Снощи три пъти чух детето да проскърцва със зъби на сън...днес купих тиквено семе да и давам засега. Има тук един здравен център, предлагат и обезпаразитяваща програма, май ще ги посетим скоро.
 Вчера прочетох за Инфузорна пръст, която също може да се включи в програмата за обезпаразитяване, не ми стана съвсем ясно какво е, но явно близка да състав е бялата хума(каолин), доколкото схванах, използва се заради силиция, който съдържа, но се обясняваше за някакви силициеви кристали, които били пагубни за паразитите. Хумата също съдържа силиций(нали стана въпрос за нея малко по-горе), но е хубаво като се купува да е отбелязано на етикета, че става за вътрешен прием.

Здравей, за тиквените семки знам от един доктор хомеопат, че се смилат/пасират и се смесват с вода или прясно мляко, докато станат на каша и си пуснат белия сок. Консумират сесутрин на гладно и час след това, в който също не се яде нищо, се пие рициново масло или друго слабително. Идеята е, че семките парализират глистите и после трябва да се изхвърлят преди да е преминало действието. Това е и доста добър тест да се види дали има някакъв проблем, ако има съмнения.

Само да спомена, че не препоръчвам китайски семки, защото това е най-замърсената страна в света.

А как да разберем кои семки са китайски и кои не  защото на някои пише, че са пакетирани в България, но знае ли човек те пък от къде са взети.

Купувала съм от магазинче на женския пазар. Бяха турски. По дребни, но по-дебели са от китайските. Насипни - но като питах хората ми казаха откъде са. Скоро ще има тикви за български семки.

Според мен няма никаква гаранция, че турските или българските семки са по-чисти от китайските И в Турция и в България, както и навсякъде по света, пръскат и наторяват с какви ли не неща без никакъв контрол. Единствено някои европейски държави могат да се похвалят с контролирано земеделие и то най-вече на "био" продуктите. А и тиквата не е от най-замърсените храни, в смисъл, че не задържа много пестициди.

В Китай проблемът не е само в пестицидите и пр, дори био производството от там не е препоръчително, защото и да спазват стриктно правилата, това не е гаранция за чист продукт.почвата там е силно замърсена с промишлени отпадъци. Цял свят има фабрики за какво ли не там...

А иначе, аз лично знам, че семките трябва задължително да са сурови, иначе си губят полезното действие. Смилат се на ситно и се заливат с вода или мляко да станат на каша (ако се сложи вода, се вижда как сместта побелява от специфичния сок на семките, който парализира глистите). Консумира се сутрин на гладно около час преди друга храна. За най-добро действие може да се приема и два до три пъти на ден. Някои лекари препоръчват и приемна очистително час след консумацията на семките.

Всъщност семките по магазините не са сурови, а пастьоризирани. Това е видно от факта че не покълват. Пекат ги на 80 градуса, както и повечето ядки. Покълва слънчогледът и много рядко фъстъците.
