Juicy Couture by Juicy Couture is a Floral Fruity fragrance for women. Juicy Couture was launched in 2006. The nose behind this fragrance is Harry Fremont. Top notes are Watermelon, Passionfruit, Hiacynth, Green Leaves, Green Apple, Marigold and Mandarin Orange; middle notes are Tuberose, Lily and Rose Hip; base notes are Creme Brulee, Caramel, Vanilla, Precious Woods and Patchouli. This perfume is the winner of 3 awards: FiFi Award Fragrance Of The Year Women`s Luxe 2007, FiFi Award Bath And Body Line Of The Year 2007 and FiFi Award Best National Advertising Campagne / Print 2007.

Juicy Couture is a lovely floral fruity fragrance designed by Harry Fremont for the eponymous brand. It was launched in 2006 and became an instant hit with both the American audience and the critics who awarded it with the industry's top honor—The FiFi Fragrance of the Year 2006. Europe followed suit very quickly.

The top notes reveal the pleasant freshness of watermelon, mandarin, pink passion fruit, green leaves, water hyacinth and marigold flowers.

The heart brings with it charming notes of tuberose, lily, and wild rose, while the base unites notes of caramels, powdery vanilla, creme brulee, patchouli and woods. The fragrance is truly multifaceted—light yet not naive, fresh but not in the just-got-out-of the-shower way and sexy without being too suggestive. It seems like Juicy Couture is telling us a few stories (or, in step with this brand's tradition, fairytales) at the same time.

Juicy Couture is available in luxurious bottles sized 30 ml (1 oz.) and 60 ml (2 oz.) for parfum concentration and 50 ml (1.7 oz.) and 100 ml (3.4 oz.) EDP. The collection contains matching body care products in the form of crème and body lotion. Juicy indeed!

@ PurrParfumFan, this isn’t discontinued. It’s on their website with all the other JC perfumes.

Saj_Shae

I get absolutely no tuberose from this fragrance, instead, the lily overpowers everything.

po3tik1

First time smelling this back in 2006, left me searching until 2023. I figured out what it was and bought it. I can't describe the scent. It's so inviting.

luxilla

This scent is so nostalgic for me. My now husband, then to be boyfriend, bought this for my birthday gift the first year we were dating back in 2006. I still reach for this from time to time because I absolutely love the opening. The problem is that this changes on my skin and becomes very sour/vinegary. I haven't tried any other JC scents to know if it's the house's formula that does it or if it's a certain note.

SweetP89

I love this scent but never seem to reach for it . I recently bought water lily springs from BBW and I think it would pair beautifully together. This will probably be my go to scent combo for spring 😊

jenzel4381

Love the smell of the opening. Unfortunately this changes on my skin and loses its beauty.

reborn

I ordered blind ,because recently i began to collect all Juicy Couture frags.I am impressed !I didn't expect this beauty,i expected something sweet ,like Gold and etc,but this is hyacinth and lily all the way on me.I can aee now why some younger people say it is a granny perfune.I am 42 years old and it resembles some frags fom early 2000s,even some from the nineties.Back then perfumes were all with different aromas ,there were no candy like smells, they were flowery and potent.I adire this one I am so happy and cant believe that i have made finally a LOVE blind purchase. If you want green hyacinth and lily , with a little creaminess from the tuberose , you are a flower lover , miss old frags and have a nostalgic feeling for previous years, go for this one.It wont disappoint you

I'd heard so many positive things about this perfume coming from several sources, I knew I had to try it while there's still old stock on available on discount sites.

Quite a surprise. An abstract, creamy, soft tropical floral. It's based around tuberose with tropical fruit and green touches. I think violet and/or violet leaf. I'm wondering if there's unlisted jasmine and ylang-ylang, it has touches of yellow flowers and powder. The base is demure amber and vanilla, but it doesn't have much in the way of progression.

True to the name, it has a smooth, watery, "juicy" texture. It smells a lot more sophisticated than one would expect at this price point, it's a seamless, beautiful blend. I don't care much for the other perfumes I've tested from this brand, they aren't the style I gravitate toward, but this one is quite impressive.

The Fragrantica notes are unhelpful, they don't reflect the nature of the perfume very well.

ursula368

I'd read really good things about this one, I bought a bottle. I couldn't wear it, I've resold it right away... Like a granny not so granny weird fragrance

Perfumefreak30

I love this it smells so grown up ... please can this have a come back .... it smells so good lasts all day ...

PurrParfumFan

It seems to me that no one here knows that this fragrance is discontinued….

missparfums77

I bought this perfume for the first time in 2008, totally influenced by a very popular beauty guru at the time, and I didn't fall in love with it! I rediscovered this gem recently, and it is well constructed, it is a super beautiful bouquet of white flowers, with a hint of greenness not at all outdated or granny , it is chic and for a daytime , i receive compliments every single time i wear it. Nothing to do with the hundred flankers who followed it, if you like classic Burberry London, it's the same kind of vibe, but i prefer this one

Mona Lygre

I bought this beautiful perfume for a steel the summer of -20, and, I'm so very happy about it :D

All of you have already described it, and I agree with you. In my nose, first there is the tuberose, and than the rest of the nice stuff, flowery and green, and, this juice blends so very well with my skin, oh yeah!

This is a safe perfume, and office friendly, I think it fits everybody on this planet, and cats and dogs, and everybody else in the whole universe :))

FlowerSeeker

Sweet fruit and vanilla with a lovely flower blend. It had a bit more patchouli than I prefer. I really like this and will wear it again!

allienapz

I purchased this fragrance after a coworker was wearing it and I loved it! Unfortunately on me it gives me a headache. It's much more pleasant from far away.

My bottle is maybe 85% full. Would anyone want to trade or purchase it?

Moshpitbunny

Honestly one of the most beautiful scents I have ever smelled.

I’ll also start by saying I am very much a sweet vanilla gourmand girly who likes to smell like baked goods or sweets and very much steer clear of anything floral heavy.

It’s very sophisticated compared to younger sister Viva La Juicy - none of the tangy fruitiness or caramel gourmand notes just pure sweet creamy white florals but still very Juicy Couture.

I don’t find this to be old lady at all it’s still very much young but could still suit a more mature audience too. There is a very strong magnolia note on the initial spray but dissipates quickly - I think the fruits and Creme Brulee notes keep the florals from feeling too old and funeral home - with the watermelon giving a lovely aquatic feel almost like the florals had been freshly misted or rained on - this fragrance is beautifully blended and all the notes seem to work in harmony. The dry down smells like glittery sugar water sprinkled by fairy’s think the top of a crème brûlée all crushed up and dissolved in rose water with a few little granules of sugar still there - so ethereal and gorgeous.

This stuff projects and sticks around for sure - one spray on the wrist and I could smell it around and on me until I woke up the next morning.

I love this scent so much absolutely gorgeous.

If you find viva la juicy and it’s counterparts a bit too sweet, juvenile or coying but love the bottles/aesthetic of Juicy Couture this might be a good alternative.

perfume_angel

I had a co-worker who used to wear this, and this was before I even got into fragrances. Whenever I smelt it on her I thought it smelt like rice pudding!🍚🍦

Now that my nose it more refined, I realised that the creaminess was coming from the tuberose. But back then, I had no idea what tuberose even was lol. If something smelt good, then it smelt good, and I never cared about the notes.

In saying so, this smells really good! It’s VERY heavy on the tuberose, and smells fresh and creamy at the same time. It’s a classic white floral scent and is very versatile. I believe this could be someone’s signature scent.

If you love tuberose, then try this one out. It’s a great perfume and especially for the price, you have got nothing to lose.

Noemimeew

💲$25-35 range is what I paid for the 3.4oz EDP at Marshall’s years ago.
👃 I don’t love the scent; It’s not unbearable to the point of wanting to get rid of it, but I hardly ever use it. It is a very classic, ladylike, perfume. Strong on the honey like smell from the tuberose and heavy on soapy-leaning white florals. I will says it is very squeaky clean, but for my taste it is lacking something more to keep it from lingering so close to old lady territory. I tried layering it with whipped vanilla body cream today & the result was quite the opposite of what I intended. I shall try combining it with something fruity & tangy instead..

terigurl

I forgot I had this fragrance in my collection. I decided that JC will be my scent today and it still smells as beautiful as I remember. This isn't as sweet as the VLJ but it's fresh, floral, has a watery element to it but also really smooth. I believe the tuberose, caramel and woody notes rounds out this scent perfectly and the watermelon gives it that watery aquatic feel, not a sharp aquatic but a smooth aquatic. This fragrance gives the best of all worlds, freshness, sweet, warmth, floral. It creates a beautiful scent bubble and is also pretty long lasting. This lasts longer than the other flankers. I will give this more wear and glad to still have it in my collection. Also, I do smell a resemblance to Burberry London.

JoLeenS80

It smells ok but it's not something that smells good on me personally. This does not smell like Pure Poison imo

Love from India

The dry down of this perfume is very similar to the dry down of Dior Pure Poison.

Sailor Pluto

Strange!! I already had a rollerball of this perfume and loved it because it has a strong hyacinth note. So when I saw a full bottle at a good price the other day, I bought it in a heartbeat! But the bottle doesn't have the hyacinth note! Maybe it's seriously reformulated or it's old and lost that note?? I am so disappointed! This scent without the hyacinth note is very linear and stuffy syrupy sweet. Make sure you try before you buy!

hblakes70

Ok I think Jeremy recommended the viva la juicy?? Anyway, I got the wrong tester. I tested this and Omg I still feel sick! This is the first time I’ve smelled something that literally gave me a migraine within ONE minute my head hurt within 30 mins I wanted to throw up. Idk 🤷♀️ but if the Viva smells anything like this??? Don’t do it just say NO!!!! And I love spicy strong perfumes I love tuberose I love alien, poison etc. THIS is criminal wow 😮

redberrykitty

i got this for christmas, the (affordable!!!) 3.4 bottle... i have already used it up. i know, i know! btw the charms on the bottle are so cute. i have maybe 2 more uses left. this is just perfect for an everyday work scent. it's bright (but not loud), floral, slightly sweet, nothing crazy. i feel like this is very easy to like, even for snobs. i don't get the creme brulee or caramel, so if you're concerned about those notes, i wouldn't worry. mostly i get the florals, the passionfruit, and watermelon. it's a quintessential fruity floral that is good for pretty much any occasion and season. it's great. if you want something less sweet and quieter than viva la juicy but still want something similar, this is the way to go. it has decent lasting power, but i can't place how long. to me, this scent feels like the perfectly mild spring day. clean, pretty, sunny, demure.

LSAUG

I was really surprised by Juicy Couture. I was expecting a sugary sweet fruity abstract floral w/ a very youthful character. What I got was a very grown up and wearable floral perfume. This opens up w/ a very fresh and realistic hyacinth note which really surprised me. Hyacinth is usually botched in most perfumes, the only nice one I have been able to find is Goutal's Grand Amour. That perfume is a masterpiece of perfect spring florals w/ leather. Every other hyacinth I have tried since smells fake and cheap until today w/ Juicy Couture. The watermelon is noticeable, but it never takes anything away from the florals it just adds a dewy water after a soft misting rain like effect on the florals in the perfume. I get a big tuberose in the heart of the perfume, and it reminds me of Estee Lauder's Beautiful in a way but a much more wearable and friendly tuberose not as heavy or green. I also get the marigold which is big in Estee Lauder's beautiful as well. But Juicy is Sweeter and more relaxed. There is a slight milkiness here that adds to the creamy feel of the white florals. I can see some thinking this is soapy and I get that but a really pretty smelling bubble bath effect in the dry down. This is really pretty. I swore I wasn't going to buy this because I find the name tacky as hell but the perfume is absolutely beautiful and should be worn. I can see why the orginal keeps selling, this is a really beautiful and wearable floral perfume. The only downside is I wish the hyacinth stayed a bit longer but other than that I am super impressed w/ this perfume. If you like classic smelling florals this is a good one to check out.

Denimar73

Camyop

I bought this perfume about a month ago from an outlet store. I don't love the smell, but it's really long lasting on me and my clothes. My husband got crazy with it, he compliments me all the time, I have looked up a lot if it has feromones, but haven't found out.

saho93

I get mostly tuberose, but somewhat soapy. It is competently executed.

GoldenSpiral

Typically I am not a fan of fruity florals but this has such a nice dose of tuberose and is floral centric, so the fruitiness acts more as a support for the florals, not the other way around. I typically don't go for really sweet scents and I got my bottle on a whim but ended up liking it quite a bit. It is surprisingly sophisticated. I've recently starting layering Piguet Fracas parfum with it and WOW this creates an amazing tuberose depth to it that is very lovely. I actually appreciate both perfumes more now. This is an easy go-to for a fun spring floral for me. I dig it.

Phoenixpink80

Looking at the notes, I thought this would be more fruity and sweet. It's a nice fresh white floral, perfect for Spring. I got a big 100ml bottle for £35, so it's definitely a win.

Elektra17

This is a palatable floral that isn't overly mature. It's has a fruity note that keeps it young and also lacks the heavy powdery quality floral perfumes often have. I normally don't like florals but JC is definitely growing on me.

It's a lovely fresh floral that's perfect for springtime but can be worn in the summer. I get a hint of fruitiness but it is dominated by the fresh, airy floral notes. I don't know that teens would want a white floral, but I think it could appeal to people in their later 20 and older.

nickinicole

A strange spicy, floral opening that I didn't anticipate based on the notes listed. On me, it never sweetens but instead maintains an evergreen sort of "freshness" that reminds me of the scented trees inside of cars.

On a more positive note, I got 1.7 oz from TJ Maxx for under $30.00, so I'm not too upset. I may actually use it as a car spray.

cpm0l1Fer

I love this perfume I think it smells so good every time I wear this perfume I get compliments

Harley522

This used to be my signature scent. I loved everything about it. The story: Inspiration for this perfume was Marie Antoinette, hotel Ritz and golden days of french parfumerie. In their book The Glitter Plan, founders of Juicy Couture, Pamela and Gela, explained that the inspiration for the scent was a tour to Frederic Malle’s perfume boutique in Paris. They loved Carnal Flower. So they wanted that their perfume would be in that direction. Clean and couture. Perfume box was inspired by famous French Laduree Macarons and a bottle based on an antique alcohol decanter they found on Kings Road in London. Even the advert for perfume featuring a Marie Antoinette-like model was in September 2006 issue of Vogue magazine where Kirsten Dunst as Marie Antoinette was on the cover.
The scent:
Fresh and warm at the same time. Aquatic watermelon and bubblegumy tuberose mixed with sweet creme brûlée and patchouli. At some point reminds me of JPG Fragile and Burberry London, but more multifaceted.
It fits Barbie aesthetic, Beverly Hills housewives aesthetic, Playboy bunnies aesthetic and Marie Antoinette aesthetic. It’s never boring and it’s glamorous. This perfume is very youthful, but the tuberose with green leaves gives it also a glamorous granny vibe in the best possible way.
It’s also attractive. Guys always compliments this scent.

realitygreene

Juicy Couture original is very very nice. The fruity notes are subtle, but they bring a playfulness and fresh quality to the florals. I really enjoy the caramel and creme brulee notes. They don't come across as juvenille, they smell very well-blended. This is an incredibly balanced and pleasant fragrance. I do find it very similar to Burberry London, but maybe without the caramel. I already own a 100 ml bottle of London so I will pass on buying this, but maybe someday! I'm very excited to use up my sample this spring/summer.

Dannielle

This is so beautiful and perfect for spring and summer! When this first came out I was young and not a huge freshie or floral fan! I was more into Victoria secret scents and escada magnetism was my signature around that time , but this was everywhere and although it smelled amazing on others , it just wasn't my kind of scent! Now that my nose has matured and grown to love tuberose, I decided to purchase this beauty. I find it to be a predecessor to many of the new designer tuberose fragrances that are now so popular. It's a bit fresher than my way and less fruity than paradoxe. This is a classic and I'm appreciative to now have it in my collection!

Bolenn

This reminds of something from the '90s... Maybe an Impulse deo or a Lancome dupe? I cannot recall it but definitelly from my teenagehood. Probably this is why the previous reviewer's friend have told this scent reminded him of his/a grandma: even in the '90s it was an adult/mature scent, so anyone who wore it that time is most probably an elderly person by now.
First I truely hated it, I washed it of. Waited several months for the next try, until then I simply forgot how I felt about it. Well, same reaction, I considered to simply throw it away since I only have a 5 ml sample. Finally even forgot to do so, and now I tried it again.
Yep, the same '90s vibe immediately came back but somehow this time I kinda liked it. Maybe it is the weather, finally it is getting cold (this winter so far was rather a joke with springish temperatures...) with really low humidity and this scent maybe requires this to start shine.
So surprisingly I started to enjoy the scent. I still find it a bit unusual: it must be the hiacynth (which I seemingly do not really enjoy in perfumes even though I adore the flower's natural scent) combined with lily and tuberose (same problem: I love the flower's natural scent but sometimes can't stand it in perfumes). Now I think I started to enjoy this perfume as a scent but not as a perfume: cannot imagine myself actually wearing it, but would say it is a lovely scent if I sniffed it somewhere around.

roseyboo_

i love florals, so i was shocked because i didn't love this perfume immediately. it took some time before i got used to it. a person i know told me this reminds him of a grandma but he told me i smelt good at the same time. overall a 3/5.

edit: it grew on me so i decided to wear it out. sadly people said it smelt like expired medicine :( i also advise to not overspray this because doing so would just be very headache inducing

AngeLkatelyn00

I did NOT like this at first. Like.. I hated it. After wearing it 3 plus times I started to feel really feminine when I could smell it on myself!!! Tuberose dominant for sure, but not in a TOO MATURE way. Bubble gum type fragrance (IMO) which I really appreciate!

Perfumedsecrets

The hyacinth in this can be a bit piercing. Strong clean tuberose. Anything not made as an ambery gourmand or straight up sugar is considered grandma ish now.

Fenissa

Juicy Couture was created by master perfumer Harry Fremont and it shows. It is a stunning white floral, leaning into old school white floral territory, but not quite getting there thanks to the crème brulee and woody notes in the dry down.
You need to give this a few full wears before you appreciate it - IF you are young and unaccustomed to white florals. If you already enjoy the white floral genre (such as Fracas, 24 Faubourg, Anais Anais, The revenge of lady blanche) you will find great beauty here, although the performance is a little lacking. I'd have preferred to pay a little more for better longevity, however it is not expensive so respraying is not really an issue.
I think it shines best in Spring to early summer. Autumn/Winter doesn't really do it justice. It needs a little heat to bloom.
Longevity is moderate at best. Silage is intimate to moderate. All in all, a solid buy for white floral enthusiasts.
Harry Fremont knows his art.

ash45365

It’s mostly a white floral scent to me, I don’t really smell much of the other notes. It smells nice and I got the largest sized bottle for a pretty decent price so I don’t consider it a loss.

Sailor Pluto

This is such a hyacinth and lily bomb to me! I would not even detect any fruits or sweet gourmand notes at all if I didn't look at the notes on here. I immediately get a Neiges by Lise Watier vibe when I wear this, with the floral-powdery-sweetness of the lilly. I love hyacinth, so it's a great scent for me, but I do find it a bit "powdery" on the dry-down.

femmefumes

It's very tuberose. As for the rest, it's hard to say. I really don't enjoy sniffing this.

firstmate423

I wore this for at least 10 years when it first came out.it was my signature scent. It was so beautiful and the lasting power was amazing. I haven’t worn it in a long time, and today I bought a new bottle. The first spray…
Ahhhh she’s still beautiful. I hope the lasting power is still as good as it used to be. A classic! She is appropriate for any season! I always want her in my collection! She’s the OG and she is better than ALL of the juicy flankers! (Gold couture is a close second)

awhiteoleander

I definitely get a burst of fresh, fruitiness in the initial dry drown, but quickly this scent shows its true character as a classic, and feminine fragrance. Whilst not totally resembling Burberry London eau de parfum for women, I definitely get the same basic profile from these two. That profile being a floral, a bit warm and sweet, clearly feminine, classic, romantic, special/formal occasion scent for 29 & under, and potential signature scent for 30+ (Obviously fragrances don’t have age limits, where what you enjoy, but these are just basic guidelines to give you an idea of the fragrance :) ). I think this is a fragrance representing a wise, resilient woman, who is maybe the ‘mom friend’, or just kind of has that personality. This also has food silage and longevity!

Peaches&Cream

Wow...is all I can say because this smells so darn good ! The lasting power is just AMAZING! It lasts the whole day on me, I get few of the notes like the creme brûlée, passionfruit, tuberose, marigold, and vanilla. Since it has the fruity and flower notes this would wear so well for early spring.

SheRays

If you LOVE tuberose, this will not disappoint. I absolutely adore this scent. Beautiful bottle and the sweet tuberose has me addicted. Performance could be better.- But I don't mind over spraying this😏

Anfissa

Seems like this perfume is a bit underrated. It’s a Tuberose fragrance, and definitely for those that love this tropical diva of a floral. I love tuberose, but only tend to wear it for special occasions or when I am in a party mood. As it opens, I get some watermelon freshness, but it opens powerfully white floral. Then, it shifts into a Tuberose sweet heaven till the end. If you don’t love white florals or strong tuberose, this won’t appeal. It has excellent projection and siliage, and it lasts for many hours. I am naturally introverted, so I don’t feel like wearing it everyday. It’s very extroverted, flirty and romantic. Random men complemented me when I was wearing it. It’s a really gorgeous perfume. Excellent choice for weddings, romantic dates and parties. I only take it out at the end of October, Fall time, and I store it in the summer, as it can get too cloying very fast in the heat. In my opinion, it’s a bit of a powerhouse fragrance as compared to many modern light weight perfumes out there. I actually appreciate that it lasts and projects well.

Vermeer

This has dragged me out of my summer obsession with Lancome Tresor la Nuit!

Beautiful fresh white floral scent with a touch of sweetness and sparkle. Hyacinth, green apple, lily and tuberose notes bright and strong, with an undercurrent of yellow flowers that brings interest and originality. I don't pick up on any of creme brulee/caramel/vanilla notes that others have picked up on, although there is a slight fizzy sweetness to it that reminds me of sherbet.

My only criticism is that it sits a little closer to my skin than I would like - I rather enjoy 'loud' scents that leave a trail. Its lasting power is moderate and respraying every 3 hours or so is recommended. However, it is good value (especially for the quality of the scent) so I don't mind having to respray!

Really beautiful, opulent and far classier than the bottle or brand suggests. I feel elegant and put together when I wear this. Very similar to Elie Saab le Parfum but JC wins hands down - this manages to avoid the weird white vinegar note I get from the former. All in all - a winner, and a definite repurchase.

schomj

After the splash of watermelon in this opening, this is all hyacinth and tuberose on me, with a really mellow drydown - not too sweet but enough sweetness to keep the patchouli from taking over. I tend to just wear this in the spring and fall and avoid it on hot days, and I only wear it the one or two days a year I have a craving for it and even with that by hour six I've lost interest. I'm glad I picked it up at discounter prices, because it's fun once in a while and knowing that it taught me that this genre of fragrance isn't my scene.

Jezebelle

Super sweet sirupy floral. Bouquet of heavy sweet smelling flowers with bees buzzing around on a table next to a bottle of spilled caramel syrup. If you love Elie Saab le Parfum, you will probably like this. I personally love it.

torreykongjr

This fragrance is bizarre to me.

On the open, I think it must be the all the flowers mixing with the creme brulee and the Carmel, It's disgusting to my nose lol. It smells of the old 2000's Loreal self-tanning mouse in the bright orange bottle. It's that old self-tanner/bronzer funk you smell after the tanning bed or the next day after a spray tan.

The dry-down definitely changed into a softer floral semi-fruity-sweetness but the tanner note remains.

This one is a big solid no for me, I prefer the Viva La Juicy's or the new OUI's.

DPrince01

Screechy and soapy white florals upon the first spray. My friend said it smelled like a grandma’s perfume, which I was shocked by.

However, when it settles, it smells like a fresh and slightly sweet white bouquet - Lilly and tuberose. Linear and signature scent worthy. Great longevity and projection in my experience, which was pleasantly surprising to me considering how affordable it is.

What I imagine Californian housewives smelled like in 2006. Although, my imagination is probably way off.

FreeBeing

Maybe because I got this in solid form, I'm not getting many of the notes listed. I get Tuberose as the main top, middle, and base. If I concentrate really hard, I get a hint of lily— what a disappointment. I really wanted some of the fruity and gourmand notes.

I only did a blind buy because it's a solid and because it's Juicy. I love a couple of scents from the brand and I strongly like the others I've tried. If this had been my first Juicy fragrance, I probably would never have gotten another.

fragrancenovice

This review is based on a sample vial of the EDP.

On me, I can describe this with one word: Tuberose. Since white florals are good on me, I liked it!

But wow, this was STRONG. One drop lasted all day on my dry, perfume eating skin! Of course, YMMV. I recommend spraying this very cautiously for office wear or anywhere where you'll be sitting close to people.

I didn't buy a bottle when I used up my sample because I liked it, but I didn't love it.

amidwestheart

Is it mainstream and loud? Yes. Is it fun to wear? Yes. Is it high class, niche quality, made by a big-time nose? No. But here's the thing. I love it. Isn't there a place for these inexpensive, fun, throwback to 00's scents? There's a place in my collection, that's for sure!

Instant headache. I tried wearing it for more than 5 minutes but had to change my shirt and get some fresh air. Reeks of artificial musty white florals. I recommend "Viva la Juicy" Juicy Couture, it has so much less nauseating florals and a bit of decadent sweetness.

nateya

The caramel and crème brûlée is so strong on my skin. That’s all I smelled at first. After awhile I do start to smell the lily and I can see how people compare this to fairy dust. This is the more sophisticated version of fairy dust tho. Also, fairy dust is heavy on the gardenia and that’s something this perfume doesn’t t have.

vulcano

Awful synthetic floral. Very cheap and generic.

PatienceValley

Tried the body spray of this and loved it. Immediate reminded me of Paris Hilton Fairy DUst. I used to use that perfume but as it aged the vanilla in it went away, it used to have a bit more vanilla and sweetness. This smells like a more rich and sweeter version of the current Paris Hilton Fairy Dust.

Sweet.peaches97

I’m very based when it comes to my review. I don’t like a lot of white floral scents but it was recommended by a friend to be really good with little white floral. I was lied too, the white floral is notable throughout the perfume. It’s not bad at all but it’s definitely not for me.

bren400

The dry down smells of coconut. It's pretty generic. A no-go for me.

Dmiddy

Feminine/romantic floral with a gourmand twist—delicious without being too literal. The creamy base really makes it swoon-worthy. One of the rare “commercial” scents that pleases the frag snobs as well. I first bought this around 2006, and I’ve finished several bottles since then. This NEVER gets old, even if I stop wearing it for an extended period. Digging it out of my archive feels like being reunited with an old friend.

darkskinned

It is not common to go wrong with this perfume. It is calm, and yet catchy.
I personally think it is a long lasting perfume and okay for everyday use. Highly recommended.

Hayven

It’s all flowers. It’s a nice spring scent. But any fruit or sweet notes are not detected. It’s a decent tuberose predominant scent. Strange how it is so different than every perfume in the brand that descended from it.

Saraha123

There is something about this that I love, its very pretty. Very feminine and floral and it goes well with my body chemistry. Would deffo buy again

flower sniffing girl

very pretty, safe, sweet and fresh floral. i fell in love on the first sniff and can’t imagine someone not liking this. it’s mot one of those perfumes where you have to smell it a million times to decide if you like it.

it smells like a beautiful mix of pink and white florals plus an aquatic scent. i’m not sure how to describe it but there’s a note that smells like if fresh water had a smell.

lasts long and projects nicely.

miraclemilk

this perfume makes me feel like im at the park in the springtime. so lovely! sadly, like all of the juicy perfumes, it does not last!

Gemsense

I don't know what happened... I no longer swoon over this. It just doesn't smell the way it smelled with my first two bottles. It's just so blah now. I used to be so in love with it but it's like a totally different fragrance with the other 3 bottles I bought. Weird.

I wish I hadn't used up every last drop of the bottles of this that I was in love with. I really need to figure out what happened because the magic is gone now! So 😭 sad, did the reformulate this?

juicylover8425

a very strong scent, decent silage and longevity. it’s a very mature scent, not for everyone but i enjoy it. although i don’t pick up on the fruity note it’s supposed to have.

edit: for the people saying it doesn’t last, this is definitely one of those perfumes that OTHERS smell, but you don’t as much. i realized how incredibly potent this is when i sprayed it on something, forgot about it, and then came back to it. it still smelled good a week later!

another edit: i doused myself in this for a date, like a week ago. ended up putting the shirt i was wearing in the washing machine, and- IT STILL SMELLS LIKE THIS PERFUME literally the longest lasting perfume ever

taerose

wow. blind bought though I have owned multiple other juicy frags and let me just say I hate florals and I love love this perfume. It’s staying power is stronger than all my other perfumes, like as in I think this is my bathrooms new signature scent. It’s 90s, mature, but so fun. Which is my favourite part since I was worried this purchase would be too juvenile and it’d be going to my little sisters lol!

scarb99

My first real deal signature scent. Started wearing it heavy at 17 and didn't really stop till about 23. While all my peers were drowning in Viva la juicy I was wearing her more elegant older sister. I think this is the scent that started my love for tuberose. I wore this into the first few years of my first long term relationship. Eventually I picked up chanel chance and didn't really look back but every now and then I'd put this on & my now ex boyfriend would stop and smell. Making the comment, it smells like "you". Although my collection is expansive, I still have a bottle of juicy couture and she still smells lovely to this day.

jas000n

I've had this for a few months and I still cant decide how I feel about it!
At first I hated it like everyone saying its grandma floral
But then I couldn't stop smelling it
Then I decided I'd give it away... Then I took it back 😂 Now I'm sick of it again.

I think the issue is that I am not really a fresh fragrance lover. But as a fresh fragrance, it dries down to something more warm with vanilla undertones which I do like a lot. It's also very good lasting and affordable. I'm so conflicted haha! The drama

Hallon

Good, but I am curious. What is the note that is common in all juicy couture flankers? It is notable in the dry down that there is something they have in common.

Perfumedsecrets

I did not buy this in 2006 because it was very overpriced for what it was, but now a big bottle is less than $25. Very heavy. I like the design, but the charms are early 00’s. The ads were sort of circus Marie Antoinette. Fun and colorful big dresses in pastels. The scent itself is fresh clean tuberose. Not very complex, but pretty.

Tomadeupjazz

I hated this perfume when I first got it. I was not getting that warm sweet base because I was FLOODED with white florals and funeral home flowers. It was sooo heavy on those notes it’s like I couldn’t even get anything else. Where’s the warmth?? Where’s the vanilla?? I couldn’t even detect the fruits. Needless to say I let this sit, and I would only wear it when mixed in with a gourmand body care combo. I mean I still do this but now I can definitely detect some smoothness, warmth, creaminess from the creme brûlée, caramel, and vanilla. It’s still very much heavy white florals but I believe letting it sit has transformed it a bit. I do enjoy it now very much and would buy again, although I have a big 3.4 oz. If you’re into heavy white tuberosey scents, very outdoorsy flowery smells, slightly sweet this is for you through and through.

dolligrl2000

I love this fragrance. No apologies. I love the way it makes me feel like a grown up...and I feel empowered yet pretty when I wear it. A little goes a long away...as it is tuberose heavy, but for me the scent is perfect. A classic.

isla rose

This is an award winner for a reason. It is a stunning fragrance, especially if you are a fan of tuberose. It is not the usual Juicy Couture fare. Elegant, white floral.

Pebblesjebbles333

Not too sure about this. This is a blind buy. I should have known better that i’m not really gonna love this because i’m not really a huge fan of florals. But i cannot pass the great deal i found online so i took the plunge. First of all the bottle was so pretty. I got the 3.4 oz and it looked really nice beside my VLJ Gold Couture. I just cannot get past the strong flowery scent. I was hoping the fruits would balance it but to my nose i smell nothing much but florals. It gives off a 90s vibe to my nose. I also got Couture Couture together with this and that one i love. That one smells sweeter, more youthful and vibrant to my nose.

I still think this is a beautiful scent to someone who adores florals. I can imagine a pretty girl in a cute sundress wear this, the same way that i can imagine a mature polished aunt at a party use this. This is lovely but just not my style. So this will become a display in my collection until my mom comes over and if she likes it i’ll give it to her.

assez frais, inoffensif , convient pour l'été, peut être porté par toutes , rien de bien particulier à en redire

SummersReign8221

Juicy Couture:
Remember receiving this as a birthday gift and was so excited when I opened the box. Unfortunately this perfume just did not work for me. Smelled like rubbing alcohol. The bottle is adorable however. Ended up giving the perfume away.

Jmalone84

I had an inexplicable craving for this fragrance so picked up a large bottle which I’ll have to hide from my partner. I encountered this in my late teens, perhaps early 20s working as a shop girl and I think I picked this up for cheap somewhere unboxed. I used to wear it to work frequently and oddly I didn’t appreciate it then as I gave it away to a coworker who wanted a perfume for church and asked what I was wearing.

Having experienced and collected so many perfumes and being 10 years down the line I was looking for a fresh fragrance but couldn’t put my finger on the right one. I now appreciate this for what it is and understand all the awards it gained. This is possibly the only the only tuberose fragrance I want to wear as the hyacinth and fruity notes take away the aspects I typically don’t like yet it has just enough of the sweety bubble gum notes that I can enjoy a bit of sweetness while still enjoying the freshness of the fragrance. This is undeniably a juicy couture and you can recognise this straight away however it’s also a grown up white floral. When I sprayed this one familiarity washed over me and I felt Ah yes this is what I’ve been craving. Say what you like about the brand but this one is a classic!

ash45365

I enjoyed the smell, though out of all the notes I really only smelled the floral, didn't get much of the other notes at all. It's a sweet floral scent, lasts a decent amount of time, I can wear it to work all day and still smell it when I get home. It's not a unique scent but it's nice and I got my moneys worth out of it.

stephdray

This is a strange perfume in a good way. It starts out as this green fresh aquatic thing, then becomes a narcotic floral, before drying all the way down to some kind of candy gourmand reminiscent of Good Girl. It has good sillage and great longevity on the skin. Very impressed with it as a creation. I just wish the scent itself appealed to me more.

moonsunstars

I bought this online last year without testing it out beforehand, and I am sure glad I did. One of my favorite Tuberose perfumes in my collection. On my skin the Tuberose smells so buttery and rich, thanks to the creme brulee in the base. I layered it with the lotion today, and the lotion definitely smells like sunscreen at first.....but after a while it smells just like the perfume. Overall, this is just a very pretty fragrance. Perfect every day fragrance, and it's long lasting! I love it.

PlanetGrl

Not unpleasant but it has that perfumey note that I can’t quite name. Also after blind buying this, I realized it’s what the entirety of L.A. smelled liked in 2008. Clouds of this fragrance seemed to replace the city’s smog for a time. Not one I need in my collection.

Alex Fragrantomaniac

I find it a nice, but, in the end, unnecessary addition to the lineage of the modern floral, inaugurated by Calice Becker's Tommy Girl. Juicy Couture borrows, however, most from the fruity-fresh facet of Becker's other masterpiece, Beyond Paradise. This abstract fruit in JC (hinting at melon, cucumber, or is it unripe banana?) mellows into a fizzy, hairspray-like, recognizable tuberose, less and less abstract – less and less interesting... This abrupt surrender to nature fails to come as an enjoyable consequence to the delicious 'juicy' start, as opposed to Beyond Paradise's perfectly judged abstract, sweet, floral heart which keeps on feeding our tropical dreams. If you are a fan of JC's heart, do try Giorgio!

noircat

Hmm, I'm surprised at the dislike in some of these comments. It's not particularly interesting or personality-driven, but this one is simply beautiful to me. Floral and caramel without being too sickly sweet or immature. Well blended. Easy to wear. My 18 year old daughter and I (I'm mid-thirties) both get quite a few compliments when wearing this.

Chippeta

An extremely disappointing perfume. Did not get any of the top notes, only the middle and... patchouli. Ergh.

Has a strange, overpowering floral smell akin to a cheap air freshener. Left me nauseous with a headache as soon as I put it on.

This is a tale of a white floral bouquet done poorly. Should not have blind bought.

ntabassum92

Juicy Couture is the only Juicy Couture perfume I truly enjoy. Smelling it brings back so many memories of high school, popular friends I had who smelled of this perfume. I can even remember the day when I went to my friend's house and saw this glitzy, glamorous bottle on the shelf and she sprayed it on in front of me after showering, and I finally realized "oh, THAT'S what she and her friends smell like." Smelling Juicy Couture brings every detail of my friend back: her messy ponytails, her overlong nails, her Rainbow flipflops, her green beaded necklace with the dolphin pendant with the broken chain, so she had to wear it close to her throat like a choker...I could go on and on. It's crazy how every tiny detail just comes rushing forward again.

This perfume was something completely out of reach for me - not only was it too expensive, but also something my mother would never purchase for me, as it was so gaudy - I think her eye would pass right over the bottle in the store. It's strange to think how much has changed in these past twelve years or so - now Juicy Couture is very affordable compared to other perfumes, and I actually have the money to buy it! And now that I can easily afford that beautiful crystal topped bottle, I no longer have such a strong urge to get it...such is the way of life!

What does it smell like? To me, tuberose and lily, plus a melange of strange notes, that, like Mugler's Angel, should be a cacophonous clash but instead comes out as one distinct smell: Juicy. It's fresh and floral, and when I saw that it contains a heavy dose of lily, I understood why I like it so much. Lily is a unique floral scent, and here it's perfectly mixed with tuberose. Sometimes tuberose comes out on top, but sometimes lily makes its way forward: they are evenly matched, which is rare when competing with tuberose. I love the watermelon in here. Not sour, just light, watery, refreshing, youthful, and sugary. Just what you want in watermelon, scent and taste-wise.

Juicy Couture has some of the same gourmand elements as Viva La Juicy (namely caramel) but it's lighter than that one. The creme brulee and other sweet notes are not overpowering, they just add more sweetness but never pull the floral aspect of the fragrance down or muddy it. This is an uplifting spring gem, through and through.

Been wearing a 10 mL purse spray these first weeks of spring, gifted in the past from a fellow Fragrantican :) Loved revisiting the late 2000s!

I always wrote off Juicy Couture fragrances as boring and juvenile. But this is an absolute GEM! There’s something addictive in this. It has a bit of sweetness of the caramel, vanilla, and creme brûlée at the base combined with a crisp fresh tuberose. Just lovely. Classy, elegant, not juvenile at all like some of their other fragrances.

Never thought I’d be a juicy couture girl but I guess they’ve proved me wrong with this one! Signature scent worthy I would say. If you’re looking for something great for every day year round this is perfect.

KajiraSuzanne

I recently purchased Juicy Couture on sale, and wasn't sure what to expect, given the mixed reviews. However, I really love this scent. The initial mix of heady white floral notes and fresh fruit is more mature than the typical fruity floral, and reminds me of Giorgio but less overpowering. I do smell the sweet gourmand notes in the drydown, but this scent winds down mainly as a woody powdery fragrance with a dominant patchouli accord, a bit old-fashioned but in a good way.
Sillage and longevity are both superb.

AmandaB

I came across this perfume recently in a department store, I had never smelled this before. I tried out a few perfumes and had this sprayed on my arm. I left the store and a few hours later I kept getting a pleasant whiff and tracked it down to this scent on my arm. So I bought a bottle online. I get a sweet white floral scent from this. I recognize the hyacinth because I know for sure what they smell like. I can get marigold and other florals as well but it’s blended to the point that I’m not sure. Something about this also reminds me a little of honeysuckle. It’s blended pretty well as a sweet and fruity floral. The dry down is the same but with more vanilla, lightly wooded, and a touch of powder. I think it would be okay for any age, it is feminine, but I don’t put an age or gender on perfumes, it’s up to who wears it. I see it as a spring and summer scent. I picture early mornings, flowers blooming outside with dew still on the ground. It’s a light and happy fragrance. The longevity and silage are moderate, it’s not a powerhouse of course but for the price I’m happy with it.

ingeneuxo

-Opens with a blast of white florals.
-Refreshingly clean, feminine vibes.
-Surprisingly mature for something from Juicy Couture.
-I picture a confident, put-together woman in her mid 30s wearing this.
-This is unlike any other designer fragrance on the market currently. No, its much more refined than existing blends from Guerlain, Chloe.
-This is a classic scent one is unlikely to tire of. Signature-worthy if you match the wearer profile.

*Update*
-Didn't like the dry-down, which smells vintage and powdery. Reminiscent of cheap potpourri.
-Not a safe blind-buy. (-)

I've always avoided this one but today out of curiosity I picked up a rollerball. JC is not as unsophisticated as I'd expected, though I don't care for the opening notes that much (litchi, erk). As it settles JC declares itself an easy wearing white floral with an emphasis on tuberose. I haven't smelled Gucci Bloom in a while but I imagine of you like one you might like the other. JC's more gourmandy base is probably the bit I enjoy the most, not because I love gourmands but because I think it's an interesting direction for a fragrance like this to take.

I rarely buy rollerballs because I can never get much sillage out of them. Even with its reportedly big sillage JC does not project much in the rollerball form, but if you find it comes on a bit strong for you, a rollerball may be just the thing.

Momentarily I regretted the rollerball and wished I'd spent just a little more on a full bottle. However, for those light-hearted trash-tastic moments I keep a bottle of Vera Wang Princess, and within a substantial perfume collection, I can't justify another of that sort of thing. I'll probably keep JC in my desk drawer for the occasional mid-afternoon pick-me-up.

sarajh0802

I wore this in high school. Honestly, it's an excellent scent. When I smell it now, unfortunately I think of being a teenager, so I don't have much of an interest in wearing it anymore. It's a bit sweet. But the combination of notes is really spectacular.

Mermaid 23

I am a sucker for white flowers, in my locality white flowers are a delight. They are beautiful, refreshing, alluring and nostalgic. Everyone, I mean ever single person here loves white flowers.
The perfume I smelled two years ago, I didn't like the initial smell, it's green and herbal!
I was wearing this perfume and went out with my girl friends, after few hours I was getting a beautiful whiffs of night blooming jasmine, no neroli, no gardenia, no tuberose, no jasmine, I was very curious from where the smell is coming! It was a hot humid day, the evening was windy. I thought from some garden the smell is flying in the wind. To my surprise I realized it's me smelling like night blooming jasmine !!

I forgot about it totally and two years later, in front of my apartment the gardener grew a bush of this flower. I was transported back to that beautiful night out with my bffs! I requested the gardener to allow me pluck a branch of it, I kept it in a vase. And I was on a crazy hunt for this perfume! It wasn't available anywhere since the young crowd are all into viva la juicy flankers!
I had to request a known distributor and pay double to finally own another bottle!

Those who said it's not gardenia, I completely agree, Gardenia is creamier, headier than this. This night blooming jasmine has it's own kind of distinct aromatic, very refreshing floral smell, might be in same family with tuberose and jasmine, yet it is totally different from them.

This perfume truly captures the intoxicating smell of night blooming jasmine, it projects very well in high heat and open places. Longevity is impressive in heat as I got 8-10 hours and could smell on my clothes after two days. I didn't spray on clothes, the part of my shirt covered wrist and neck collected the scent from there.
To me this perfume is a floral bliss.

LEM922

Hm...meh. I mean, it's pleasant enough. I barely smell any of the top notes. I get the watermelon VERY slightly, maybe a tinge of apple and hyacinth, but other than that it's a pretty linear tuberose and lily smell. I get the caramel creme brûlée at the bottom, and while the patchouli is very light, I can still smell it... and I'm not a fan of patchouli at all, it just smells dirty to me. Its not enough to ruin the composition but its somewhat noticeable. I don't hate this fragrance. It's a pretty straightforward sweet white floral, it has this ability to smell somewhat juvenile yet mature at the same time. I wouldn't spend my money on this. Not a bad fragrance, but just not for me.

Elsee

I pulled out my gorgeous bottle from 2006. Yep, 15 years ago and it smells the same and it's perfect. It brings back a memory. I found this in a vintage shop in Waco, TX. I remember the day, the time and the ambience of that moment.

The juice is still glorious and I don't know why I didn't wear this more after all these years.
I suppose the time is now!

Enjoy ladies. It's probably the BEST of the Juicy line...

iris_iris

May I just say this is one of the best modern non-niche tuberoses and the most friendly one too. It's unlike the sweet, syrupy ones (Michael Kors I am talking to you) or the vintage feeling ones (Poison, Fracas, Truth or dare). It's just georgeous, not too floraly, not to gourmand, just perfectly balanced. May I just add, that it has a nuclear staying power (unless You wash Your scarf, clothes it will remain there for days). Sillage is also fantastic, way better than a lot of more expensive perfumes that I have (radiates on a whole room). Check it out if You're looking for a modern, floral, sweet, but not overly gourmand tuberose.

JoLeenS80

Guess I'm in the minority here, but I do no like this at all. Its too strong, does not smell feminine to me at all. I have a nearly full bottle, willing to trade

zelelipe

This is pleasant but something about Juicy fragrances makes me sneeze. I used to wear this back in 2009/2010 and kept the bottle for quite a while but would not repurchase now. It's a nice teenage scent but not for me now I am an adult. Floral and fruity sweet and clean. Inoffensive

tessadore

I still believe this to be a perfume collection staple! It is a very nostalgic smell to me because I wore it through high school and middle school - but it actually is a bit mature smelling and I still can wear it now. I simply love this smell and find it to be so classic and almost reminds me of a library type of smell but in a good way.

danygurl06

I finally got my hands on the infamous Juicy Couture. All I can say is that I should try a fragrance first before listening to rumors from others. I have heard and read that this scent is the ubiquitous smell of teenage girl.

Um no, this doesn’t smell youthful at all. It’s a watery floral that almost smells fresh. The tuberose is squeaky clean. I could easily lump this with KKW Crystal gardenia, Oscar de la Renta Bella Blanca, Estée Lauder Pleasures and Elie Saab Le Parfum Eau de Toilette. Dior Pure Poison is a little too loud. They all smell like fragrance inserts inside a magazine and something that the 30+ crowd would wear. I can only imagine a teenager wanting to smell more mature wearing this.

I don’t smell the caramel or creamer brûlée on my skin. I get nondescript watered down florals in a sweet watery juice. I’m assuming it’s the watermelon and green notes doing that. People out here had me thinking this would smell as youthful as an escada fragrance and it just isn’t that.

I enjoy that it’s not as sharp as other squeaky clean florals in its genre. It smells office friendly. It is actually much more sophisticated than I thought it would be.

chaneleanor

I used to wear this perfume in 6th grade - I remember feeling jealous because all my friends wore Viva La Juicy (which had just been released at the time) and I had a bottle of this I found for $20 at Sam's Club instead. To my 12 year old nose, it was a heavy "old lady" floral. Over quarantine I found my old bottle in my childhood bedroom and decided to try it again for old times sake - with very low expectations.
WOW - I was shocked to discover that this is actually a beautiful, well-blended sweet tuberose. It almost reminds me of Serge Lutens Datura Noir, but less tropical/smooth and more formal and heavy. It's very floral but not in a shrill way - the patchouli and burnt gourmand base balances the white floral notes without being overly cloying. It's sweet and deep but also surprisingly elegant for a Juicy Couture fragrance - and the lasting power and sillage are both impressive. It's very feminine but has an edge - this fragrance is, dare I say, a little bitchy.
I'm still using the bottle I bought in 2009ish, so I'm not sure if this has been reformulated - but I really hope not. I loved this fragrance so much I actually ordered a decant of Viva La Juicy to see if there were other forgotten gems in this line. Ironically, I really disliked it - it's funny how our noses evolve!

ravynmartine

Hmmmm. I get apple blossom and red apple fruit, violets and vanilla caramel.

hanbanana

I'm surprised by how much I like this one! It's soft and feminine but not in an overbearing, headache-y way. It smells like something my mum would've worn in the 90s which, at an earlier point in my life, would have made it anathema for me but with time I've come to appreciate simple, linear florals. I've never got on particularly well with Juicy Couture's perfumes before as they all smell like cheap body spray to me and send me back to high school, but this one I could actually see myself wearing, especially when spring rolls around.

vlarya

95% Sweet neroli. Not bad.

5% outdated nineties kind-of sweetness. It is hard to explain, but you know it when you know it. It kind of smells like ozonic sweetness, like they tried to make perfumes sweet without making them cloying? Anyway, I hate this kind of note.

I have a 5ml decant and man I got bored of really fast.

poohbearwinnie

Unlike the other juicy couture perfumes, this one is lovely. The tuberose is heavy but not overly done. This is very floral and to me, not as sweet as the other ones. This is also quite long lasting and could suit a number of ages.

aris1223

My mom wore this perfume 12 years ago when I was in High School and completely obsessed With Viva La Juicy . I couldn’t stand the smell of this scent back then ! Boy how things have changed ! I really enjoy this fragrance now , so much that I went out and bought a small bottle ! I don’t think it’s as sweet as he notes suggest . It’s more white floral then anything else & very long lasting ! I am a huge tuberose fan and super happy to enjoy this gem now ! Easy to wear I reach for it more often then not .

mila476

This is basically the embodiment of what my idea of a nice perfume was like when I was first discovering all things girly and glam in middle school and high school. I got a mini of this from a pen pal who wanted to offload their excess samples, and boy am I glad I did, because I wouldn't have picked this out myself! I would ordinarily have passed this by without even giving it a sniff because Juicy Couture is "not my vibe," but after two years of having the mini without wearing it, I finally tried it out the other day and could not stop smelling myself. It's sweet, but not in a childish or "girly" way. It's definitely something I could wear on a date with my boyfriend or an evening out with the girls--just whenever I need some pep in my step (but not for the office). The fruitiness is nice, but I really like the white florals, and I love how the sweetness of the base is balanced by some woody notes that keep it fresh and grown-up. Depending on how using the rest of the mini goes, this could be full-bottle-worthy.

Veanera

Okay, so I wore this when it first came out years ago and I LOVED IT! ever since I have purchased maybe 15 bottles from different places hoping it will smell the same as when I first bought it--but no.

Did the formula change? I have noticed that I hate patchouli these days. Does anyone know something that may be similar without a patchouli note?

mintycharm

I get a lovely bright and peppery floral with this; very heady and sharp compared to the super fruity and pink scents they often produce. It reminds me a lot of the 90s floral powerhouses that you could smell from miles away, but with a more delicate touch. And this really does have great staying power/ sillage! Can be a bit off-putting if you're expecting a sweet and juicy gourmand, but not unpleasant.

I smell tuberose and hyacinth very strongly, and the fruits mostly just balance the florals out so they're not so sharp. Dry down leaves you with a lovely bouquet/box of chocolate essence. This would be a wonderful spring wedding perfume!

Gemsense

So in the heat the beauty of this gets lost so I recreated this by layering esacada born in paradise and then Paris Hilton fairy dust. In the heat it's an exact dupe for juicy couture! Mmmm now I can enjoy this year round!

Gemsense

This is so very delightful! It has so much character, it's like a multi faceted diamond. So many colors to the facets. It's sparkly with so much color, yet it's a modest beauty that is not loud or begging to be noticed, although she's definitely not shy or hiding! You can't hide when you're a precious gem cut so beautifully! One surprise after another, this fragrance dances sings and whispers notes of true beauty... Just when you think you've seen it all, she surprises you with her true playful nature underneath it all and it's a tropical dance at sunset on the beach with lingering notes of floral beauty from throughout the day. This fragrance is magical and has a beautiful story to tell. It's deep, yet light but not sheer, yet sexy but covered up sexy. It's undone pretty, yet very put together. Sweet, but sophisticated, flirty but not wild. True beauty in this diamond, like I've never experienced anywhere else. This is my signature!

idolinam

yak... stuck in my nose. i dont want to smell it anymore....

A nice one, though I don't personally wear it. A friend of mine used to wear this when we were younger and I'll always associate this with her and that time in my life.

This is way more floral than gourmand to my nose.

To me,the opening actually smells like lily of the valley & jasmine. Heady floral notes dominate throughout; two hours in, the scent morphs into tuberose and lily mainly. Even the dry-down isn't particularly sweet, just a hint of vanilla and musk.

A nice scent, great if you want to experiment with tuberose.

highbymybay

I'm actually really surprised at the fact that most of the reviews for this perfume is positive and no one mentioned about how this smells like those fruit scented play-doh that is just full of this sick synthetic sweetness! Personally I can't stand it, I guess I'm just not a tuberose person, the tuberose in this one reminds me of the tuberose in Carolina Herrera Good Girl - cloying and sickening. But CH Good Girl is a little bit tolerable as it doesn't have this waxy watermelon that's in Juicy Couture, just way too synthetic for me, sorry. If you're looking for a perfume with watermelon notes, I recommend D&G 3L'Imperatrice.

The original Juicy Couture is to my nose a floral fragrance with attitude; elegant and feminine, a little flirty and a little playful. It is heavy on the tuberose and lily, so if you are not a fan of those, this fragrance might not be for you. If you are a gourmand lover and want to try something different, this one is an excellent choice.
It is not a linear fragrance; it is multi-faceted, revealing its different stages as time goes by. It opens fresh with strong water hyacinth cushioned by marigold flowers, mandarin orange, pink passion fruit, green apple, watermelon and green leaves.
Then the hyacinth softens, the fruits move into the background, the green leaves become a red carpet for the heart notes of tuberose, lily and rose hip. The tuberose is gorgeous and strong, very natural smelling, the lily stays heady for some time, and the rose hip adds some tangy attitude to the elegant white flowers.
And then the base notes come into play; vanilla along with the ‘fantasy’ ingredients of caramel and creme brulee melt into the florals, adding a lovely, kind of flirty, creamy smoothness, the rich patchouli and woods ground the fragrance, and it is now a sweet, spicy and smoky floral with a powdery veil and a hint of freshness.
I feel like it is not a love-at-first-smell fragrance. I have been wearing it for a couple of days and it is growing on me. At first spray I was a little bit put off by the strong hyacinth and heady lily, as I am prone to headaches, but experiencing the different stages of the fragrance over several days I am more and more impressed. It is a mature fragrance but not what some call “an old lady fragrance”, it is ageless but not for the very young - which is probably why they made the Viva line - as it takes a more mature nose to appreciate the white flowers in this one.
The performance is impressive! On me it lasted 8 hours before becoming a skin scent, which also lasts a long time, I could still smell it nose-to-skin the next morning. My boyfriend loves it, he commented “beautiful, floral and feminine”, which I agree with, but I also find it charmingly flirty and playful. The projection is heavy and can easily fill up a small room.
I would wear this for any occasion year-round, except for very hot days where I think it might become "too much".
Note to self: 4 sprays are more than enough :p

imoore

This one had been with me for minimum 10 years, and this winter I started to layer it with a leather fragrance from Jil Sander.
It is nice on it's own, but the two together is devine!

sugarbunnies

This fragrance smells of youth. Even though I know these two are not in the fragrance, this smells like strawberries and bananas. I get a gourmand scent from this and I love it. It's best for casual time with friends and family. Also best for when doing errands and the mind is concentrated.

Jacklyn's Perfumery

This is a great beginners tuberose fragrance. When I first got it years ago the tops were this mixture of citrus plus a stronger tuberose with caramel and vanilla. In my newer bottle the citrus tops are not as prominent. Perhaps it's a older bottle and the top notes have gone flat as that can happen over time with fragrances that have citrus top notes. Overall, I would consider this a very springtime yellow floral fragrance. It can be worn in all seasons since its so bright and floral and yet heavy enough with that tuberose note. I wanted to have it in my collection again since it was my first juicy couture fragrance. Since I've been collecting more juicy fragrances my favorites are Sucree and the Pure Parfum versions that smell the best and last just as long if not longer with especially the pure parfum version.

Anamandy

I broke down and bought this the other day. Actually, it would have been stupid not as it was on sale and I was able to use bonus points I had accumulated toward the sale. Total costs for a 3.4oz. put me out all of $6.00. It's the best $6 bucks I've spent in a long time. It is just as beautiful on me as the first time I smelled it on someone else.

Contrary to what some reviewers are smelling, I don't think it smells sweet at all. It starts out a little fruity, predominantly watermelon, but quickly changes into a beautiful, soft and creamy floral. I've been on a tuberose kick lately seeking out every tuberose fragrance I could find, from high-end to cheaper fare, and this is hands down one of the best tuberose fragrances out there.
What l love here is how the watermelon is giving this scent a slight aquatic feel that wonderfully keeps the tuberose fresh, and dewy, as if you are selling it right after a rain. Serge Lutens used menthol to lighten up tuberose in Tuberose Criminelle, but I think the addition of fruit was a great solution in calming down tuberose's bubblegum or indolic qualities. While tuberose is the predominant note on me, I am also picking up lily, hyacinth, and also a little green of leaves and stems. The base notes are barely perceptible, and certainly not enough to interfere with the fresh floral profile. Overall, I think this is a great perfume!

I know I'm not the targeted demographic for this brand, but I don't care. I think it smells marvelous and I'm going to wear it. Demographics be damned!!!

Vivavoice

I can smell why this has garnered so much positive attention. Its mature and sophisticated without taking itself too seriously. This is a classic with a modern interpretation and its very well done because it can span all seasons for me.

Its a refreshing feel good perfume that manages to mix citrus floral fruit woods and herbal ingredients to make an uplifting perfume that is mature. I love it. White thick floral headiness tempered by tartness of herbs and zingy passionfruit.the watermelon and Lavendergiive it a soft watery ethereal stage after about 30 minutes.

Projection is average 3 feet or so, and it lasts for at least 7 hours with wafts of powdery sweetness, before easing into a sexy skin soothing scent. Win win, if you're not looking for linear candy sweetness.

I’ve read all these reviews and it seems that 2 different fragrances have been reviewed-

I recently ordered a pen spray on eBay which smells like a sharp white floral that is very mature and “ old lady “ smelling- really harsh and absolutely no signs of fruit, vanilla or caramel- only sharp white florals-I was so sad and disappointed.

I own a gift set of all the viva la juicy flankers in addition to couture couture and couture lala so am familiar with this line. The fragrance I received from my order on eBay seems to be no way a part of the juicy family🤔

A week ago I was a ulta and tested the original juicy couture and it was soo lovely- this was the fragrance I thought I ordered!!!!it was a white floral that was balanced with fruit and caramel in a subtly sweet way- I liked that it was sweet but not cloying and delicately floral- it is a love at first sniff for me....needless to say I am confused.

I feel some ppl are describing the pen spray I ordered off of eBay which was a harsh white floral with no sweetness and others are describing the gorgeous sweet, warm, soft floral I tested at ulta- I want to add the later fragrance to my collection but fear if I order it online I will have the other unwearable perfume

I’d appreciate any feedback for clarity😊🙏 thanks in advance!!!

Anamandy

While shopping the other day the scent that a woman was wearing stopped me in my tracks. A true to life tuberose that wasn't overpowering. Unlike most tuberose scents it seemed very delicate. I had to backtrack and ask her what she was wearing. She told me this. I didn't smell any of the other notes listed, just a fresh and creamy, and almost aquatic tuberose. Nor did it smell sweet to me. Guess I got to smell this scent on her during its floral phase and it smelled wonderful on her. I was surprised that she was wearing this as she clearly wasn't a teenage girl, (late 20s to early 30s,) which is the demographic I assumed this brand targeted. I'm surprised how sophisticated this perfume smelled and agree with other reviewers that this scent is in line with more upscale brands than the typical teenage offerings today. Somehow, I find that reassuring.

lrnonken

I love it! This scent is fresh and clean and cheerful, gets warmer and deeper after 6hrs, with excellent longevity (going strong at 7 hours, after 8 hours remains faint but present for more than 12 hours on a hot summer day!)

Saraviah

I initially blind bought this because of the watermelon & caramel notes; which are defiantly not as dominating as the white floral's are in this fragrance. However, after it settles into your skin a sweeter creamier note starts to develop. It is very classy and could also work well as a winter cuddle-time scent along with being appropriate for a spring/summer day. It smells expensive and I would have never guessed it to be by Juicy Couture.
It lasted pretty well on me for around 6 hours. Regardless, I've never been a huge fan of white floral's as I find it to be a little too mature for me right now. I will most likely not be re-purchasing once I finish this bottle. Nonetheless I did enjoy it! It's a much more pleasing & beautiful version of Paris Hilton - Fairy Dust.

elmccullar

This is a beautiful perfume! VERY different from the Viva la Juicy line of scents. This one is a beautiful floral and if you told me it was niche, I'd believe you! I do smell slight similarities to Burberry London, but Juicy Couture is a bit prettier, in my opinion. Lighter, more airy. Lasting power is pleasantly surprising and I actually get compliments when wearing this one. It's a gorgeous sweet floral!

PrincessCorinne

Really nice, and not really in the same category as the other Juicy Fragrances at all. I wore this pretty consistently for about a year as a young teen, just because I loved Juicy Couture and the bottle. Honestly I found it a little mature for me then! Pretty impressive and distinct florals! I think the lily wins here, but there is sugar too. It doesn't have that "party girl" vibe of Viva La Juicy and flankers etc. This smells like Spring, and it's also a little green? The sugary/juicy notes are there, but it's all blended well and more of a compliment to the flowers. It's very girly, but maybe not what you would expect! I know this scent well and find it very distinct, but if I didn't, I would believe it's something other than Juicy!

samsara1977

This fragrance is really something. But don't buy without testing.
I used to have a bottle and I did not like te scent at all on me, it became this dusty, annoying fragrance so I gave it to a friend.
Now when we go out she sometimes wears it without me knowing and I always notice how great she smells and she refers to my gift to her when she tells what she is wearing.
It seems to be fantastic, radiant, supersexy and "wanting to cuddle up with" fragrance on some people.
Just not on me :(

Soofiya

Whenever I blindbuy a JC perfume,I think in my first test:"nice, modern, girly, crowd pleaser but meh, nothing special" but each time after a while I find myself using them more than most of my perfumes and feeling so good when doing so,I also receive tones of complements on them
It's been a while that I have a bottle of Juicy Couture but it was always somewhere between meh and a faint like.but recently I'm enjoying it alot
White flowers reign this perfume.tuberose, Jasmine(though unlisted)and lily.I'm so happy that I can truely pickup lily here as I LOVE this note.these beautiful flowers lay on a warm and sweet bed of gourmand notes.I can't pickup caramel or crème brulé as separate notes but there's definitely a yummy, creamy swertness in it,not as sweet as Viva La Juicy family, still it's enough to satisfy my sweet tooth a bit.sweet, candied flowers is done hundreds of times in modern perfumery but there's something more going on here.there's a hint of fresh fruits cutting through sweetness and flowers giving it an airy, even slightly aquatic vibe.watermelon is easily noticeable and there's some other fruits too whispering on my skin behind creamy, sweet white flower's symphony.maybe passion fruit?or mandarin? I usually hate aquatic, ozonic scents and try to avoid anything with watermelon in it's pyramid but Juicy Couture is a lovely exception.I have to choose the like button finally and it's a huge like now
I recommend everyone to try it even if you don't like white florals;even if you don't like gourmands;even if you don't like VLJ line
Right now I have Juicy Couture,VLJ Gold,VLJ Rose,Couture Couture and Royal Hollywood and they're all standing somewhere between love and like.I'm definitely going to collect other JC perfumes

Brisa_Marina

I was not sold on trying it out. I remember spraying this often in the scent aisle and thinking "Nope!" every single time. Here's the thing, I kept spraying it. I finally bought a little roller version and I've had the damn thing for 3 years. I find myself not liking the alcohol blast or the stench of white flowers but after about 10 minutes that tuberose comes out and that's the only thing that has kept me from throwing this as far as I can.

Like it's other cousins, it also hides cigarette smoke VERY well.

MsKayJae

If you love wearing tuberose fragrances but find your friends running for the hills upon your approach give this one a go. JC opens a little green with a fresh hyacinth note and quickly settles into a lovely creamy tuberose scent with no sickly sweetness or indolic tones that would scare anyone away. A great one too for anyone wanting good quality for a budget price.

TheWildPapillion

Ignore the packaging and the marketing, reach right past the viva sisters & co and grab this needle right out of the cheap-trashy-teenage haystack.

There are tuberose scents 10x this price (Tubereuses Castane from Maison Lancome and Sedbury from Parfums de Marly to name some) that only just barely smell as good.

JC is the pretty floral part of the tuberose - there's very little indole here and yet it manages to not smell a bit of mothballs as so many fragrances that try to separate out this part of white florals do (perhaps owing to the unique mixture of watermelon fruity with vaniila-carmel which manages to make it sort of non-specifically gourmand as a way of skirting around nana's coat closet).

Whatever the magical combination here is, it manages to make something very rare - a tuberose dominant scent one can wear in polite company.

Tuberose lovers will rejoice, and haters who instead prefer soft, powdery florals or gourmands or both will likely be surprised to enjoy this. Hands down, this is one of the great hidden cheapie gems.

Contessa01

I love JC fragrances overall, especially JC Couture Couture which is my favorite. I was a bit put off this one due to the tuberose which is quite buttery but it’s grown on me over time. It’s like VLJ mixed with a touch of Madonna Truth or Dare. I see the comparisons to Covet Bloom by SJP. Though I don’t find it anything like Paris Hilton’s fragrance personally. So I think VLJ is a safer blind buy but if you like tuberose this will grow on you.

Misha_4

This is my signature scent from last 2 years. Totally adore this one. Last longer than all the other juicy couture fragnances too. This perfume got me heaps of compliments. I gifted my mother this one and Armani si. She likes this one better.

meg0825

This is a pretty fruity floral. The opening is definitely fruity but not too sweet. The hyacinth comes through and gives it some greenness. The heart is a white floral blend of lily and tuberose. I really like lily and it is a prominent note in this fragrance. The base is a soft and light caramel-vanilla combination. Not overly gourmand. Nicely done!

rissy200

To me this smells like a classy girl having fun outdoors in the daytime. What I smell most is hyacinth, tuberose and fruity sweetness and I welcome the burst of upliftment it brings on each application.

samantham-123

Between the ages of 18 and 21 i was a bit of a wild one; i liked to party,I worked hard and played even harder. I was drawn to loud fragrances that fit this type of personality and they were always white floral bombs, I even had a dupe of Giorgio Beverley hills called Flowers or something.
So when i was gifted this JC fragrance i was originally wanting Viva la juicy but ended up loving this. As soon as i got a whiff of that blazing tuberose note i was in love.
The lasting power of this one is pretty intense too.
I sometimes think about replacing it purely for nostalgias sake but i dont think ide really wear it as much as i used to.
My fragrance preferences have changed over thhe years but for anyone looking for a tuberose dominant scent; this is one of the best IMO

dglightblue

juicy couture
summer test
inner elbow two sprays

this isnt the same as when i tried this long ago.
i get: white floral, lovely cool creamy white florals, a tad pinch of botterness to the outskirts of the smell if i sniff up close to skin, not a bad thing.

could be similar to:
CK beautiful, that seems more floral
kors - Glam jasmine, but that goes more bitter and i sold mine
kors - michael, sort of, i prefer this to Michael, JC is more... it just sits better
Kim K the one in the dark bottle ... could be named Glam??

this lasted very well, back about 5 years this went bitter and i couldnt deal with it, or the other JC's for that matter - smelled cheap.
now yesterday i got a days worth of lasting power - which is far more than can be said for the other JC's ive tried which have been poor.

im a big fan of trying before you buy, and i guess revisiting if its been years since you last tried a frag.

cocofluff

I love this gorgeous fruity tuberose scent. It smells amazing on me. Creamy sugary tuberose from start to finish. It's the best tuberose dominant scent I've smelled so far. I guess I'm a juicy girl now. haha.

I'm pretty surprised that the patch doesn't come through on my skin. That's a really good thing because patchouli usually goes sharp on me. Anyway, I love this scent. One of my favourites. -

mila476

I get a lot of hyacinth at the beginning, which reminds me of Estée Lauder Beyond Paradise. After a while it develops into a lovely tuberose, and is overall pretty sweet. It’s definitely a nice fragrance, incorporating two of my favorite elements from two of my favorite perfumes (Beyond Paradise and Hermès Twilly), but Twilly takes the tuberose crown. I don’t get a lot of the fruity notes in this except for a vague fresh sweetness, but that’s fine by me because I love florals. I can really see a stylish, feminine young lady wearing this as her signature, as it’s a gorgeous and versatile fragrance, but it’s not really for me, so I’ll be saving this for the next time I want to feel like a girly young ingenue as opposed to wearing it every day.

cocogirl96

Boring

I hate this perfume. First off, it doesn't smell like anything sweet and fruity. This is pure floral. Horrible formulation. The floral is really strong. Almost headache inducing. It smells like old people minus the heavy powdery scent. It's also really warm. If you guys can touch the area of my hand where I sprayed it, you will feel how warm it is compared to my other hands. It warms up like an oil perfume. That not good or bad, but just a heads up. This is a smack dead in the winter fragrance.

Also, as someone said, it smells like shampoo or dishwashing soap. Lastly, it doesn't smell unique at all. I feel like I've smelled this on everybody and their mama, but it somehow fails to give me nostalgia. Its also borderline unisex. For me personally, I hate unisex perfumes unless its very light. Unisex fragrances make me feel like I'm wearing male fragrances. Everything about this scent is disappointing to me.

I think if you love floral fragrances, you will probably really like this one. If you're the type to like Gourmand sweet fragrances over anything, you probably will not like this.

Overall, I give it a 3/10

lailabellemakeup

So I'm generally a cheap perfume type person, but this was the very first perfume I've ever had. I had a tiny sample size that I rationed/would wear very rarely as a young teen. Maybe it's the nostalgia, but this is one of the more expensive perfumes that I think is worth dropping the money on. Typically I'll walk through the perfume aisle of Ulta and find like 4 out of all of them that I can even tolerate...this is one of them. I've bought some variants of this but always come back to this one. Worth the money in my humble opinion.

k5rakitan

This just smells like bubble gum to me. I'm not getting anything else out of it.

Frogopolis

This original JC fragrance is the only one of the bunch to represent serious perfumery— the rest of the line is just variations on candy. I give JC points for reinventing the brash white floral for the 21st century. With its gaudy crested bottle and “royal” aspirations, you could say JC is Giorgio Beverly Hills for millennials!

JC is loud, sharp, and complicated, but lovable. It’s got a very front-and-center tuberose + lily combo with a supporting cast of notes such as watermelon, vanilla, and caramel. Sounds like a hot mess, but it works. The sweet fruity stuff— and the utter lack of “dirty” or fecal notes that older white floral fragrances often sport— establish JC as a contemporary fragrance. The florals remain in the foreground, however, so if you think white flowers always scream “old lady,” stay away.

Ultimately, for all the praise I have for JC, I cannot wear it and I sold my bottle at a garage sale. Why? Well— it’s just not “me.” It is relentlessly extroverted & loud (louder than most of my vintage stinkers) and the sharpness of the lily stings my sinuses. It is still absolutely
beautiful and well-made but I can’t carry it off. Highly recommended for very girlie extroverts though :)

jg2758

To my nose, this is the quintessential fruity-floral girl's perfume. I can see other people liking it, including my boyfriend, but I've smelled it on a lot of people.

sheida

Again a real perfume! In the world of pralin, fruits and chocolat sometimes we meet real perfumes!!
You add some drops of tuberose essence to burberry london and thats it ,a very well blended floral perfume with good lasting power
After 10 or 15 minutes you can smell caramel which gives light dose of sweetness

If you are a tuberose or floral lover give it a try ,I love it so much

Farooha_

I wore this one in Syria on the country side, far away from the city. Riding horses with my long boots and jeans. The good old days.

The scent itself is really pleasant. Floral/ creamy/ a little sweet giving it a unique scent than the other sweet gourmand juicy couture perfumes. I bought it in 2006 around its release, but I never really used it, it was just sitting on the shelf. I finally started using it in 2009 and finished the whole bottle around 2011. I have never heard of it or seen it since but I'm always thinking of repurchasing.

Michelle12345678

Big creamy white florals; tuberose. There is a vanilla/caramel underpinning. It's pleasant. I usually am against both tuberose scents and gourmands, and this is a surprisingly pleasing and interesting scent. I think it would be best in Winter or autumn, as it might be a bit much in the summer heat.

dolligrl2000

I am not a Viva La Juicy fan, but I really love this scent. I feel like it is quite girly, but also somewhat mature. I am 52 and feel really comfortable wearing it. When I spray it I definitely get the passionfruit and melon right away... but then the lily comes through as does the green notes later on. It is absolutely not linear (as I feel most Viva's are) and morphs many times before settling into a very pretty, sophisticated and warm white floral. I bought a bottle of this about 10 years ago and loved it. I used it and then forgot about it. I recently picked it up for a song on Fragrance.net. I am glad I did. I also love the bottle...I love all JC bottles, but this one is very chunky, substantial yet elegant.

samantham-123

White floral bomb with a bit of citrus and caramel.
Thats not to say its a bad thing as i quite like white florals and this is one of the few JC scents missing that signature berry blast in the beginning.
I owned this a few years back after telling my mum i wanted a perfume called juicy couture; i forgot to say Viva la juicy as that was the one i meant, and she got my grandparents to buy if for me for xmas. i was undure when i saw the pale pink box if i was going to like this one asmuch as vlj but i really did love it! in the heat the jasmine is really strong and everynow and again ide get whafts of fruity caramel notes.
If, like myself, you're a lover of warm white floral scents than this is great. its not sickeningly potent and has some fruitiness to it to mix it up a bit. i may repurchas as its now quite affordable these days
Lol i just re read the notes and jasmines not even lusted, oh well, i smell what i smell

iamoir

With Juicy Couture I was always being cautious; inhaling only what was left in the caps of the bottles, for the most part I was appalled by the excessive sweetness. The same did not apply for Juicy Couture, the fragrance that bears the name of the brand and realistically doesn't seem to belong in the same family as the other sweet offerings.

Labeled as a fruity floral, you expect it to have a substantial amount of fruit; well, it has it as a base. Underneath the florals, there are aquatic-watery (not calone!) type of fruit: sheer watermelon, sweet melon, pear maybe? It isn't a specific fruity note, but rather an idea of those. It works. You could call it shampooish.

The top layer consists of straight up white florals, that's undeniable: jasmine, tuberose, honeysuckle. It even has the addictive mentholic note, the tiniest bit, that tuberose has, emerging at times. You would call it synthetic and acrid, but it works.

The development of the scent has a balmy and woodsy facet as well, which might seem heavy to girly girls, but it makes a wonderful and interesting contrast with florals and fruit. Very appropriate for young ladies (and older, why not?); a juice to make them feel polished. A starter perfume to initiate someone into white florals without having undergone a shock. Successfully conbined a touch of the past with the modern trends.

Overall, they bottled a tropical, cool, dry and perfumey perfume. It won me right here. It might not be the knock-out top quality white floral, which I'm all for no doubt, but it is a lil' summery cheerful modern perfume with the classic white floral bubblegum accord in it.

Initially it is very loud, then "melds" gracefully on the skin and becomes airier. Lasts almost five hours. I can see the comparison with London, but the latter is thicker.

A tuberose-jasmine for the summer.

SailorV

I have sampled and reviewed 4 Juicy Couture fragrances on my skin and sniffed the bottles of a few more, and I wasn't really impressed by any of them.
This one is different from the others, it's neither very sweet nor sharp and scratchy, and I really like it! It feels youthful, but more mature than for example the Viva La Juicy line.

Juicy Couture EDP is very much a white floral fragrance to me, I don't get the fruity notes.
Wonderful creamy tuberose is the most important note here, followed by lily. The opening is fresh, a little green and maybe slightly soapy due to the wild rose and the hyacinth. It feels very spring-like.
In the drydown it's a bit more powdery and sweeter, but still light and fresh. Vanilla is nicely blended into the white flowers. I also get hints of light woody notes. The caramel note is light takes its time to arrive on my skin, this is not a gourmand perfume, but it has some delicious sweet warmth in the drydown.
I like the end more than the beginning, but overall, this is a lovely feminine daytime scent, fresh and clean but not too boring.

This one isn’t so bad. Let me preface this by saying right up front that I dislike the Vival La Juicy line and so I had assumed I would dislike Juicy Couture.

The scent itself, straight out of the bottle, reminds me smack of Burberry London. The difference comes about 30 minutes later, where London goes woody on me, JC becomes a little smoother and richer. I am not getting hit upside the head by Tuberose or Lilly; I am getting a prominent citrus note. I am also not getting CARAMEL in all caps, but rather The caramel provides an undercurrent of smoothness and richness. It actually works very well here.

I am rather surprised that this isn’t ungodly sweet and it is not super strong. I’ve only had it on for three hours at this point, so I can’t speak for longevity.

Not a love but I like it. I swapped London away but I think I will be keeping JC. I actually prefer it over the London.

UPDATE: sillage and longevity are both modest. Sillage wears close to the body after the top notes have faded and longevity is about 4 hours before it is completely gone on skin. Certainly clings and lasts longer on clothes.

Final verdict: Feb. 25, 2018
It’s a keeper for me. Still reminds me of London in the top notes but mellows to a warm, summery, rich scent. It’s a keeper for me. He’ll must have finally frozen over for me to admit this Lol. In all seriousness, it is well done.

rola.asad

AFTER I bought this perfume I found out that I’m not into Tuberose at all
This is soooo sweet where I can’t wear it in any season but winter!!
I like to mix it with something powdery and less sweet!
I won’t repurchase it ones I use it up!!

darlingnadine

The best JC scent! This is such a beautiful, rich, feminine scent and way better and more mature than Viva La Juicy and all its unnecessary flankers. Plus unlike VLJ this lasts forever on the skin. The musky drydown is so sexy. Perfect mix of white flowers and sweetness.
Not sure how anyone would think this is old lady. I see it more for 20s and 30s whereas as VLJ, a pleasant scent in its own right, is well suited to teens.
Couture Couture is another one I would recommend from this line.

Gwenhwyfar

After reading all the reviews here, it seems that most people who like tuberose and lily, will find this perfume almost perfect. Those who dislike tuberose and lily will call this Juicy Couture the proverbial "old lady" scent. Not much in terms of juiciness or fruits or creme brulee is going on here. I was intrigued to find out what a tame, easy-going tuberose smells like, since I don't quite understand its polarizing aspect to different people. It's either love or hate, usually. Well, the first image that came to my mind when I sprayed this perfume - funeral parlor. I apologize to the fans of this fragrance, but somehow that's the olfactory connection that came to my mind right away. Then I asked my friend to test it - and she got to almost the same connection without me prompting it to her. I thought that we both can't be THAT morbid and crazy, so I read every single review on here to see if anybody else got that unpleasant imagery through this scent. Indeed, a couple of reviewers did. I also tested very recently a heavy tuberose and hyacinth scent "Gres Cabotine", and no weird imagery like that came up. Outdated, soapy, suffocating, maybe even "old lady" - but not death and funeral parlor. So, I think the culprit here is dominating lily and tuberose combination. Strong lily note is kind of annoying in perfume, but it would blend well with fruity, woody and/or green notes. Here, it's just lily and tuberose, and all the sweet and fruity notes take a very far back seat to them, barely detectable, if at all. Maybe it's reformulation (I tested 2017 bottle), maybe the scent originally was much juicier and more youthful. Maybe, it's just matter of personal taste and tolerance/intolerance to certain notes. On the positive side: the longevity on clothes is impressive, and actually I like it much more how the traces of this perfume smell on clothes a day or two after spraying - some tart juiciness and soft creamy floral sweetness surface.

This is just beautiful! A little Barbie, fresh, yet sultry and the dry down with the light caramel notes is absolutely stunning! Not your typical teenie sugar perfumesbut not old lady either!

kristen0129

I could see this as fall time perfume. Because you need a little chill air to appreciate it from top to the bottom. I find it very overpowering in summer. But as soon as leaves start falling from trees, Juicy Couture opens like creamy gourmand dessert made of caramel and floral petals. This is like Pure Poison of modern times.

Virgoesque

I can't believe I've gone all these years thinking I didn't like Juicy Couture. I had a sample and it must have been bad, because I tested it again today and oooooohhhh my gosh, this is really lovely! The tuberose is creamy and with the caramel and watermelon, it's...well...delicious!! It's not completely gourmand though, so that makes it really interesting in my book. Sadly, while the top notes and heart dried down fairly quickly, I've been experiencing a kind of sweet-nutty dry down now for a few hours. Is it the creme brule? It's tantalizing, whatever it is!
I will own this fragrance soon, because I love it from top to bottom!

Minnie02

At first, I get a distinct somewhat spicy floral scent that I do recognize but cannot place, which stayed throughout. From reading the comments, I assume it is the tuberose, maybe the lily, maybe both (I have no idea what either smell like). After an hour or so, I could detect a very very subtle hint of caramel and vanilla with a vague musk but I really had to stick my nose on my arm to smell it. And about three hours later, the scent is barely detectable.

I do like and enjoy it, it would be a nice go-to for the office on those days I don't know what to pick, but I doubt it will become a love.

lmwimsatt

What makes this animalic?

sassy_shamrock

I just picked this up today (without trying it first). It must be my body chemistry because I don't get any fruit, no sweetness, just overpowering screechy in your face floral. Sadly, this one is going to have to go back.

PLUMPIE

An aldehyde-floral gel hairspray type of scent quite reminiscent of the 90s but with the modern trend of lots of fruit. I find the fruits quite overwhelming with a particular melon-grape bubble gum note that kills this one for me.

kaalikajol

This perfume isn't the most unique perfume ever, but it's quiet nice. To me I smell tuberose, vanilla, and a little bit like chemicals (weird I know but that's how I can explain it).
This fragrance is kind of messy and all over the place, it's not directly focused on anything (it's not a floral scent nor is it fruity or sweet. It's a mixture of all these types of fragrances! Not in a bad way!

Unlike the other Juicy Couture perfumes, this perfumes lasts SUPER LONG on my skin!!! And perfumes just don't last a long time on my...not even if everyone claims they the perfume lasts a long time on their skin, max a perfumes usually lasts on me is 4-5 hrs!
When I spray this perfumes in the morning, it lasts the whole day! I have 9 hrs work shift, and I don't have to retouch on the perfume!
A little goes a long way for this perfume, so be light handed with spraying it on!

Some days when I want this fragrance to smell more sweet, I mix it with Fantasy by Britany Spears and it's such an AMAZING combo!!!

Overall this perfume is average on how it smells, but it's longitivtiy is amazing and it's sillage is good too!
It's not my favorite Juicy Couture perfume, but it does last longer than any of their other perfumes...at least in my skin.

Worth smelling, but I don't think I will be repurchasing it!

Self-Propelling Fantasy

This is my favorite Juicy. It's a really beautiful, well-rounded, sweet white floral. It smells so good! The sillage is just about perfect, noticeable but not too strong. Longevity is great, lasts for about 7 hours on my skin.
To my nose, this fragrance smells best in cool/cold weather: the watermelon, hyacinth, and caramel notes really shine, and the whole composition smells like all of the most gorgeous and delicious things in life!! A bit of clean patchouli in the base balances the sweet and floral notes very nicely.
In hot summer weather, it's almost a different perfume: the tuberose dominates and overshadows all of the wonderful intricacies of the fragrance. Also, in high humidity, it takes an almost animalic turn. If you like strong carnal tuberose, you might enjoy this different side of the fragrance and get year-round wear from it.
I think this is a fairly safe blind buy for anyone who likes their florals a bit on the sweet side; this stops "just short" of gourmand. You can get some very handsome deals on this scent on-line.

tahia_loky

Huele mucho a flores blancas, no es de mi gusto.es como para alguien mayor o para una reunion importante. Es un perfume floral dulce que me recuerda un aroma a burberry.

comfortablynumb83

I have always loved perfume, but this is what drove my passion and obsession into high gear. I don't know what made me stop and want to smell JC so many years ago, but I'm very grateful that I did. It seemed like the bottle was screaming at me to come try it. I left the mall with a full size gift set that day and since then I've been constantly on the lookout for new loves. JC will always remain close to my heart.

rbcahay

This was my first ever "high end" perfume that I got as a gift when I was 13. I had previously only worn cheap fruity body sprays so I really thought this was the bee's knees at the time. This was also back when Juicy Couture was at its peak popularity, so I definitely thought I was the coolest babe in school.

I know better now. The one word that comes to mind when smelling this perfume is "messy". There is so much going on in this scent, it's almost as if the designer just threw in every fruit and flower they thought was pretty.

Don't get me wrong, it's not an offensive perfume. It just lacks focus. Nowadays, it brings my memory back to high school, but it's not a scent I would ever pick out myself.

UnearthlyApothecary

This is a very youthful and fun take on tuberose. I can honestly see why this won a Fifi. The melon is present but not gross to me as it so often is for me in perfume. JC is sweet and creamy a gourmand without a doubt. The patchouli and woods notes kind of ground it, and bind all the fruit, florals and vanilla together. The silage is great and longevity also impresses me. I much prefer this to Viva la Juicy which truly underwhelmed me and had terrible performance.

kati77

Great durability, that's for sure. The smell itself is sweet though it has the gentleness, it is not as refined as any next of this brand, more and more gourmand sweetness. Pleasant but not memorable. I finished the sample tests. And I'll end this. I recommend when someone is looking for something not complicated

anonymousse

Until recently, I had forever dismissed this fragrance as a loud, fruity floral. I was definitely wrong or else it changed because this is a nice soft turberose. A good everyday scent.

mutintabailey

I just purchased another bottle of this, it is such a feminine smell.
It lasts long and is most certainly not overpowering
VERY feminine and fresh!

Twinkle1705

I first smelled this in a magazine in 2006, and the unique smell, along with the cool bottle, made this a "gotta have." It was a grand mix of tuberose, sugar (which was caramel, but to my nose straight up cane sugar--maybe this was the creme brûlée note) & watermelon. I loved it & wore it often, using it up in just a couple months. Unfortunately, soon after, it was a new coworkers signature scent, and she was also a heavy drinker most nights, so I would smell my beloved JC mixed with alcohol radiating from her pores. Alas, I could never wear (or stand to smell it) again.

I did give it a sniff this past weekend for old time's sake. Still smelled the same, but 10 years later, I wonder what I was thinking. Definitely couldn't pull this off now. Although my 17 year old son who was with me gave it a sniff & said he really liked it.

I agree with the other reviewers who said this is what Barbie smells like!

Carolyn.Anne

I wasn't expecting much from this perfume. I bought it on impulse and the first time I applied it I was a little taken aback by what I then felt were the overwhelming notes of watermelon and tuberose together. I wondered if I had made a terrible mistake. However, after a couple of days of testing it out I was delighted with it. As Obi Wan Kenobi would say, "the fruit is strong with this one," and it is true, but those strong watermelon notes help to make this fragrance stand out. It is not overwhelmingly sweet, and the sweetness is tempered with vanilla and caramel. I have received so many compliments from men and women alike when wearing this fragrance. Don't let the comparison to Barbie put you off!

flyaway5

I love this perfume! It's not too sweet and it's not overpwering.

I have had this fragrance for a few years... and didn't realise until now, when I was about to resell it that it is the tuberose scent I've always longed for! Quite sweet but not overly so, it's a creamy, well-rounded tuberose with a touch of crisp green apple, fresh green leaves and a slight hint of patchouli at the base. A keeper.

savageinstrangeland

I recently bought a new bottle of Juicy Coture because I had been longing for it since my last bottle ran out in 2012. With so many other "must haves" on my list, I hadn't gotten around to it until last week when I found a 3.4 oz with shower gel/lotion for 35$. I was so excited!

I know this house catches a lot of flack for being immature and unsophisticated but I don't see it that way at all. JC has something for everyone! This particular fragrance is so creamy, clean, and feminine that it is easy to see how it won a Fifi award the year it was released. Any age can comfortably wear this. It's just so likeable. I like it best for Fall but this is so versatile, I've worn it in literally every season without feeling out of sorts. The lasting power and projection are pretty much perfect as well. This is one of those that I honestly cannot see how someone couldn't like it... maybe you don't love it, but it's hard to imagine anyone absolutely hating it.

There are a few Juicy Couture fragrances I'm not super crazy about as I feel they are best suited on a much younger crowd than I. But I highly recommend this one and Couture Couture especially. I do like Gold Couture and VLJ as well although I like those two in totally different ways and don't wear them nearly as often as this or Couture Couture.

GreenPistachio

I've been hesitant to try this perfume because I'm simply uncertain when it comes to more pronounced floral notes in fragrances. However, I've come to realize that it's not always the florals that are wrong. Juicy Couture is very easy to like, it's definitely tuberose that I smell the most but I think that I like that note, (at least it does not make me sick or give me a headache...)For me it was very fragrant for about 2-3 hrs. and when it dries down it's mellow with a spicy, very light touch of patchouli (not a patch scent and the only time I pick it out is in the deep dry down).

Suzybee

So Kohl's and most department stores have lots of holiday boxed perfumes. They have several Juicy Couture perfumes for sale, .25 fl oz. purse spray for $12.50. Coupons are valid to use on these, too. I like that I can sample this before committing to buying a larger bottle.

The positive reviews on Juicy Couture is warranted in that it is a very sexy, animalic fragrance. I get lots of Tuberose with sweet fruits, caramel, and Sandalwood. I would have to wear this on cooler days and nights. It would also layer beautifully.

s2jkbrad

I love white florals. That being said, I usually enjoy them paired w/ sandalwood or incense and rose or something to tone them down. This fragrance is pure white flowers-- all I get is lily, which I love but it makes me a little self conscience to wear to work. If fragrances were songs this would be in an E major. Beautiful but slightly sharp.

Soofiya

This is my forth juicy couture perfume and I like it
I disagree that white floral perfumes are specifically for more mature women,I think a lot of people, especially a lot of young girls think so because all white floral fragrances that they know are old or are marketed for mature audience,so I really appreciate any white floral fragrance that is marketed for younger girls in order to open a door to floral world for them.I believe juicy couture juicy couture is one of them.it's a tuberose dominant scent and It's nice that you can see tuberose in a more wearable and easy going form here
Tuberose can have a heady indolic quality that may put off some people in the first place so that they don't even give time to the perfume to settle down.juicy couture opens with fresh fruit notes and lots of watermelon,I think these notes can balance tuberose's over creamy quality, add a watery freshness to concoction so that it doesn't put off modern, young audiences.tuberose and some spicy lily, jasmine and watermelon are the most dominant notes for me in the initial 30 mins
There are some sweet gourmand notes in the base, caramel, creme Brulee and vanilla..Drydown is creamy but still airy, sweet and likable for younger girls
I don't mean that juicy couture is only marketed for young generation to get them interested in tuberose,it's also very good for mature people or whoever already loves tuberose,it can be a daily, wearable and safe perfume for them in comparison to other heady big white florals,I only mean that juicy couture is for a very wide age group and is an interesting perfume. No wonder it won Fifi prize.if you're new to white florals you have to wear it a couple of times so you can like it better
It's easily wearable year round, although I prefer it in mild weather, especially Springs.longevity and sillage both are pretty good.better than most other juicy couture fragrances
I can get lots of watery water melon, tuberose and lily in first minutes,I can also get warmness and sweetness of drydown but unfortunately I can't get gourmand notes really dominant, I wished there was more caramel and creme Brulee on me,I could really love it,if it was so.now I can only get a very very soft touch of creamy, light sweetness but I know most gourmand notes need time to grow on me,so I have to give it more time and try it in different temperature. For now it's something between meh and like because I don't like to smell like watermelon, it's too airy, fresh and watery for fall
❤❤❤
P.s:layered it with JS fancy and it adds caramel sweetness and makes juicy couture much better scent for fall

I had low expectations when i tried this scent today and not being someone that goes for tuberose unless in exceptional circumstances (tuberose in Amarige and Michael Kors) I honestly think I wouldn't like this. first 20 mins was a burst of spicy floral notes that verged on being an air freshner smell but once it had warmed up on my wrists I could pick out the crisp melon and light tuberose. I can imagine if I owned this it would be the most perfect laid back lazy day scent when you can't be bothered with making an effort and you sorta just want to smell perfumey and clean.

yukaori

soft white flowers , creamy light tuberose
beautiful scent

sweetsmellingmama

Nice light, clean fragrance...floral...would also work for a young girl.

apricot_blossom

White floral, white floral, white floral! I know it's a polarizing category, but I am always fond of white florals. The white florals here aren't particularly distinct (I get tuberose/jasmine, others get gardenia/magnolia) but it's pleasing all the same.

I bought this at TJMaxx because it was so cheap, and I could leave it at SO's place without worry. I was a bit apprehensive of the purchase because Viva La Juicy reminds me of high school formals and is a bit too sweet for me.

It's a spring/summer, more formal fragrance to me. The white florals are very bright, a tad soapy even, due to the melon and tart green apple. No noticeable citrus or patchouli/creme brulee in the base. The middle mellows out the brightness a little with more soapy florals. At the base is a soft caramalized sugar. Woods are not discernable to my nose. I find it layers well with the Suave Sea Minerals lotion for an ozonic, kind of masculine edge; great for this past summer's heatwave.

Sillage is fairly large; use a light hand and avoid wearing at work/crowded places because I can see how this could be headache inducing for some. Lasting power is disappointingly weak at 3-4 hours; it's fine for the $20, but unacceptable at the $80 MSRP at Sephora.

Why are all the Juicy packaging/bottles so similar? Every time I see this in the store I always hesitate because I'm afraid of picking one of the other Juicys by accident; those are all too sweet and I would be angry.

Rebelrebel

At first this perfume is very sharp. So sharp that I actually thought the perfume was going bad because of how rubbing alcohol-like/sharp it was at first. After a few minutes it began settling a bit, and it changed to almost pure tuberose and that's really it. Now about five hours after I applied it, all I can smell on my wrists is a very faint creamy(Caramel?) vanilla scent. However I got some of the perfume on my shirt when I was applying it and it still smells floral/tuberose-ish with no vanilla, but it's not nearly as sharp as it was at first, thankfully!

I don't dislike this, I kind of like it but I'm not blown away/impressed. It's just okay.
I think this possibly could be a nice scent for someone around my age(19) in professional settings. After the sharp initial notes dry down a bit, of course.

I always loved Juicy Coutures bottles, maybe even more than I like the fragrance. Haha. This is definitely a slightly more mature scent compared to other Juicy perfumes.

scarlett.angel

This is what spring in a bottle smells like; sitting in a park just as spring is in full bloom... big bouquets of flowers opening, fresh green leaves, a hint of patchouli and woods surrounding you. A picnic in the park while you eat the freshest and juiciest watermelon, mandarin and passion fruits. Out of all the JC; this one is the most JUICY!... with a few gourmand notes in the base. If you like floral fruitys but without the sugary gourmand overload; then this JC might be the one for you.

Edit: this reminds me of a fragrance I smelt long ago but have no clue what it was now; just as juicy but without the gourmand sweets. Ah it's killing me!

TimeIsLikeABrokenWatch

I spent such a long time writing off this perfume only to do a complete 180! I really adore it now, despite feeling like I'm not the person it's being marketed to. I was never into the Juicy Couture fashion line, and expected this to be a typical sugary-sweet fragrance. I was surprised that it's more floral than that. I first tried this when I was 19 and working at Kohl's since they had it there. I'd spray it on when I was bored since, of their fragrances, it was the one I liked most. My mom adored the scent on me (maybe the tuberose reminded her of the big white florals she'd worn a decade earlier?), but I couldn't get myself to truly love it; partially because it was too strong and too floral, partially because I didn't want to like a Juicy Couture scent. (Hah, I eventually got over that when Viva La Juicy came out- ironically, that smells more like what I expected this to be before I'd tried it).

Well, 10 years later, I finally bought a bottle. In the time since I've come to really admire tuberose fragrances, though I find it to sometimes be a challenging note. Not every day is a Fracas day, you know? So imagine my delight when I revisited Juicy Couture and found it to be a less intimidating, "easy" to wear tuberose scent. It hadn't changed since I first started flirting with it years ago, but I had. I didn't care as much about the name, and having been acquainted with tuberose a bit longer, no longer found this to be overwhelmingly floral. Tuberose is definitely the dominant note, but the melon and caramel-- although distant second and third components, to my nose-- help soften and sweeten the tuberose up just a touch, so it becomes a light, rounded, sparkling tuberose, something creamy and fresh, rather than the dirty, heady, almost indolic tuberose note I find in Fracas and Carolina Herrera's eponymous scent. And I enjoy the latter version of tuberose as well, don't get me wrong! But I appreciate having a completely different interpretation of the note in this bottle. I really don't get any actual fruit or candy from this once it has had a chance to settle into my skin, despite the notes, so if those scare you off, it still may be worth a sniff; the supporting notes mostly serve to sculpt the tuberose into something a little softer, a little less challenging. Now, that may not be everyone's cup of tea: you could make the argument that this is a dumbed down version of tuberose. I don't see it that way; it's feminine, pretty, and gives me a way to enjoy tuberose on those days I simply can't get away with a powerhouse scent. Besides, it's just so much fun to wear! I wish I had gotten over my prejudices toward it years ago.

LuxAestiva

I found this in my sister's perfume cabinet and was expecting something sweet and sugary from Juicy Couture. I sprayed this before reading the notes or even sniffing the cap and was surprised by a delightfully classy, pure "tuberose" (not the real kind but the bubblegum sweet fake tuberose you find in perfumes). The lily and hyacinth keep this perfume from ever being too young, sweet or fruity. On second usage of this perfume I began to notice the sweeter gourmand notes, which I usually don't enjoy, but they are done quite nicely here. I can definitely sense a mellow watermelon and a toasty caramel. I can feel a bit of the Viva La Juicy DNA here but it feels more mature. Overall a pleasant white floral, but in a world where we have so many of those, this doesn't have much special to offer. If you love white florals and you see it in a discount store for under $15, then give it a go.

Edit: I tried laying this with Bronze Goddess and oh my god, the result is gorgeous. It becomes beachy tuberose-ccoconut-amber heaven.

raiza1990

All i get is Tuberose. If someone had told me Tuberose were the only note of this fragrance, i would have believed it. Do not get me wrong, i am not complaining, au contraire, i love it! I´ve been looking for an affordable tuberose perfume, and i´ve found it! Here the Tuberose is luminous, creamy, clean and most important: Intensive!
A must Try for Tuberose fans.

SueLidstone

A beautiful creamy delicious floral, sweet but not too sweet, and to me it smells like honeysuckle even though there isn't a note of honeysuckle listed, maybe it's the tuberose, either way it's gorgeous!

MissGabrielleO

This was my first real adult perfume in my early 20s. I'm not ashamed to say that I still love it, occasionally, as it can be intensely nostalgic. I was 21 and had just finished my first year in school in Paris and found this perfume to be extremely seductive. It reminds me of early autumn dates at outdoor cafe tables on the Boulevard Saint Germain, which is funny given its very gourmand notes. On my skin, however, which tends to do well with florals and "eat" gourmand notes, it smells like rose, ivy and a hint of tuberose. When I sniff it, I get the strangest sensation of walking through an autumnal forest just off a village, with wet ivy on the ground. It doesn't have the sharp ivy notes of Diptyque's L'ombre dans L'eau but rather smells softly and gently of crushed foliage and ivy underfoot, mixed with perhaps caramel apple cider waiting for me at home. I absolutely LOVE this fragrance though at 30 I find myself rarely wearing it.

Perfumeaddict777

I know that this perfume had been around for a long time but is new to me. I've smelled it in the past and thought it was pretty but never bought it. I finally bought a bottle and IMO this is not just a regular fruity floral. This smells quit unique. This is a white floral/gourmand with a little fruit. At the initial burst i smell gardenia and tuberose but the tuberose is more green and thin, mixed with watermelon and orange. In the middle or begins to turn more gourmand on my skin, white florals watermelon and creme brule'e. Finally the last phase lingers for hours and hours, white floral, creme brule'e, and Carmel . My husband loves this on me. It does have a classy and fun voice to it. I really love this perfume. Sillage is huge and lasts for 3 hours sometimes longer and longevity is 7 to 8 hours on me. I sprayed some on an hour before going to the neighbors house to pick up my kids and i drove there with the car windows down. When i pulled in the driveway the neighbor came walking up from the back yard and said, "i knew you were here because i coukd smell your perfume floating all the way to the back yard! It smells so good. " its not over powering or cloying, it carries in the wind and will leave a scent trail. It's lovely!
