Very clean and cream ,sensual 😘🥰 I love

Andreea2906

Lovely feminine, delicate scent. Shame it was discontinued. For me it was one of the best finds of 2023.

morphoevgenia

This flanker of This is Her has some strange allure for me. It smells like This is Her OG stripped out of any pepper and heavy creaminess. It is dewy fresh skin, low effort style and polite attitude. I don’t agree on it being rose or aquatic, it is closer to NR For Her EDT or Cheap&Chic OG, meaning musky and powdery skin-like scent. I don’t own it, at first, I thought it is too redundant to have, because it literally echoes OG, but I kinda fell in love with its simplicity. Isn’t it how flanker should be? Different take on the same thing.

raiza1990

Fresh and soapy. Smells clean, a bit powdery and slightly sweet. It’s a nice aquatic scent for when you want to smell put together.

elina_molin

I crave the dry down but the opening is a bit too sharp, if I could skip to the dry down directly I would.

Acrelune

This smells like a combination of chestnut cream and soap. I know it may sound odd, but that combination is, to my surprise, pretty nice!
It’s not really special, but it’s good enough to give that « clean, elegant yet somewhat playful » kind of vibe.
Although it’s not exactly unique, I could still see this being a signature scent for a « that girl » kind of woman. Works all year round, gets the job done and has a little something of its own.

I’d give it a good 7.5/10
But I can see this being an absolute 10 for some

(Projection and longevity are great, small anecdote, I once used two sprays of this to clean my desk after eating because I had ran out of wet wipes). That smell stayed on the desk for weeks, even though I had cleaned my desk afterwards almost every single day with wet wipes).

Laurus

I am just not impressed with this. It smells weakly of fruity roses in the opening and I can soon detect the similar woody smell as in Xerjoff More Than Words except much weaker. I work in a hotel and I can smell this woody base scent like Xerjofs and Zadig and Voltaires around very often. I first thought I loved it and that it was unique but since I smell at a lot I have grown to really dislike it. Also The longevity of this scent is shockingly short. I think this can be good unisex fragrance because of the woody base. I received this sample in a discovery kit and this will not be my choice for fullsize.

i like it a lot. the bottle is gorgeous and the color of the perfume is just perfect. i was thinking to buy original, but i dislike not transparent bottles so i chose this one and i am very happy with it. it is not as sweet as i had imagined from the notes and the rewievs, which is a good thing for me it is more on a fruity side and has some sour freshness which i enjoy a lot. one of those seldom perfumes that both me and my daughter likes. we usually have very different tastes in perfume and we have to different perfume wardrobes, her taste being sweet and fruity and floral contemporary scents and my gravitating towards clean and skin scents and musky. this one is a surprise overlap that we both enjoy. this is fresh and a bit flirty and very suitable for spring. i do not smell rose, which is a good thing for me, not a fan of roses, i would say it is more non-descriptive white floral base, a bit lactonic and mostly fruity. if i smell chestnut? i would like to, but i don't know yet. probably not at the moment, but it has only been a few days of wearing for me, sometimes it takes time for me to notice all the notes. hope i will smell it later.

Devved

For some reason this reminds me of how tomato's smell like or some sort of Italian seasoning, or oregano maybe...This all goes away after it settles down. It`s an ok fragrance, bought it but never gravitate towards it. I think the other perfumes from Zadig are way more pleasant.

TiaGaripi

I was unsure whether to get the full bottle so I took a smaller bottle and see if I can stand it.
Opening was just another sweet floral smell, but after an hour when it sits, this felt so nice in my skin, it’s like boiled creamy chestnuts mixed in warm sweet milk, I don’t get any vanilla after the dry out, nor pear. I’ve got at least 4 people complimenting me on this one, and also in the office they asked me what was the name of the perfume. I am definitely getting the full size, but won’t wear it during hot days, it seems to be perfect for wintery cold days or late autumn nights.

Dina France

I immediately recognize the powdery DNA of ZV, but this one is very sweet. The florals don’t impress, only jasmine is identifiable in a viscid mix of amber, vanilla and musk. I was trying to catch chestnuts, but it’s like scrubbing a frosting of a cake: you get the sugar and a bit of vanilla you are thinking “What is that cake? Almond? Walnut?” and you are waiting to taste the cake, but finally you don’t get it :-(
In 1h it smells like a cheap spray. Musk and whipped cream sound similar to “Cloud”, but sweeter.

This smells nice like a orange...but in a feminine way..love it, so youthfull and fresh 🥰

lmnsvgz

It smells quite green in the opening and I expected different notes. After it dries down it is pleasantly sweet. The whipped cream and chestnut aren't obvious but they do feel well-blended together giving it a very creamy and pleasant base. It's enjoyable but I don't find it spectacular.

LauraAD

A floral version of the original, with the slightly nutty chestnut in the base. Sadly, unlike the original (which lasts 10h+) this disappears within 2h. Very disappointing as I love the original, and I love this for the time it does stick around.

BoryanaB

Good longevity and silage, nice warm scent with a hint of freshness. It's by no means bad, it's just boring. No character, it's like many other fragrances.

Shmooksey

I really like this perfume. I received two testers with a purchase, and at first I turned my nose up at it because it wasn’t what I was expecting. But the next wear and the wear after that I just started to love it more. It’s quite up my alley being ‘generic’ and simple. I like to wear is on warmer spring days and look forward to wearing it on the cooler summer days. It’s very pretty and simple and an easy going type of feminine.

If this is freedom, then she isn’t wild and unrestrained, but kind and happy, freely herself and at peace. She walks on the beach at sunrise in sun dresses, barefoot across the roads to the coffee shop. She probably wears small pearl earrings.

Simple, gentle, easy going, warm hearted. Comfortable.

This doesn’t have the sour milk I get from the original this is her. Yet there is still a definite whipped cream. I wear this when I want to feel pretty.

Alina Mir

Fruity floral. First minutes I even smell some citrus and it sounds like fresh everyday perfume.
But then there us a note that reminds me musk or pepper , very strong and loud.
I know those motes are mot mentioned in a pyramid of this fragrance, but gir some reason this is what I personally smell in this perfume …

lorenaH

Generic fruity floral (more fruity than expected). Don’t know why it’s called vibes of freedom when it’s so boring. Cannot smell the chestnut whipped cream notes at all so I’m disappointed. It’s nice when a perfume house has a signature which I thought was this gourmand, marshmallow, whipped cream like scents (like Narciso has musk for example). Smells cheaper than it is. Maybe not that fresh either.

karinatfragrantica

Quite generic sweet fruity floral. Same vibes like Givenchy Irrestible.

PetyaK

Oh no- was wanting some more animalistic vibe but rose is a big no

Gioia's secret

Review by a sample:
This name doesn’t function with the scent at all. It is so irritating, screechy, so it will disturb everyone around you. I don’t detect any peony here which I love. No privacy here, no sophisticated, rich woman vibes. To my nose this is very synthetic as well. Due to current hot news, I think this is how Amber Heard should smell like.

menmen

It's nice! Very similar to the original just a little bit more fruity sweet. Same milky softness just a tad more fresh and light at the top. I think it's a good option if you feel like you can't wear the original all year around, I feel like it can be better for hot weather. But in general if you're not a super fan of the original I don't necessarily think you need both of them.

*loves_shoes*

Fruity floral, same style as most other modern fruity florals, pear and a mix of sweet florals you can’t identify.
Fresh in the same way that Givenchy irresistible is fresh, not fresh aquatic. (And nowhere near as nice smelling if that’s your type of scent). Just a kind of fruity, juicy, fresh.
It s been on 45 mins and Ian finally smell the ‘chestnut or whipped cream’ base…. but it’s very subtle and I can only detect it because I own a full bottle of the original so I know what I’ll looking for; if I didn’t I’m not sure I’d be able to name the base notes at all.
It’s nice enough for an every day scent. A safe blind buy.

Kiki kollia

So I tried it last week BUT I didn’t buy it cause at first it smelled nice but not something special. At first sniff the pear and a rose note was there, after some minutes it started smelling like baygon (you know the snake that we burn in order to keep the mosquitoes away in summer) to me. And that was really weird cause it didn’t have any citrusy notes, but I was getting an artificial lemon smell that sent me away… the projection wasn’t it, and it didn’t last on my skin. After 2-3 hours I was starting to get a this is her smell and that’s due to the chestnut and the whipped cream. I had high expectations on this one cause I really liked this is her, it’s my favourite fragrance of all times, but zadig&voltaire could have done better, for some reason this just ain’t adding up. The pear the floral notes and then as a base a depth and warmth of the chestnut and whipped cream just don’t make senses to me! I wanted so bad to love it but I won’t give my money to smell like a pear mosquito repellent with a this is her dry down, and that’s it🥴

eelii

I got this perfume as a sample and unfortunately for me is a big no. I sprayed just a tiny bit on my wrist and I had to go and take it off shortly after because it gave me an instant headache. It definitely filled the room with only one spray, too, which is way too strong for me.

To my nose, it smelled a bit too synthetic but of course that might not be the case for everyone.

I can definitely see the appeal of this for other people, especially for a woman that doesn’t want to go unnoticed. But for me it’s just too much.

Shi

This is really nice. It is similar to the original but with a touch of fresh (think Clean scents fresh) feeling. Longlasting and different in a good way.

DiscoPolga

This is not for everybody. You get the chestnut / cream combo from the first whiff. Very reminiscent of the original This is her! Vibes of freedom open with sweet jasmin, but once the florals subside you're left with the spicy-sweet sharpness of roasted chestnut and sugar. I much prefer the use of chestnuts in By the fireplace (a must try if you're interested in the chestnut note).

ms.moniczka

I don't know where fragrantica takes that main accords from 🙄 it's not vanilla at all. I would say it's sweet fruity floral. Opening is citrusy...i can smell within first 60s freshly peeled oranges or mandarins. It's so strong that I am sure that Zadig&Voltaire didn't tell us all notes. Funny I can't smell pear at all. It starts to get fresh and yet sweet floral. Mainly rose. This rose it's similar to Guerlain Mon Bloom of rose. I think chestnut and whipped cream is not near as strong as in This is Her. I could say it's there to make rose and jasmine less sharp but it's not prominent. It's not creamy and sweet as the original one. I could say it's stand alone fragrance. Not groundbreaking. It's lovely light citrusy sweet floral for spring and summer. Is more similar to Bloom of Rose than This is Her, but if I had to choose one I would choose Z&V,because is well blended and rose less sharp. Longevity is just moderate compared to orginal that is enormous.
Edit : Look at the notes of Bloom of Rose Edp they are similar. I think opening in Z&V also have some citrus in the opening that are not listed.

genny17

Very happy to have this one, I love the Zadig This is Her line, vibes of freedom is like the original, with the whipped cream undertone throughout, the only difference is the floral vibe in the top notes, but sweet florals, so in the end , this new version is very similar to the original, which I finished, so very glad to own this one..I don’t get the name, this isn’t particularly groundbreaking, it is feminine, sweet but in a subtle way, I am finding it easy to wear, easy to like, good for all seasons..longevity is fine, I can smell that sweet veil around me for a while..loving it ! If you are looking for a truly floral version, try Capsule, it is a bright floral..
