t wear it for outdoor activities especially on scorching hot days. Nope, just nope.

Anyway I can sense something off but I can’t describe it in words... Maybe something like cleaning products? Overall this is a must try for those who are into vanilla. Go get the sample. I am addicted.

Perfumer: Marie Salamagne

lawgrl

I want to love this based on the reviews.

But I just get a really sticky Syrupy sweet fairly basic smelling perfume—sweet synthetic black current and vanilla with a bit of herb/floral. I really get no Orange or citrus pop. Just sweet perfumy vanilla.

I’m going to keep trying to see if it develops more. But right now—not getting any of the beauty others have noted below. Definitely nothing smelling like anything I’d consume. Bummer!

Fashionplatefanny

This is really hyped up. It’s not as gorgeous as everyone makes it out to be. I think it might do better in the cooler season as it seems to get lost in the heat of summer. I wish Amo was a little stronger and deeper smelling. It is very light and not very long lasting. It has little projection.

It’s light and creamy and orangey, it also has a fresh note. It’s non offensive.

The bottle is stunning.

paperproses

The vanilla in this reminds me of MK Midnight Shimmer / Kayali Vanilla 28

Stoicchild

This one is WAY BETTER than Hugo Boss Private Accord. I love the sillage and longevity of this one. The price is good too! Here in Australia they're charging $50 for 100ml. It's fresher and stronger, nothing sweet. The campari is just ahhh! You'd wanna keep smelling it. Marie Salamagne makes such good perfumes! She has one of the BEST noses behind some famous perfumes out there!

Rimazy

Opens up like hugo boss the scent private accord, and dries down like fancy jessica simpson. It's nice, but couldn't care enough for it.

Neckromancer

Orangey scent with vanilla. At first it smelled like Boss the Scent for Her Private Accord to me, but it's a little more vanilla than chocolate. I really like it, and I do agree that it's a pretty safe blind buy. It's kind of a more modern version of Cinema with an orange that's not as sharp, and a vanilla that's not as powdery. It's a really cute work scent. I don't know if you want to smell like a creamsicle at work, but I don't mind. The bottle is also a lot nicer in person.

perfume_angel

sweet creamy orange creamsicle! Very soft and lovely and delicious. The vanilla note in this is also very deep and heavenly. if you love orange and vanilla you will most certainly love this one, and it seems to be a crowd pleaser as alot of people compliment this scent.

PerfumeLights

Safe blind buy. At first spray it’s a pleasing fruity, but not too sweet or synthetic fragrance. Without a doubt is similar and reminded me immediately of Amour Amour by Cacharel, but this one is softer and in my opinion more elegant. I’m keeping this one because I don’t own Amour Amour anymore, I would definitely say it’s not worth owning both. At the dry down it strongly reminded me of Lolita by Marc Jacobs, but better. I also owned this one and I had to let it go because it was too strong/cloying and synthetic to my nose. I was pleasantly surprised that this was the Lolita vibe that I wish the OG Lolita had. So all in all, this is a win for me because it managed to marry two fragrances that I’ve enjoyed in the past, but improving them in a way. So it’s a keeper for me. It will most likely be a dressing up fragrance or date night fragrance. The kind I’ll wear out with friends as well. However, it’s good for signature scent and year round scent or office scent in my opinion -as long as you don’t over spray-.

Magifera

Extremely, mouth-wateringly delicious! Niche perfumery worthy scent... The bottle is stunningly beautiful.

Queen of torts

Delicious. Youtubers say it's an orange creamsicle and they are right. The campari and vanilla combination makes it smell like a creamsicle and although not listed I get a warm amber. Layers perfectly with BBW Snowy Citrus Swirl which has chilled tangerine, vanilla and tonka. Definitely going to be working this combo as we move into cooler temperatures.

AisLilly

While the performance of this on me is not fantastic (to be fair, my skin just eats up perfume like no one else I know), the orange creamsicle DNA that goes through is unique and beautiful. The orange and vanilla combo is not one on paper I thought I would have liked but it is STUNNING.

Divna1206

Very pleasant surprise. Gourmand vanilla with depth mixed with fresh citrusy note, very comforting. It has a note similar to Montale‘s intense cafe, probably the gourmand vanilla. Men magnet, got many compliments when wearing this perfume

Smonalisa

This is heaven. I love orange in a fragrance and mixed with sophisticated amber and vanilla just makes it perfect.

JessVanEgg

This fragrance, to me, mostly smells of vanilla and Campari with a hint of amber. It made me fairly hungry after spraying it haha.

Sillage is moderate for an hour or two, and then sits closer to the skin for 2-3 additional hours. It is a very feminine fragrance, and the value is alright.

Perhaps it's a 7/10.

AlaskanAngel

Opens with a blast of Campari that resembles the whole grapefruit wizzed in a blender, very refreshing. Dry down is a less impressive fruity/vanilla-floral. The opening is quite brilliant but it tapers into generic as it progresses because vanilla becomes dominant and florals
overwhelm. A nice, sweet scent with a bright, fun, speedy start that slows into comfortable banality.

P.S. I agree with italiancandi, this is great summer scent if the sweetness doesn't make you feel muggy. I also find it unisex but I think of most scents that way. This does lean too sweet for my taste.

UPDATE
If you like this you might want to try SUMMER OF '84 from the house of Kerosene as I find it has a similar opening but keeps the bright freshness throughout.

aldinatic

The Rhubarb, Vanilla and Campari smell like Caramel a bit.. Really sweet, a bit sickening sweet.

Kristensvanity

I get no vanilla in this so it’s not what I was expecting at all, but it’s still a nice perfume. Not something I will miss when it’s gone though or repurchase.

Edit 12/31/22 i find it hilarious i said i wont miss this nor rebuy, because i was so happy to be able to rebuy this today.

italiancandi

I’m surprised not many think this is a summer fragrance. Smells like a baddie that’s dressed up for a summer event. She has her tan on, glow up on and she’s eating with her man or with her girls outdoors at a nice restaurant with upbeat music playing. Day or night.

Update: men love this. Had my boyfriend, brother, 4 of my brothers friends, and father smell this and they said it’s addictive. Drys down to a very lovely vanilla scent with a balance of fruity. Doesn’t last more than 5 hours for me but definitely worth it.

Murmur123123

I picked up Amo because I was intrigued by the Campari note in it. It is overall pleasant, opens up quite fresh and citrusy and dries down to a comfortable sweet vanilla (I like vanilla scents generally). My complaint is that whilst it has moderate lasting power, it has very poor projection and sillage. I am normally an "under sprayer" with most perfumes, but with this one I had to spray 6-8 sprays in the morning before re-applying it again in 3 hours in order to create a small scent bubble around me.

PRibas

Such a pretty scent!! Reading the comments here first, before I buy this perfume, I thought it would be so much sweeter than it really is. In my mind it would be something close to Lolitaland by Lolita Lempicka, another sweet fragrance with an orange drink in it notes (Belini instead of Campari). But Lolitaland is way more sweet that this.

This one also has some very powdery note that I can't pinpoint. The projection is medium and it lasts about 5 hours in my skin, but way longer in the clothes (+12)

OolongLaLa

Although I find the bottle alluring, I managed to forego the deals I saw at TJ Maxx and get a sample first. In fact, the presence of a fairly new fragrance on the shelves at my local store made me a little suspicious. Others may have scooped this up as a successful blind buy, but this isn't my thing and I don't wear it that well. This definitely isn't anything I could wear to bed, as someone said below, because I don't find this soft at all. A spray on each wrist is pretty loud.

This starts out syrupy-sweet and I don't get any citrus character or creaminess. The idea of an herbaceous orange creamsicle compelled me to get a sample, but I can't identify any fruit note. I expected the tartness of currant and rhubarb to give the sweet accord some brightness and freshness, but it's not that persistant. I thought the aromatic rosemary and mate would cut the sweetness and give the scent uniqueness, but I get no rosemary. Mate has its moment in combination with a bit of jasmine and a heavier ambroxan note. The ambroxan prevents this from being a fresh accord; that's marred by ambroxan's annoying chemical noxiousness. Unfortunately, the ambroxan constitutes the persistant contrast to the sweetness.

When I test a fragrance, I sniff my wrists a lot and I'm not likely to do that (too much) during regular wear. That said, this is slightly grating with its beastly, bland, sweetness. Even though I'm not getting significant ambroxan wafting around me, it certainly doesn't help. I'm glad I was disciplined and cautious.

Dreamdott

This is very cozy. It reminds me of a fall evening when the leaves are nice and amber. The sun is setting and the air is a bit warm. There is a citrus note in it but its very creamy. You could definitely say it smells like an orange Creamsicle BUT its not cold at all. Its friendly, cozy, sweet and warm. I like to wear it to bed because it's not too overpowering if I spray it lightly. I dont like too much citrus in my fragrance but this is quite nice. It dries down to a nice vanilla amber scent. You could say this is a transition form summer to fall... maybe wearing it at the very beginning of October. This is another fragrance I would describe as being romantic. Great date night fragrance or just something to cozy up to that special someone :)

clemmy

This is a great perfume! I would never consider if not for these great reviews, although I understand is not for everyone (not safe blind buy according to some reviews).
For me is divine and unique sweet creamy citrus perfume and it is not easy to find this combination. The Campari note (like a red sweet orange) is unique and dominant. On me projection and longevity are excellent,I found it on my t shirt after one day guessing which great scent was about..I cannot still detect rhubarb, mate and rosemary, but overall I love it. The drydown is warm and cozy. And finally the bottle is elegant and simply beautiful! 4/5

Scandipersian

A blind buy that smells exactly like I expected it to according to reviews here!!! How rare is that 😁 As a non-lover of sticky gourmand perfumes, this one is for me. It is not cloying (that dreaded tonca bean, patchouli kind of suffocation left out), and the blood-orangey rhubarby campari note is not as artificial as raspberry, passionfruit, mango notes of other perfumes. Since citrus fruits have natural oils in them, this one smells more naturally gourmand. Not tacky or cheap smelling like many other sweet perfumes.
The dry down is more reminiscent of Elie Saab g.o.n. shine (but much lighter and airier) and nothing like la vie est belle kind of sweet. Even though it feels young, anyone feeling young at heart can wear this without feeling silly.
This will be (an alcohol free) addiction of mine this summer 🍸🍹

sassa7

This is so weird. First off the bottle looks stunning. There is something fresh but also sickly sweet and addicting about this scent and it smells SO familiar Ive been busting my head trying to make a connection. It definitely reminds me strongly of the freshness and beautiful unique sweetness of VS Eau So sexy, especially the sweeter Apple Bottoms Nelly, way sweeter than both of them though and then it turns very sour on me, the Ambroxan and rhubard possibly. Rhubarb is very nice, always adds depth in perfumes, sometimes makes them abit masculine. I tested both on paper and Amo is more complex and sweeter but the essence of them is similar. Man it smells so familiar, possibly quite similar to Boum Jeanne Arthes, it has that type of sweetness and vibe but smells more high-end than that. Also, it is very distracting with how sweet/sour it is, I couldnt even drive I kept smelling my arm. I wish the sweet part lasted longer because the sourness of the drydown is not my favorite. Regardless, im happy i bought it and it is well made, bold and unique.
Update: Well as I wore it more, on me it smells like cordial cherries chocolates, no wonder why as campari is basically liqueur haha! And then it becomes very reminiscent of Apple Bottoms Nelly. It has this syrupy addicting candy-like sweetness.

jasmyn1123

I absolutely love the way this perfume smells, the notes work amazingly together and it is such a sexy, warm fragrance that is quite unique. I bought this after buying the Flowerful version of Amo at half off at a local department store sale; I instantly fell in love with it, it was different for me, much more floral than I was used to, but I adored it. However, it disappeared within an hour on my skin, but I put this down to Flowerful being an EDT. I bought the original Amo to replace it once Flowerful had finished and I was obsessed instantly, and because it's an EDP, I expected a long wear - I was wrong. This perfume completely disappears within 2-3 hours no matter how much I spray. So disappointed as I looove the way it smells.

Dani C.

A lovely mix of vanilla and citrus. Well blended and very round, not sharp at all. It’s a staple in my collection. Low to moderate longevity (I get 4 hours on my skin), sillage could be better, but evolves you in a good sweet, delicious and noticeable bubble.
@deepgreenbeauty

JenJBS

Just doesn't work for me. I don't think it's any specific note, but something about the combination that doesn't smell good to me at all. I can see how some might like it, but I wouldn't call it a safe blind buy, or easy to wear.

IkuraGirl

A mix of tart and sweet, this sparkling juice is both refreshing and soothing, as anyone familiar with a good Campari can attest. I’m on my third bottle, testament that this perfume has earned a place on my repeat list.

Dusting my clothes and hair with a perfect and unusual blend of notes, it is sweet but not saccharine, tinged with a bitter, unexpected and intriguing edge that distinguishes it from say a Pink Sugar or Midnight Fantasy (often described as quintessentially youthful, which is just lazy, because my grandmother, at age 86, smelled like sweet hay and sunshine and fresher than many nubile young bodies I have known and loved).

What’s my point? This is sweet. And you should wear it. Even if you’re 40 like me. Because it’s delicious, and I’ll be damned if smelling delicious is something strictly reserved for teenagers.

poppyetpear

omg, I really love this😍 It's bright, beautiful and confident. I'm not really sure what I'm smelling, but it's so good and sweet! The longevity and projection are pretty good too. I got a decant of this, but I definitely need a FB in my collection.

10/10 for me

Margielouise

This is special. Very well balanced. Perfect blend of soft feminine sweetness, fizziness of the Campari, grounded by the sandalwood and staying power with the ambroxan. If this interests you at all, just buy it and wear it in as many scenarios as you can. You will come to appreciate its versatility and specialness. This shines in the Summer heat especially.

bombekmateya

Its just like chopard happy spirit!

dglightblue

Ive tested this before and found it plain ans sweet.
Today is a scorcher, skin and fabric test.

Soo, yes i understand the creamsicle vibe, but, take away that notion for a sec.

Fabric this is cool clear sweet rounded a bit orangey, a bit maybe white floral?? Slightly?
Skin this is rounded cool, eraser, sweet, gentle aromatics under the orangey sweet stuff.

Have a go with this, j choo fever, mkn guerlain, and ariana REM. Mostly between rem and mon guerlain. I would even amp up the aromatics for myself

LawmaLlama

Loved it on paper, but anosmic to it after 10 minutes on skin. Guessing the Ambroxin is the culprit. Disappointed that my teenager can smell it strongly and I only get the faintest hint of it very, very close to my skin. Giving it to my teen. Sad because the orange Creamsicle scent on paper was yummy.

echurch1979

This is such a sweet, herbaceous number, and completely abstract from anything I expected coming from this house. Possibly tainted by Emozione's vulgar attempt at femininity, I assumed another pretentious offer, exploiting the already flash-fad of sugary sweet, homogenized youth. This, however, is complex, verbose; a slightly sarcastic jog into the world of gourmand scents. Each note seems balanced with its counterpart, emboldening a sensuous, thoughtful connection to the physical world, while nodding to the tenuous undertones of our everyday. The bottle is gorgeous, and comfortable to spray. The price is approachable, and the list of components, alone, cause pause in the mundane world of review. Campari's herbaceous sweetness, toned with the pucker of rhubarb, create a juiciness that is nearly drinkable. Rosemary's conifer heft of oily stems and pines, are matched with the delicate earthiness of mate's tender leaves. Soft, floral trails of vanilla encourage sandalwood to become creamier. Jasmine's sharp voice and sometimes bitter expression, eased effortlessly by the saccharine nature of Ambroxan. These are not ingredients ordinate. They cultivate a very intentional gastronomic experience, and it is in this format, they pull ahead of competition. This is a true gourmand. It stands, deservedly tall. It is an example of what gourmand fragrances should esteem for. Adding caramel and vanilla to the base of a scent, is no more than a cheap parlor trick. Amo steps forward, and says, "Do better!".

Christie-Jack

Simply Phwoarrrr!!! That's the reaction I get from everyone whenever I wear this.
Hope they never discontinue this amazing fragrance because it is the best I've ever known

missk

I was quite taken aback when I first sampled Amo by Salvatore Ferragamo as I had not anticipated something so sweet. This fragrance has a sugary burst to rival Viktor & Rolf's Flowerbomb and YSL's Black Opium. I don't dislike sweet fragrances, but I have to be in the right mood to wear them.

Salvatore Ferragamo has stepped up their fragrance game by trying to appeal to the younger market. As a slightly older consumer, I much prefer the Signorina or Emozione line, as I find Amo a bit too young for my tastes. In regards to the composition, I think the perfumer Marie Salamagne has created a very alluring sweet fragrance with a unique rhubarb accord. I have only smelt rhubarb in two other fragrances; Burberry Brit Red and Tocca's Brigitte, and I like how this note stands out in all three of these fragrances.

If I were ten years younger I would have loved Amo. It has a very seductive sweet-vanillic aroma that is sure to entice the young men and turn a few heads. It joins the likes of Black Opium, Fantasy, La Vie Est Belle, Flowerbomb and La Nuit Tresor; the sugary aromas that almost define the 21st century. I don't personally know how popular this fragrance is outside of the fragrance community, but my guess would be that it is a best seller in a majority of stores.

The longevity is superb lasting approximately six hours on my skin and the projection is moderate, (which is preferrable due to its level of sweetness). If you or someone you love enjoys sugary gourmands or vanilla scents, I would highly recommend sampling Amo by Salvatore Ferragamo. The bottle design is appealing in person too with its iridescent sheen and lilac-coloured packaging.

Sarah Gabrielle

This one was ok, nothing to scream about in my opinion. I gave it to my sister and she liked it. It smells good, but just to generic for me and my taste

UnearthlyApothecary

This is so much better then I expected! I was intrigued by some of the more interesting notes (Rosemary, Rhubarb, Mate) but honestly I can’t say I get much of any of them aside from a very slight tartness from the Rhubarb. Amo reminds me of one of my all time favorite citrus/vanilla bombs, Hugo Deep Red although this one might be even better if that’s possible. The Campari definitely reads as blood orange to me and the vanilla is fantastic. Together they do create a sweet creamy Dreamsicle vibe The ambroxan and sandal add warmth, depth and texture. The silage is huge and longevity is terrific.

NikolaP

I first smelled this when it released while I was working at David Jones. I remember saying it reminded me of an orange cake of some kind. I definitely get the orange creamsicle that others mention. I have been wearing it for a couple of years and have received a decent amount of compliments. Amo is suitable for all occasions, although sweet I don’t think it is too young or ‘celebrity like’. It has definitely become one of my top 3 fragrances.

Jasmindee

Bright, feminine and gorgeous!

So I got this perfume as an early Christmas gift and I have to admit, I really love it, and I don't throw that word around lightly. The bottle is heavy and classy, the packaging is pretty and the scent - Wow! This is super sweet, warm and utterly delicious!

Once upon a time when I was young and fully committed to my wanderlust, my friend and I took a last minute break to a five star hotel in Sorrento. When we got there, we were treated like royalty and handed vividly coloured cocktails the moment we stepped into the hotel that were absolutely mouth watering. This perfume reminds me of that vacation! The fabulous Italian style, the warm weather, the relaxing way of life... Happy times!

As for the juice - the boozy campari opening is sooooo yummy and evokes such wonderful memories for me. The orange is juicy and refreshing while the sandalwood and vanilla add in warmth and depth. A slight tang of rhubarb keeps it from being overbearingly sweet. I personally don't get any rosemary.

Amo definitely reminds me of Lolitlaland's little sister with her strong alcoholic opening and divine vanilla base. Amo is more flirtatious, definitely the fun one in the family and a *lot* more wearable. I own both, and find myself grabbing this one more frequently than I ever did with LL. Lolitaland is lovely and whimsical and uber sweet but I have to be in the mood for her, where as this one is a no-brainer. If I want to smell great, receive compliments and just generally feel uplifted and fabulous, I know I'll be reaching for Amo.

I'll definitely be keeping this one in my collection from now on.

EDIT: Wore this to do some shopping in a supermarket today and had a man follow me around while I was with my other half. He asked me to write down what perfume I was wearing so he could get it for his wife and said that he was wondering who it was that smelt so good! My BF found it funny thankfully haha!

rosey_nosey

Surgery sweet with a splash of creamy orange. It's nice if you like sweet. It has a celeb fragrance quality to it. Not very long lasting. The bottle is more luxurious than the juice inside.

Amascent

I love this!!!! Its seductive and bright. It sparkles in the beginning with an ultra sweet sparkly boozy Campari and bright candied orange rhinds. At first spray I thought this would be too bright for Fall/Winter because it reminded me of spring summer brunches with an aperol spritz and the scent of some sweet pastries from a near by bakery. But soon after the vanilla and sandalwood deepens it, it remains sweet and the creamsicle feel remains, but it becomes more complex and sexier as the floral notes mix with the mate. It's so delicious. Edible, feminine, and ultra unique. It's different from others on the market and wears incredibly long on my skin. I get tons of compliments, and I know my boyfriend is drawn in closer because he cant get enough. Its boozy, vibrant, sexy, and different. Definitely a head turner, you'll stand out and I loveeee it!

Soozatska

That pure campari opening is really a thing of beauty, just like a perfectly mixed cocktail. As it begins to soften into the orange creamsicle stage, the heady sweetness of Amo emerges. At first, it seemed overly sweet to me, and a bit synthetic at first, but the vanilla is really a seductive one that makes you want to inhale deeply and slowly. My feelings towards it changed after a second wear. Amo Ferragamo is definitely a vanilla lover's paradise. I imagine it's like walking through a field of vanilla flowers at night- lush, indulgent, and intoxicating, except that the sillage is gentle and leaves you sniffing for more.

moscatomami

I bought this in winter 2019 and my thoughts on it have transformed.
Having bought this for a steal at a TJmaxx, I oversprayed to test it in the privacy of my home. The performance was weak and I was disappointed. I was certain that the vanilla note would perform well in the winter. I don't think I gave it a fair chance.
I took Amo off the shelf this past summer and I was shocked. It was as if it was a different perfume. I prefer not to use vanilla scents in the summer heat but boy, this was a compliment getter- Guys and gals! The projection was steady but not overwhelming, and I would often smell it on my clothes at the end of the day.
To be honest I'm bummed that this isn't a strong performer year-round because it is a reliable compliment getter.

bdragonfly12345

I tested this out in a store today, and I must say, @PalmerEldritch describes it perfectly!

I LOVE the bright opening, and the woodsy drydown is fantastic. Personally, I could smell it on myself for six hours. I will definitely be buying a bottle of this!

helenplus

I like changing my perfumes and exploring new editions. My preference is very long lasting and enormous sillage if I can find them. Since I loved Ferragamo's Signorina and that was a long time ago, I wanted to get and enjoy Ferragamo's new fragrance.
Unfortunately, doesn't last for an hour even on my skin and I'm sad about that. Went through it like it was water.

Palmer Eldritch

Amo Ferragamo is a classy, beautiful perfume made to be worn in the city day & night.

It's mature, with great depth and seductive without being synthetic or cloying.
I categorise this in the same genre as Mon Guerlain & MJ Decadence: Sexy modern wife perfume. Bring out your best suit ladies.
Also the advert is misleading, because there's a Millennial model when the scent is definitely oriented towards older generations too!

I friggin' ADORE the dreamy opening! The scent starts off with a fresh, uplifting orange liqueur with blackcurrants...but it's not candy sweet or alcoholic. NO rosemary in sight!

2 hours in and this delectable campari is still on my skin, however its blended beautifully with the mate, sambac and tart rhubarb. By this time the creamy, frothy vanilla has emerged as a strong background note. The sandalwood and ambroxan are rather faint but still keep the fragrance feminine on my skin. Amo Ferragamo is just STUNNING!

VERDICT: An absolute WINNER in my book. WORTH all the HYPE. This is a heavy hitter, made for Winter and Fall. This is far too strong for summer and hot months. VERY sophisticated, I wouldn't call this 100% gourmand however it will definitely be adored by your husband/boyfriend...everyone actually!!

Whify

I do get orange creamsicle and I am loving it. Bright, refreshing, sweet, yummy citrus scent. Perfect summer fragrance for those with a sweet tooth. Moderate projection and sillage. Lasts 3-4 hours on my skin, but doesn't cost the earth so I spray myself liberally and often.

Magnoliajo

I have both this and Jessica Simpson Fancy and they are very similar almost indistinguishable

charf

I am so so disappointed in this perfume. I was really sure that I was going to like it based on all the reviews I have watched on youtube and in here for the last 5-6 months. To me it smells so generic and has that generic cheap smell I smell in a lot of cheap fragrances. Not all - I do like and own cheaper fragrances. But this is not cheap at all. I am so sad about it. I don’t get the orange creamsicle and it does not end out in a creamy vanilla on the dry down either on my skin. This has been my worst blind buy to date. I really wanted to love this. But I love the bottle. It’s really beautiful.

TexasOrangeBlossom

Amo Ferragamo is an easy reach for me. I find it pleasant to wear in just about any kind of weather and situation. I live in a hot, humid area, and I have never found it cloying or unacceptable. Top notes don’t last long, but seem to blend into the mid and base notes making them less sweet than they might have been. The dry down is sweet, vanillic, and powdery (surprised that isn’t listed higher in the accords), but never juvenile or innocent. The bottle is gorgeous and fairly heavy. It projects more than I realize because people always comment when I wear it. It’s crowd pleasing. Longevity is amazing! 10-12 hours on my skin and days on clothes.

Tessa03

Just received this. It’s very nice. I get Poison Girl EDT vibes from this. Perhaps it’s the campari (orange) that is similar in Poison Girl ... it seems very light to me. I sprayed 4 sprays and it’s very soft. I am wearing this on a very hot day and it’s not cloying. I have a small bottle and may have to upgrade to a full size. Got this for a bargain and it does not smell cheap. Highly recommnend.

876Beauty

I am really enjoying Amo...the opening is a creamy orange sorbet and the drydown is sweet and woodsy...beautiful and long lasting <3

kaya0101

This is a really nice scent. Very easy to wear and likeable. If you like creamy vanilla orangesicle scents, I think you may also like Dior Poison Girl edt (unless you hate almond lol). They are not dupes of each other but are in the same vein of scent. I was debating getting Amo, but realistically Dior Poison Girl is more complex and rich with the almond note so I would always wear Poison Girl over this.

katsong

This is a vanilla fragrance with a creamsicle top note! The creamsicle note is really well done, but disappears almost immediately! The base is a really nice vanilla, it reminds me of Comptor Sud Pacific's kind of vanilla. I think this scent is good for when you want to feel cozy...the citrus top notes don't linger on for long at all.

perfumeaddict97

This is such a pleasant, sweet and elegant smelling perfume. It's sweet and gourmandy, but not childish or cheap smelling at all. When I sniff this perfume on my wrist, I realise it smells a lot like nougat (the plain white one, or the one with pistachios), as well as a bit of marshmallows and bonbons. I can also smell sugar coated almond bonbons in this. It really has a fluffy, sweet and creamy vibe to it. This perfume smells very classy, youthful and sweet; it's perfect for formal occasions (such as weddings), but can also be worn on a daily basis. I see it suitable most for winter. As for the projection and longevity, they're good enough. This perfume's definitely worth a try if you love sweet, soft and powdery fragrances.

Edit: the more I own and wear this perfume, the more I can notice that orange creamsicle note that everyone is talking about. It's now become my favourite perfume out of my collection!

Christie-Jack

The absolute best perfume I have ever smelt in my whole life (so far)
A true masterpiece, someone described it as eau de campari and that just about sums it up.
I never tire of this, I could bathe in this and still not get enough.
It's addictive and not so readily available (I'm pleased about that)
This is a purelyfeminine, intoxicating, some kind of rhubarb crumble rush (in a good way) sweet but not sugary or fizzy....
If this ever gets discontinued it will truly break my heart.
I have 6 bottles and I use a bottle in around 4 months.
There's nothing on earth that comes remotely close or like this, it's a unique fragrance. I ADORE it.....

TattooGypsy

I love this stuff! I bought this blind based off a glowing review from a youtuber who described it as a creamcicle. Yes, it is a creamcicle, however it has these wonderful aromatic/woody notes that bring it up a notch and make it more interesting than just a basic sweet perfume! The creamcicle vibe stays throughought for me, but the wood notes and vanilla amp up in the drydown giving this a sexy edge. It's really wonderful! A new favorite!

codymarieb

This is an incredible sexy, sweet fragrance reminiscent of an orange dessert/orange creamsicle as others have described, but not cloying or sickening.

It was love at first sniff for me. On the skin it remains sweet and becomes a touch warmer, unfortunately the lasting power is not there, but I wouldn't mind spraying it a few times.

Aoede67

I have a sweet tooth and this satisfies it in every regard. One of the sweetest fragrances I now own. One ounce will not be enough. Absolutely delicious.

PerfumeJunkie2b

Initially I get what smells like a sparkling orange sherbet scent (soo yummy), but this settles after about 30 mins on my skin (I wish it stuck around longer). At that point, the vanilla note becomes more prominent on my skin and it’s more of that vanilla extract type of vanilla, but there is still a bit of a citrusy tartness accompanying it. I love this! However, I do find myself constantly reapplying as the top notes start to dissipate, just because I want to indulge in them a bit longer (the initial spray immediately makes me happy lol). Projection on my skin is moderate initially, and becomes a skin scent after about an hour, and the longevity is moderate.

SakuraFox

The scent is delicious but the bottle lid always falls off and is super annoying.

mellyv1973

I wanted to get the "orange creamsicle" thing that many wrote about, but I don't. I just get a light sprinkle of black currant and vanilla which has been done plenty of times. Reminds me of fragrances from Victoria's Secret, Bath & Body Works, etc. This is definitely not unique, although it's pretty, girly and flirty. It's just not exciting enough for me.

CrazyRussianChick

Oh, what a wonderful yummy scent! First impression is definitely orange creamsicle, but it’s not all it is, it’s more deep. I bought 1 oz bottle just in case I don’t get too impressed, and now I wish I got a bigger one...

octobertragedy

Like the good old son lyrics: "When the world seems to shine like you've had too much wine, that's AMOre". This time it's campari, not wine, but I got the same feeling of "intoxication". This is a very sweet "amore". Orange pudding, marshmallows, vanilla, with a bitter(rhubarb) -minty(rosemary) twist. It's fun, happy, cheerful, careless, but too sweet for me.
It has a lot in common with many "vanilla desert" fragrances on the market, but if you like sweet, creamy fruity scents, it definitely deserves a try!

bel.gravia

Oh my, oh my! I fell in love with this in Italy, Como. Bought it around Christmas 2019, and wore it on a sunny Christmas day. I am not a huge fan of generic sweet perfumes but there is something in this one, some note which is sooooo good, so attractive, so delicious, so edible!
It smells a little like mint strawberry marshmallow. Yes, sweet, fruity, fresh and a little strange. This deserves more attention. Would make a safe gift for bubbly, happy women who wear cute things and like Juicy Couture.

LanaBella90210

Delightfully delicious, girly and fun. It’s something of a youthful, summery whimsy of a concoction. I feel as if I’m floating on creamy puffs of orange vanilla cloud.

Miss koku

ntabassum92

This really is a delicious orange creamsicle scent, just as DeliciousDelights mentioned on her YouTube channel. The orange is nice and tart, like orange sherbet. I wish the tartness and fruitiness lasted longer on my skin. As it dries down, the cream (vanilla) dominates more. It is a lovely scent, but it does remind me of some fruity vanilla celebrity scents, so it doesn't wow me. As my husband says, it smells like a synthetic smell (orange creamsicles aren't natural) but it still smells nice. It wears close to the skin on me, someone has to come in close to my neck to smell it. This is an easy gourmand to like, if gourmands are your ride or die.

auroramaria

Amo is such a lovely fragrance which I have rediscovered now that it is cold. The feeling I get when I wear it is that it is not very original but I don't care cause it smells so good.On me it is mainly vanilla and powdery notes,it envelopes me like a warm, soft cashemere blanket very sensual and cozy perfect for cold weather.Lasts a good bunch of hours and days on my coat and scarf.

delightme5

This is what one needs when you're jaded.
Its un-demanding and there's nothing to not like.
Crisp and uplifting, sweet but not foodie gourmandie like. Yes, maybe that bittersweet juicy blood orange note and the green of rosemary has something to do with its tonic like effect, it seems to put a smile on my face whenever i sense it. A light vanilla stays throughout - a little like a soft gold vanilla sponge. Either way AF is neither here nor there. I dont think you love it passionately nor detest or dislike it, but its great when your tired of florals and woods and spices etc.
Actually, theres only one thing wrong with AF and why it wont be a real hit.. It wasnt presented as UNISEX! . which it SO is. In fact, as i get occasional whiffs of it , I would put AF as primarily a "male" fragrance. Alas, i hate to divide - but it does remind me of a nice generic - with a twist.. "male" fragrance of the past, of which i cant make out.
Again, an all round winner for anyone.

MeanSuga

A nice surprise ! It reminds me of a vanilla citrus custard ice cream - if anyone has tasted of Blue Moon ice cream - it`s like that :) Another reviewer said a spiked orange sherbet which also hits the mark !
Creamy , mellow spiced sandalwood , a vanilla lemon powdered sugar sprinkled sweet jasmine . I do`nt pick up any sour from the rubarb. Lovely, and delicious.

—}—@ darlingbud

The Campari sparkles and the vanilla, amber and herbal notes sing. Rosemary saves it from being sickly sweet. Nice in cooler, drier weather.

bronni666

I love Amo. It’s vibrant, sparkling, invigorating fresh and did I mention vibrant. It lasts and I get wafts all day. It’s unique, thanks to the Campari, And I just feel good wearing it. I get compliments when I wear it. It’s all a WIN WIN. a successful blind buy. :)

KathieA

I am testing this one today and I'm really enjoying it. I was concerned about the mate and rhubarb notes at first, but I'm not picking those up at all. What I get is a sweet, but not sickly sweet, soft and unique scent. A little bit juicy, warm, creamy and smooth. I will likely buy the full size.

joycefler

This perfume is strikingly different on the first sniff. It is mature, elegant but still quite sexy. It doesn't smell so sweet to me. I was looking for my new signature perfume. Definitely far from my usual D&G Light Blue but this is a contender.

Astar

I loved this scent from the very first sniff. But what I like even more is that it combines all those unusual, not your typical perfume ingredients, which coincidentally tend to be my favourite. The wild cocktail (literally) of campari, mate, rhubarb with a rosemary branch on top creates a luring, ever-appealing combination. Definitely on a gourmand side of the fragrance pyramide.

Nikkafragrance

Surprisingly I don't get those excessive levels of sweetness everyone mentioned below. Upon the first spray my thoughts were: Um, this is something... weird. Yes, I do get some sweet notes, but heavily mixed with some herbs and flowers. Within 30 minutes almost all the sweetness was gone and I was thinking about being on a dewy meadow early in the mornings, surrounded by wild flowers and different herbs. Maybe it was due to the fact that I tested it on a cloudy, rainy day, however I am not yet sure whether I like it or not. It's definitely different and unconventional fragrance. I think it won't pass unnoticed.

Cathped

Sweet. Deeper than the flower one(2019 edition). I get a chocolate vibe. Altogether this perfumes blends into a rather mainstream modern fragrance. So it doesnt stand out, even so it quite pleasant.

Faazaharah

It's just sweet, not rich creamy kind of sweet. Smells like candy or chewing gum. An-okay for me. Does not last really long.

Vegas Pauli

I saw a few of these on final clearance at Marshalls and was surprised as I also saw this at Saks not that long ago. One sniff and I can see why its already being phased out. It's not bad smelling just very very sweet and candy like. This could easily be a Juicy Couture flanker of some kind. To me it smells like white chocolate covered cherries. Out of the millions of fragrances out there, this one gets lost in the crowd. Pass.

Marizhu

It has become my signature fragrance, very beautiful, soft, gentle, feminine & magic aroma.

I just Love it ^_^ <3

Julie Chit

It's super sweet fragrance for gourmet lovers. Unfortunately, the amber is too strong for my nose and overwhelms the rest of the notes so I can't really enjoy it. It also triggers migraine and I am thinking of returning it. I love the idea of an icecream shop but without the strong amber.

aqua76239

This was an impulse buy. I normally do not buy fragrances that are full price without a proper sniffing but this one i smelled at fragrance counter at Bloomingdales and next thing i know i was walking out with a bottle. Its a gormand lovers paradise. The fruit note is very faint as it basically transforms itself into sophisticated vanilla scent with an edge. It reminded me in some way of My Guerlain? Same adult sophisticated classy vanilla , that brings to mind evening gowns and Cartier jewelry.
Lasting power is pretty decent on me and bottle is lovely and heavy. I change fragrances all the time but i think this one will retain a permanent place in my fragrance wardrobe

cocofluff

Tested today. This is a huge shock as I do not like ambroxan. This smells divine. It smells like an ice cream shop. It's delicious. I think I love it but I will have to test it some more.

Both my partner and I fell in love at first sniff.

Edit - I finally got around to buying a mini. It still smells like an ice-cream shop to me: sweet, waffle cones, creamy/milky (22 July 2019). It reminds me of Vanille Noire by Yves Rocher.
-

cobbdouglas

Lovely, sweet scent, I can smell the vanilla. Sillage (not projection, though) is pretty strong. As (not after) I take off my jacket, my colleague more than arm's length away can smell it. I used maybe 5 sprays on my neck, and he says it's a pretty strong scent, so maybe I should go with less.

Green.colver

Smells too much like waffles, cake, sweets. I have it for a month but I can't wear it. I fell I smell as a cake-shop. And I don't get the martini note...

justchillinxo

I smell a very light sweet lemony vanilla. Like a macaroon.

nitschevo

I tested this a few days ago without knowing anything about the notes and am quite surprised! Amo is a creamy floral with some underlying sweetness but nowhere near the sweetness of the well known fruitchoulis (hope I got that right).
The sour/bitter elements of Campari and Rhubarb really add an interesting twist to the fragrance.

Ferragamo really delivered with their latest launches - me likey! Sophisticated but fun fragrance - give it a whirl, you might be as pleasantly surprised as I was :)

BlackAmberMoon

Juicy, sweet orange vanilla cream with a pleasant bitter edge from the currant and rhubarb. Not overly sweet. Dries down to a musky skin scent. Never offensive, this is an easy to wear, crowd pleaser type of perfume. It's not sexy, but rather a comfort scent. Quite addictive. Love it.

craftymaya

Please NO COMPARISON whatsoever with Manifesto Le Parfum, which is MUCH stronger! Amo is no ground breaking, but very nice! I would say sweet campari (Campari is bitter, and Amo is not bitter, rather sweet). It is an enjoyable fragrance, juicy, fresh but mature. The vanilla is not prominent in my opinion, but backing up the fruitiness. The rosemary is discrete and I would not have detected it without seeing the notes. Very feminine and I actually like it! (I am difficult to please when it comes to perfumes, believe me!) Ordered a 10 ml purse spray and will certainly enjoy it!

bruby

Love this one, to me it smells like very sophysticated icecream. Not sure how long it lasts though as I only tried it in the store but they only have the body lotion and bath gel... I found it on a website in the US and will get it soon. I hope it lasts.

miafran92

Early impressions: It smells like slightly spiked orange sherbet! Pleasant, delicious, cozy. I wish I picked up the rosemary though, that would have added something more interesting to it. Seems medium strength on me and decent longevity.

seagreentangerine

This is very beautiful, sophisticated, soft and exquisitely blended to perfection, with a long lasting finish. Nothing jars on your senses, it's worthy of an award, it should win everything for 2018 it's that brilliant.

You will escape into a cloud of soft puppies and kittens, lazing outside in the afternoon sun... a very faint salty sea breeze laps over you... whilst sipping a Campari and orange... it works really well in the full heat of Summer, it's 28 degrees c today and it loves the heat... it smells sooooooo good.

This may sound totally crazy... but to me, it's like a distant cousin of Gucci Rush (which I adore in the Winter)... softly hypnotic and addictive...

There's also a hint of Eclat d'Arpege in here too... there really is... only Amo is longer lasting... oooo what a fragrance!

SailorV

When I first tried this a couple of months ago, I was a little disappointed. From the notes I would have expected Amo to be a sweet scent with an aromatic, bitter or tart edge.
Well, it is a sweet scent, but there is nothing aromatic about it. I don't get rosemary or mate at all, which is sad cause I think they would have made this fragrance stand out from other sweet scents.

Nevertheless, if you don't expect it to be something else, Amo is actually a very yummy gourmand.
I mainly get juicy rhubarb and very creamy, bright vanilla, and a light bitter orange note that I guess is meant to be Campari (it doesn't smell as bitter though). Overall it reminds me of a vanilla pudding cake with rhubarb compote - mmhh!
Because the vanilla note stays bright and light all through the drydown, I think this is the kind of gourmand that would also work on very warm days.
It's nothing extremely special, but a nice scent. Could be worth a try especially for those who like the rhubarb and vanilla in Mugler Aura, but hate the green notes.

Minnie02

This is gorgeous!! I've never tried campari, so I have no idea what it smells like, but I can try describing what I perceive. To me, the opening smells very fruity and juicy, and eventually a cookie smell is added. It's kind of like those homemade jam cookies or those Christie fruit creme cookies. Juicy, red jam, with a hint of citrus, and vanilla baked goods.

It eventually dries down to a close to the skin soft vanilla that is very enjoyable and not cloying in the least.

One or two small sprays is all you need. Any more than that and I can see how the opening could be a bit too much.

I think it's different and perfect for Spring!

Siv7Stars

I didn't get Campari, I got fruity ambery vanilla, no stand out notes at all. Now that I read it's supposed to have rosemary I think maybe I see it, but it's very unobtrusive and blanketed by sweetness. Amo, well named as this is easy to love in an ordinary girl next door kind of way. It's got staying power as well, I can still smell this nine hours later. Pink with punch.

szaboesz

On second try it is a dislike from me. I got a 10ml bottle along with my purchase, so I tried it. It smells a bit like Fanta, in a 1990s - Clinique Happy way, sometimes with a faint whiff of spice. Unfortunately it is a NO from me. Not much character and longetivity.

silvie_15smart

I smelled this perfume at Sephora. First sniff very sweet and it instantly reminded me of my teenage years - Diamonds by Emporio Armani. I felt it is exact same DNA but then I checked the ingredients on fragarantica and it has absolutely no raspberry in it. Am I the only person who thinks that this perfume smells like Diamonds by Emporio Armani? And the longevity is very weak maybe 3-4 hours. Goes well for summer and for younger ladies...maybe until 25. Overall a nice one but nothing wow because of weak longevity

ismellsogood

Omg this is an absolutely BEAUTIFUL FRAGRANCE SMELLS SPECIFICALLY LIKE AN ITALIAN BISCUIT OF SOME SORT WITH CREAM YUM! It's smells absolutely delicious I really want this perfume. The bottle is gorgeous. The fragrance just doesn't last long enough!!! Aaarrgggh! I'll wear this in the sweltering sun one day, maybe it will radiate more! I just think it's so beautifully yummy. I was worried it wouldn't smell good on my skin but it did smell great!yay!
Very wedding day, date night, very signature but you are going to go through bottles and bottles and bottles because it fades, fades, fades. I was in the fragrance shop and I must have spritzed at least 10mls all over myself... faded within 2 1/2 hours ... booo!
I'll still buy it though lol

Jaizel

Amo had me at its silvery pink champagne colors. Went to its review here and fell in love instantly with its main accords being vanilla. Then, went blind buy it online.

First sniff was this very subtle touch of sweetness which vanilla. Hence
It smelled so lightly , that I thought I was sent EDT instead of EDP. To my surprise, Amo lasted much much longer than I ever expected. Within 7 hours after spraying, the smell still beautifully lingers.

Easily captured my signature scent of 2018.

Ti Amo, Amo

dovey

WAW amazing
This perfume has a very unique sweet cakey opening to it

When I first sprayed it, it exploded with a sweet strong scent of Orange cake
I am surprised orange or even orange blossom isn't listed in the notes

Sadly hardly any lasting power
it disappeared from my wrist within seconds
Still considering if I should buy it or not
But u must try it :)

Soutty123

This is a really interesting perfume which goes through several stages.

At first, it smells bright and sparkly - that's the Campari. Then it changes to a spiced orange vanilla scent, slightly reminiscent of Lolita Lempicka L. Finally it is softly sweet and musky.

Really lovely.

morkant

I dislike sweet vanilla scents but the perfumer who made my absolute favorite, Alaia, also made this so I had to give it smell and I must say I'm impressed. Its super sweet and vanilla-y but it has this bitter and tart smell running through it made up of currant, rhubarb, mate and whatever is in Campari (?) and its beautiful. Theres something there to balance all that sweetness. I get the feeling this is one of those scents the general public will love as well as scent-heads.

Soofiya

I finally bought a 50 mil of this beauty for 55$ from Viana in tabriz and I'm so happy with it that I have sprayed it every where and whenever a heavenly whiff if it reaches my nose I want to dance like a crazy and happy woman
I guess for me it's the best offering of 2018.It's an exciting fragrance and develops beautifully on my skin and I love different phases that it goes through. It may seem a crowd pleaser, just another gourmand but in fact it's also unique and complicated.so it can please both trained and untrained noses at the same time.I can see something niche-like in it.it could easily pass as xerjoff's new launch
Amo opens with a juicy, fruity blast.a cocktail of blood orange, mandarin, rhubarb and drops of wine-like blackcurrent. It's sweet and fresh the same time and just sometimes I can detect slight touch of something herbal in background.this juicy, bubbly phase which I enjoy a lot, lasts for a short time and it develops to the next phase which I enjoy even more
Vanilla shows up and rounds edges of boozy fruity notes and there's a light touch of this gorgeous jasmine.this phase which lasts for hours is more about vanilla-woody-amber base notes which create a warm, smooth, deep and rich scent while there's still a faint shadow of boozy fruits, jasmine and herbal notes to keep it delicious and interesting.I didn't think that I can live a perfume with strong sandalwood and ambroxan but here, they melt in boozy,a bit Smokey vanilla and the result is devine.after hours of this warm, buttery, almost unisex deliciousness,a soft powdery cozy skinscent lasts for another few hours.so we have an amazing well-blended and balanced scent with great longevity and satisfying projection.I even love it's gorgeous, heavy bottle
I highly recommend everyone to try it and give it enough time to experience both juicy and creamy phases.I like it to be my personal secret but on the other hand I believe it deserves to be popular
I think it's better suited for fall and winter but last night(it's early spring) I used it in a party and it was good and everyone loved it on me
❤❤❤❤❤

Soofiya

I'm going to write a better review of Amo after buying my own bottle, and yes,I will definitely buy a bottle ASAP.I Like it so much that everyday I find myself in a different perfume shop just to test it once more
It's notes look so risky.actually vanilla is the only one among them that I really like.I imagined it to be a mix of sour fruits and herbal notes in a masculine, bitter base and I was so wrong
It's very delicious!I want to eat my arm and can't get enough of it.on one hand it smells like a mainstream yummy scent of vanilla with a fruity undertone but on the other hand there's something unique and addictive in it.
I have never tasted campari but I'm sure it has an important role here.when first sprayed,Amo is juicy, bubbly and orangey.more like some sort of drink or dessert made of orange.I won't talk about it's notes now.just that it settles down to a very smooth, warm and yummy scent with an addictive boozy undertone which is very comforting and reminds me dry down of Amouage sunshine, but even better
It's a great scent and projects very well
Great job ferragamo

SPAN

AMO FERRAGAMO is bright and glamorous, The blushing floral notes joyfully blend with crisp aromatic notes and mouthwatering fruity shades, offering a new daring bitter addiction. The bottle is a combination of geometric patterning with curvaceous forms, linking heritage to modernity. LOVE IT :)

KHunton

Amo is just devine!
Sweet, fresh and leave you wanting more but unfortunately you don't get more because longevity is below average.

perfumelovermadz

This is a true gourmand fragrance. Smells very sweet and edible. But it is a little too overpowering for me and definitely more of a winter scent, as in summer it may just be too sickly sweet.

HUEbris

interesting and beautiful unique top note and banal dry down, vanilla sweet like other mass... what a shame.

raiza1990

The opening is an intensive Campari, a bit too much for me. Later, it develops into a delicious vanilla. I don‘t get any other note. I think people who like campari or bitter smells in general, will like this fragrance. I am no fan of campari and really dislike bitter tastes and smells, so, this fragrance is nothing for me. I also think it turns into a skin scent way too fast. On the positive side, everything smells very natural.

mylene_stl

Straight from the bottle, I liked it. Tried it on my skin an, at first, it reminded me of fragranced liners... which I didn't liked, of course! But then, the drydown finally came and became a candy-ish vanilic scent. Very soft and pretty. I'm 25 it's a little bit too girly for me, but the 16th year-old me would have loved to smell like this!

Rux2589

I went to a store to sample this today. The fragrance is true to its packaging, and it was starting to smell like something really familiar, but I couldn't quite figure out what it was until now: Yves Rocher Brown Highlights shampoo!

It is subtle and has a gourmand quality, without being overwhelming or excessively sweet. Nice, but not for me. Suitable for a very young audience, in my opinion.

Giselle Viz

This perfume is gorgeous! It's a lightly sweet floral with amazing silliage. I cant wait to buy myself the largest bottle available.

NinaGi

Tested it yesterday, I really enjoyed it.
It is sweet and soft, I smelled vanilla blended with something else that I couldn't recognise. Sounds like a cheap generic edt but in fact it's quite the opposite. This has something unusual although it is one of the least offensive perfumes I have smelled. Which is weird because most sweet soft perfumes tend to have generic smells in ny opinion. This feels classy. I feel like it could worn by 20 years old to 45 yo females or even older depending on personality and style of course. I am afraid about its longetivity and sillage not being that good but I am not sure about it since I tried some other offensive perfumes after that.

I liked it a lot, I will try it once more and I will edit this review accordingly (I am refering to sillage and longetivity since I loved the scent)

AllHalliwellsEve

This is my very first Ferragamo... AMO this fragrance!! This is just so warm, inviting and creamy... the dry down is an absolute DREAM!

auroramaria

Finally tried Amo today what a gorgeous fragrance! It is sweet and lightly powdery fluffy and very feminine,it starts with a fresh burst of fruits bût soon settles on a sweet and velvety base.It is an addictive scent it smells so good.It is not overly complex but so enjoyable and lovely

genny17

I tried it yesterday and bought it...it is really an interesting scent, smells real pretty, with a juicy opening, and then it is like a fruity vanilla scent, mix of juicy and warm..on top of it it has a nice floral undertone...the combination of notes is quite interesting, I don't think it is a typical oriental floral, more like a warm fruity scent..a bit hard to pinpoint, but so enjoyable to wear...I thought oh my, this will smell young, but not so much, it isn't like your typical sweet scent..I detect the Tahitian vanilla, and the campari must be that unusual note...
any age could wear it...to my nose it has a bit of Aura by Mugler, in a remote way..
Smells real good !! I am happy with it and I have had a few compliments on it already , people mentioning cotton candy, must smell sweet to some then..

Arlene-Beatrix

Interesting orange drink scent, sexy like a little black dress. Top notes are truly great. Later it's a bit too intense for me.

Olya-la

A very uplifting scent which is a smooth and soft combination of Italian lemon biscuits and some spongy creamy desert. Well rounded, balanced without being sickly sweet.

Mama-lola

Hello!

Are we still ins 2017?

Why is it written that: Amo Ferragamo was launched in 2018?

I guess "was" is not the appropriate word for the future...
