Simge Simge AFK was selected the best series in İzmir Yasar University. Fatih, Çağatay and Barış were there to take the award for AFK. Hazal's photo is not related to AFK. It was her being in the jury for the competition. She was in the jury, and was the one of the members who gave the awards.Hazal was in the jury while they were there, because of that she couldn't go. Simge Simge Of course my Gina my friend  Cagatay was not in the jury. Hazal's being in the jury of Istanbul film competetion is not related to AFK. on 08 May 2012 Hazal was in the jury so she couldn't be in Izmir to take the award for AFK with Cagatay, Barış and Fatih. Hazal was giving awards while Hazal, Cagatay, Barış and whole AFK team were awarded. She was in İstanbul, for the duty of being in the jury. That is the explanation.

Simge Simge Yes. He, Barış and Fatih were in Izmir for taking the award for AFK. Hazal couldn't be in Izmir to take the award with them because she was in Istanbul, in the jury of film competition.

Simge Simge One of them is a famous film critic. Cem Altınsaray. He is Hazal's friend. He was with her in the festival. The friend she tweeted comments with at the Oscar night. That was so sweet. Simge Simge I must give that notes too. I only wrote Hazal because our focus is on our girl but if we give information about the jury I am going to write other names too. To be fair to others  In the jury there were also actress Meltem Cumbul, actor Engin Altan Duzyatan, actor Guven Kirac, actor Zafer Algoz, actor Rıza Kocaoğlu, actor Cansel Elcin, director Abdullah Oguz, director Reis Celik, Copyright Manager of Ministry of Arts and Culture Irfan Onal, Academic of Gazi University Prof. Dr.Zakir Avsar, Chairman of Turkish Foundation of Cinema and Audio-visual Culture Engin Yigitgil. I think that is all  Hazal was the youngest one there. Our dear girl

Maria Laura In reality, we could also say that maybe Cagatay could not possibly be present in the jury as he was oblijed to be present to the University for the award of the series. I find it a bit difficult for Berrack to be there, and not Cagatay who had an impressive effect to the whole world, even if this was his first attempt. Logically thinking, Berrack is totally unknown to me, before Ezel, and before the "scandal"..., but Cagatay was already known to the whole world, something that Berrack will not have the opportunity to succeed even in her dreams.... To me, coming from high society is not a guarantee for anything. Most of the times we deal with spoiled, untalented persons, who find opportunities only because others who have the power open the doors for them. I appreciate more Cagatay who comes from a middle level caste, but its obvious that his parents educated him with care and love. Its obvious that he comes from a good family. This is very important. So far as it concernes Berrack -who is not my sympathy, too  - there were rumors about, she was Mr Aksoy's lover for who he had almost divorced. Having this imformation in mind, the "scandal" in Cesme has a different explanation and created to me, and not only me, many question marks....

Simge Simge I think you got me wrong. I didn't say her being from high society makes her special. .I said she is from high society but she doesn't use it all the time Which means she worked for her career. If she used her family whole the time she will be more like the people who is talked and promoted in the magazines, or her scandals would not be talked now. She worked with experienced people. Being known is not criteria to be in a jury. Berrak is more experienced. You must know and comment about the films technic, camera technics, about directing and acting and you must be able to evaluate the films according to this criterias to be able to a jury member. The criteria is knowledge and knowing what you are doing as a job. You see in the jury there are also not famous but academic people, directors, experienced actors, the people from corporations, etc. Just for a note AFK was not Cagatay's first attempt, he played as figure artist before in the films and series and video clips. And before you say anything I am not saying this as a bad thing he wanted to be where he is now and tried for it before AFK, this is a good thing.  About private life I think we mustn't go there. If we go there, there will be more things to write I don't want to enter there.  But lets say there is no complo in that event, they were drunk and the magazines are nosy. Infact I didn't find what magazine reporters did right. We didn't need to see their photos in that position, it is private life. What I say is whether we like her or not, Berrak is honest about her life. She is what she is. She doesn't create a false image to make herself more acceptable. I don't like her but I think her being honest about herself is a good thing.

If she used her family name now we would not be talking about her peppery life. she would hide her scandals, make it less known. We see that kind of things in magazines but like you say that doesn't make her less educated or less great.

Maria Laura Simge I saw your comment just a little before I left and really I had no time at all to reply. First of all thank you for all these details unknown to us. The truth is, I had not any special interest for Berrack at all before she entered the scene that summer through the scandal case. My general impression is, there is a relation between all, sometimes things happen behind the scenes and we cant possibly hane any idea about that, as the only things presented to us, is only what they want. I haven't missunderstand you at all, your explanations are very clear, it was my need to express my feelings for high society people, and my skepticism for this cast, which in some cases can present special personalities, lets say Hazal and most of the times is responsible for any unffair situation in all kind of activities. I dont trust them at all. I respect all those who dont use their backround as a way of promotion, but only use it as a way of real progress. I also respect all those who dont see their bakround as an obstacle, and show the necessary ability to become better, despite the difficulties this backround may bring to them. I am also not interested at all for anyone's personal life, I have no need to gossip, and usually I just remember some details, only when these have to do with a matter that concernes me. So last summer that unexpectand rumor about her was a very interesting coincidence, thats only why, I have mentioned.

Hazal's family is neither wealthy or from high society but they are intellectual people we can say ( her aunt, grandma, uncle,etc). Her parents are both lawyers. So we can say her family is from middle-income too but they are educated people. Especially her mother is an intellectual woman, she is an activist. She always produces something. In Hazal's life she has an important afffect. But like you said she has an special personality my friend
